This was my first experience of an all inclusive hotel…and it will be my last! Pictures are very outdated, pools, slides and facilities all need a good clean. The children’s club looks like it has never been cleaned. The hot water in the shower was hit and miss and the room was in need of some TLC, plug sockets hanging off walls, smashed TV, bad paint cover ups. We had a bad experience with some noisy neighbours (very aggressive domestic violence situation, fulled by alcohol and drugs). The hotel was very unhelpful claiming that they had no rooms to move us to. Eventually after I showed them that we could book a room online they accommodated us into a quieter part of the complex. My children were terrified. A terrifying experience made worse by the hotels lack of support.

A lovely hotel, plenty of food and drink. The only downside was that from our apartment to the restaurant, it was a good 5-minute walk, and if we were at the main pool area, it was an 8-minute walk. I was travelling with a 5-year-old and 14-year-old, so not fast walkers 🤦🏾‍♀️. Overall, we will definitely go back again. Our room had a view of most of Caletta De Fueste, so I loved it ❤️

We booked as a last minute sunny holiday and the photos of the resort is what sold it to us. In the past we have been disappointed by the actual hotel based on the photos they advertise with but we were met with exactly the same beautifully refurbished rooms and clean pools. However the shower was not very warm in the room. The all-inclusive food in buffet style was much better than we have experienced before and there was always a large selection of freshly prepared food. The only downside was that there were no pint glasses for the tap beer so had to use wine glasses. The activities around the pool were great as well and got everyone involved and were well organised. The staff were so helpful and polite as well and you can hire beach towels for €10 each which I would recommend as it saves room in the suitcase and also cash on the last day paid for our taxi back to the airport. I would recommend not using the shuttle transfer from airport as this resort it only a 10/15 min drive away and cost under €20 each way. We also booked the Oasis Park Safari through the rep in the hotel and the coach did a return journey outside the hotel for €5. I would recommend the camel ride as well which you pay for separately. We wished that we had booked for longer!!

I am in love with this island. As a single mum traveling with three kids (16, 8 and 5), for the first time abroad, I was slightly apprehensive given some reviews. In reality the holiday was wonderful. The restaurant staff are amazing. One waiter in particular was very lovely and deserves recognition by the hotel manager (particularly for putting up with me and the kids practicing our Spanish). Unfortunately, I never got his name to be able to mention him directly and he left for a 33 day vacation half way through our stay 😞. However, it is fair to say it was not the same after he left. The food is excellent and even as vegetarians, me and the kids were not stuck for choice. The location is glorious and it is convenient for accessing the beach. I personally found the accommodation to be perfectly located and peaceful too. My daughter has sensory needs and can easily be overwhelmed by noise and that was not the case here. I think she only had one meltdown the entire holiday. The choice of pools is great but the poolside is slippery and my eldest hit her head, so be careful. Pools are clean and toilets, bar snacks and drinks are easily accessible. The accommodation was comfortable and fresh, it was cleaned twice during the stay to a very high standard. The cleaners even arranged the kids toys beautifully on their beds which made their day. There was a smell of drains in the bathroom but this was nothing major. Also, the hotel accommodation is not spread out as far as some reviews make out. I found it quick and convenient to access pools/bars/restaurant. I also felt 100% safe on my own with three children, both in the accommodation and walking around site. I would love to return here again soon as I know we would be guaranteed a great holiday. I did thank staff at reception in person before leaving too. The only drawback to this holiday was the minority of other rude British holidaymakers who showed little respect to staff who work hard.

After me flapping worrying and getting myself wound up, before going to this lovely resort on a fantastic Spanish island, it turns out this was more than anything I had expected. Really lovely welcoming staff who were polite. The establishment its self was of a high standard and for a single mother with 1 child was made to feel safe and welcomed food was amazing and the place was so clean and tidy. I was really really impressed thank you for such an amazing holiday. Only downfall is that it’s far away from the town so if you want that authentic Spanish evening vibe you will have to pay a lot for the taxis there and back.

Experience was appropriate to price paid. The staff was great and immediately solved a few issues we had when we got there, including asking for an additional bedside lamp. Jill, professionally and efficiently, helped us book a few fun tours. She was great! The resort appears to be uncompleted (?) which is the reason I [initially] docked it a star. Updated: On further consideration, the fact that the resort was not completely constructed did NOT affect our experience nor should it affect my rated review.

Staff all amazing. The entertainers were fantastic both during the day and in the evening. Food as expected, drinks fine. Pools great. Paths an issue. Only thing is the remoteness if you wanted to go for a night away from the complex. Twice daily buses are provided. Would definitely go again.

In the middle of know where which is actually great for me, but may not be for others, best to have a hire car, like I had. Footpaths are dangerous, villas are a little dated and room cleaning does NOT include the kitchen which carries a €50 surcharge of left dirty, I left it cleaner then when I arrived! Pools are great, service is great, evening entertainment hit and miss. All in all enjoyed my stay, would go back, but manage your expectations!

I've seen quite a few negative reviews but was actually pleasantly surprised. Yes it's a budget hotel but its absolutely fine. You get your own little house with all the amenities you need. The staff are super helpful and kind. There is an adults pool which is very tranquil. We went in January and I will say one thing. It is packed with children I have never seen so many children in school time on holiday. Bare this in mind while booking. The food is good but sadly it gets cold by the time you have reached the table. The location is a bit far out but we had hired travel so this wasn't so much of a problem. I think if I return to Fueterventura I'll stay on the south side of the island instead as there are more beautiful beaches than way.

At the end of a week's stay at Correlejo Beach Hotel. The location was great, just a stone's throw from the main strip (shops, bars and restaurants) and the same proximity to the beach. Our room was a little on the small side and a bit tired (the bathroom moreso) but it's what you'd expect for a 3-star. The hotel staff were brilliant (nothing was too much trouble). The breakfast was lovely each day (a good selection available and cooked well). Free WiFi, air con and the safe price realistic (2€ per day). There's also underground parking available if you've hired a car or E-bikes.Thanks for a lovely week. Would stay here again!!!!

Nice hotel in a central location, easy access to local beaches, bars & shops. Our room overlooked the main street but with nearly new double glazing we were not disturbed by noise. Great pool in the centre of the complex. We found the cleaning & maintenance to be of a very good standard. It is a credit to the management & staff. Sunbeds are not meant to be reserved but you can be assured that the lardy Brits will be draping their towels over them from 7.00am

Buffet breakfast had great variety, hot eggs and meats, as well as eggs cooked to order, good selection of fruits and breads and cereals We had a lovely stay and would stay again for the price

50 yards from the main strip. This hotel was very clean, and served some lovely breakfasts. Pool was heated to 25 degrees so no shocks getting in. Rooms equiped with everything included small kitchen, tv, table and chairs, sofa and safe. Excellent position near all shops bars and restaurants.

I stayed here for 11 nights and it was excellent! The room was clean and well maintained. The pool area was nice, quiet and tidy. The location is perfect: close to bars, restaurants and the sea. Will certainly be going back next year. Note: this hotel is disabled friendly.

It was a great experience stopping at this hotel. The entertainment is absolutely brilliant with a fantastic animation team that have amazing energy. There is a great selection of food, with snacks available all day around the pool. The water dispensers around the hotel are also very useful. The gym could do with better air conditioning as it was far too warm in there! The pools were also on the cold side. The hotel could also benefit from a few more cocktails included in the all inclusive.

Good hotel needs updating a tad. Rooms spacious and clean. Great beds. Restaurant good food always hot and a good choice. Salads great. Need more staff in restaurant so it flows a bit better. Wait for drinks at meal times. Had to chase up for clean towels a few times and bedding changed. In a quiet resort not a lot there.

First time staying at this hotel and all good so, upgraded to the all inclusive which definitely worth it if you like a drink. Big shout out to all the animation team who don't stop all day/night and doing a great mixture of activities for all, without being pushy to get people involved, but always plenty of people wanting to get involved. Best team I've seen at hotels over here

Making this post during our holiday to mention the animation team, I will update for the hotel once finished. I must say we have been to a few hotels over the years and can honestly say that here the animation team has gone above and beyond. There are activities going on all the time (something for everyone from morning to evening)and they are always welcoming. They really do put their all into it and you can feel it. Special mention to Dan who I have spoken to a few times and have given a real 5 star service can't fault anything. The team is great with the kids and adults. Update: The hotel The hotel is great for us and we will definitely be coming again. The food is always great and something for everyone. The staff are always welcoming and very helpful. There is a diverse language group here and I never felt that I could not ask a question. The hotel is a short 15-20min walk to the town across the beach path from there you have all the town and harbour activities and there is a shopping centre next door also for all the bits you could need. They have a heated pool which was a big plus. This is a must try hotel.

I chose this hotel because it is advertised as non-smoking and specifically booked an expensive room with a sea view, expecting to enjoy fresh air. However, this turned out to be impossible. The guest in room 364 is smoking on the balcony, and the guest on the balcony below is also smoking. This guest even has an ashtray, which they either brought themselves or was provided by the staff. Both of them are smoking right now. Because of this, I cannot open the balcony doors and breathe the fresh air I came here for. Guests also smoke both regular and electronic cigarettes by the pool. Moreover, both guests and staff smoke at the hotel entrance, and the wind blows the smoke directly inside. The staff does nothing about this, and it seems completely normal to them. Additionally, the room cleaning is poor—I have ants in my room. Many areas in the hotel require cosmetic repairs and freshening up. I paid for high-quality service and the comfort of a non-smoking environment, but I received a very average hotel experience with poor service and constant cigarette smoke. This does not match the high price or the promised standard. I am very disappointed.

Can't fault this hotel, book a room with a sea view if sunrise from bed sounds enticing, great for people watching and all day sun worshipers. Food was well presented varied and fresh, staff where always at hand to help. Location on the beach front is superb with easy access to local bars, restaurants and travel links. Check-in and check-out was seamless, with wonderful front of house staff. We will certainly return in the near future.

This hotel is great, the rooms are cleaned every day and that includes the bedding and towels. Staff are very friendly. The food is delicious and you can have as much as you want. The only problem I did have is that the 3 pools ate very very cold. And the pool bar music is very loud. And the staff at the pool bar aren't that friendly and a bit unhelpful. But apart from that I really enjoyed my holiday and booking again for next year. The hotel is right next to the beach and we tended to go into the sea instead of using the pools. The staff work very hard.

My husband and I came here for his 30th for 4 nights and it was fantastic! We didn’t have a great start to the holiday with our flight being delayed and our case being missing. As soon as we arrived at the hotel the staff (Flor and Betty) were very welcoming and friendly and gave us a free room upgrade. My husband was gifted a lovely bottle of champagne and a nice letter from the hotel staff for his birthday, this was such a lovely touch! Our room was lovely and clean, food was nice but above all the staff were fantastic. So attentive and couldn’t do anymore for you. 10/10 We found the location was ideal, right on the beach with a sea view and a 15/20min walk to main bars and restaurants. We would definitely come back. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Really like this place. Just returned from our second stay here, this time opting for a premium sea view room... and it didn't disappoint! It has to be one of the best locations in the resort and to have that uninterrupted view across the beach and bay really contributed to making our week a great one. Yes, if you look closely enough you will find some areas for improvement. However, look beyond that and what you do have here is a clean, comfortable hotel with great staff, good food and all in an enviable location. Ideal for a few days away in the sun...we will be back!

Room was excellent, location was excellent, majority of staff very friendly and helpful and cleanliness was also very good,room cleaned every day. The one let down was the food, never hot even if you arrive at start of service,the choice was ok but would have been much better had it been hot! This is the only thing that let our holiday down, we ended up eating out a few times even though we paid for all inclusive.

Loved this hotel. There is nothing of note to complain about it. It was clean, and the room was fab with a beautiful view. Plenty of food to choose from, fresh pizzas were lovely. The swimming pool on the upper level from the bar was quiet, and we never struggled to find a sunbed!!! It catered for my mobility issues. All in all, it was a great holiday, and we will definitely return.

We went in UK Feb half term. Great location for winter sun!! Hotel is not 4 star. But that's because they do have a staff shortage problem in busy holiday times, its a big hotel many people including large families. Staff do their best. I think it's not helped by tourists leaving their food and mess. At least try and create less work in busy times! For the price, you do get what you pay for. I think tipping helps too. I really liked the reception staff, tennis courts, location, very comfy beds. Great hot shower! Pool ok, little cold but it's winter!! I suggest exploring everywhere. Great shops, great walks, beaches.

The hotel staff are very friendly. Rooms are spacious and clean. But location is very far from the airport so you should definitely plan and book your transportation in advance. If not taxi price is over a hundred euros. Food is cold and drinks at the bar are done in a rush, I assume lack of staff. Definitely not a four star resort

Location is superb. Service in reception was great as in the restaurant. Good quality food but no so good on drinks Rooms were a bit dirty. Short staffed, so staff does a quick job. Don't refill shower gel/toilet paper...or clean the floor. Shower was dripping brown from walls on our first shower.... Main reception was clean but communal toilets very dirty. Dispensers broken and never fixed. Corridors in the outside area to the rooms were shockingly dirty too

Third visit to Jandia, first at this hotel. As with most hotels reviews mention cold food and issues with maintenance, I had no issues whatsoever. Pleasant check in, very clean room in a great location. Good selection of food in the buffet restaurant, as with any buffet food is not piping hot. Easy access to promenade, beach and mountain trails. Plenty of sunbeds and seats, no queues for drinks. Daily room cleaning was to a very high standard. The hotel was a typical Spanish 4 star hotel, not new but well kept. I would return to this hotel before others in Esquinzo and Morro Jable where I have stayed before.

A very nice hotel for its money! Very friendly staff, tasty Mediterranean cuisine, lots of fresh vegs, all sorts of meat and fish, nice pool, no queues, not too full, nice atmosphere, all inclusive. I don‘t drink alcohol but saw people enjoying it. Tasty coffee! The room looks good. Very happy here!

I went on family holiday for 4 nights only. Staff are really friendly, welcoming and nice but they struggle as they don't have enough workers which they should mention before the purchase. Most of people in the hotel got really ill and me and my family as well. I spent 2 days in the room with vomiting, diarrhea and fever. I never felt so sick in my life. Apparently there was a virus but it felt like food poison and even in that was a virus they should care more about higine if they knew so many people are infected. Since we arrived all cups, plaits and cutlery was really dirty. Even lady in reception could barely stand as being sick herself and had to still work, bless her. The room have been done only one time during the whole stay, but after all of us being so sick not even sheets has been changed, towels haven't been changed at all, floor and balcony not cleaned and my daughter got bitten by something over the night all over her body. No even kettle in the room!!! Drinks and food avability during the day outside restaurant hours are really low. I'm really disappointed and will never go back there. They made an effort of New Year's organisation and dinner but I couldn't even try eat or drink anything which is a shame. Well done to all staff from reception and waiters as they were working really hard and long hours and were still smiling! Quick update! So just came back from GP and they said it was a food poisoning and we are still not well.

Just arrived back after the most relaxing week spent at this little gem of an hotel. No complaints at all from my wife and I, lovely helpful staff , excellent food and great location. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a very quiet break with no roudy noise in a great little hotel. Well done to all staff.

Hotel is lovely, very comfortable rooms, lovely staff & large heated swimming pool. We stayed B&B. The breakfast was excellent. Great variety of food both hot & cold. The hotel is absolutely spotless. Our room was cleaned every day & the common area are pristine including the pool. Lovely bar area with reasonably priced drinks & food. Great staff in all areas. Always had a smile for guests. El Cotillo is a lovely resort. Beautiful beach’s & lots of bars & restaurants very close to the hotel. We had an excellent week in El Cotillo & Coral Beach hotel. We have no hesitation in recommending both the hotel & the resort

This is an excellent hotel centrally located within close vicinity to shops, restaurants, bars and beach, just at a walking distance. We were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff who were helpful and responsive throughout our stay. We were upgraded to Family room that was very spacious, modern and had a balcony with the pool view. The complimentary mini bar, safe in the room was useful! The bedding was clean, soft and comfortable and the amazing cleaner cleaned our room and bathroom everyday, made up the bed etc. My kid enjoyed the amazing pool, the kids play area and they had lovely activities for children everyday. There is a restaurant inside and the breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. Similarly the lunch and dinner portions were generous. It was a quiet and peaceful stay for us, I highly recommend this hotel to everybody!

The room was very nice with refrigerator and coffee/tea machine available. Bath with hair dryer and towels changed on demand. Nice and clean all the time. Very friendly and helpful staff both in the reception, restaurant and otherwise. The reception was very helpful, when I had an falling accident on a trip and provided as much bandage and disinfectant as needed without charge. Food for breakfast and dinner was great and lots of choices to make (was out for lunch, but was probably the same). We had absolutely no complaints at all.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Far exceeded our expectations. Rooms are very comfortable. Great bathroom. We were bed and breakfast and the choice at breakfast was fantastic. Something for everyone. The facilities are excellent. Great gym. Great pool. Good activity timetable for those who wish to take part. The staff are excellent. This hotel really made our holiday. Would definitely stay again if in that area

Posted a few photos from the first impression of the room. Got a family room without a single see through window and the staff was insisting that I got the best room out of all in this hotel. Breakfast OK, warm croissanta and lots of nocilla did magic. Scramble ewww, bacon cold...bread delicious and warm..their baker gets 9/10! Dinners rather 4/10 - not much flavor, meats rather cold (maybe they should get better heating lamps).

All together a lovely holiday. I’ve given 4 stars for rooms but would include the buildings and general maintenance in this too. The bedside tables and desk in the room are very well worn and could do with updating. The boardwalk within the resort heading towards the sister hotel is in need of immediate repair. The walls on the bridges over the pools are also in need of attention. I can’t thank Judith and the guest manager for helping with gluten and lactose intolerance enough. Once you understand the process (which isn’t immediately easy) of ordering your food the night before, they really did try and help - even providing a g/f cake for my birthday and singing to me thrown in! The location on the beach is just lovely, with beautiful views (room 6321) over the resort. The sound proofing however is not good, the doors and corridors are very noisy and echo throughout the block. The beds and pillows are outstanding, so comfortable. The hotel could do with a quiet area to spend the evening away from the entertainment which is in the main bar. I did suggest this when asked for a review mid holiday and was told there are quiet areas in the reception, but we didn’t find this to be the case. Overall a nice holiday in January to escape the weather. We don’t think we would visit in Summer as it was busy enough for us in the winter.

The only real positive at Barceló is the cleaning crew—they’re friendly, always greet you with a smile, and go beyond what’s expected. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff, especially at the front desk and bar, have a serious attitude problem. Give a little power to the wrong people, and they make things unnecessarily difficult. The restaurant is fine for a few days, but the food gets repetitive fast. The ‘all-inclusive’ deal isn’t as inclusive as advertised—what’s actually included seems to depend on whether you speak Spanish and the mood of whoever is at the front desk. Rooms are just okay. Beds are average, showers leak into the room due to poor design, and you’ll hear everything happening in the corridor. This place is not for anyone looking for a fun or lively experience. The crowd is mostly 60-70+, the atmosphere is dull, and the music is terrible. If you enjoy a quiet, uninspiring vacation and don’t mind staff with an attitude, this might work for you. Otherwise, avoid it. I only feel bad for the cleaning crew—they’re the only ones actually doing their job with a good attitude

I can’t tell you how much we enjoyed our holiday with you. We loved everything about the hotel, staff food cleanliness it was 100% fabulous. We have stayed in many of the Barceló hotels and had equally great holidays but this one tops them all! Amazing hotel! We are going to Malta end of September and are staying in Silema’s one, which we are looking forward to. My husband will be 60 and it’s our 29th wedding anniversary so we can’t wait. Thank you for delivering another wonderful gift we asked for a room that good get late afternoon sun and we were amazed that you granted that to us that really made our holiday!

Super relaxing and yet offers so much to keep you active. Very clean. Rooms and all facilities. Well equipped restaurants with super helpful and polite staff. Great gym, spa and tennis courts. There's also a lot to keep the kids entertained. The location is perfect for just chilling poolside/the beach or taking relaxing walks right on your doorstep. If all the hotel facilities aren't enough then there's a vibrant shopping/pub/restaurant scene right here too.

Very nice hotel overall. The service in the restaurant very pushy and too much for my liking. You don't get a chance to eat or sit down..they run to ask you for a drink and take your plate away. The kids enjoyed the kids club and the staff was excellent. I would however make disco a bit varied. It's same thing every night and only 30 mins. I would say 45 mins and different songs...

We chose this hotel because of the very good price. Our bungalow was a bit old, but offered plenty of space for two people. The grounds and the rooms could be looked after a bit better, because it is actually really nice. After we were a bit shocked by the state of the room on the first day, it was thoroughly cleaned on the second day and some things were replaced, such as the frying pan. Unfortunately, our previous tenant left the kitchen quite dirty, but we cleaned it up ourselves. Overall, good value for money, but not for everyone. If you want to spend the whole day in the hotel, you should look elsewhere.

The hotel is currently undergoing refurbishment , so about half of their rooms will b fitted with solar panels and refurbished. To be honest this wasn't really bothering Us ,as there are two other swimming pools available out there if you need a quieter place. I noticed two bars with food and drinks and also a supermarket in front of the hotel which is great. Entertainment is happening in the afternoons as the main bar is closed at night. Rooms were clean , everything was working ( coffee maker, kettle etc). The bathroom and beds were nice too. The hotel is slightly away from the center ,so if you don't like 20 Minute hikes to the beach , take a taxi 🚕 should be about 4 e. Overall a very quiet,and relaxing place , and I will probably stay there again as it was great. Our room wasn't cleaned,and I never get fresh towels,but our stay was short , and I didn't bother about it anyway. But don't Expect 5star , if you pay a discounted price in High season.

It's ok, seems to be a tourist only location for brits. Pool closes at 6??? Most amenities available apart from the oven, iron or laundry. Could be a lot cleaner as well.

We have enjoyed our stay. The place is a bit run down, but there's major renovation works being carried out at the moment. I believe the place will be brilliant once it's done. Would definitely go back
