This was our first family holiday. What an experience. Our first few days here was continuous rain but the hotel staff and entertainment staff made sure that didn't stop the fun. On our 4th day there wasn't a cloud in the sky and the sun was out. There was lots of entertainment, dancing, music and so much more. I 100% recommend anyone to try this hotel. If you are a foodie and like trying new things this is the place for you. Kids club has been a God send my little girl loves it and the staff are amazing. What an amazing place. X

First of all, we arrived and checked in which was simple, we was left to find our own way to our room with no instructions but we didn’t really mind. We got to the room and was welcomed to a small twin room, when we booked a double. The room was filthy, the balcony had a massive puddle of water and it was a horrendous first impression. We complained to reception about the non-existent view, dirty room and the fact we had 2 tiny single beds. We was told the hotel was fully booked, and the receptionist whose name I think was “bamla” was very rude and said nothing can be done. We went back half an hour later and said it’s unacceptable that we as a couple do not have a double bed and asked to speak to a manager. Suddenly, there was another room available, it was much smaller, same terrible view and just as dirty, we took it as apparently this was the only option which I did not believe. I also want to mention I am not one to complain and definitely praise good work, however on this occasion my first impression was an utter disgrace.
Another negative I found is that the food isn’t very good, there isn’t very many options and a lot of the food is very bland. It is definitely not up to the 4* turkey standard like a lot of other hotels are. We stayed in Prime Beach last year and I can assure you that Prime beach hotel is 100 times better than green nature resort, and I’m shocked as this hotel was more expensive for us than it was to return to prime beach. The food is also rarely replenished, so you’d queue up for food, it’s all gone by the time you get there and they tell you that you need to wait 15 minutes for more food, absolutely ridiculous.
On the second day we found the air con to not work, the room was very hot and the air conditioning would only pump hot air, we phoned reception and they said the typical ‘we’ll send someone up to check’ and no one came. Another thing to add is that there is no hot water when you have a shower, this was a whole hotel problem as all 15 of us in our party had no hot water for showers in our rooms. I would also like to add how terrible the WiFi is around the hotel, I don’t use my phone much on holiday but it takes ages to google something or send a message.
On a positive note, the location is good with plenty of shops around and the entertainment is alright, however when it rains, there is absolutely nothing to do. They do have lots of activities throughout the day and lots of people get involved. I also liked how the cups from the bar are a decent size, and they fill them up, so you get a decent size drink which is quite rare in most all inclusive hotels.
Overall I found it pretty much impossible to find any positives to add into this review, there are so many bad things about this hotel and I will make it very clear that I will never return and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, so if I was you I would avoid it at all costs. Definitely one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in!!

Fantastic resort and excellent service. We are vegetarian so day-1 there were not many options. I spoke to Chef Ismail who went out of the way and cooked 3 to 4 vege dishes everyday with traditional Indian taste and aroma. Loved the food and stay...we will visit again !!

Would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone wants a decent time in turkey with family.
FOOD- is okay but very limited.
BREAKFAST - 7am to 10:30am. If you come at 7am you will get a warm breakfast after an hour its just COLD. They aim to serve only for first hour and after that its just first come first serve.
LUNCH - 12noon to 13:30 again LIMITED FOD. MOSTLY COLD AFTER THE FIRST hour.
SALVIA BAR - 12noon to 5Pm. Okayish snack bar but if you go there after 4Pm its like they are doing you a favour.
Dinner starts at 18:30 and by 8pm they take away half of the food Away and after that its just cold left overs.
Waiters are nice probably the management needs a reality check.
I have been coming to Turkiye from last 9 years and never had such horrendous experience.
There is very limited entertainment as well.
People in Kids club are amazingly friendly but kids club looks like a kids section in a library with few toys and again I think the managers dont give a crap about kids.
The funniest part is “ Soup of the day “. Literally same soup daily a left over from dinner. Bland tomato soup along with rubber like cold bread.
Drunk people make noise outside your room at 2am but thats normal for the management.
There are people from ALL backgrounds so probably the need to cater for them as well rather making it an English/Scottish Food only hotel ?
Lastly, I will Request people reading this review to think 100times before booking this hotel.

We loved our stay here, the food was okay, had enough of a choice not to get bored. The nearby beach isn't the greatest and it's an hour's walk from the grand bazaar or about a 8 min cab ride for about 8 pounds The best part about this hotel to be honest was the staff, we had our infant son with us and everyone was super accommodating. The Spa staff especially were excellent and so kind so much so I would return just because of them. Low points about the hotel were, no iron provided you had to rental from the on site shop and the WiFi wasn't the greatest.
