Excellent hotel. Lovely rooms, pools and facilities are great. Food is also great. The only negative I have is the kids club. Whilst there were more German guests at the time we stayed, all the announcements got the activities were made in German, meaning my son ended up in tears a few times as he missed out on taking part as we were not able to understand German.

Really enjoyed our visit to this hotel. Our room, while not massive, was clean and comfortable. The food was good, even the picky teenager liked it! We particularly enjoyed the gala night. The pool was large and beautifully clean. The hotel provided fresh pool towels every day. There were always plenty of sun loungers. The bar staff were great, we played cards in the evening and they would come over every so often to check if we wanted more drinks.
The only downside was the noise from the club next door. We were halfway down the building, facing the pool and we did manage to sleep but it was really quite loud, especially at the weekend.

We have just returned from a relaxing stay at Hipotel Said. We were greeted by the hotel manager who works the night shift! He greeted us with smiles and laughter even with it being 1am in the morning. The pool area is lovely and there are plenty of sunbeds, so there was no need to rush down early to get one. We had our rooms cleaned beautifully every day. The bar staff were very attentive and made the best iced coffees and cocktails! A special thanks to Juan Pablo for always making sure we were topped up with drinks. The entertainment guy effortlessly switched between Spanish, German, and English and we joined in with his aqua gym classes which were so much fun and hilarious.
The food was lovely, particularly Gala night on a Thursday evening when you are greeted with canapés and glasses of fizz. The beach is a 2 minute walk away with lots of bars and restaurants and the Havana nightclub is just down the road. Thank you for making us have such a wonderful holiday. We will definitely be returning 😊 xx

Overpriced and noisy place, if you are coming to club then fine but if you are a family with small children and wanting to relax don’t waste your money here, €300 you literally get a room that doesn’t even have a coffee/tea maker or even a kettle🤣, not even a small water bottle, no slippers or rob!! Zero soundproofing you literally hear everything music from club next door all night long, beds were super uncomfortable you sink right in and is so tinny and two beds that keep separately all night, toddler fell in between because of how unsteady they were, that is not what you expect for the price charged!! Absolutely disgusting that you rip off people like that and provide a 2* beds!!! ABSOLUTE JOKE

In general the hotel is great. Everything beautiful and clean. Staff is nice and helpful, very kind to children. Location of the hotel is great, the beautiful long beach is 3 minutes away. There is long street with shops, bars and fun park with attractions for kids right behind the hotel. Bus stop right in front of the hotel.
The pool area is beautiful, very clean with small pool for kids and one big pool. If you want to find free sunbed, it is better to go after breakfast, because it is hard to find any free sunbeds in the afternoon, especially if you are in larger group.
Food was mostly delicious, I would welcome more vegetarian choices and after a week I started to get a little bit bored because meals were repetitive. Restaurant staff was very friendly, especially Mari, Amalia, Fatima, Marina, Amara, Antonio and Pedro, I am sorry, that I can't remember all names.
The biggest minus was noisy room. There is night club next to the hotel so if you have problem with sleep you will need earplugs. I knew about this problem from reviews, so I took that into account and packed one. Beds are very comfortable. We had a room with pool and sea view, it was quite small but clean. Chambermaids were very kind, always smiling and they always left room perfectly tidy.
Minidisco for kids almost every day and lots of different activities for kids and adults during the day.
We enjoyed our stay at hotel Said and we would like to come back one day.
