I stayed at this hotel in June 2024 this year while pregnant and traveling with my young child, and my experience was absolutely appalling. During my stay, two pairs of shoes — mine and my child’s — were taken from my room by housekeeping, presumably by mistake. This left us completely without shoes, only slippers. When I approached the reception to resolve this issue, instead of helping me, they accused me of lying and claimed I had no proof that I arrived with those shoes. While I understand that the hotel may not be liable for lost items, their behavior was shocking. They told me I had no right to demand anything from them and went as far as making personal insults, saying it was obvious I had never stayed in “good hotels” before. This was deeply offensive and inappropriate, especially given my vulnerable situation.
Feeling unsafe and humiliated, I decided to leave the hotel that same day and move to another accommodation. However, when I informed the reception of my intention to check out early, I was told that my payment for the remaining days would not be refunded. While I understand that my booking was non-refundable, this was an extraordinary situation — my belongings had been taken, I was accused of dishonesty, and I was treated with blatant disrespect.
To make matters worse, after we returned home, my husband repeatedly emailed the hotel to follow up on the missing shoes. It took about months for them to finally locate the shoes and send them to us by mail. By that time, the shoes for my child for sure fit less. This made their eventual return completely useless. Adding insult to injury, the hotel offered no formal apology or adequate acknowledgment of their mistake.
This experience was nothing short of a nightmare. The hotel staff not only failed to resolve the issue in a timely and professional manner but also treated me with hostility and condescension. I felt unsafe, unsupported, and humiliated during my stay. As a pregnant woman traveling with a small child, this was one of the most stressful and disappointing experiences I have ever had.
I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel, as their handling of this situation showed a complete lack of professionalism, empathy, and respect for their guests.

Nice room with a lot of space but very tired and like some public areas needs updating
Food:breakfast fine with plenty of fresh fruit, breads & pastries and cooked food
Dinner not so good & most nights meats overcooked. Not enough staff in evening taking drinks orders and clearing tables, and due to number of families with young children always a shortage of high chairs.
Staff at reception very pleasant and helpful
Would like to give more stars but certain problems need addressing first

Everything is excellent. The service, the location, the staff is extremely kind, the food is tasty and with a huge variety of ingredients and diet restrictions.
I do really recommend it for anyone in solo, in couple, in family...
Minor detail:
The indoor swimming pool could be a bit warmer 😎

Had a lovely self catering holiday for three generations. 5 year old loved it! The pool is simple but great (not too deep). The beach is very close. Plenty to do locally, land train and bus stops nearby. We were able to walk to Lidl for our shopping. First time I'd been hotel self catering in well over 10 years but found everything I needed to cook with. The kids disco was over little quick (30 mins) but the entertainment which followed was great and more than made up for it to my 5 year old. It's a bit of a walk from the main part of Cala Millor for little ones but we hired an e-bike and ventured all the way to the other side of Cala Bona. Land train to Sa Coma and bus to the Caves del Drach.
Would 100% stay again!

Update: They were meant to refund me €50 for the use of the hotel towel. They didn’t and ok contacted them after - they wanted to charge an additional €24 euros to PROCESS A REFUND!!!!!
Overall a bit of a disappointment but saved by how the staff dealed with the issues and challenges. Right next to the beach which was a great boon and good location to explore other areas.
