Very friendly and helpful staff in the restaurant and at the bars. Excellent food, we appreciated the variation of vegetarian dishes. The staff is always helpful with dietary restrictions, we would especially like to thank Chef Ramazan. Rooms are spaciously and practically designed, clean and nicely tidy every day. Hotel is on the beach, there are plenty of sunbeds on the sandy beach and pier. The beach and pier is quiet, perfect for relaxing. Also during the high season, the swimming in the sea is not "overcrowded", because it is private beach. Sunbeds are available also by the pool where there is entertainment during the day with an animation programs. You can also enjoy foam party etc. On Saturday evening there is a luxurious thematic party at the pier. We felt very safely there. I recommend this hotel, because staff wants to fulfill your wishes.

Wonderful, caring staff. They tried to make you feel as comfortable as possible. The animators were cool , i loved them . In addition to the ice cream girl in the evening, her smile was missing, it seemed as if someone was forcing her to do that job, no matter how much you tried to make a joke with her, she looked like you had killed someone. What I didn't like is that I had an incident in the room and while ironing I ruined the upholstery of the sofa. We told the reception about this and the assessment they gave the bull was very high (100 euros). We work on our own in Albania with this job and the price was a maximum of 50 euros, we did not like that value. We don't think of going back to that Hotel as it seemed like a scam to us. Was to far from the airport. rooms: On Monday there were to many people came in the hotel and the cleaning lady did not make to clean my room, i had to do it myself . She also told me that there was no pillow cover ,and this was not good for a 5 star hotel. But on the other days they cleaned my room every day Security" The lifeguard was not available all the time. One of us risked drowning and I had to save her myself, fearing that I wouldn't make it, but I did. Food There wan NO suitable food for babies . Only 1 kind of HIPP , my son did not like it . He ate only yogurt for 7 days , the all day . I really appreciate the chef , he tried to cook something for him , but he did not like it , it didn't have the thin, creamy texture for a baby , but i appreciate that he tried There was to much spicy food (i can not eat spicy) , but there was a lot to choose

I'm currently enjoying my holiday at Sirius Deluxe Hotel, From the moment I arrived, the service has been exceptional. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure my stay is perfect. My room is spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean, with a stunning view of the sea. The bed is extremely comfortable, and the amenities provided are top-notch. I especially appreciate the luxurious spa and well-equipped fitness center.

Avoid at all costs! Absolutely appalling service from the staff. We ended up leaving the hotel after the first night due to the hostile behaviour. Day 1, 3 members of staff came up to us and asked us to leave in under an hour with 3 children as the hotel management did not want us there due to complaints we raised about the rooms. We were locked inside with a technician as the doors stopped working and another room had no air conditioning, they could not move us or even downgrade the room so sent in a technician at 3am. When our provider questioned why they wanted us to leave they completely rejected what they said. Insulted us in front of other guests. Will be taking legal action against this hotel! If you fancy embarrassing yourself go ahead and book it! We have video evidence of the incident that occurred where they came up to us whilst we were having breakfast and telling us to leave. I’m happy to share.

Apart from being at the top of a steep hill this complex is absolutely superb. The two ladies that checked us in were so helpful, really lovely. Rooms are great and clean, security keeps noise at a bare minimum. Loads of bars and restaurants nearby,taxis to bring you back up the hill for approx 5 euros. Thanks so much Hollywood Mirage.

Located at the top of a very long steep hill, only ate in the restaurant once as food not to our taste. Apartment was spacious and clean and pleasant staff. Shuttle bus (free) daily to beach stops at 6.30pm so if have any mobility issues would need to taxi back from town etc (approx 7 euro) main pool area is loud and very busy. Quieter pool was nice but unfortunately not enough parasols to go round.

Let me start by saying we did have a great holiday, but we really aren't fussy people. However, for how much it cost to stay here, it is vastly overpriced and I wouldn't stay again. Housekeeping is only on a Tuesday and Friday, we stayed Sat-Sat but they didn't bother doing Friday. To be honest, they needn't have bothered at all. Floors weren't cleaned, washing up ignored, rubbish left. They literally just changed the towels and made the bed, this resulted in an increase of cockroaches by the end of the week as the floor was filthy. Breakfast is okay, hot enough, decent variety. I just got sick of the rubbish juice and Coffees. The whole place is generally run down, you can tell if hasn't been updated for a long time. Our balcony door wouldn't lock as the mechanism was broken. Holes in the wall from old fittings, ceiling fans barely hanging on but functional enough. Old stained furniture, dirty shower curtain, chipped tiles. Air con was poor and there was mould around the ceiling vent. Our neighbour had their money stolen from their balcony, so keep your doors locked and valuables on you or locked inside! Pool was lovely, there is three, but the other two are at different hotels. No floaties between 12 and 4 in the main pool which was a bit annoying. Some lifeguards miserable nightmares, others were absolutely fantastic 🤷🏻‍♀️ Staff were lovely, evening entertainment was nice, I think they deserved a bigger crowd. It'd be nice for the hotel to try and get guests more involved (maybe offer a free drink or something) We knew about the hill, so set aside money for this. It is a good 20/30 minute uphill climb from the beach. Be careful with taxis as some target "foreigners" and add supplements for no reason and can get aggressive when challenged. Despite any issues, we enjoyed our stay. But this is definitely not a 3/4 star hotel, no way.

My girlfriend and I have just spent the past 5 nights in Hollywood Mirage and to say we were more than impressed would be an understatement. All of the staff at reception were always very helpful and always had a smile. The pool staff and poolside bar staff were always very kind and outgoing providing good daytime activities and events throughout the week. Good cocktails and sun loungers all round. The room we received was breathtaking, and while we booked on a separate package holiday website, the photos shown did not do it justice. The sea view 1 bed apartment gave views of all the Los Cristianos bay, capturing mountain range, the port, the nightlife all while being in a tranquil location for relaxation. The room facilities made me think the hotel was only a new build, however seeing awards going back as far as 2017 for the hotel itself and awards further back for the hotel group (Excel) meant that the rooms are kept to the highest of standards and modernity. Air conditioning was exceptional after a hot day to come back to. We had breakfast in the adjoining restaurant, to be greeted by a buffet that was very good value for money and the quality of food was excellent. The other services of a fully stocked mini market for all lunch and breakfast needs was a lovely option to take to diversify our stay. The hotel/resort was lovely and clean and we felt a sense of security seeing that there was a barrier and security to enter the premises. However, the hill leading up to the hotel does have its challenges so appropriate transport up and down from Los Cristianos centre would be advised. I will say though, the hill is the main reason for such breathtaking views. In all, we are both very happy with our stay and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a break away. And we will be returning some time in the future.

Great hotel excellent very helpful staff, buffet breakfast with wide choice to cater for all. The service from all the staff was exceptional loved staying here nice rooms 3 pools one was quiet pool that was great for people wanting a more relaxed atmosphere. Great Italian restaurant oppersit nice well priced food and they do takeaway. Overall really nice place to stay, the only thing that my bother some people is walking up the hill, it didn't bother me as I like walking up hills.

Great hotel, we went as a family with 2 children on a b&b basis . Hotel was clean,rooms were good, buffet breakfast was amazing. Staff attentive to detail, friendly and always busy . Pool setup was very good, with a lifeguard on duty. Plenty of entertainment, for the children and also good evening acts . Handy shuttle bus to beach. We all really enjoyed our stay there. One minor thing ,a socket by the bed would be handy.

We had a fantastic time at the Lagotel. We booked a family room which was adequate space for a family of four. The room was cleaned daily along with fresh towels. The breakfast was lovely with plenty of options-we were spoilt for choice-and the snack bar was very reasonable and the portions of food were very generous. There was a friendly atmosphere throughout the hotel, day and night. Although there was a short queue for the main pool before it opened, there were always enough loungers available and the entertainment team provided activities throughout day. My son loved all the activities, especially the children's water bingo. The lifeguard was a real presence, chatting with the holiday makers and was always on hand to help with any issues. The nightly entertainment was certainly our highlight! The visiting performers-especially the Queen tribute- were great. I would especially like to thank Fabian and the rest of the entertainment team for all of their efforts. They worked really hard to ensure that everybody was having a good time and we all looked forward to the party dances every night. We hoped to find a hotel which was clean and reasonably priced with a happy buzz and this is exactly what we got! Thank you Lagotel-see you next year!

We booked this hotel randomly, one night before our vacation, because our previously booked hotel was tragical. And what can I say it was really amazing ! Good place for travelling, amazing plenty of variety breakfast, good animation in the evening, comfy beds, good ac in the room, nice pool areas. We liked it a lot. Highly recommend !!!

Had a couple of night stay here. Super clean rooms, beds made and fresh towels daily. Communal spaces all super clean and maintained. Stayed B&B, reasonable food at breakfast, lots to choose from. Easy wander to the beach (about 10 minutes) choice of 3 pools at the hotel.

Very clean rooms with very friendly cleaning staff, the restaurant caters for everyone, didn't have a day when couldn't find something to eat. The bar you did need to queue for drinks at busy times, staff always smiling though and welcoming. Reception staff were very helpful with any queries and again always smiling.

Had a great time the hotel was lovely and clean. Had a huge choice of good food . The room was nice and clean. Our beds were made every day had fresh towels. Only draw back was the huge queues at the bar only had one member of staff serving. Apart from that the staff were very welcoming . Will definitely book again for next year

We arrived at the Cristal Park Hotel in the early hours of Tuesday morning, during our check-in we the reception person didn’t explain to us what was included in the (Ultra Premium) band, how we go about the bus times for the other resorts, so the kids ended up missing out on visiting the other resorts as we only discovered their was a bus timetable on the wall at reception two days before leaving. The hotel it’s self is like walking back into the 1912 the reception area is out dated ie (Like the titanic lobby). Our stay here was wasn’t great we had to make our own entertainment (recommend to bring a speaker) as you will need it. Also we was not told about the games room for the kids until the last two days of the holiday, so the kids ended up missing out using that. As they definitely show more gratitude and respect towards the Spanish, and the entertainment every night for our week stay was more for the Spanish then the British, Irish and Scottish. We had to sit outside every night were there were hardly no chairs or tables to sit at, the Spanish was rude and disrespectful towards the English. The only staff that were nice towards us showing us gratitude and respect was the bar staff. The restaurants were lovely but always had flies around the food areas. The room it’s self on inspection there was dead skin and grime above the sliding doors leading to the balcony. And also there wasn’t enough deck chairs on the roof for all the guests. On checkout day: We handed in our wrist bands and we were unable to use them to get drinks once checked out. My overall customer experience was pretty poor and they definitely cater more towards the Spanish than the English. My overall rating for my stay: ***

Hotel a little dated but was clean, and the rooms were cleaned every day. No welcome pack only a few cans of fizzy drink in the fridge & a bottle of prosecco which was fine. The location was excellent! The food was more than excellent! Plenty to choose from well cooked and lots of flavour. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Bathroom clean but again dated bath could do with renewal but still usable. Water pressure great. Amenities great! Staff in all service areas were brilliant.

Just got back from a week’s stay at the hotel. Like most we were worried with other reviews! I can say my fears were NOT warranted and we had a very pleasant stay. We had a lovely double bedroom with balcony, the room was clean (smelled of bleach on arrival) and cool with air conditioning. The rooms were cleaned daily and all staff were very helpful. The hotel has a very relaxed feel about it, yes it is a bit dated and the lifts run slowly but it’s a 3 star hotel! You get what you pay for and more! The food was a bit repetitive however every night we had multiple plates and always found something nice to eat. The queue for the bars can sometimes be a bit long but no more than 5 minutes, just be patient and wait. The beach is only a short walk from the hotel, loads of bars around too! Overall we would recommend to others, please don’t listen to the negatives, clearly these customers want 5* service wherever they go!

Lovely hotel, daily room cleans, lots of choice in buffets on two floors. We chose minus 2 floor for a quieter meal. Rooms are basic but nice enough. We were lucky to get a balcony. Swimming pool freezing but ok once you are in! Poor bar great - just wish there were better snacks. Queues at bars are a problem but not the end of the world. Lifts were ok, slow at times. I wish the coffee machine was on at dinner times, the coffee is so good! Would stay again, good location, clean and staff nice. Dont get why some reviews say Spanish people are only served at certain bars etc. that’s simply not true. We made the effort to speak to Spanish people and got along great with them. The Spanish grandmas were so sweet to my kids and grandchild. Treat people how you want to be treated.

We loved our stay here, the food was okay, had enough of a choice not to get bored. The nearby beach isn't the greatest and it's an hour's walk from the grand bazaar or about a 8 min cab ride for about 8 pounds The best part about this hotel to be honest was the staff, we had our infant son with us and everyone was super accommodating. The Spa staff especially were excellent and so kind so much so I would return just because of them. Low points about the hotel were, no iron provided you had to rental from the on site shop and the WiFi wasn't the greatest.

Stayed here for a week commencing 19.05.24. 12 family members including 6 children and it was the 2nd time at this hotel. Great experience once again. It has a sister hotel on the beach which is newer and more expensive but according to friends who have stayed at both this is better. Great variety of food and free ice-cream for the kids. Rooms are average but regularly cleaned and no extra cost for Internet or safe. 2 large swimming pools and slides + children's pools. They have a foam party once a week and daily evening entertainment for kids and adults. 10 minutes walk to main road near the beach with plenty of shops and seller's of excursions. Hotel can get very busy. We all had a great time.

***WOULD AVOID*** Green Nature Resort in Marmaris offers some positives, but overall, it falls short of the experience expected from a 4-star hotel. Our room (Room 4000) was spacious, but noise was a constant issue, with guests running and shouting late into the night, making it hard to rest. When I inquired about packed lunches, the response was condescending, as if I had made an unreasonable request. The dining experience was also frustrating. Staff would clear food and shut off drinks machines right as mealtime ended, even if guests were still serving themselves. Lights were turned off, and tables were cleared around us, making us feel rushed and unwelcome. A little flexibility would make a big difference. Bar service was inconsistent. While most staff were okay, one young bartender was rude and careless in preparing drinks. Thankfully, a senior waiter provided attentive service, which was a refreshing contrast. Security was another concern. We found the safe open and our room door left ajar, and only upon returning home did I realize that two of my designer t-shirts were missing. When I rang the hotel, I was told they couldn’t do anything because I had already left and would need to report it to the police if I was still there. The representative implied that it was my responsibility to check my luggage before departure, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. The on-site shop experience was disappointing as well. My young daughters (2 and 6) were testing some toys, and the shop owner began shouting at them for making noise—even though we were planning to buy the toys. A friendlier approach would go a long way. The tattoo shop delivered good work, but prices were inconsistent. Initially, I was quoted £95 per hour, then later £80, which felt unprofessional. While the result was fine, I could find more reliable and consistent artists back home. Overall, Green Nature Resort has potential but lacks the service and security to live up to 4-star standards. I would not recommend this place to anyone, and I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Loved our stay at green nature. The rooms were a bit smaller than imagined but functional. They were also tidy but didn't think they were adequately cleaned. The bathroom was the cleanest part of the room. Food there was always a variety of food and different each day. The had a theme for each night in the main buffet hall. Outside was a lot of different grilled meat and fish as well as pizzas. Reception staff were friendly. Waiting staff were really friendly and helpful. Engaged in conversations which was nice. Kids club is good my children loved for all the days we used the service. They did the t shirt painting and neon disco etc. Their spa is 10/10 I loved the experience. The massage and facial is well worth every penny spent. Staff in the spa were friendly, respectful and very helpful. The on site shop is a bit overpriced for certain things better to buy outside the resort if needed or bring extra from home(£25 for sun screen is extortionate). Overall I enjoyed my stay here and I wouldn't mind staying there again in the future.

The Gamers (TheGamers)

It's a really nice hotel, the location is great. About 900 meters from the beach and mountains in the background. You could go with the bus to the beach which comes every day. Food is good, sometimes little bit cold but overall good. The hotel is mostly English so most of the food and drinks are from English culture. For the waiters on the other hand, they were mostly talking to each other and didn't do much. If you are sitting on one of the furthest tables chances are small that they are coming to ask for drinks. And for the tables, some big tables are reserved every day. Little bit weird. Swimming pools are great. Fun waterslides. Some extra things that the resort could change are: animation costs, some activities costs money. Like the bingo and pizza making. For a all inclusive resort this could be changed in the future. Overall this is a great resort and we had a lot of fun!

I recently stayed at Long Beach Resort and it was an exceptional experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making check-in a breeze. The room was clean, modern, and well-equipped, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, a fantastic stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. The animation team was fantastic! They were energetic, friendly, and always created a fun atmosphere. From engaging activities during the day to lively evening shows, they truly made the stay memorable. Their enthusiasm and creativity added a special touch to our holiday experience.

Location: The hotel is in a great location, nearby many other hotels. Rooms: the rooms are a bit old, but it is well equipped, so nothing appears to be outdated, hence it is a large room. I was on the family section, it was good but far away from the sea and everything, there's a new villa buildings, it's new section and modern, it looks amazing as a decoration and have a bar lounge and theatre for shows. Service: 90% of the people are helpful and smiling, you must know that the resort was 100% in capacity, so every place was full of people, but you don't feel that you have any delays in service or food. Food: food was very good and have some varieties, I understand sometimes you don't find what you love, but I found that food was good. I have a concern for the breakfast, it should include more dishes. Snacks: were average maybe the pizzas were over average. Animation: is a bit repetitive, but they had some competitions in the beach and at the pool. Hence, there was a show everyday, except Friday there were 3 different shows in 3 different places inside the resort. I loved the foam party at the beach ⛱️ 😍 Pool: what I liked about the pool, that it was connected, so you have some passages to go from pool to another without getting out of the water. Disclaimer: it was more of a family hotel, if you're couples I suggest to search for another place, but for a family and kids it was on point. The sea tides were high at daylight, so you need to walk 200 meters or more to get of the shallow water. Lastly, we had a great time and we could think to visit the hotel again.

The hotel has a great location . Pol area was fabulous and very big . Restaurants were clean and have plenty of choices with excellent service. All staff worked hard to keep your stay a happy and enjoyable experience. The Animation Team worked hard to make you feel welcome and gave great shows and entertained through the day .

This is a lovely hotel for a holiday. The service and friendliness is 5*. The staff can’t do enough for you. The wide choice of food is excellent. The rooms clean and comfortable. This hotel caters for families and adults. There is a pool area for all who enjoy the animation music, games etc, there are also more quiet and peaceful areas with easy access to pools for those who don’t. You don’t have to put your towel on a bed at 6am at this hotel which is great. There are plenty of sun beds all day long. I would definitely recommend and hopefully return soon.

Upon arriving we were told that we would be ‘upgraded’ and our rooms would be the new apartments. However they were very far away from the main hotel building which was very disappointing. We were then told we could pay extra to book rooms in the main building despite our booking reference stating that the rooms would be in the main building and have a pool view. There was a shuttle bus service that you could call to pick you up however they took a very long time to a point where you got tired of waiting and walked back and forth anyway. The staff at reception were very rude. Especially Adel Fayez. They act with a lot of arrogance and speak in their language so you are not able to understand. They act very smug and won’t help whatever your issue is. The buffet was okay and had a good selection, mainly fish, but had a kids corner which was very handy for those travelling with children. The restaurants had nice food and a better relaxed atmosphere. The car park was also quite a distance away from the main building. We saw a lot of people parking inside but they would not allow us to do so. They definitely prioritise quantity over quality in this hotel, as there are many rooms and a lot of things going on however delivery is extremely poor and half hearted. We had to ask for our rooms to be cleaned several times and for new towels everyday. They keep count of how many towels you use and keep in your room. They tried to accuse us of taking a towel with us at the end of our holiday 😂 what would I do with a cheap towel? However miraculously found it when we told them to look in the room properly. I feel like it’s all a money making scheme and they do all they can to earn a little more on the side. They had a good selection of swimming pools on the positive side. Not all were clean though. The restaurant staff were also very lovely. Wouldn’t visit again or recommend to those wanting a peaceful holiday.

We had a lovely holiday here and the range of services was fantastic. We ate at the Italian restaurant for my mums birthday and the servers even came and sang happy birthday. The only issue here was that we had a 5 course dinner in 45 minutes. Some of us were still eating one course when the next course was being brought out. It was all a bit rushed. Our room cleaner Ahmed was amazing. Our rooms were left spotless every day. He even hung the decorations we had for the birthday and he did a wonderful job with them.

We really enjoyed our stay, the entertainment staff are really helpful good fun. The food was freshly cooked as you stood waiting for it. We were impressed with the constant supply of fresh bottled water in our room and constant supply of smaller bottles in big fridges on the beach front. The food festival was good fun and a lot of effort put in to it. Lovely beach beaches and safe shallow water and organised trips via the hotel.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. A Special thanks goes to Mr. Saif in the reception who was always smiling and ready to help us a lot. I was really impressed with his commitment and dedication. ❤️ The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner and loved the convenient location. We had an amazing time at the hotel! The pool area was fantastic. Can't wait to come back again ❤️

Really good hotel with good ‘themed’ dinner nights. Lots of excursions on offer at the hotel such as trips to Luxor, quad safari and submarine boats. The daily entertainment from the animation team were brilliant, and also the kids club and entertainment throughout the evening. The staff were really nice and also speak multiple languages which is very handy. Would recommend for individuals, couples and families.

We really enjoyed our holidays at the Sunshine Crete Beach Hotel. We have stayed in a semi-separate apartment out of the main building. It was clean and quiet. We asked for a sea-view room but we could barely see the sea as it was mostly hidden by other buildings which was not so big issue at the end as we did not spend much time in the room anyway. The catering was also great in the main restaurant and at the beach bar. The overall atmosphere was perfect, mostly thanks to the animation team. They took care of the children as well as of adults during the day and evening. There was always something to do and it was always fun. Amongst others stretching and aqua aerobics in the morning, water polo and some competition in the afternoon, and a mini-disco for kids with another competition or karaoke and a disco in the evening. Go, animators, go!

Very nice hotel, old but well kept. The staff is wonderful and always smiling, and the rooms on the ground floor with a garden are a paradise for children. the highest praise for the pirates animation team, our twins enjoyed their time. Sea is wonderful, but quite cold in the second half of June. all in all a wonderful experience. Greetings from Serbia.

An amazing two weeks at this wonderful hotel. Everything was excellent - the room, food, staff. They welcomed us at 4am and were so kind and helpful, it was a great start after a long journey with young children. The hotel is just lovely, with so many facilities. Everything for kids was perfect and the food was delicious with plenty of choice. Even if you don’t have children, there’s plenty to enjoy. Could not recommend enough.

We just got back last week. The resort Is great, especially for families with children. Everything was always clean, enough sunbeds And umbrellas on the beach. The sea Is beautiful, ideal for snorkeling. Food was amazing, various choices every day. And mainly, the staff were all amazing, Smiling all the time so we Felt very welcomed. Even though they were working very hard they all were just so friendly! Thank you for a great Holiday And we absolutely recommend this hotel! 🌴🤿♥️

There are many aspects to my review. In general, we were really happy with our vacation. I do not know what many of the complaints I have read come from. Yes, the rooms, especially the bathrooms could use a renovation - shower curtain, clogged bathtub drain, loose toilet seat. But overall, the rooms were really clean, room service was offered everyd day. The same with the food - the breakfasts kept reprating the offer, but to be honest - myself and the kids eat almost the same thing at home anyway so why judge? Lunches and dinners were very variable and really tasty so no complains here whatsoever. I would appreciate more if other guests were a bit more considerate regarding the noise they make in the night and early mornign but this is hardly the hotels fault. And last but not least, the animation crew! These people are just amazing. Huge thanks go to the czech team, Sebastian and all the other people as well! The kids had a blast in the kids club and us, adults, enjoyed the activities as well. Thank you all!

Firstly I am not one to complain and write a bad review, but this really was misleading from the photos and the minute we got there. Firstly we was all inclusive and I’m not even exaggerating, the food was disgusting, reheated and the choice of food was appalling. We had to eat out for breakfast and dinners most nights as the food really wasn’t acceptable. We spent around 520 Euros on food whilst being there. I have an 11 month old son who was living off cold chips which was not acceptable. Second of all the waitress at the all inclusive bar was very rude. The bar closes at 10pm and she was refusing to make any drinks from 9:30pm. She was rolling her eyes and tutting at me and being disgustingly rude to me and other people that were around the bar. We didn’t have our room cleaned once since being there. My partner asked for clean towel and we didn’t get any. We also had ants in our kitchen area which we had to spray many of times. We had a problem with the pool. It had from what I can only explain as sick around inside of the pool. We told the staff there and it wasn’t dealt with for hours, we had to tell people to get out as it was so unhygienic. This has to be one of the worst places I have been. The photos on the website are dated and misleading.

I am very disappointed with my stay here. I felt very unsafe to the point I had to change hotels as people are trying to climb into your room and steal your belongings. I would advise people not to sleep with any windows or doors open. Furthermore, the rooms are dirty and have a bad smell of wee and bins. The bedding and towels are already stained. The food is not great, one night the chicken was cold and pink inside. Wouldn’t recommend staying here. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

Poor! Yes you get what you pay for. Well not really! No cleaning or bedding and towels changed. Bins overflowing in room with no spare bags. No washing up equipment or even a bar of soap!! Worst thing was drug dealers living just up the road and touting people in the complex. Also living it up with a woman tourist next door. Who had kids!! Loved this place 20 years ago. DO NOT IGNORE THE REVIEWS. The scariest stay I’ve ever had abroad! We booked this holiday as a surprise holiday for my mums 70th we were in a group of 16. the holiday started off amazing and we were so excited, rooms were not the best but was very happy with mine as it had aircon. I was in the room alone with my partner and my son, we are a same sex relationship so two females and a 4 year old. It came apparent very quickly that we were opposite a drug den at number 12, we were in room 49. You couldn’t walk the streets without being offered drugs. I read some reviews which was a big mistake and saw that somebody had been r worded a few weeks before, our second to last day my partner had gone to the shop and I was showering my little boy, when my dad called me and said get in the bedroom and hide, I looked out of the window to see two men with guns pointing at my next door neighbour throwing massive rocks that broke the pavement outside my appartment, absolutely petrified as a young girl with my four year old alone in a room with people outside with guns. We went to the reception they couldn’t move our room they said they would have security patrol the street and also police presence all throughout the night… they didn’t. And all you heard all night was shouting and fighting coming from number 12. Very on edge all night (didn’t have money to move to another hotel so wasn’t an option) DO NOT STAY HERE. They have no security, and quite frankly do not care. What was meant to be the holiday of a life time with my whole family turned into hell. Cleanliness doesn’t exist The room had an ant infestation and we were told they would clean our room in the morning they didn’t, we were given bug spray to sort it ourselves. Food, poor selection amazing if you only want chips and onion rings. Just avoid. Completely!

Dirty disgusting lifeless soulless place worst holiday of my life I had to endure people smoking drugs next door we couldn’t open the door because of the smell. People playing loud music in the early hours and brawling drunks. This place needs total refurbishing woodworm dirty floors bath toilet old beds dirty broken patio furniture pillows had more lumps than the desert the sofa bed stank inadequate fans it was so bad we hired a car just to get away from the place. Had to ask for clean bed linen and towels. This is only the tip of the iceberg and I could go on and on about rude staff giving wrong directions and a gate key but no key to the accommodation and everything else that’s wrong with the place. I’m not into big posh hotels the only thing I expect is clean room bed bath towels and bedding to be changed on a regular basis (2-3 times a weekit had none of these I’ve stayed in many two star places as well as five and four star hotels and of all the two stars this is the worst it doesn’t deserve 2 stars it should be unrated and if I could have given a minus score then I would have .

Very bad and boring resort. The food hall is so small and it offers limited choices of Food and the staff attitude is so unprofessional. The sun beds weren't available unless you came very early or otherwise you wouldn't find place on the beach and at many days the floating bridge was closed so you can't swim. The only good thing was the rooms which was large and well equipped. I would advise you not to come here for this price you can find better resort .

Very nice hotel! The service is 5+++, the staff are really friendly, smiley and diligent. The territory is green and beautiful, lots of swimming pools and quite enough sunbeds. Spa is also good! The sea is clean and warm, you'll be able to see wonderful fish, though probably won't be able to swim cause of corals and big waves😅 Food was tasty, but not very diverse, though we really appreciated breakfasts and desserts. If you'll need a doctor during your stay, you're lucky, cause there is a really good one there. Animation is quite okay if you're not a very disco-and-all-day-long-entertainment-seeker. So, if you're not fond of swimming in the sea and can enjoy just staying in it, I can surely recommend you Cleopatra❤️

The beach also is good as you can just swim from the beach ,there is a side without coral barriers which you can easy go for snorkeling and there is a lot to see down there! The only think i can’t say I loved is the room cleaning , is not bad but doesn’t satisfy my expectations to be honest . The sandy beach with a coral reef is great for snorkelling. There is a bar on the beach. Large pool in the middle of the hotel with its own bar. All meals are served buffet style, everyone can choose and all meals are delicious. Rooms spacious and cleaned every day. The whole hotel is covered by wifi. In terms of entertainment, I must not forget the animation team that organizes different activities every day of the week. I highly recommend this hotel.

Mum and I went on holiday here 11-18 October 2024 3 star hotel. Staff polite friendly and helpful Rooms needed air conditioning not just a unit which was very noisy only pool view get the units. Or you can pay 5 euro a day for it. Pool bar was great serves food and you can have any drinks after 11pm you pay shuts at 12am. Entertainment was wonderful in evening and in day also entertainment was great for all. Buffet food in dinning room A lot to chose from sometime it is cold but what do expect when it's a heated unit. My partner and I have just returned from a delightful week-long holiday. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and while the rooms were basic, they met our expectations for the price. The pool area was well-maintained and tidy, with the only minor issue being the inconsiderate behavior of some guests who monopolized sunbeds for extended periods and not using them. We would appreciate it if measures could and should be taken to address this issue in the future. The bar staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, and the food hall offered a wide variety of fresh food options, catering even to individuals with particular dietary preferences. This was my second visit to the hotel, and I would highly recommend it and consider returning for a third time in the future.

We are currently on our 5th night. From the very start at check in (we were 3 hours early and they still checked us straight into our room) the holiday has been amazing. Nearly every single drink at the bar is included in the all inclusive, the food selection and quality is amazing for an all inclusive. Our room while it only has a ceiling fan was cool enough to sleep in if you keep the patio doors open and curtains closed 24/7 this is with 29c days. Information given at reception on bus times, prices and what buses to catch and where to change for a trip to the aquarium was so helpful. Lovely pool and getting a deck chair isn't difficult at the end of Sept/beginning of Oct. Most staff speak great English. We will definitely be back!

Great Family Holiday... Until the Midlife Crisis Convention Rolled In” We’ve been enjoying a brilliant stay at the Mirador Maspalomas — the kind of hotel where you’d expect relaxation, family fun, and a genuinely welcoming atmosphere. Everything was spotless, the staff couldn’t have been friendlier, and the family entertainment kept us all smiling. But then... cue the Harley Davidson Biker Convention. Two days ago, a fleet of middle-aged bikers rolled in, seemingly fuelled by midlife crises and a mission to commandeer the hotel. Since then, the peaceful family vibe has been hijacked. The bar and entertainment areas are no longer spaces for families to unwind but rather look like the set of a budget biker film. Trying to find a free table? Forget it! The bikers have claimed them all, camping out for hours like they’re defending sacred territory. The behaviour? Rude would be an understatement. Bar staff are treated with utter disregard, and the waft of cigarette smoke seems to have become their calling card. What was shaping up to be a 5-star family holiday has been overshadowed by leather jackets and an apparent disdain for anyone who didn’t arrive on two wheels. Mirador Maspalomas was a real gem — but it’s hard to recommend it without a warning: check if there’s an impending invasion of leather and egos before booking! Update 1:15am. We now have a bunch of them fighting in the hotel. So much for a good night's sleep. Disgraceful.

This hotel was amazing!! The staff were all friendly and helpful. Management are really good. Everyone is always smiling, when I wasn’t feeling well they got me ice water and gave me some advice. The food is amazing!! Top compliments to the chefs and especially head chef! The on site shop is good for essentials and little treats like chocolate and gifts to take home even have towels and inflatables for the pools. The pools are really clean the entertainment is fun just such a lovely place and I will defiantly be coming back to this hotel!!

Cheap disposable plastic cups and no hot food, food is served at room temperature. That’s not 4 star experience, but that is what Evita Resort served us. We arrived at Evita Resort and the gentleman and the lady at the front desk said that even though we had paid in advance, there was no room for us. But they would accommodate us at nearby other hotel of their’s and it would be Evita Resort quality, so we would not need to worry. Evita Resort quality means ants marching in room and bed. Cheap disposable plastic cups, no glassware even for lunch or dinner. What should have been hot food, was served room temperature. So cold scrambled eggs and bacon for breakfast. Their four star lunch was chicken nuggets and hot dogs, served lukewarm of course. Dinner was for example so overcooked chicken breast that knives had problems cutting them, yet they weren’t served hot. Towels and linens are changed every three days only. Another sure sign of four star quality. Only positive thing was the pool area, it was clean, peaceful and nice amount of sunbeds and shades. I would not recommend Evita Resort.

Booked Evita hotel for 10 days, we have been to Greece on a few occasions, this hotel has been far the best.Good choice of food throughout the day including snacks. Sam is amazing, he makes everyone welcome and makes everyone smile, this made us comfortable.The room are spacious and are regularly cleaned to a good standard. I've read reviews about ants etc ...but these are outside not inside, maybe if people did not drop food there would not be any. I will write a longer review on leaving but for now I just wanted to write a review of a special barman called Mike, he has been truly wonderful and catered to our every need and has a smile on his face every minute whilst doing so. We are staying in block 800 and have a lovely pool 30 seconds from our door. Mike mans the little bar beside this pool. I watch him interacting with every customer and everyone of them leaves with a smile after talking to him. Mike has helped to make our stay in the paradise of Rhodes just that little bit better if possible. To management, wherever you have found this guy, you have done a great job, please at your very earliest opportunity give this young man a promotion, he thoroughly deserves it and is a vital asset to your hotel. I recently stayed at Evita Resort and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the rooms were clean and spacious. It was nice to have plenty of room to relax after a long day. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job maintaining the room's cleanliness throughout our stay. The staff at the hotel were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with any requests we had. Their welcoming demeanor made our stay more pleasant. However, there were a few significant downsides. The food was a major disappointment. Despite trying several dishes, we found that none of them met our expectations. The quality and taste were subpar, which was quite a letdown. Additionally, the food options are not particularly child-friendly. Families with young children might struggle to find suitable meals, and the general atmosphere of the hotel doesn't cater well to the needs of families. In summary, while Evita Resort excels in room quality and staff service, the food and family-friendliness leave much to be desired. If dining and location convenience are important to you, you might want to explore other options

We spent a fantastic week here with my family. The resort was clean and well maintained. The room was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the buffet on most days but found that there were not many chicken options. The evenings were filled with fun and laughter thanks to the amazing entertainment. The animators went above and beyond. Kids club was fantastic and a great opportunity for little ones to make friends and parents to have a few relaxing hours.

I took my wife for 5 days for her birthday, We stayed in the adult only part of the resort, and it was so peaceful and relaxing. The views were stunning, and there was a nice variety of food to choose from. The whole resort was so clean and tidy. all the staff were friendly and smiling. There were 3 different forms of entertainment each evening at the 3 different bars. We booked a spa treatment, which was very reasonably priced and It was fantastic. We only wish we would have booked longer, so much so we are booking again for next year and taking the whole family. The only negative thing we experienced was the mosquitos, but that is just nature and is no fault of the resorts whatsoever. Overall I cannot recommend this place enough. It was absolutely amazing.. Thank you once again and see you next year.

The hotel is huge and a perfect location with an amazing beach and large pool. Unfortunately that’s the only good parts of the stay. The hotel itself is very tired and run down, we had 4 rooms and every room had maintenance issues, bathrooms stink of sewage and 2 of us had to swap rooms due to broken showers and mouldy mattresses. A la carte restaurants were fully booked for our 5 night stay so only option was the buffet which is awful. Very difficult to get a table, then when you do finally get one, good luck finding a staff member to clean it. The food itself is horrid, only positive is that I lost weight in n an all inclusive holiday because the food is not tempting whatsoever. On terms of the drinks you have a plastic token you have to keep all week to redeem for a plastic glass at the bars. Only local beers and spirits included. You can’t even get a decent coffee anywhere, the coffee machines in the buffet are terrible and the only bars that serve a decent coffee are charged. Would recommend to avoid this hotel in honesty. Such a shame as the location and beach are beautiful.

I had a fantastic stay at Sandy Beach Resort in Corfu. The beachfront location is stunning, and being away from the city added to the charm. It’s a quiet, peaceful place, perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The resort staff, especially the reception and guest relations team, were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The food was great, and there were plenty of activities to keep me entertained. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway with excellent service, Sandy Beach Resort is the place to be!

There are lots of reviews of this hotel which are low in stars. Sometimes people do not bear in mind the price they would need to pay to get the service they would desire! Place was clean and tidy, room was comfortable with safe, fridge, kettle etc. AC very good. Bait was INSANE good for an all inclusive, yes people have said it's repetitive, there is always salad, bread, chips etc. but the variety is there for the main meals, I loved the food. Would 10/10 come back here, facilities excellent overall.

Absolutely fantastic hotel, the room is lovely we got given a free upgrade so have a pool view. The food choice and quality is excellent and the staff are very friendly. Unfortunately the second half of our trip was very noisy and disruptive due to hordes of under 14's staying for a football competition, they were noisy and every evening till nearly midnight were running around the corridors and banging on doors.

Fabulous hotel, staff were all very polite and efficient, clean... So clean! Food was good. We did 10 days all inclusive and always found something different. We ate out in Alvor a couple of times too which was nice to have the quiet from the busy dining at the hotel. Pool is huge, it was cold especially first thing in the morning but the kids seemed not to care, the pool can get a bit crowded on some days but we usually always found a lounger if we were late getting down in the morning. The entertainment team were great and full of energy, put on great shows. Kids tried kids club a couple of times and seemed to like the activities and how quiet it was compared to other resorts we have been to. The grounds and kids play area were great. Little shop on the hotel had lots of useful things but there's lots of shops in Alvor and it's worth the walk down as its a beautiful place. We hope to be back sometime.

We are here at the moment, having been here previously more than twice a year and been happy with the room we were allocated, but not this time. I feel we were given one of the smallest rooms available, when asked to change was told fully booked. I know that is not true as I was very observant of available empty rooms during our stay.The room was very dingy and dark and dissapointing, we are used to better.Having said that it was nice to see some of the same staff still there . They were so friendly to us and the food was always lovely, but not always hot. The kebabs are to die for.The cleanliness is so good here cannot fault anything at all apart from our room. My husband is disabled and would like to see walk in showers in some of the rooms.

This is not a 4star hotel. Very limited food offer in restaurant same most days . No pool tables no real games room . Indoor pool u have to pay extra bd kids can only use between 6 and 7pm . Limited drinks menu. When we stay there was a booking with over 600 kids in a football tournament who took over hotel. Very noisy here everything from floor above and corridor. Entertainment is prob the worst ever seen in a hotel . Staff do nothing when u raise a complaint. Lovely area shocking hotel. We won't be back

We were a little disappointed with our room condition, but as the hotel was fully booked, we couldn't be moved. We understand that this hotel will be undergoing a refurbishment in the not too distant future, which may have something to do with the condition of it. However, the rest of the hotel was fine. The bar area was nice and comfortable, the pool was nice, clean, and warm. The poolside bar was excellently staffed by enthusiastic and friendly staff. The food was of very good quality and variety, and the service at lunch and dinner was exceptional. The people working there really made this place. Always smiling, always friendly, and always ready to accommodate any, reasonable, request. They made us feel very welcome.

This hotel is shouldn't be 4 stars it's definitely a 3 star! The pictures they show on their website do not match the rooms in real life. Our towels weren't replaced in the room for 2 days and they don't regularly replace new mugs or fresh tea bags, coffee and milk in the rooms. The Pillows and sheets are stained with make up etc. And they're not replaced the whole of your stay! The pool is the best part of the hotel however they have lights hanging off inside the pool and the children's pool is full of debris and needs to be cleaned regularly. The pool bar staff are brilliant and really friendly. The bar in the evening is very slow and needs more staff for the amount of guests in the hotel. The eveing entertainment is rubbish they might aswell just not bother! The decor is very dated with old manky carpets running through the corridors. I will say the food is lovely and changes everyday so your not eating the same things all the time. This hotel definitely needs to be down graded to a 3 star and stop leading people to believe it's a 4 star online!!!

Positives: The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The pool is lovely and clean (but cold). Outside is better than the inside and the grounds were well kept. Negatives: We went for 5 days. The room wasn't cleaned, the bedding wasn't changed nor did we get clean towels until I complained - twice. There were also cockroaches in the room. The food was disgusting and lukewarm and flies kept landing on it all as it wasn't covered. For a 4* hotel I expected the food to be at least adequate but it truly wasn't. The entertainment wasn't the best but we were out of season. It is located on the beach but there is no access directly and its very rocky. The indoor pool is even colder than the outside which seemed odd. The all inclusive drinks don't include Latte, milkshake, hot chocolate etc and u have to pay separately for those. To keep it's 4* rating it needs completely refurbishing inside and new chefs/food choices.

The rooms need fixing up and a bit of paint their was mould near the air condition ants in the room on the cups in the room so we could not drink from them and thread coming out of the bed sheets hole in the cover. Although this hotel is a little tired looking in places it is clean. The staff are friendly & even though we arrived nearly 3 hours before the scheduled check in time they allowed us to use the facilities & start using our all inclusive bands straight away. The only thing I would note is that although the pool is very large it has very limited shallow ends. My partner is over 6ft tall & was only able to stand in about 20% of the pool the rest of the pool was nearly 2 metres deep which is not great if you have kids who are not strong swimmers.

We had a great time at this hotel. We had booked into a basic room which was fine and we were happy with. 3 days into our trip we got offered an upgrade to a room that had direct access to a pool. If you get the chance I would book this room. The drinks are all branded and the cocktails were lovely. The food was very tasty. The walk up and down to the beach is about 5 minutes and it not too bad of a walk. Overall I would fully recommend this hotel. We paid £700 each including flights and it was great value for money

Firstly, the staff were incredible. From reception, to waiters, the crepes woman and our maid were so kind and friendly. Everyone is always willing to help anyway they can. The rooms are outdated but still pleasant, pillows are very comfy. Our TV didn’t work which on a nighttime a bit of white noise is nice but it wasn’t missed. The views are amazing, but the location is difficult for people like us. Luckily you can walk into Kardamena or get a bus. The food wasn’t the best, the fries were so tasty and a great idea with pizza on the beach but other than that, pretty basic. The food and isolation of the hotel were a downfall but that’s because we aren’t the kind of couple that enjoys just “all inclusive”. Each to their own. We both thank the staff for their hard work and kindness, you may think that they’re just doing their job but they all go above and beyond for you.

Had a great time! Animation team is fabulous! EDIT: The animation team will hound you to leave a 5 star review and wait with you so they can take a picture once you've completed it. The animation team will also not stop trying to get you to take part in the hotels activities (zumba, step class, etc) throughout the day - I just wanted to relax with my friends and the constant interruptions through the week were a little frustrating. They also do review nights at the hotel where they go all out and it is good but will refuse to serve you drinks until you've left a 5 star review. The hotel was really nice and I enjoyed my stay, the dolphin trip you can book was great we saw lots of dolphins. I have removed 1 star from my original review because of the points above. I also think it's worth saying that the drinks are poured very freely so be careful they are STRONG! The food was very good! New food in the buffet everyday - There was a lot of flies in the buffet and in the snack bar, not necessarily the hotels fault but worth noting.

Lovely hotel, brilliant country, everyone smiles! In particular the animation team are so friendly and have a great variety of activities, especially Ramos! If you get to meet him ask him to do card tricks! There’s a great variety of dishes in the restaurant daily, something for all tastes, but if you really cannot find something that suits you the chefs will prepare something else. Drinks service to the table for lunch and dinner instead of the typical bun fight at the beer or taps as with some all-inclusive locations. Would recommend this hotel and location.

A huge shout out to Irene whom looked after us at break each morning. Good hotel. We enjoyed the lounge especially. Good food, tasty, different every evening, good choice of drinks, good quality wine. Very very friendly and customer oriented service, we want to praise Joy and Kamal the administrators of the lounge. Good swimming pool, gym facilities (you will not find any good photo of the gym while looking up the hotel, that was important for me and my son, so I had some doubts about it, but it turned out that the hotel has a well equipped gym, no worries). Wow- what a great experience! We enjoyed every minute of our stay at Le Royal Meridien. Very friendly, welcoming and professional staff. Really everyone is always helpful and has a smile on their face. Food was so delicious and the rooms and facilities are luxurious. The beach and pools are excellent, the staff always arranged sunbeds for us- so enough sunbeds for everyone! Spa & fitness is also included and we really enjoyed using it. I really can‘t think of anything that could be done better during out stay. If we come to Dubai next time, we will stay at this hotel again for sure.

Just got back from a fantastic holiday at the Le Royal Meridien in Dubai and I'm already missing it! The whole place was just beautiful and my room had the most amazing view of the sea. It was so nice to just chill out on the balcony. Being vegetarian, I was a bit worried about the food, but I was seriously impressed. They had so many delicious veggie options across all the restaurants and every dish was full of flavour. There was a small mix-up at check-in because I booked through a website, but the staff were super helpful and even gave me an upgrade for the fuss! Talk about great service. Orlando, one of the staff members, was an absolute star. He made sure I had everything I needed and always went the extra mile to make me feel welcome.
