We were satisfied with our hotel stay, in general it is a 4 star hotel and deserves 4 stars, but the staff is really good and makes an effort. They quickly tolerated the delay in entering the hotel by placing us in another room. Pool is very small According to the number of person in the hotel, afterwards, the location of the hotel is excellent, the beach is great, but the hotel and the hotels in the region generally have elderly people staying in the hotel and there is no great entertainment or activity in general, but if you are looking for a place to relax quietly, it is for you, but as I said, this is not a minus of the hotel, but everything is calm and quiet due to the customer profile and age group, otherwise the animation team or the evening shows were good, but people were even incapable of applauding 😂. The rooms were clean, the bed sheets were changed every day, the room service was friendly and does its job very well. The other aspect of the hotel that I can perhaps complain about is that the buffet is the same almost every day. We stayed at this hotel for about 2 weeks and the buffet was almost the same with slight differences, but the flavors were good and the products were fresh, and the new one came immediately instead of the finished one. As I said, the hotel is a 4 star hotel with its smooth, renovated, location and beach, but I give 5 stars for the smiling face and effort of the staff. Overall good, but… Things they can improve: 1. Do not put 2 moving beds for a couple. We really struggled with those beds.👎 2. Providing some drinking water in the fridge would be great 👎 3. Cleaning was not great 👎 4. Cleaners were making their life easier: a) after one day the bed runner went missing b) after another 2 days, bed top cover went missing. We thought, this was a little unpleasant 👎 5. For 3 days, the watermelon was fermented at dinner time 😞 I wonder if you know how easy you can get really sick from that. 6. For 4 days, the multi fruit juice was not good. Probably after using fermented watermelon to make it. 👎 7. We were told not to take home the only iron that they have in the hotel?!?!? 👎

Even if sceptical because of the mixed reviews we found on the internet, we found out that everything changed after the hotel's renovation in early 2024. Shortly, everything was exactly how we imagined. An amazing, comfortable and full entertainment experience for the full duration of our stay there. From the delicious food and the cleanliness of the room and the hotel's facilities to the friendly and ready-to-help staff, everything was priceless. Room : - clean at arrival - cleaned every day by lovely and friendly ladies - we didn't go for the sea-view room, but we do not regret it because the sea and the beach are very close if you want to enjoy it properly (take the sea-view room if you want to enjoy the sunset from your room) - balcony towel rack (great for leaving the towels or clothes to dry over the night) - table and chairs on the balcony (we spent many nights there and it was the perfect addition to the balcony) - a lot of room in the closet and all the additional bedside nightstands - AC + fan (I did enjoy every second of the AC) Reception : - friendly and ready-to-help staff - speaking very well English, Spanish, French and German (big WOW) - many activities available within or outside the hotel, organised or sold by (through third parties) the hotel (bike and car rental, tours, massage, pool parties and games, bar parties, etc.) Pool/Bar : - clean and sea-water pool - plenty of sunbeds and parasols - available Bali beds (through reception) - clean outside showers & toilets near the pool (so you don't get all wet inside the hotel) - a wide selection of food and drinks on the Snack-Pool Bar - the food was prepared very quickly and it is very delicious - available towels from the hotel (you just need to pay a deposit) Others : - the gym was clean and ready to be used - the massage ladies were very experienced and did an amazing job (Full Body) - evening entertainment shows pretty much every evening on the Pool Bar -- NOT LIKE -- It is hard to don't like something at Hipotels Flamenco. However, there are a few things I didn't like but they are personal issues, not hotel issues. Room: - the double room is 2 single beds close to each other; it was not a deal breaker but for a married couple it would have been better to have a double bed; Others: - no parking available; you should park somewhere around the hotel (if any space is available) but the city has many places closer or far away from the hotel. I recommend you park in front of the hotel on your arrival to get the baggage out and then find a parking lot. DO NOT LEAVE THE CAR in front of the hotel because busses are going in and out periodically to pick up people to and from the hotel (or even local buses).

Really nice hotel right next to the beach. Totallly renovated in 2024 so the whole facility is top notch, including the rooms. Service minded staff. We had a problem with a water tap in one of the rooms the first couple of days, but that was fixed and we got a proper compensation. Nice pool area with lots of activites for those who like. Really recommend this place.

Have been in hotel at the end of june 2024, after renovation. Amazingly renovated hotel, everything is new! So beautiful rooms, very modern and cool lighting in all room. All rooms are facing the sea, which gives this hotel extra plus. The staff is really kind and friendly, cool animation team. The food in restaurant is really yummy and range of food for dinner everyday different. Just missing descriptions of food (always needed to ask kitchen staff which type of meat is each dish). Possible to sit inside and outside. At pool cold water, but not too bad. The indoor pool was still under construction however will be nice as you could see it through windows. During the stay you could still see workers finishing last rooms and gardeners putting grass and palms in garden. It didn’t disturb our stay and anyways hotel seemed to be full in first week after opening as on 90% of balconies there was hanging towels, shorts and so on. Really good location of hotel, just in front of Cala Millor beach. Easy to find free public parking lots. In front of hotel you can also find shops and car rental company. Not far from hotel there is Lidl, Mercadona and McDonald’s. In hotel mainly German people. I liked the holidays so much! In general: Restaurant: 9/10 Location: 10/10 Staff:10/10 Rooms: 10/10 Pool: 9/10 Cleaning: 10/10 I recommend this hotel to everyone. For sure will come back here as it’s great value for money and really modern hotel in not too high price. There is some small things to be improved however I believe that it will be done in the next months after opening. To be improved: -in room was missing complimentary water -missing hangers in bathroom for the shower towels -you have to pay deposit 15€ per beach towel -no tea/coffee and kettle in the room -not working phone in the room, so all time needed to go to reception desk with any requests -all over bathroom in room was marked with pencil where what needs to hang (toilet paper hanger/mirror/ where needs to be heating). Also in some parts missing silicone and paint. But it‘s small things which for sure in next months will be improved -at restaurant not described the food -staff was opening restaurant late (for breakfast around 08:10 instead of 08:00)

Hotel management is terrible and the AC in the room was not working and was neither checked. There is no technician in the night which is a nightmare as any problem reported won't be fixed! Total waste considering having paid 167€ for half board! Food too cold and the variety is nothing like what you get in a 4 star hotel! Only good thing was the spa which also was never available from the time it should be! Please choose other places which are better situated and cost effective. Don't provide your identity card for the management to have a saved copy because that is no longer the norm in Spain! Only provide them with the details. Pay for your drinks in the bar and don't fall for the deposit of 100 €

This is a nice hotel with a nice location, with two bih minuses as far as I was concerned: the pool is not heated, meaning that unless children are vety active they get cold if they are in the water (I also did not really go into the pool because its too cold). The dinner buffet is terrible, simply too generic and boring food for there to be any point in having the full pension. The breakfast buffet is great, and the pool bar/cafe is also good.

I recently stayed at Marins Playa, and it was an absolutely horrendous experience. From the moment we checked in, it was clear that the hotel staff had no regard for their guests. The service was appalling, with rude and inattentive staff who seemed more interested in chatting among themselves than assisting us. Our room's air conditioning didn't work at all, turning our stay into a nightmare. Sleeping in a hot room that felt like a sauna was unbearable, and despite our complaints, nothing was done to fix the issue. It was as if the hotel didn't care about our comfort or well-being. This experience was utterly unacceptable, and I wouldn't recommend Marins Playa to anyone. Save your money and stay somewhere that values its guests and provides basic amenities that actually work. Avoid this place at all costs.

Stayed in the Marins Suites, which is part of the Marins Playa and Marins Beach club hotels. The Marins Suites are located across the road from the main Marins Playa Hotel complex. We booked a suite which was equipped with a small kitchen, fridge, sink, 2 ring cooker and a microwave. The kitchen area was located in a large open plan room, which also came with a couch/sofa bed and arm chairs. The suite had a separate bedroom and shower room, all with a large balcony over looking the stunning sea view and pool area. Rooms were clean but a little dated in the decor. The large balcony was wonderful, a couple of chairs and outdoor tables were the only furniture provided. The pool area was clean and modern, with a really nice relaxed atmosphere, food and drinks could be served to your loungers or Bali beds. Staff here were excellent, really friendly, and attentive. Breakfast was available in the main Marins Playa Hotel or in the Marins Suites. Both areas served similar food but had different vibes, more relaxed and picturesque at the Marins Suites, I would say For dinner, you had to go over to the main Marins Playa Hotel complex where you could choose from sitting outside near the BBQ area, downstairs in the buffet restaurant or upstairs in the adult only buffet restaurant. Food in general was just OK, but not bad as buffet food goes. The food could benefit from more variety over the different days. There was also a sky bar with bali beds, sun loungers, and a hot tub, which could be used by over 16's. This area has a nice view out over the surrounding area and out towards the sea. The gym was OK. There was enough basic equip to do a light workout. The gym would enifit from some additional heavier weights and a few cable machines. There was a small laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer that could be used. Washing powder was bot provided. Overall, the Marins Playa and Marins Suites are a really nice, good value hotel located right between cala Bona and Calla Millor. The location is perfect, and the views out over the sea are fantastic. The staff really made this place, the cleaners, bar and restaurant staff were all really friendly and attentive. We would recommend this place to couples who want a nice relaxing break with a real feel of luxury. Younger couples might enjoy the Marins Beach Club, which is run by the same Marins owners.

A week of walking from this wonderful hotel. The walking guide was fun, knowledgeable and went with the groups pace. The food was fabulous, such choice. There were 16 of us, with 2 vegetarians. All who enjoyed the variety and quality. The cleanliness of all the hotel was superb. Weather to good to use the spa, but it looked very nice and spacious.

This is just THE best hotel this side of the island. Staff are the best, location is awsome for the beach, shops and bars. Also the Spa facilities are second to none. Food is fantastic and the pools are great. I would live here if I could. I'm here for work and stay for quite a few months at a time, and this hotel never fails to impress!

Friendly staff, very friendly and fast service in the restaurant, spa, many options for hiking tours starting from the hotel. Hotel also seems to be a good choice for guests interested in playing tennis. It is one of the hotels beeing already open in Match (unlike many others). I do not give five stars because the pool is not really great and the hotel does not offer more than a few small views of the sea (but the coast is in two minutes walking distance). We also liked very late night service for guests with very late arrival plus the option to fetch a very early breakfast. Room service was very friendly and room was very clean. On the other hand, room was quite cold during one very windy and rainy day due to bad thermal isolation. Sometimes it was quite noisy in the room (room service moving beds plus other noisy guests arriving late). I need to add that a new pool area seems to be under construction, looks much better. Should be finished just now...

Really nice room although a bit difficult to get to (long walk along corridors to get to the correct lift). One of the elder guests kept getting lost! The breakfast is excellent and I couldn't think of anything that wasn't provided. The buffet dinner is also excellent with a wide range of food on offer. Very close to the natural beach of Cala Agulla which makes for a nice walk. 20 to 25 minutes walk from Cala Ratjada marina where there are lots of restaurants and bars.

We arrived early hours went up to our room to find it was absolutely nothing like the photos one bed being put into a random room with nothing else no bedside tables or even a lamp the bed in that room had wheels and with the type of flooring it was on the person in our group was wobbling around all night. We were met with what I would call an infestation of wasps at 4 in the morning even after closing the window they were somehow still entering the bathroom. The room had collections of mould throughout when speaking to the staff about a possible room change they were unable to do so even though the hotel seemed empty. Weird splatters on the wall which looked like blood our balcony was next to a no access part which was filled with rubbish and a foul smelling old water staff where really not helpful and just replied “oh” when raising our concerns to them. Personally I would stay clear of this hotel if you want a nice clean and happy environment

I spent one week in this hotel with my family. We absolutely enjoyed this time in here. Hotel is located close to the beach, in quiet area. Hotel serves fresh food, especially for dinners: meet, fish, salads etc. The staff are absolutely friendly, very nice, so kind and professional. They work so hard long hours so I would like to say big thank you to all of them. They bring such a bring value to this hotel. Thank you 🧡

Absolutely great location! Very close to the beach! Unfortunately, the food at the hotel was absolutely terrible and believe me - I'm not a picky eater at all. And yes, the hotel can say that it's because of a quality to price ratio, but it doesn't justify it for me at all. Everything was kind of watery, sometimes even smelly, they were kind of the same things served over and over again everyday and plates/cutlery were simply dirty most of the time. I know for a fact that any greasy spoon is serving better tasting/looking food. The only thing we actually did eat was the breakfast, and even though soda was unavailable at that time I can understand that, the problem was the juice machines that were simply not working properly as well. Add to that a bit of a rude staff (but only in the serving area) and then all you want to do is just to go out or even go home. It's a shame, because we specifically chose all inclusive and we barely ate anything at the hotel. Even drinks like cocktails weren't included, but we didn't spend any time at the hotel pool (which looks bigger on pictures) anyway. All in all, I don't recommend taking all inclusive in that particular hotel, but if you plan to spend most of your time outside of the hotel, only then I can recommend this place as the beach with a truly great places to eat are really close by and Cala Millor is just a beautiful place to visit and relax!

We have just got back home from a 4-night stay here at BlueSEA Don Jamie. The hotel is great value for money! You get what you expect for the money and star rating. Staff are lovely, and very attentive to your needs and the food actually changes daily unlike my experience in other hotels. Location is the perfect distance from a few bars, restaurants and only a 2 minute walk to the beach. The pool is so clean and surprisingly there is not a rush to get sun beds. Lifeguards take off the towels of those who “save” a sun bed which I think is excellent. Like all hotels, they need a few more sun beds. The cocktails cost money and you can only get two drinks at a time, but this wasn’t an issue to our group. Pablo is the entertainer and he is brilliant. I was surprised how good the day and even night time entertainment was for the star of the hotel. Definitely not entertainment for children, and there is nothing like kids club. Making this hotel a lovely adult retreat. One negative is that the air con is dreadful! The room was as warm as outside even with the settings on max.

We stayed here for a week and really enjoyed it! The staff are so attentive and kind, and really made our experience unforgettable. I am an admittedly fussy eater but the all inclusive really caters to all and there was always something I liked. The rooms could be more modernised and some of the furniture was a little run down but it was always immaculately cleaned every day and the beds were really comfy! The location is incredible, only a 2 minute walk to the beach and bus stops also very close by. Cala Bona is also only a short walk away.

Just got back from a weeks stay in a junior suite, 2 adults and 1 child. The staff are super, very efficient and friendly, they obviously work very hard. Only slight gripe on service was during the evening at the outside bar it is table service only and they can be a bit slow due to the number of customers. They should allow people to go to the bar too (it seems kids can get their drinks from there in the evening but when I tried I was asked to sit at the table and wait) Our room was large with a nice sea view. Cleaners make up the room nicely each day and change towels when you need them. Towels are fluffy. Air con works well and isn't noisy. Powerful hot shower. Mostly quiet in the room. Downsides were the extractor fan not working in the bathroom and we HATE it when hotels push 2 single beds together to make one bed, not even using a topper to bridge the gap created. This isn't hard to get right and is a real annoyance for us, given that most staying there are couples with children, the bed needs to be joined up! The evening entertainment was somewhat of a let down, particularly the kids Mini disco which consisted of the same songs for 30 minutes each night, supposedly themed each night but how can it be with the same songs and the entertainer just putting on mouse ears for Disney theme etc. My 7 year old lost interest very quickly. The more grown up stuff was a mixed bag..... Some pretty awful singers some nights but a good magician on one night and an OK dance show. The pool is cold! You get used to it and it's a good enough size and we never struggled for a sunbed. Now for the food and drink.... We were all inclusive. This is the 4th time we have gone on an all inclusive holiday and unfortunately, overall, the food was the poorest we've experienced so far. Breakfast was nice with everything you could ask for and the omelettes cooked to order were great. I thought the apple juice was gross and the coffee they bring to tables not good but the machine stuff is OK (not the hot chocolate though) For lunch and dinner we just didn't rate the choices most days, especially at dinner. Also found meat was sometimes overcooked or (on one occasion) the chicken was undercooked. Pizza was really disappointing with cheap bases used. Lack of decent sea food. Puddings were nice. We went out for an evening meal 3 nights and missed 3 lunches which says it all. Included white wine was awful, beer not much better, cocktails were OK. The location of the hotel is good, a stones throw from the beach but there is another hotel in front so it's not on the sea front itself. Lots of shops and restaurants near by.

Hotel has a great location near to the beach no more than 2 minutes. But if you are not over 40 or a family with kids the hotel is not for you and if you are not German speaker the hotel is not for you either, some staff will not bother to speak English. The breakfast was same for entire holiday of 10 days, no diversity for lunch or dinner either. Lack of entertainment or shall I say very low budget entertainment and also it finishes at 22:30 at best. In the room you will be given just one bottle of still water on your arrival and they don’t give you anymore, you need to go to the restaurant but when is open or to the bar but also when that is open from 10:00-24:00. No music at the pool and the pool is not so big.

Lovely people and a nice hotel with nothing else to wish for. Lovely Beach is within 2-3 minutes walking. Only downside is that you are 1 hour away from Alcudia and Palma, so choose this hotel if you are primarily going to the beach for most of the day.

Central location. The place is clean and tidy, and the service is excellent. We stayed here in October 24 and were happily surprised by the whole place. The people working here attend to you well. The food is quite good, fully inclusive we found was a bargain. My only 2 complains are , the rooms are functional but quite small, you have to walk into the bathroom then close the door after yourself, and the breakfast were usually cold , but apart from that we could not fault it , we really enjoyed our stay and would come again.

Blue Sea Cala Millor was an absolutely amazing hotel - from the minute we entered the hotel the staff were friendly and polite - I was thankful however that I was in the main block of the 4 which meant everything was within the one building. The food was always varied and suitable for anyone to chose something delicious. I had requested a corner room so I would have a ' bigger' range of views from the balcony and being on the sixth floor this certainly didn't disappoint - the views into the mountains and the views over the sea were stunning. Our room was quite spacious although the bathroom was quite compact in design which would perhaps not be suitable for everyone but we navigated quite well. The Blue Sea is a very accessible hotel and there were many people staying with mobility issues. I liked the idea of the eco cup for the all inclusive drinks - I've never come across this in any hotel before and is a great way to reduce both waste and glass breakages/accidents!! Outside the hotel was virtually a couple of minutes to the promenade where you could purchase all your souvenirs or go for a walk on the beach or along the coast - there's lots of different bike rentals available too to go up and down the promenade which seemed great fun for kids and adults alike. Overall our experience was great and we would gladly have stayed for another week if we had afforded the time.

My family and I immensely thank the staff for their warmth and support. The reception and dining staff were simply awesome, always cheerful and friendly. Thank you specially to the young lady at the reception desk who lent us electric plugs, the amiable female cleaner on the first floor of Blogue 2, and the dining staff, friendly but professional. The food was just the icing on the cake for us! Back in Ireland, I'll gladly recommend this hotel to my group of friends and work colleagues.

Perfect location so close to the beach,pubs and shops. The rooms are lovely and clean. We stayed in Block 2 and the pool was quiet. No rushing down to put your towels down on the sun beds. The food was lovely, every meal we had was nice. Beautiful hotel and location x

Nice room with a lot of space but very tired and like some public areas needs updating Food:breakfast fine with plenty of fresh fruit, breads & pastries and cooked food Dinner not so good & most nights meats overcooked. Not enough staff in evening taking drinks orders and clearing tables, and due to number of families with young children always a shortage of high chairs. Staff at reception very pleasant and helpful Would like to give more stars but certain problems need addressing first

Everything is excellent. The service, the location, the staff is extremely kind, the food is tasty and with a huge variety of ingredients and diet restrictions. I do really recommend it for anyone in solo, in couple, in family... Minor detail: The indoor swimming pool could be a bit warmer 😎

Had a lovely self catering holiday for three generations. 5 year old loved it! The pool is simple but great (not too deep). The beach is very close. Plenty to do locally, land train and bus stops nearby. We were able to walk to Lidl for our shopping. First time I'd been hotel self catering in well over 10 years but found everything I needed to cook with. The kids disco was over little quick (30 mins) but the entertainment which followed was great and more than made up for it to my 5 year old. It's a bit of a walk from the main part of Cala Millor for little ones but we hired an e-bike and ventured all the way to the other side of Cala Bona. Land train to Sa Coma and bus to the Caves del Drach. Would 100% stay again!

Very good place for correct prices. We went here with our 2 daughters 3 and 5 years old, I loved this place because it is near a forest and beach at the same time. We rented bikes with child seats which made our movement around faster. There are a lot of attractions around, and the hotel itself offers shows for kids.

Update: They were meant to refund me €50 for the use of the hotel towel. They didn’t and ok contacted them after - they wanted to charge an additional €24 euros to PROCESS A REFUND!!!!! Overall a bit of a disappointment but saved by how the staff dealed with the issues and challenges. Right next to the beach which was a great boon and good location to explore other areas.

Great short break away to the Cala Millor Garden Hotel. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were all very helpful and polite. The area is good with shops within walking distance and the beach is great. Good selection of drinks and the food, although what you would expect from an all inclusive hotel is a bit repetitive, it was very nice.

We stayed here for 2weeks and had a wonderful time .Staff are very friendly and go out of there way to help you with anything you require 😉. The entertainment team are fabulous and multi talented and love there jobs ,as all the staff at the hotel do.Food was OK sometimes needed warming up but there was a microwave to do that.They have a wonderful water station on each floor where the water is filtered and free anytime you want 😀.

We've just spent 6 nights here and thoroughly enjoyed it. The food is standard all inclusive level, there is always a nice selection of cheese, bread, salad, cooked meats for lunch and dinner, the hot food is pretty standard, it's very similar lunch and dinner time. I don't get up for breakfast, so I can't comment on that. My room was clean and tidy, cleaned daily with a nice shower and a small balcony to sit on. The bed was quite comfortable, and air conditioning kept it reasonably cool. The pool area is nice with good quality metal sunbeds and chairs and plenty of parasols to give you shade if needed. One pool is walk in with a hand rail If you have mobility issues, there is a nice size pool bar to keep the drinks flowing during the day. The bar area is large and the staff keep the drinks flowing quickly, there was hardly ever a queue when I was there. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating to enjoy your evening. The entertainment was enjoyable, and the 2 staff who are there all day around the pool are absolutely fantastic at their job, polite friendly, and have endless energy to keep you entertained. All of the staff in the hotel were polite, friendly, very hard working, and were always happy to help. A great bunch of people. Yes, there are areas of the hotel that could do with a bit of paint or a bit of maintenance. However, this will not spoil your stay here. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars a short walk from the hotel to add a bit of variety to your stay. The garden area around the pool is lovely to sit in and have a few afternoon drinks.

Overall we was happy with everything. Pool area was nice and the pool bar had everything needed. The rooms air con wasn't the best but the shower was very nice, bed comfy and refillable water on each floor was ideal. Buffet we were annoyed about, especially for the evening meal where it is supposed to be open until 21:30 but make sure you're there before 20:30 if you want any freshly cooked food as the staff start shutting up early and made to feel awkward when asking for stuff. Quite annoying. We were fortunate to have a travel voucher as we would not pay the price asked.

Just returned from here today, we honestly can't fault this hotel at all. From the moment we arrived we received 5 star service, all the staff from reception to food staff and cleaners all friendly and helpful. We took the bus from the airport to the hotel which was about 1.5hr journey, bus had air-con. Beautiful beach less the 10 min walk. Rooms where clean, tidy and fresh. Great air-conditioning system. Water filter systems on all floors for guests to help themselves to help reduce plastics which is a great idea. We love spanish food and enjoyed the fresh food on offer every day! Plenty of entertainment in the day and evenings too. If I had to put one suggestion (and this is me being very fussy) I would suggest a tea/coffee facility either in the rooms on on each floor. Although this is supplied downstairs throughout the day, I personally love a drink first thing :)

We were in the hotel only for lunch. The service wasn't great. When we asked the waiter about what was in one of the salads, he didn't know, and he didn't go even to check. One of the things in our order was paella with chicken wings. The dish smelled disgusting, and it tasted like something was rotten. We asked the waiter to take the paella back and to leave it out of the bill because we didn't even touch it. He refused, and we had to pay it. Nobody asked us why we didn't want to pay. The experience was disappointing!

We've been in the hotel for a week at the end of July. The location is amazing, just in front of the beach, and some rooms have a great sea view on the promenade and the beach. The other side of the medal is that in some days there can be a lot of noise in the street, with very loud music until 4am. The insulation of the rooms is not great either, so if you have loud neighbours you'll hear everything. The rooms are clean and in decent state, but the fact that you have to pay for everything (the safe, use of the fridge even for personal stuff) is frankly ridiculous. The hotel overall would make a much, much better impression if room rates were 5 euro higher, but include safe and fridge in the stay by default. The service is good, the staff is friendly but very strict with (non Spanish) timings for the restaurant. The food is generally good and showcases a mixed European/continental selection. Overall I think it's a good choice for a short holiday in Cala Millor.

Location is great. BUT things you would expect to be free are not. Both the fridge and safe that are in your room the hotel charges extra for. Also only one of the beds have electricity by the bed so if you wanna charge your phone that is challenging. Also room interior is of low/old quality and electricity sockets dont all work. Beds also have sheets with plastic underneath which makes sleeping uncomfortable. Would not stay again and would definitely not recommend. There are several other hotels with similar location.

Impressive from the outside. Mediocre on the inside. Decent size room but upkeep is clearly lacking. Floors are warped and have holes in them throughout the room with water damage in the bathroom. You have to pay 3 EUR a day to use the safe in the room? Just absurd for them to charge for a normal hotel amenity. Plenty of TV channels didn't work right and would randomly cut out. The breakfast buffet was large and decent. The location is good and walkable.

Nice hotel with sufficient parking options (mid-April) and a pleasant atmosphere. Roof-top terrace with a great view. We had a beautiful sea view from the balcony and a quiet room at the end of the corridor with minibar. Late check-out option available for 30€ (open end). Negative: Mediocre quality food. Unfortunately without labeling, so as a vegetarian I didn't even try much of it because it wasn't clear whether there was meat in the food. Sometimes not refilled at all or too late. The water is chemically treated and feels very oily on the skin, so that you have the feeling of not getting really clean when showering or washing your hands. The mattresses were already very worn, so we turned the beds. It was better that way.

The hotel Sabrina playa in Majorca is appalling, location is remote, staff are uneducated, service is very poor. Receptionists cannot speak English, let alone other members staff. All staff are rude and unhelpful, especially receptionists! The only thing they are interested is to get money out of you, even safety box in the room charges €12 per day otherwise can’t use it. It is no where near 4 Star hotel!

Disappointment. I chose this hotel based solely on its high rating, but now I’m wondering if it’s even honest. Our trip was from October 21st to 28th, and we were given a room at the end of the corridor where we didn’t hear any other guests. For that, we’re very grateful to the hotel. Now for the disappointment – it’s about the attitude toward guests. We had an incident during the evening show where one of the performers sprayed paint inside the venue. This is toxic and can potentially harm people. The hotel didn’t respond to our written complaint at all. The second issue was the spa, which is clearly in need of renovation and cleaning. There was mold, poor ventilation, and even cockroaches in the hammam 😭. This hotel is not worth the price – almost 2,000 euros for seven nights. Additionally, the food was underwhelming. Breakfast was repetitive, offering the same options every day. I was only able to get salted fish twice throughout the stay; the rest of the time, it was just cold cuts and cheeses. The woman chef made delicious pancakes, but the ones prepared by the male chef were terrible—rubbery and unappealing. With so many drawbacks, I truly don’t understand how this hotel maintains such a high rating. Hotel, please be honest. People come to relax and have a positive experience. It’s sad to encounter such a careless attitude in hospitality.

Just returned from holiday in this hotel from 3rd March 2024 7 nights. Had an amazing time even though it was out of season and most of the other hotels were not yet open. Hotel and staff are both first class. Room with a view listening to the waves was exceptional. Everything was very clean and tidy staff all worked very hard and did everything they could to make the holiday a great experience. The spa/indoor pool was lovely and it was free so as weather was a bit cool it was still great to have an indoor swim. Food .. what can I say so much variety and open fresh cooking too. Chef was lovely and so helpful and smiley he cooked lots of different things at breakfast and dinner. Food was self service and they had thought about everything down to special milks etc. Never had a bad meal plenty to choose from. The waiting staff worked so hard nothing was too much for them and all with a smile. The Bar served snacks and drinks during the day and in the evening there was entertainment on each night. During our stay the occupancy was mainly German people but we were never left out staff were multilingual and translated everything to us in English. We went to Arta Market with hotel but mainly we used the local buses or walked. It is very flat from the hotel right down to Player Bona a lovely walk along the Seafront. We both had a wonderful time thank you so much xx

CM Play del Moro is a fantastic hotel which I can highly recommend to everyone. We stayed for a week and loved every moment. The location was perfect, the rooms were lovely, the view of the beach was amazing and the food was delicious. We had enjoyed a week's holiday but met with unfortunate incident. My wife fell on the bridge over the pool and ended up in hospital for 12 days requiring surgery for torn leg muscle. Some of the staff said to us the bridge was dangerous and other guests had fallen on it. No member of senior management assisted nor enquired about my wife. I had to vacate the hotel the next day and was told I would be assisted in obtaining alternate accommodation, but no call came to assist. We've not had any communication with the hotel since I had to leave. This is a great disappointment as would otherwise recommend as a good hotel.

Stayed for a week in March in 2 bed room apartment with half board. 20-25 min to Nadal Academy Hotel was at low capacity as it's not yet tourist season. This probably added to the positive experience. Beautiful location right by the sea. Most rooms have sea view. Clean everywhere. Very friendly and flexible service. Food was really good for a 4* star hotel. Good variety, live cooking stall at breakfast and dinner, great fruit and veggies. Fantastic lunch deal in March - 10 eur for meal and drink. Fresh tuna for 10 eur. Can't complain. Outdoor pool was closed for winter. Indoor pool is free and warm (30 c) Parking may be tricky in the summer. It's free, but spots are limited.

An apartment hotel of great value with spacious rooms. We are a family of 4 and there were 2 bedrooms and a sitting room with a kitchenette you can use to prepare simple meals. The downside is it is well maintained with signs of tear and wear in the rooms. There are no parking spaces in the hotel and you have to park on the street. I had no problem parking my car on nearby streets but I was there in early February which is low season there.

Really enjoyed our visit to this hotel. Our room, while not massive, was clean and comfortable. The food was good, even the picky teenager liked it! We particularly enjoyed the gala night. The pool was large and beautifully clean. The hotel provided fresh pool towels every day. There were always plenty of sun loungers. The bar staff were great, we played cards in the evening and they would come over every so often to check if we wanted more drinks. The only downside was the noise from the club next door. We were halfway down the building, facing the pool and we did manage to sleep but it was really quite loud, especially at the weekend.

Excellent hotel. Lovely rooms, pools and facilities are great. Food is also great. The only negative I have is the kids club. Whilst there were more German guests at the time we stayed, all the announcements got the activities were made in German, meaning my son ended up in tears a few times as he missed out on taking part as we were not able to understand German.

We have just returned from a relaxing stay at Hipotel Said. We were greeted by the hotel manager who works the night shift! He greeted us with smiles and laughter even with it being 1am in the morning. The pool area is lovely and there are plenty of sunbeds, so there was no need to rush down early to get one. We had our rooms cleaned beautifully every day. The bar staff were very attentive and made the best iced coffees and cocktails! A special thanks to Juan Pablo for always making sure we were topped up with drinks. The entertainment guy effortlessly switched between Spanish, German, and English and we joined in with his aqua gym classes which were so much fun and hilarious. The food was lovely, particularly Gala night on a Thursday evening when you are greeted with canapés and glasses of fizz. The beach is a 2 minute walk away with lots of bars and restaurants and the Havana nightclub is just down the road. Thank you for making us have such a wonderful holiday. We will definitely be returning 😊 xx

Overpriced and noisy place, if you are coming to club then fine but if you are a family with small children and wanting to relax don’t waste your money here, €300 you literally get a room that doesn’t even have a coffee/tea maker or even a kettle🤣, not even a small water bottle, no slippers or rob!! Zero soundproofing you literally hear everything music from club next door all night long, beds were super uncomfortable you sink right in and is so tinny and two beds that keep separately all night, toddler fell in between because of how unsteady they were, that is not what you expect for the price charged!! Absolutely disgusting that you rip off people like that and provide a 2* beds!!! ABSOLUTE JOKE

We stayed in this so called all-inclusive hotel one week from 28th September. We Travell a lot and this was the worst of its kind. Very rude reception personal. In the room no water no shower soap, no conditioner,. Very Pour varity of food with too much salt. Very few included drinks. You have to pay for most of it. You have to pay 5 Euro for beach towel and 10 Euro deposit. No snaks in the bar. No entertainment in the evning. The hotel is located in the worst side of the beautiful city. We had a terrible holyday and I would advice people to avoid this hotel!!!!

Not a pleasant experience. We checked in late and the rooms were not ready. We had to make the children's beds as there were no maids available. Water for drinking is not available in the rooms. For a 4-star hotel, it is very poor in terms of entertainment, has little variety of food and only offers food at 3 times, breakfast/lunch/dinner.

I've heard about their good food but honestly, I was not impressed at all. Nothing special, no variety. Breakfast is dull, every day the same. Coffee is absolutely terrible! Do not even try it. Dinner is okay. Rooms however are very clean and they keep them clean all the time. Which is very important. Staff is extremely helpful. The location is also very good. It is not good for young people. But for families with kids and/or old people it's perfect. They also organize a disco for the elderly.

Definitely not 4 star service. When we arrived we were given a different room than what we booked and paid for. We booked the superior room but we were given standart - quite small for 3 people. When we complained about this to the receptionist, she became very rude and argued that this is exactly what we paid for even though it clearly wasn't according to the pictures and description online (on their own website). We pointed it out to her multiple times but she completely disregarded it and kept lying to us. She also refused to speak English so I had to try and explain it in broken Spanish (mind you she did speak English until we started complaining). After this experience we reached out to the travel agency and they arranged for us to move once the superior room became available (hotel was fully booked), we were offered complimentary drinks, free safe and beach towels. The hotel itself is quite old, the AC is not sufficient - the rooms and all the interiors were very hot. It's definitely a family-oriented hotel, lots of activities for kids, loud music around the pool all day so if you're looking for a relaxing calm vacation, look elsewhere. About 800 meters walk from the beach which was very disappointing, not enough beach umbrellas and sunbeds, no showers. The only redeemable quality was the food, amazing variety and very tasty. The restaurant staff are very quick, friendly and efficient and there is always enough food until the very last minute.

This is NOT a 4* hotel, at least not anymore in my opinion- maybe 10 years ago, it was. Where do I start: Location: Close-ish to the beach, Lidl and Mercadona close by... somewhat close to attractions (kids entertainment park, car/bike rental) Services: The staff don't all speak English, hard to get your answers but they do try, the same can be said for the staff in the nearby restaurants. From what I heard the staff know German, French and Spanish. Food: Below expectations. Never had I had blander food at a 4* hotel. Coffee is the worst I've had, can't say that restaurants around make it better- but it can be acceptable if you really crave it. Rooms: Clean and spacious. The air conditioning works, but it makes a bit of a noise if you are a fan of white noise, it'll lull you to sleep like a baby. I called it "the little tractor". Back to the rooms, despite the somewhat 2000-style furniture, it is clean and well-maintained. cleaners come in every day except Sunday. Pool: a bit cold for my taste (mid-September), big and with clean water- they could clean better around it, though. Bars: Not much to say. I enjoyed a 2 euro slushy from time to time, and my partner enjoyed some beer ( he was not impressed). As with reception staff- little English but they try their best to help. Other: Mosquitos!!!! make sure to have your favourite mosquito repellent and mosquito bite pain relief- they have tiger mosquitos- very vicious! (thought I had an allergic reaction at first- that's how nasty the bites are.) Overall feel: it was okay. I feel a bit ripped off, and I will not return to this location.

Nah, those low reviews are delusional, it almost had me worried before our trip, but they couldn't be more off. We stayed for a week, and it was great! The location is convenient, the rooms have everything you need, and the food is good with plenty of variety. What stood out most was the staff—they were amazing. We were a lively group (sorry for the noise!), and the staff was super understanding and friendly. Room service cleaned our room daily without disturbing any of our belongings. The bartenders were fun, always engaging, and quick to keep our drinks coming. Reception was also helpful and friendly, solving our problems or gently reminding us of the rules when needed. Whether we spent the day out exploring or relaxing on the nearby beach, the hotel was always a nice place to come back to. For a hotel at this price, sure, it is not a 5 star resort, but you know that going in. Overall, it exceeded our expectations, and I’d happily recommend it.

The hotel wasn't probably the best, but for me, it was more than sufficient. I enjoyed staying here, especially due to the great atmosphere and the very friendly staff. The rooms were way too small, but they were good enough for me. The food was very varied, which I liked since I usually eat worse things. Only the Italian pasta sauces were not really tasty, in my opinion. But the main reason I was having a good time was the friendly staff. I've met many nice waiters, and I was really enjoying myself with the animators from the "Talía Espectáculos" company. I also got permission to mention the kind receptionist Tomas and the entertaining animator Pablo. Therefore, I hope you will also have a great vacation with these guys. :D

Really nice and family friendly hotel. Nice and helpful staff. Very good location, close to the beach, shops and promenade. The hotel is generally clean, room service comes every day, but the rooms need renovation and the bathrooms are very damaged. Often lukewarm water, no clothes dryer. The food was good but often repetitive, with a small selection of fruit. The pool area and bar are great, great service. Overall we had a nice stay here, we would come back again.

The Hotel is very tired and needs a refurb its definitely not a 3 star, in my opinion. The room was a decent size however, the edge of the bath was rusty, there were cracked tiles In the room. The sliding doors on the wardrobe was constantly coming off the runners which was annoying however the beds were very comfortable so that a bonus. The food was very nice. It said snacks were available between certain times, never saw any. There was an activities board, however there was very little in the way of daytime or evening entertainment. Staff were very nice

What a fantastic Holiday we have had here at Hotel Ilusion Vista Blava. Such welcoming hospitality from all the lovely staff that work here. Very accommodating and friendly people. Very comfortable beds and simple but clean rooms. A wide selection of different foods, whether it’s at breakfast, snack time, lunch or dinner. It was all very appetising. A lovely entertainment room and bar area with again warm welcoming friendly staff. The pool is a fair size (some have previously said it is tiny) it was adequate. No problem getting sun loungers. Thank you to all the staff here at Hotel Ilusion Vista Blava for such a lovely experience during our Holiday.

I like the Place and the beach location, however the hotel needs revamp especially with rooms not up to 4 star standards. the kitchen needs to be aware that there are more diversity in visiting Guest and paying customers, so if you are offering food with buffet then you need to be mindful of options. It was impossible for Vegetarians or Vegans to survive with the food offered and we had to manage with sandwiches from the nearest spar stores. so all in all food was awful and the rooms where not up to standards. location is good and facilities such as pool, bar, SPA massage and evening shows were good.

Very good hotel. Room was spacious and had lovely view overlooking the beach and pool. All staff were very helpful. Cleaning in rooms and around hotel grounds was excellent. Food was exceptional, lots of choice and a high standard. Only negative comment is around pool area. The beds are very very close together and as umbrella stuck into ground difficult to obtain some space and have shade at same time. As a result we didn't use the pool until very late afternoon when less people around.

Just returned from a brilliant holiday at the CM Castell de Mar.As we pulled up outside I knew we had picked the right hotel.The hotel is spotless from top to bottom.The staff in all departments are excellent,friendly, and approachable they all seem happy in their work. The bedrooms are good with comfortable beds.The bathroom is large with a lovely walk in shower. The bedrooms could do with a bigger wardroom,there is room for a bigger wardrobe. We found the food is more for the Europeans than for the British.Although we didn't starve,there was always something we found.We also found on a few occasions the food was not hot. The outside pool is brilliant as is the inside one. Location of the hotel is just great,right on the front 30 seconds from the beach. The hotel is mostly catering for the German Market,we knew that before booking.We find you get a better quality hotel when catering for the European travellers. Would we return,absolutely with out question.A great hotel with fantastic staff......gary

Good location, nice sand beach in front of it. Location is great if you are looking for a sandy beach in front and have daily trips to check cities. If you wish to be in the city this will not be good location for you since its basically touristical resort with bunch of hotels. Great food in the hotel. We booked 7 night holiday with breakfast and we payed for the dinner one evening and it was great, not just bunch of industrial food but a great selection of tasty dishes. The hotel is not of a modern style so if you are expecting that you will be disappointed. Nice balconies, big double bed. Small indoor pool (we had a bad weather 2 days), there is also a small gym and sauna (havent checked the sauna). Lot of free parking around Hotel. I suggest you rent a car since Island is huge and there are many locations you wanna visit.

Excellent location with a breathtaking view. We were in a seaview room and if you’re lucky enough to experience the sky without clouds, the view is absolutely astonishing. But still , even with a cloudy sky, it just looks beautiful. The staff were incredibly friendly and always helpful . Furthermore they have plenty of delicious cocktail options with a reasonable pricing . The breakfast had a big variety of qualitative food which was always a thing to look forward to in the morning. What a lovely hotel this is. Great food choice for breakfast. The rooms were always cleaned to a high standard and staff really pleasant. We enjoyed the hotel so much, we rebooked for another week in December. My ONLY negative comment would have to be the secure bike shed. Having rented electric bikes for both weeks there, at times it was difficult to get them in to charge them on an evening. I would think it difficult to charge them peak season. Booking for November & December 2024 ! 😉

Amazing hotel, a few feet from the beach. The rooms were clean and very nice. The walls were a little thin but oh well. The service was absolutely incredible, I thank all of the staff for this pleasant experience. We had to wake up early to catch a flight and they opened the dining hall and gave us food at 5AM. Pros: -hotel was clean -we had a balcony view of the ocean which was very nice -staff is nice and willing to help. They kindly brought a fan to our room after we notified them that our room was so hot and we could not adjust the temperatures. -breakfast buffet was a huge plus in our stay and staff was very friendly and clean. -this place is adult only which is nice and the beach town is family friendly and does have more older folks. Cons: -Cala Millor is not close to a lot of things and you will need to rent a car to drive yourself around if you want to plan your own itinerary. There seemed to be buses and things to get around. FYI: -The hotel is smoke friendly so you will smell it in the lobby and other various spots of the area. No smell in the rooms though. -Hotel does not offer a water station so you will need to go out and buy water. The hotel does provide mini fridges in your room so you can keep your drinks cool (it takes a while to get cold though). -The hotel offers laundry services and has a 24 hr policy. They will give you a medium sized bag and will charge you about 18 euros. If you want to save yourself some time/money there are a few laundromats (self service) nearby and they have soap already which is really convenient and smells nice. -For people in your early 30s and from the USA, I would not recommend this spot or Cala Millor in general. My expectation was way different and we enjoyed the time we had because we weren't going to leave in the middle of our stay and we had an itinerary and were going to explore other places which were an hour out of Cala Millor. To put in the simplest terms, our experience in this area was like Wildwood, NJ minus the beautiful clear blue ocean.

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights with my 14yr old daughter and had a lovely time. We were delighted on arrival to find we had been upgraded to a sea view room and what a view it was! The room itself wasn't massive but was clean and had all the facilities we needed including a handy fridge. We stayed Half board and were so glad we did. Food was lovely with plenty of choice and the ability to choose a dish for it to be then freshly cooked for you on the grill was nice. Definitely some of the best food we've had in a half board/all inclusive type hotel. The selling point of this hotel though is definitely the pool area and it's views over the sea. Even sat near the rear of the pool area you can still get side views of the sea, very relaxing. Sitting between Cala Bona and Cala Millor the hotel is perfectly placed to have plenty to explore when you head out (and we felt perfectly safe just the two of us in both resorts). Would definitely recommend and visit again.

Good location of the hotel, staff is very friendly and helpful. We had been upgraded to a sea view room and the view was everything!!! Breakfast is amazing, really good and various choice of food. The rooms are small with limited storage space (there are no drawers for example). A small renovation may be needed as the mirror in the bathroom was a bit rusty. The ventilator in the bathroom was not working (or there wasn’t any, I’m not sure) and it was a bit uncomfortable after a shower.

Loved staying in this hotel, amazing location. Staff is very friendly and helpful. My daughter has a nut allergy, and the restaurant staff made sure they advised her what she could and could not eat. I definitely recommend this hotel. The views are so beautiful. Lots of shops and restaurants in the surrounding area.

Just had a great week at Atolon. Very clean and great staff. Could be quicker clearing away used crockery at dinner. We were eating dessert still with starter and mains plates still on our table. Food is absolutely first class. However as mentioned in other reviews, always COLD for some reason. Such a let down. I'd advise having food straight off the plancha. Pool area is fabulous, facing straight out to sea. No bar area inside hotel but loads of bars nearby. Location also fabulous, just to one side of Cala Bona and minutes walk to Calla Millor. Would highly recommend

Stayed in June. Had to cross road to get to room which was small. Felt like going into a hostel rather than a 4-* hotel. Minimal wardrobe space. No usual small table/ chairs in room or kettle. Patio doors looked on to chipped area covered in weeds (eventually tidied a little) and approx 5ft wall needing painted. Room cleaned every day. On the bright side across road in main hotel pool was beautiful and food very good but not a lot of choice. Staff lovely but no snack bar at pool had to go out every day for lunch. No entertainment any more as sold off this area.

The rooms are very clean, and the cleaning staff is over zealous, making sure every day that all is clean. The restaurant staff is very polite and attentive. Regarding the food, it is one of the best we’ve had in Spain so far, with a lot of variety. The view from the room is amazing, the hotel being near the beach, offering the most pleasing experience sleeping with the windows open and hearing the sea. Room are 4/5 since it feels a bit old, but this was expected from the pictures.

Holeczkyy “Holek”

Great stay, delicious fresh breakfast. In the hotel, the staff communicates more in German than in English, which is sad, but that's how Mallorca works because of the number of tourists from Germany. It's not a nuisance, but it's a fact. As for the hotel itself, it is clean and well-maintained, large balconies, for a 3* hotel it really looks good! Can wholeheartedly recommend :)

We had a fantastic stay at the Don Juan Hotel. It is right on the beach, spotlessly clean, the food is excellent and very varied and it has a lovely pool. On top of all that the staff are really nice. Would recommend a stay here.

Beautiful hotel which it totally deserve name "palace". High quality service. Testy breakfast and diner. Not deep pool with warm water. The sun loungers around the pool enough for all so don't need to get up at 7 am to occupy them :)

A fine 5 star hotel with spa. The spa facility is restful and there are plenty of different things to try out- heated stone beds, sauna, steam room, water jets, jacuzzi etc. The hotel is spacious and well finished. The grounds are well kept and plenty of room around the pool. The food was delicious and an extensive choice. The service was discreet and polite. Very restful stay.

Hotel staff very nice. Spa is average no hot tub, sauna full of naked men and women, shower head in steam room broken. Rooms are okay inside, but some rooms share balcony with other rooms. (Lack of privacy) Food is very good. And good value for money. Drinks are very nice. Waiters and waitresses are very attentive. Outdoor pool Is nice. Feels more like a 4 start hotel.

Just returned from a 10 night all inclusive stay. This hotel is lovely. Exceptionally clean. Food very good.Our room was on the 4th floor overlooking the pool and was cleaned every day. The staff are amazing. Special mention for Gabriel, Marina and Havel who all worked tirelessly on the pool bar and always with a smile. Always got a sunbed, but people queued for the posh ones on the front, but plenty at the back. Cala Millor has plenty of shops and a number of bars and restaurants. Will definitely come back and would recommend this hotel if you want a quiet holiday as its adult only and only evening entertainment on 4 nights.

Lovely hotel on great location to the beach. Rooms were clean and food was good. Only downfall that no food or drink was left in the min bar even though we sent a request on Expedia 2 days before(where we had booked it) and asked for water or some snack, however when we arrived at 5am the next morning, nothing was in the Fridge. This has been the first hotel (all inclusive) that we have not reviewed any small welcome drink/package. Pools were small, and we did not ever get space to use the front terrace in the entire week we were there as it was too busy with no space.

I chose this hotel to celebrate my partner's birthday and it was the best decision I could have taken. Everything was perfect! The hotel is beautiful, the cleanliness is impeccable, the service is amazing, the food is diverse, the location is great and the sea views are breathtaking. Literally every single employee has been adorable to us. (Special mention for Hafid at the Chill Out bar : best bartender!) 100% recommend and will be back.

Just the perfect hotel. The staff are the most helpful and friendly we have experienced in all of the years we have been coming to the island. The food is varied, fresh, and well prepared. Catering for all diets. I am a vegetarian and have no problems Rooms are fresh and modern and kept clean and tidy by housekeeping. Although having five floors of rooms the hotel still manages to maintain a boutique hotel feel. Nice seafront location close to shops and amenities, The hotel was happy to answer any questions we had before travelling via email, replying very quickly.

Just come back from a 6 night all inclusive stay at this hotel. And all i can say is WOW absolutely amazing, from the staff, food, facilities. Everything is fantastic Rooms are spotless clean Pools always clean, plenty of sun beds, front or rear of the hotel. All Staff very friendly always happy to help with anything. Food was probably the best part for myself anyway, Everything cooked was done too a high standard, always refreshed if getting low, plenty of options to suit even the fussy eaters. 100% going back next year

God bless this hotel for having AC! Ask for a lakeside view - wow! The pool here is stunning and super relaxing. We didn’t add on the breakfast but it looked nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great location near the square and also about 5 min walk from the ferry. Would recommend. Pro tip: just don’t close the door behind you on your balcony. Our neighbors got locked outside!

I stayed here for 2 nights on a trip to Italy recently. I felt the room was very small and not at all what I had seen in the photos. The door nearly hit the end of the bed when opening and wasn't very roomy for getting around(photo attached was taken from the door into the room so you can see how tiny it was). We also felt they weren't the best soundproofing(our room overlooked the road where the entrance was) and we were woken up in the night to loud motorcycles. I think the room could be improved by adding a safety lock on the bedroom door as one of the cleaners opened the door completely when we were relaxing in the room and there wasn't anyway for us to have prevented ourselves from being exposed had we been changing etc. The curtains were also completely sheer and didn't allow us any privacy/block out any of the light and our window was completely overlooked by other windows/balcony's so this was frustrating. The window was lovely though and we felt we had a fairly good view considering we overlooked the street. The church bells that ring often were nice to hear from the room(however be prepared for this if you are a light sleeper) , the bathroom was nice but again had a very sheer curtain over the window which was directly in front of the shower. The location was great, really beautiful place. Unfortunately it rained whilst we were there so we couldn't use the pool but it appeared really nice. Overall, considering we paid £290 for 2 nights and breakfast was not included , I dont feel like we received the best room/ experience and probably wouldn't return to this hotel if we were to come to Menaggio again(which we defo plan on doing).
