Had a great week as a couple. Very clean and very comfortable, stylish hotel. Great apartment and the staff were very friendly and polite. The restaurant serving Breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet style was fantastic throughout a week stay with many variety of dishes from different cultures. Unfortunately our room had no Air conditioning unit & two single mattresses for the first night but after a complaint at reception it was swiftly fixed. One let down was the shower door unfortunately didn’t close so after every shower the floor was slippery. All three pools were lovely and all heated up by the sun. Towels changed each day and one big grey towel came in handy using the sun loungers. Having the all inclusive golden wrist band allowed us free drinks and food at the beach, pool and snack bars. The hotel is on a cliff face and every room faces the sea. All in all a great holiday destination.

Spacious rooms with beautiful views, clean, but could use some renovation. Delicious food, wide range of options every day. Nice place for big groups. The hotel provides rides to the beach multiple times a day, plus a ride to the port once a day. The bar at the beach is included in All Inclusive. The only downside is that the staff did not follow our suggestions about the bed setup and a welcome gift for newly weds.

It’s a nice resort However on site shop inadequate does not supply fresh milk. You are not given milk for your room so if like me you like a morning coffee when you wake you can’t have it unless you drink it black. Unlike other resorts they do not offer free bottled water either unlike other resorts you have to pay for water although you’ve paid all inclusive does not apply to water. They have a vending machine where water cost €1.75. All entertainment is in Spanish or Portuguese they do not cater for English speaking people So unless you speak these languages You can’t enjoy the entertainment during the day or evening shows. The pool side fitness is also in Spanish So we can’t enjoy that either. The food however isn’t to bad at all it’s pretty good it’s what you’d expect from an all inclusive

We had an amazing 7 days stay in the hotel. We've booked the hotel a few months in advance for a very good price! The receptionist Roberto made our stay even better! He is a professional and kind man with a lot of charisma. He was the first person we spoke to, and throughout the stay, he was extremely friendly, talkative, and welcoming! Please do not listen to the stupid reviews about broken lifts and lots of walking. The lifts work everyday you just need to press the button hard sometimes to call the lift. Also, yes, the hotel is on a cliff, and it takes around 15 mins to walk up from the bottom, but I have a simple solution: get in shape. The food was really nice every day and there was a lot of variety. Overall, we had an amazing stay, and I would definitely recommend it to everyone and come back again, hopefully soon!

Friendly staff, delicious food, and drinks, but the worst part is if you're having a rental car, there's a tiny parking lot beside the hotel. During the evenings, all places are occupied, so you have to park your car away from the hotel within 15-20min of walk. Hotel can offer to you underground parking witch's cost to you extra 20€/day.

We had an incredible stay at H10 Costa Mogan. The staff were super friendly and made us feel very welcome. We booked the hot tub suite and we had the best room with double view of the pool and the sea. We would highly recommend this room. On top of all the amazing amenities and room that we received, I have to say that the animation team made our holiday. Dani, Gabrielle and Christian made everyday new and fun with many activities both in the pool and around the pool. They really know how to have fun and make your holiday the best. They were making us laugh day in day out, and they work very hard to ensure you are having a great time. Keep up the hard work guys, memories like we have, make your jobs all worth it. 10/10 Would definitely stay here again. Georgia & Sherry x

**Review: Disappointing Stay at H10 Costa Morgan** I recently stayed at H10 Costa Morgan and booked a suite with a jacuzzi tub, expecting a luxurious experience. Unfortunately, it was anything but. When I arrived, the room was extremely warm and took over a full day to cool down to a comfortable temperature. When I raised this issue with the maintenance staff, particularly an employee named Miro, I was met with condescending remarks. He rudely suggested that I should have stayed in my original room instead of switching. I also booked the all-inclusive package, which was a major letdown. The food options are limited to the buffets for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with set times and a very repetitive menu. After 10:30 PM, there are no food options available anywhere in the hotel. When I asked the reception staff for recommendations for late-night food, they were unhelpful and simply stated there was nothing available. The jacuzzi tub in my suite was another disappointment. It took two hours to warm up after turning it on, and that was only after maintenance had worked on it. For all the hassle, the hotel manager offered me a €30 pass to the beach club as compensation, but it hardly made up for the subpar experience. To add insult to injury, I booked this suite four months in advance, only to find out that on the day I arrived, the same room was €50 cheaper than what I had paid. Overall, this stay was far from the relaxing getaway I had hoped for. Save your money and pick another property—you'll be much happier elsewhere.

My wife and I spent two weeks at this hotel, in September 2024 We liked: Reception and lobby, nicely decorated, spacious. Room comfortable, although the open bathroom in the hallway is a surprising idea. Staff at reception, very polite, patient, helpful. They do what they can with what they have. The cleanliness here is impeccable. What's more, we only met one cockroach during our entire stay, and that was in the downstairs bathroom, not in the room. This is rare in the Canary Islands. The food is very decent for this type of buffet restaurant. The variety is satisfying and the quality is very good. The animation crew are young guys full of positive energy. They never managed to convince us to join in the activities, yet they tried every day with a smile. Fantastic bartender at the bar in the evening. Full of energy and smiles, despite very difficult working conditions. WiFi works surprisingly well throughout the hotel. At the pool it does not work at all instead. We did not enjoy: The hotel is old. It has not been extensively renovated but only painted white paint. Who knows, maybe the old floors will still gain some (historical) value one day. The hotel does not have 3 swimming pools. We were misled by this information. There is one pool available to the general public. The second and third belong to the second part of the complex, which is a building with private flats. Hotel guests have no access to them. The pergolas and lounge beds shown on the website around the shallow pool (paddling pool) are also not available without paying an additional fee of €30 per person per day. NOWHERE in the offer is this specified. The hotel does not have a car park. There are parking meters on the street. The hotel building is connected to the building where the private flats are. Everything that happens in the apartment building can be seen and heard in the pool area of the hotel. Each flat owner can do renovations when they want and how they want. During our stay for a week we could hear a lot of noise of tiles being tiled and walls being demolished. The fantastic animation team tried to drown out this noise with loud music at the pool, which was the opposite effect. No chance of relaxing in such a noisy place. The rooms have very poor noise insulating windows. Performances with loud music outside make it impossible to sleep or even watch TV comfortably until 22:30 local time, which is 23:30 CET. Entrances to the rooms are arranged from a corridor open to the outside in the form of a balcony, which is adjacent to a rock wall. Between the building and the rock is a boiler room with large units whose operation can be clearly heard in the room at night. The hotel is dramatically short of bartenders and waiters. Those that are there do not always know the word ‘lemon’ in English. In the bar in the evening there is one brave bartender who has to serve a hundred customers and clean the bar and tables. Directly in front of the hotel building is a rocky, very neglected beach. It takes 2 minutes to walk to the actual beach, but there are not even toilets there.

Good food but very bad location. Mold in the rooms, die to bad ventilation and open bath design. Hotel is split in 2 halfs. One the h10 is renovated (some time ago) the other is very old and converted in a cheap apartment complex

Love this place. Been here 3+years. Rooms are gorgeous, after going through a renovation. Great selection of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner and if you go all inclusive....drinks all day....sat by the pool, sun shining, friendly staff, like-minded holidaymakers. Highly recommended

We are a couple but I booked a Deluxe apartment for 3 people in order to have a separate bedroom. We get a one-room apartment with 3 beds and the kitchen in the room. The apartment is on the highway side so very noisy, I don't sleep well at night. A friend booked the same hotel for him alone, he got an apartment with a separate bedroom, in a quiet location. It's incomprehensible. We asked to change apartment. EDIT. After a week and repeated requests, we were finally able to change apartments by paying an extra €30. The new apartment was much better but it was a waste of time, energy and money that ruined part of the vacation.

The hotel is low budget and you get what you pay for, in need of some TLC and renovating but it's a nice building and the views from top are amazing. Our room was alright but again bog standard. Shops are nearby and lots of places to eat and the swimming pool was decent. The beach isn't far away and the bus station isn't neither to get around to different places! Overall an average place and nice staff..

Having read some of the reviews of this hotel prior to going, I thought it was just people being picky...WRONG..I should have listened..arrived here after 9pm so no food or snacks available..ok..was asked for a €20 euro deposit for towels, not beach or pool towels, but for the room, ! we went to our room which looked nothing like any photo’s we’d seen, it looked like it had been burgled.!! Plaster was peeling off in the bathroom, it didn’t look the most hygienic place, also the towels..looked like they belonged n a dog groomers...a couple of plates and tiny mugs in the ‘kitchenette’, we had to go and buy a kettle the following morning too, other small niggling problems with the room too. We asked the following morning for a room change, not a problem but had to wait till following day. Made do with next room purely for the view and it was cleaner, had to pay for tv’s in rooms too, €1 euro an hour..I’ve been all over the world and never expected to do that there... Food., breakfast is the ‘best’ meal of the day, lunch and dinner,. even if you get to the buffet first you’re lucky if it’s lukewarm, we went AI..total waste as we spent evenings eating out at extra cost to us, bar service was ok, unless you were unfortunate enough to be served by Roberto, total personality bypass, unless you happened to be female, one step away from getting the drinks thrown at you, even other staff complained about him while we were there... To be honest we couldn’t fault any staff other than him, reception staff were always helpful., but to be honest.... This place,...FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE , and it’s not 2 star, it goes by keys..

After reading all the negative reviews we went with an open mind to find out for ourselves. We arrived around 8.30pm for 10 nights, and check in was easy. The reception staff were all very helpful and polite. There was a €20 deposit for the room refunded on departure. We were in room 910 which hasn't been refurbished yet but we had a sea view and the room is huge, cleaned well by the army of cleaners when it was our turn. Yes, the room does need a refurb, like cock-eyed sockets, stiff front door, the odd cracked tiles. The TV has a coin meter on it but we never used it as we had a radio when sat on the balcony. BUT, you have to remember this hotel doesn't sell itself as anything but a 2 star hotel and it was clean and everything worked as it should. The food was average to very good. In our opinion the breakfast was good, having bacon every 2 days I think it was, but english sausages and an array of other foods to choose from. The lunches beat the tea time food hands down. For lunch there was steak and chips one day for example and we tried to make a point of going for lunch when we were there. Ice cream was always available with 3 or 4 flavours on offer. The tea time selection wasn't brilliant but we always found something to eat and never went hungry. I believe this to be because a lot of people tend to go out for a meal etc on an evening due to there being no entertainment on. Bars and restaurants were nearby so only a short walk away. The bus station is 5 minutes walk away and we highly recommend using them as they are cheap as chips. The pool area was great, as we would walk out on a morning when we returned there was always sunbeds to be had. It is a great sun trap. The bar is close to the pool so not far to go for refreshments and all the barmen and women work tirelessly to keep everyone happy. In summary if you want 5 star don't book, but if you want a great value all inclusive holiday in a budget hotel that makes a great base to explore the island then this is for you, yes there are niggles, but it is an older hotel. The staff in this hotel will in my opinion bend over backwards for the guests. Just treat them as you expect to be treated. The whole experience was great for me and my wife and we will definitely be returning.

I recently stayed at the Gran Canaria Princess and had a wonderful experience. This peaceful adult-only hotel offered the perfect escape and is a place for those looking to relax and unwind. The atmosphere is serene, making it ideal for couples and solo travelers alike. The room was clean and the staff were always polite and friendly with a smile and always greeting me. I like the fact it is also wheelchair and accessible friendly. The pools were great and I love the fact that even at 10am there were plenty of sunbeds available due to the notice on each one. One of the highlights of my stay was the amazing animation team. They were engaging and brought a fun, lively energy to the hotel without being intrusive. Their enthusiasm truly enhanced the overall experience. The variety of food available was impressive, with options catering to all tastes, every meal was a delight. The themed dinners were a nice touch and offered something new each night. Overall, I highly recommend Gran Canaria Princess for anyone seeking a tranquil getaway with excellent entertainment and dining options.

Lovely hotel, we stayed a week all inclusive. Selection of food and standard was good. The facilities were clean and everything was kept to a good standard including rooms, pool facilities, restaurant and the gym. Finally, big shout out to the ‘animacion’ team who ran the activities throughout the day. We really enjoyed getting involved with some of the different sports and games.

Me and my partner stayed here in July. We were greeted with big smiles. Very clean throughout. The bedrooms were a great size and kept very clean throughout our stay, the cleaners were always very nice and polite. The food is what you would expect for an all exclusive, although we did have some days where there were a lot more options than other days, the snack bar is a nice little addition. The drinks are great, good selection to choose from and the staff always happy to chat. The pool area is really nice, two good size pools. One negative is people reserve the beds very early. We unfortunately found this out on our first day. People had towels out on beds before half 7. One other thing is that there is nowhere near enough lifts. There are only three, so you are constantly queuing and for four days of our holiday one of the lifts broke which caused fun time at dinner, taking the stairs when you’re on the sixth floor isn’t fun especially after dinner!😂 I would recommend the hotel as the positives and the experience definitely outweighs the two very minor negatives. It’s in a great location, 10 / 15 minute walk from the beach / shops / bars. And was only a 30 minute drive from the airport.

I was there for my birthday with my partner and our expectations were blown away by the reality. The staff and cleaners were so friendly and welcoming. They were always willing to be of help, and service was extremely fast. The hotel was always kept clean and tidy and our rooms were cleaned everyday. The spa was a delight, we had facials and other treatments which were definitely worth the money! The food was very good, with various options each night. The hotels location is perfect with just over a 10 minute walk from the beach and is close to many shops and restaurants. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone and would definitely love to come again!

Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone. Great food, comfortable rooms, massive pool and great entertainment on offer. We stayed for a week, and was never bored with what was on offer. I would love to thank the entertainment team, everyday there was fun activities on offer, and they were all friendly during our stay. Throughout our stay, there was always at least one out of three lifts out of service, during peak times you did have to queue quite a while for these. On occasions, two were out of service, so be prepared to walk on foot to your rooms. We paid for all inclusive plus package, which gives you access to premium and labelled spirits. However, when ordering drinks, you had to ask for these specifically. Even with a different coloured wrist band, the bar staff did not always use these spirits. I would love to stay again. Thank you!

Room 474 I recently had the pleasure of staying at Abora Catarina by Lopesan Hotel and I can confidently say that it exceeded all of my expectations in every way possible. Originally, we were in a room on the front near the roundabout, which was just too loud for our 2 girls. The hotel reception team didn't hesitate to move us to the back of the property next to the tranquil pond below. Location: The hotel is perfectly situated, offering great views. Room: I stayed in the family room, and it was simply spectacular. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated The bed comfortable and the view from the balcony was great, especially at sunset. Service: The service is what truly sets it apart. Every staff member I encountered was genuinely friendly, professional, and eager to go above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. They were incredibly attentive without being intrusive, anticipating my needs before I even had to ask. It felt like staying with friends who happened to run a five-star hotel. Dining: The food here is absolutely divine and always had a great selection to chose from. Facilities & Amenities: Whether you're lounging by the pool or indulging in a treatment at the spa, or exploring the nearby attractions, there's something for everyone and the fitness center was well-equipped for those wanting to keep up with their workout routines. We had a lovely time staying in room 308. The view from the balcony was fantastic. The rooms are spacious and well kept being cleaned daily. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff who were all very friendly and helpful. The entertainment team made sure there was always something to do and the shows were awesome. The facilities are great and the hotel is only a short walk to the beach!! The only downside is the pools are a little too cold. But overall we had a fantastic time and are already planning out next visit.

Room number 371. At the beginning we were sad because we’d got the room with the street view. But it turned out to be great. Less noise, nice view for a living city and for the sunshine over the ocean. Tasty food, a lot of place to chill, everyday you can take a free bus to the beach. The staff very helpful. There could be at least one Polish channel in the television but that’s not such a problem. When the light bulb in the bathroom burned out, I didn't even have to report it to get it fixed. Would recommend.

We stayed here for a week in room 245, the staff have been amazing, the food has been fantastic, there’s been so much for the kids to do, plenty of good quality sun beds and umbrellas to choose from and absolutely NO ONE reserves sun beds, so you can wake up at a reasonable hour, go for breakfast with your family and there’s always somewhere to sit around the pool!!! Food selection has been fantastic, kids have really enjoyed eating here, and the range of all inclusive drinks is good. The kids pool is very relaxed and the kids are actually allowed to go crazy rather than being too regimented, but you still feel very safe under the constant supervision of life guards, I’d 100% come get again!!! The animation team really take care of the little ones and child participation in the evening has been second to none, they’re always allowed on stage during the kids disco and to meet characters etc and that’s really made my two feel very included.

Stayed in 465. The hotel is spotless and the staff very friendly and helpful. Food is outstanding. Positively the best buffet for choice and quality I've ever had. Accessibility for disabled is excellent to all areas and one pool has a disabled lift into the water. Two small notes. Door to service area on our floor sticks open and as it accesses a stairway, it is a fire hazard. Also the two small steps into the lift area could use a hand rail

I recently stayed at the hotel for 4 nights, and overall, I am satisfied with my stay. The hotel provides a pleasant atmosphere, and the staff were helpful and polite. The biggest highlight of my stay was the food – a huge variety of dishes that were not only diverse but also absolutely delicious. The breakfasts and dinners served at the hotel were particularly exceptional and of the highest quality. Unfortunately, there were a few small inconveniences that affected my comfort. The room lacked an iron, which was quite frustrating, especially for a longer stay. Additionally, the bathtub in the bathroom didn’t have a plug, which made it impossible to use properly. What surprised me the most was the lack of an adapter for British plugs. The hotel had adapters for American to British plugs, which were useless for the socket in the wall and are European.This basic amenity could easily be improved and would definitely enhance the overall comfort of the stay. In conclusion, despite a few details that need attention, the overall experience was positive, mainly due to the excellent food and the friendliness of the staff.

The rooms where good, the house keepers where super lovely and our rooms where super tidy. Great views from the balcony. 3 pools! The hotel is at fantastic location 10/20 minutes from the beach,entertainment ans restaurants too!. We did not enjoy the entertainment so we went out most of the time and could find more fun outside the hotel. Unfortunately there are cockroaches in the hotel bring your own spray as we they do not appreciate you calling reception about this matter ! All in all my family made the most of our time at the hotel and we really did enjoy ourselves

Beverley park was a beautiful discover. I booked a sea view room and we had a room with a sea view but you need it to go to the corner to see it, so I complained at the reception and Lucretia was so nice she change our room. The food is nice, you can find everything, the cleannes is very high, they are very attentive and the animation's (activity workers) will make your stay more enjoyable and funny. I suggest this hotel and in a future we will come back.

The staff was amazing, very helpful and friendly! Animation team was very good, concerts and shows every night. The buffet was good and had a large variety of different dishes. The rooms are cleaned everyday and the cleaning staff was very friendly too. The hotel is ideally located, close proximity to the beach and a nice walk to restaurants and shops. Pools were very clean and lifeguards were very nice. The lady at the shop in the lobby was very sweet. Car rental service in the lobby. We had a beautiful view on the ocean. Would recommend and would definitely come back!

We booked a single room for our 18-year-old daughter and two rooms with a connecting door for us and our 14-year-old son. Stayed for 7 nights AI-based. Friendly staff. Rooms were ok; not luxurious, but comfortable beds. Food is also ok; lots of choice. Beverage are ok as well. Nice pools. Friendly staff. For the price we paid an excellent choice. Please note: free parking spaces are extremely hard to find. Ended up using paid parking spaces.

We are on our final day of a two week holiday and would like to say what a lovely time we've had. The rooms are clean and adequate and the food on the whole is nice. The entertainment the second week we felt was better than the first but that personal choice. The staff are all friendly and accommodating. I would like to make a special mention for Colleen on the entertainment team . She if friendly , chatty and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a care free stay with everything you could need. Thanks guys we'll be back 😎

Absolutely brilliant all inclusive hotel. + Room tidying is incredible and the staff do a good job cleaning every day + Room air conditioning is good and keeps it cool. + Pool is clean and plenty of sun beds so no need to wake up early to reserve beds + Food is well cooked and for me was a nice variety and of high quality. If you want to or have to avoid ultra processed or junk foods you can easily avoid them here. The meat and vegetables choices are very good. + Staff are incredibly friendly and are very good at their jobs. This includes the entertainment, reception, bar, kitchen and waiting staff. - Our only drawback is the choice of entertainment was not the best. We thoroughly enjoyed the Diva Fever and Boney M performances but the other entertainment was not as good as we have had elsewhere. Otherwise we strongly recommend the hotel for its value, location and quality.

Had a very pleasant stay here with friends recently. Thought the hotel was great value for money: it had clean rooms with comfortable beds; there was a good range of options for meals in the all-inclusive buffet and the dishes were regularly replenished. As an anxious person in social situations, I very much liked the self-service soft drinks, wine and beer for all-inclusive guests too! My favourite thing about this hotel though was the daytime aqua and stretch classes run by fitness instructor Colleen. She is charismatic and really knows her stuff. No two classes are the same. The aqua was a proper workout (you can definitely feel you've done it afterwards!) and the stretch class leaves you feeling taller. Colleen pays close attention to your form and helps you improve, tailoring the classes to those in attendance. I wish I could do them every week!

Couldn't fault this hotel. Friendly staff, great location for everything. Didn't have any problems getting a sunbed. Pool area was clean, had water coolers around the hotel with separate splash pool for children as well as an adult area beside the jacuzzi. We were bed and breakfast and we found plenty of choice and the surfaces & tables were kept clean and staff were always restocking food. Room was ample size for two adults, plenty of storage and wardrobe space, balcony was a good size with airer on and beds, and pillows were mega comfortable. Maid was in everyday cleaning and changed towels if needed. Didn't stay in hotel at night time so can't comment on the entertainment but what we did see was people seemed to be having fun when we walked past the outside area. We will be booking again for next year

Excellent family hotel in a great location. There are plenty of sunbeds every day at any time. Staff are friendly and helpful and work so hard. The food is fabulous even for the fussiest of eaters, although I was only a bed and bed basis. Breakfast was plentiful. Absolutely nothing to complain about.

Absolutely superb hotel and location. There is nothing to fault. The staff make this holiday an experience. From when you arrive and have a warm wonderful greeting from Alvora, to the laughter and banter with the gang in the bar, it's just superb. Hotel was really nice, fantastic views of the marina. Staff were lovely and accommodating. Rooms were well equipped and kept spotless with the cleaners. What made it for us was how genuine and lovely Cheryl, Jen and their staff was at the pool bar/restaurant. They were the nicest staff and couldn’t fault them. Very friendly and welcoming. Fantastic place to stay. The apartment itself was clean, modern and spacious. We loved having our own balcony with sun loungers. The pool was brilliant as well. No fighting for sun beds, the odd time you might not get one but oh well. Off out we go! Bar staff were outstanding, really welcoming and easy going. They were so helpful and filled the place with good vibes. Great entertainment evenings too.

I had a fantastic time staying at the Holiday Club Puerto Calma Gran Canaries.Its was situated looking out onto the marine in Puerto Rico. Hotel built into a volcano rock. Side by side living with lizards 🦎 which are protected . The restaurant had reasonably priced food and also had gluten-free bread for anyone that's on that diet. Staff were lovely at the hotel and the restaurant was very accommodating regarding food. Management and reception were fantastic and very helpful. Lots of activities to do in the Gran Canaries for everyone. Buses are cheap to go around the island. I would definitely recommend the resort and I will be going back to this resort. The only issue I had was that I needed more information on the arrival example about sunbed loungers and how to operate electrical items in the room.

Enjoyed my stay at Puerto Calma and despite being along on holiday, didn’t felt lonely and bored at this place. Good facilities and very nice staff and reasonable prices in the restaurant. Big + was the hills surrounding the pool. It did gave a nice feeling being surrounded by the hills. Also super clean and 1 min walk to supermarket.
