We booked as a last minute sunny holiday and the photos of the resort is what sold it to us. In the past we have been disappointed by the actual hotel based on the photos they advertise with but we were met with exactly the same beautifully refurbished rooms and clean pools. However the shower was not very warm in the room. The all-inclusive food in buffet style was much better than we have experienced before and there was always a large selection of freshly prepared food. The only downside was that there were no pint glasses for the tap beer so had to use wine glasses. The activities around the pool were great as well and got everyone involved and were well organised. The staff were so helpful and polite as well and you can hire beach towels for €10 each which I would recommend as it saves room in the suitcase and also cash on the last day paid for our taxi back to the airport. I would recommend not using the shuttle transfer from airport as this resort it only a 10/15 min drive away and cost under €20 each way. We also booked the Oasis Park Safari through the rep in the hotel and the coach did a return journey outside the hotel for €5. I would recommend the camel ride as well which you pay for separately. We wished that we had booked for longer!!

I am in love with this island. As a single mum traveling with three kids (16, 8 and 5), for the first time abroad, I was slightly apprehensive given some reviews. In reality the holiday was wonderful. The restaurant staff are amazing. One waiter in particular was very lovely and deserves recognition by the hotel manager (particularly for putting up with me and the kids practicing our Spanish). Unfortunately, I never got his name to be able to mention him directly and he left for a 33 day vacation half way through our stay 😞. However, it is fair to say it was not the same after he left. The food is excellent and even as vegetarians, me and the kids were not stuck for choice. The location is glorious and it is convenient for accessing the beach. I personally found the accommodation to be perfectly located and peaceful too. My daughter has sensory needs and can easily be overwhelmed by noise and that was not the case here. I think she only had one meltdown the entire holiday. The choice of pools is great but the poolside is slippery and my eldest hit her head, so be careful. Pools are clean and toilets, bar snacks and drinks are easily accessible. The accommodation was comfortable and fresh, it was cleaned twice during the stay to a very high standard. The cleaners even arranged the kids toys beautifully on their beds which made their day. There was a smell of drains in the bathroom but this was nothing major. Also, the hotel accommodation is not spread out as far as some reviews make out. I found it quick and convenient to access pools/bars/restaurant. I also felt 100% safe on my own with three children, both in the accommodation and walking around site. I would love to return here again soon as I know we would be guaranteed a great holiday. I did thank staff at reception in person before leaving too. The only drawback to this holiday was the minority of other rude British holidaymakers who showed little respect to staff who work hard.

We arrived here on Tuesday evening the little bungalows are basic and cleanish.The floor is filthy. Needs a good mop with CLEAN hot water. Had to plug kettle in on the floor as no plug socket, get sachets of coffee from canteen as none in room.Breakfast is OK but dinner is not so good. Only 1 meat choice, 1 fish choice, plenty of veg and salad and bread. Entertainment not our cup of tea. The quiz was so hard everyone was using their phones for the answers . Would we come again? No. If you have walking issues you may have problems as its quite hilly. On the plus side the pool area is nice and the sun is shining, it's nice and warm

Me and my partner on holiday were seriously worried after looking at the reviews before went about the break ins and uncleanliness. On that we didn’t hear on any break ins while we was there our room was clean but some rooms look new and some looked run down. We didn’t hear multiple people complaining about there room and how there were cockroaches in there room we didn’t have one. The location was really close to town 5-10 minutes good location. All staff friendly the jet2 rep Carl was amazing with the things he offers. The restaurant looked like it was newly done owt and the food was good not many options but enough to choose from and that’s coming from a picky eater. But I will say be careful when picking up plates because nearly every time I got a plate I had to put it down to get a clean one. One thing that didn’t sit well with us is there are roads in between the rooms so anyone can just walk around your hotel rooms and you would never know. And also at c there was a disgusting smell near the drinks section

Not what we expected. No welcome drink. Room waited nearly 4 hours and only got a room when hubby got angry. Lots of un kept pavements and roads bar in complex b best part staff amazing not a lot of food choice in main restaurant. A long walk to area c for entertainment and not good if you have walking difficulties. Bars and restaurants nearby very good. Love this resort but won't be back in a hurry not to this hotel

Staff all amazing. The entertainers were fantastic both during the day and in the evening. Food as expected, drinks fine. Pools great. Paths an issue. Only thing is the remoteness if you wanted to go for a night away from the complex. Twice daily buses are provided. Would definitely go again.

It is more than perfect for us. The water park is so huge and the staffs are kind. The room is clean and modern and sea view. Washing machine and dish washer are so convenient for us. There are a lot of activity. You must go and stay

The staff were fantastic and there was everything you need to entertain the family. The free bus trips were a bonus as the resort is quite isolated. The food variety was very good and tasty, if you avoid the “British” food and go for the more exotic cuisine on offer. The resort does need a little maintenance in some areas but the main facilities were great.

Everything is great about this place. We’ve not had any poor food, always plenty to choose from. The pools are great for children, always something for them to do. The restaurants are clean, staff always on hand to clear plates and tables. Bars great service. Nightlife is good for families with younger children. We’re one week into two weeks and no complaints at all.

General Impression of Our 6-Night Stay at Pierre & Vacances Hotels Our stay at Pierre & Vacances was overall acceptable but fell short of expectations for a 4-star resort. Villa: The villa was decent but felt quite small and more like a 3-star accommodation rather than 4-star. It served its purpose but lacked the space and comfort we expected. Reception Staff: While some reception staff were very nice and helpful, our experience during check-in was tarnished by one particularly rude staff member, which left a poor first impression. Restaurant: The restaurant offered a good selection of meals, and the staff were consistently friendly and attentive. However, cleanliness was an issue — we found small cockroaches in the stack of plates and frequently encountered dirty cutlery, which was concerning. Waterpark: The waterpark was acceptable but felt a bit run-down. The water was cold, and the facility lacked adequate changing rooms and toilets, with only one male and one female available, causing inconvenience during busy times. Overall: The resort feels dated and falls short of 4-star standards. While it may be suitable for a short stay, we would not recommend it to friends based on our experience.

Nice hotel in a central location, easy access to local beaches, bars & shops. Our room overlooked the main street but with nearly new double glazing we were not disturbed by noise. Great pool in the centre of the complex. We found the cleaning & maintenance to be of a very good standard. It is a credit to the management & staff. Sunbeds are not meant to be reserved but you can be assured that the lardy Brits will be draping their towels over them from 7.00am

I stayed here for 11 nights and it was excellent! The room was clean and well maintained. The pool area was nice, quiet and tidy. The location is perfect: close to bars, restaurants and the sea. Will certainly be going back next year. Note: this hotel is disabled friendly.

I stay there for a week in September and absolutely loved it. The staff were all.so very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and had all I needed and more. I was in room 247 and had a view of the sea from my balcony. You couldn't ask for a more perfect location!!! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it and will definitely be visiting again sometime. Very disappointed this hotel needs a refurbishment, furnishings very tired, we were self catering, the hobs didn’t heat up , light in the kitchen didn’t work. The worst parts were the spiral staircase (external) outside our room that was accessed 24/7, the shower with water that didn’t drain away properly and bin moving every morning at 7:00am. We did speak to Reception and the only issue resolved was the changing of a bulb in the kitchen. Almost wished we hadn’t upgraded to a premium room.

Great location and a few great bars and restaurants close by. We were room only so can't comment on the food or drinks. We went in October 2022 and November 2023. The rooms are very tired and it's obvious the hotel is due an upgrade. We rarely used the pool as the loungers were always taken from very early in the day. However there is a lovely beach close by. Lots to do in Corralejo which makes it a great destination, with a multitude of bars, restaurants and shops all within walking distance. It's nice and flat for those who struggle with hills. The first year we went our balcony looked out onto the pool area. Our air conditioning didn't work so that made for an uncomfortable sleeping environment. The hotel staff provided a fan which was of little help. The second year we went the air conditioning was really good. That visit the room overlooked the street so we could people watch from the balcony. We've decided to go to Corfu for our autumn vacation this year but we would definitely return to Corralejo. It's an ok hotel, certainly not 4 star as advertised, but it's location kinda makes up for it's tired, worn out features.

Good hotel needs updating a tad. Rooms spacious and clean. Great beds. Restaurant good food always hot and a good choice. Salads great. Need more staff in restaurant so it flows a bit better. Wait for drinks at meal times. Had to chase up for clean towels a few times and bedding changed. In a quiet resort not a lot there.

Making this post during our holiday to mention the animation team, I will update for the hotel once finished. I must say we have been to a few hotels over the years and can honestly say that here the animation team has gone above and beyond. There are activities going on all the time (something for everyone from morning to evening)and they are always welcoming. They really do put their all into it and you can feel it. Special mention to Dan who I have spoken to a few times and have given a real 5 star service can't fault anything. The team is great with the kids and adults. Update: The hotel The hotel is great for us and we will definitely be coming again. The food is always great and something for everyone. The staff are always welcoming and very helpful. There is a diverse language group here and I never felt that I could not ask a question. The hotel is a short 15-20min walk to the town across the beach path from there you have all the town and harbour activities and there is a shopping centre next door also for all the bits you could need. They have a heated pool which was a big plus. This is a must try hotel.

Recently spent Ten nights at this hotel. I or we can only comment on our experiences. When I've looked at the negative comments, they are pretty much the same, but the problems still continue, management haven't dealt with them. I'll start with the good - Breakfast Beds are comfortable Location of the hotel on the promenade and about 15 minutes walk to the centre or a couple of minutes to a shopping centre. Shower really powerful and hot. The staff. The poor - Hotel extremely outdated, tired looking and in bad repair. Rooms apart from the beds, not very clean and in need of decoration. Evening meal, apart from the Oriental and Mexican themed night, inedible, repetitive. How can two pizzas or one tray of meat feed 400 guests ?? They do not replenish hot food quick enough, so you end up missing out. Tables are never set, you end up setting your own table as there isn't enough staff. You will eat your evening meal without a drink as, once again not enough staff to ask what drink you would like. It's an absolute disaster. Pool area, big, plenty of sunbeds, but filthy, sunbeds are old, broken and will hurt your back. There are plenty, so you will always get one. Our room 271 - Where do I start.... The hotel, is directly under the landing pathway of the airport, you can virtually see the pilots in the cockpit. I'm not Joking !! Our room had a balcony, over looking the service delivery area of the hotel, about 04.30 to 06.30 every morning, you will get an early alarm clock, the bins are collecting, you will hear the reversing alarm on the truck. Then you will hear staff coming to work in their cars, music plating full blast, so that's a nice touch to the early morning call. That side of the hotel, will hear the same, so you can't move anywhere else. Room towels, very hit and miss you if you get any, you end up walking to reception most days saying, can we have some towels please, we need a shower!! very frustrating. The price of drinks are expensive at the evening bar. You will queue, only one member of staff usually serving. Two rum and coke's €16. I and we would never return, the management need to change, it's needs a refurbishment and a good direct business model, either all inclusive or half board. The hotel has lost its way. It's busy, because it's cheap.

Animation is the best!! Absolutely loved every minute of our holiday here. All the staff are very polite and accommodating. Facilities are perfect and the food and drink choices are amazing! Once again, a HUGE thank you to the Animation Team. Loads of energy and our kids had the best time! Definitely coming back asap.

The hotel is spotless and all the staff go the extra mile. All the staff we encountered were pleasant, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Service was excellent. The biggest problem is the hotel guests and how a minority treat the staff during service. Clicking their fingers at them and being rude wanting personal service. Should be ashamed. The food was good and was what you expect at any hotel. It was fresh and plenty of choice.

This hotel is great, the rooms are cleaned every day and that includes the bedding and towels. Staff are very friendly. The food is delicious and you can have as much as you want. The only problem I did have is that the 3 pools ate very very cold. And the pool bar music is very loud. And the staff at the pool bar aren't that friendly and a bit unhelpful. But apart from that I really enjoyed my holiday and booking again for next year. The hotel is right next to the beach and we tended to go into the sea instead of using the pools. The staff work very hard.

My husband and I came here for his 30th for 4 nights and it was fantastic! We didn’t have a great start to the holiday with our flight being delayed and our case being missing. As soon as we arrived at the hotel the staff (Flor and Betty) were very welcoming and friendly and gave us a free room upgrade. My husband was gifted a lovely bottle of champagne and a nice letter from the hotel staff for his birthday, this was such a lovely touch! Our room was lovely and clean, food was nice but above all the staff were fantastic. So attentive and couldn’t do anymore for you. 10/10 We found the location was ideal, right on the beach with a sea view and a 15/20min walk to main bars and restaurants. We would definitely come back. Thank you for a lovely stay!

On arriving at the Eurostars hotel we were greeted with a warm welcome and was promptly upgraded to a sea view room which was a nice surprise. When we got to the room and bottle of complimentary sparkling wine awaited us on the table. The room itself was very spacious with a big balcony with a sea view / car park view. There was a kitchen with fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave and electric stove. You could easily do self catering if you wanted. There are 3 pools an adult only pool a shallow pool and a large deep pool. Music is played by the pool but it's not to loud and it's pretty easy listening music. There is a Spa but we didn't use this facility. There are pool tables dotted around and a games room with a couple of arcade games, pool table and air hockey. We only had breakfast and there was plenty to choose from. You have all day breakfast stuff, hams and cheeses, cereals, fresh fruits lots of breads, donuts, muffins and loads more. All the staff are really nice and helpful. I would recommend and would return myself one day. Only niggle is the air con in the bedroom was really noisy.

Where start. Payed for a suite with sea view (an extra £300.00). Jet 2 photos of this room type show extra large balcony, suite given did not have this, squashed onto the tiny balcony a table 2 chairs and 2 sunbeds, we had to stack the sunbeds to move out onto the balcony. Bath had been repaired with fibreglass, a 5year old would have done better, dangerous. Kitchen tap hanging loose, bathroom taps loose, ants in most of the suite. Really like this place. Just returned from our second stay here, this time opting for a premium sea view room... and it didn't disappoint! It has to be one of the best locations in the resort and to have that uninterrupted view across the beach and bay really contributed to making our week a great one. Yes, if you look closely enough you will find some areas for improvement. However, look beyond that and what you do have here is a clean, comfortable hotel with great staff, good food and all in an enviable location. Ideal for a few days away in the sun...we will be back!

Only reason for two stars is because of the friendly staff. The place is seriously lacking in general upkeep and maintenance. 80% of the sun beds are broken in some way or the other. Broken/cracked floor tiles everywhere including inside pools. Some of these tiles have been left as is and have sharp points and edges cause cuts to feet. The glass balustrades many of them have cracks or chips around them making them unsafe to keep. Water pressure in the bathroom is okay and no temperature fluctuations which is ideal with sun burnt skin. Staff were phenomenal and the only reason they get two stars, however management are to blame for lack of up keep. Its not always about the money.... invest in what you owe. Food is okay. Salads are probably stored next to fish cause there was a pungent fish smell coming from all cold dishes (salad, sandwich meats etc) Anyways. Overall an okay stay for price paid however but there are other places that would most likely offer more for the same price if not a little bit more.

The restaurant needs a deep clean. The coffee machines need to be descaled. There are NO kettles or complementary coffee/tea sachets in the rooms in this 4* hotel…the carpet in the hallway is filthy and needs to be changed. The lifts are ridiculously small considering there are mostly families staying. We had to wait up to 15 minutes for a free lift with a baby in a pushchair. At times I wanted to carry the pushchair down the stairs myself. Food is pretty decent. There are a few pools you can stay at which is nice. There are a few really nice spots to take pictures. All the staff is really nice. It’s really clear that this hotel operates based on quantity and not quality. My expectations were different based on how much I paid for this holiday. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Very disappointing experience. Unfortunately, other negative reviews here are mostly true. We were told that the hotel was renovated recently but after seeing the hotel it hard to believe. The hotel is very dirty and falling apart pretty much everywhere. After arrival we noticed some cockroaches in hall and we were fascinated to see that it took almost full week to clean them. To make it even worse there were a lot of people complaining about thefts in the hotel. Regarding personal we have mixed feelings some were nice and helpful others not so. All inclusive is definitely not worth it as all drinks are from cheap water diluted alcoholic liqueurs and food was not so good either. Good coffee is not included in all inclusive, for safe you need to pay extra, even tea was not at room because you need to pay for it extra. Only good think what I can say about the hotel is location. The hotel is close to very nice beach and small city center but that is pretty much all.

Typical 4 star all inclusive. Room was spacious, clean, and cool. The food was always as good as it can be for typical all inclusive buffet style, always plenty of choice. Ignore those who moan about the food those people have champagne taste and lemonade budget! As for security, simply keep your balcony door closedand locked! It's typical of any resort that thieves hover anywhere you go. The air con doesn't work without balcony door being closed anyway! Staff are friendly and helpful. Will definitely be trying other SBH resorts in the future!

Came with a party of 5, one a disabled partially sited OAP whom I care for and had specifically asked for 3 rooms close to each other as she needed extra guidance. When we arrived no arrangement had been met they had put her 21 year old grandson in the same room as an 86 year old woman and didn't see any problem doing that. In fact concierge attitude made me feel like I was being unreasonable as why weren't our rooms together rather than at the other side of the complex. . The satellite channels only cater for German and Spanish, 1 channel sky news in English. Rooms are very basic and they charge you ££4.50 euro a day for the safe, were most hotels in this area charge you much less. We are still here and will review at another time as to all other amenities.

A very nice hotel for its money! Very friendly staff, tasty Mediterranean cuisine, lots of fresh vegs, all sorts of meat and fish, nice pool, no queues, not too full, nice atmosphere, all inclusive. I don‘t drink alcohol but saw people enjoying it. Tasty coffee! The room looks good. Very happy here!

Just arrived back after the most relaxing week spent at this little gem of an hotel. No complaints at all from my wife and I, lovely helpful staff , excellent food and great location. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a very quiet break with no roudy noise in a great little hotel. Well done to all staff.

An older hotel, and perhaps a little tired in places, but the staff work hard and always aim to please. Great pool for kids and beach (stony) just outside the grounds, there is also a nicer beach about 5 minutes walk along the shoreline. We did all inclusive and as I haven't done so before, I don't have a benchmark. However, there was never any shortages of food, nor variety over the week we were there. Drinks were a bit of a limited, but more than adequate for me. My only gripe was not being able to get bottled water/tap water after 11pm, so you need to stock up on a few bottles when you get there.

We had a sea view room which was really clean and nice but the walk to get to it was a few hundred metres. We went to breakfast and back and I had done 1700 steps hahah. The pool and gardens were clean and well looked after. The only 'complaint' really was the musty smell in reception and surrounding areas.

The room was very nice with refrigerator and coffee/tea machine available. Bath with hair dryer and towels changed on demand. Nice and clean all the time. Very friendly and helpful staff both in the reception, restaurant and otherwise. The reception was very helpful, when I had an falling accident on a trip and provided as much bandage and disinfectant as needed without charge. Food for breakfast and dinner was great and lots of choices to make (was out for lunch, but was probably the same). We had absolutely no complaints at all.

We had such a lovely relaxing holiday here, everything was spot on, the staff were amazing, especially Santiago, who cleaned our room to perfection every day. There are some building work going on opposite the hotel, but we didn't find it intrusive. It's spotlessly clean, friendly, and almost has that family run hotel feel about it. We loved it and hope to return next year.

Beautiful Hotel, booked this on a B&B basis, for 2 weeks, we absolutely love Fuerteventura and wanted something slower paced rather than the other resorts with fresh, authentic local food. The Hotel did not disappoint, very friendly helpful staff, always there, nothing too much trouble. Even supply you with Beach/Pool Towels! Very clean everywhere, maid service every day. The buffet style breakfast was lovely, everything you possibly want. The staff are very friendly, helpful and attentive. The Pictures you see on the sites are exactly what you get and looks the same, the pool was lovely, clean and warm. The rooms are fresh and have air conditioning. Beds, comfy, toiletries in the bathroom, mini fridge, coffee machine as well! Great relaxing holiday we will definitely return! It's right on top of the beach with amazing views, ok so there is building work going on but did not disrupt our holiday, they also have some entertainment on certain evenings.

I stayed here for a week in September 2024. The room was kept spotlessly clean, the bed was extremely comfortable and noise from the adjacent building site was minimal with the balcony doors closed - in fact, I had no problem with it at all. The breakfasts were very good, lots of choice from full English to salads and cold meats, fresh fruit, yoghurts, croissants and fresh pancakes with chocolate sauce - yum!! Reception staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. highly recommended, I will stay here again.

Hotel is within easy reach of the beaches. The hotel is very clean with an excellent restaurant serving buffet breakfast and evening meal with plenty of choice. Rooms good quality and very clean and seviced every day . Staff are always very friendly and accommodating. Having stayed at this hotel 4 times so far this year I would highly recommended it

We came at the start of December and the staff from reception to entertainment were really hospitable and friendly. The whole hotel was really clean. We only ate at the snack bar in the afternoon & the all inclusive buffet in the evening and the food was above average for an all inclusive hotel during off season. Also in a 10/10 location so no complaints. Would come back

Had a fabulous stay at this hotel. The whole place is so beautiful and clean, Very friendly staff. The entertainment team where excellent! Naomi and Karim especially. Both extremely friendly and helpful. My hubby and I loved the stretch classes, and my son had a boxing lesson with karim. The service at times was a little slow during meals for drinks, but otherwise fabulous. Hope to visit another Barceló resort again in the future.

Huge hotel with lovely communal areas. Pools huge and plenty of sunbeds. Probably the best outdoor area we've experienced at an AI hotel. The food was disappointing - we are pretty easily pleased and don't expect top quality at an AI buffet as we appreciate it's purpose is to feed the masses but there was a distinct lack of variety and pretty much consisted of a protein of choice and the same vegetables every night. The dining room itself was nice and everything was presented beautifully but could have been improved with a variety of 1 pot meals or some themed evenings to mix things up. Drinks were good quality - the wine was decent which was a nice surprise (could order a bottle with meals) and there was a good variety of cocktails. Room huge with big comfy bed, powerful shower and good sized balcony however some signs of wear and tear and the balcony could do with a small table for a morning coffee or a game of cards. I emailed ahead and asked for a pool facing room which wasn't honoured unfortunately however we really appreciated the bottle of cava on arrival to celebrate my husband's birthday. We had 1 evening meal in the Mexican restaurant and 1 in the Brazilian. The Mexican was fairly decent but the buffet area was too small for the amount of people dining there. The Brazilian was a bit disjointed. The meat itself was great but the starter selection was strange/a bit random and cold. There was a selection of burgers, paella, salad etc available at the pool bar at lunchtime which was fine but got a bit samey. Would have been great to have had toasties, sandwiches etc made to order available on AI. The entertainment was as expected for a large hotel - there was a decent variety and it was performed in the lobby bar which was a comfortable space with lots of seating. Overall the hotel is nice but the food really lets it down having experienced much better food at a 3* otherwise less impressive AI hotel in Corralejo.

We came for a much needed break and chose this resort due to its reviews. I can honestly say we were not disappointed by the resort. Our room was very clean and tidy and the maid very friendly when saw her. She also did a great job. The areas around the rooms and the grounds around the block were very clean also. The restaurant food was always well presented and plenty of choice. Staff were helpful. One stood out, Judith who was very pleasant and greeted us at the door and spoke to us and explained things when we first arrived and was always happy. Pool area and bars were looked after, the only one thing I would say was the bar at night sometimes had a bit of a queue to get served at.

We chose this hotel because of the very good price. Our bungalow was a bit old, but offered plenty of space for two people. The grounds and the rooms could be looked after a bit better, because it is actually really nice. After we were a bit shocked by the state of the room on the first day, it was thoroughly cleaned on the second day and some things were replaced, such as the frying pan. Unfortunately, our previous tenant left the kitchen quite dirty, but we cleaned it up ourselves. Overall, good value for money, but not for everyone. If you want to spend the whole day in the hotel, you should look elsewhere.

The hotel is currently undergoing refurbishment , so about half of their rooms will b fitted with solar panels and refurbished. To be honest this wasn't really bothering Us ,as there are two other swimming pools available out there if you need a quieter place. I noticed two bars with food and drinks and also a supermarket in front of the hotel which is great. Entertainment is happening in the afternoons as the main bar is closed at night. Rooms were clean , everything was working ( coffee maker, kettle etc). The bathroom and beds were nice too. The hotel is slightly away from the center ,so if you don't like 20 Minute hikes to the beach , take a taxi 🚕 should be about 4 e. Overall a very quiet,and relaxing place , and I will probably stay there again as it was great. Our room wasn't cleaned,and I never get fresh towels,but our stay was short , and I didn't bother about it anyway. But don't Expect 5star , if you pay a discounted price in High season.

We have enjoyed our stay. The place is a bit run down, but there's major renovation works being carried out at the moment. I believe the place will be brilliant once it's done. Would definitely go back

Cheap good hotel, never had issue with cleanliness however they only cleaned room once during 7 night stay. Elite pool bar was good could be rowdy, times never the same as what was advertised.

It's ok, seems to be a tourist only location for brits. Pool closes at 6??? Most amenities available apart from the oven, iron or laundry. Could be a lot cleaner as well.
