Can't fault this hotel, book a room with a sea view if sunrise from bed sounds enticing, great for people watching and all day sun worshipers.
Food was well presented varied and fresh, staff where always at hand to help.
Location on the beach front is superb with easy access to local bars, restaurants and travel links.
Check-in and check-out was seamless, with wonderful front of house staff.
We will certainly return in the near future.

Booked all-inclusive direct with the hotel and fights separately with Ryanair. We are a couple in our 50s/60s who have holidays from 3 to 5 star across the world and in the UK. We are pretty easy going and don't sweat the small stuff.
We originally booked a junior suite with sea view but I emailed the hotel directly and upgraded to the premium sea view room prior to our visit, they gave me a price and I paid separately. I must say that every time I emailed the hotel whether it was about the type of hairdryer or whether there was a kettle, I got a response really quickly.
On arrival, the receptionist (who was very friendly), gave us our wristbands, information on services and how to access our free safe and we were off to our room. Within 5 mins arrival to the room we also got a courtesy call to check if everything was alright. In fact all staff we encountered were friendly and smiley. A smile, a please and a thank you goes a long way.
The room had a lounge with tv, bedroom with huge bed and another tv, bathroom with dual vanity, shower over bath (with loads of hot water), small sliding door to the loo. There was a small kitchen area with kettle a couple of cups (which were tiny) and fridge. The freezer part of the fridge didn't work as there was no door so it was iced up, it didn't bother us.
We had a complimentary bottle of Freixenet, chocolates, water and a welcome letter.
The TVs had a few English channels, namely BBC1, BBC2, ITV and Ch4. The lounge was just showing static when we tried, but we popped to reception the next morning before breakfast to let them know and it was fixed by the time we got back about an hour later.
The balcony had two sunloungers, a table and 2 chairs, also a washing line. We had sun from sunrise to about 3pm (by moving the chairs around). It's a very private balcony too. Lovely views over the beach to the marina, we could sit in bed and watch the sun rise, which was bliss.
The cleaners came in every day, it did get dusty in the room though, but so did I sitting on the loungers, I blamed it on the sand which seemed to get everywhere, it must be a tireless job.
Breakfast, we got into a routine here, I went to the toaster and Mr G went to get coffee from the machine at the back, which was ok (one americano and an extra espresso got my desired strength). There was a few bread options which were fresh. Hubby got a freshly made omelette every day with ham, cheese, onion and tomato, I either went for scrambled or fried egg with a bit of bacon (it's the streaky style not English back bacon, but we're not in England). I also may have had the odd glass of cava and there was also a fresh smoothie station with mango, banana, orange options. Other breakfast options were available, beans, sausage etc and continental hams and cheeses.
Lunch, we weren't that hungry and I usually went for chicken or fish from the show cooking area. They were also burgers, hot dogs, salads and various other from the buffet.
Dinner, I always had from the show cooking, there was lamb, steak, pork and chicken plus a variety of fish. On the Friday there was also a huge seafood selection with crab, prawns and clams. I had absolutely no issues with the food.
Snacks, wasn't hungry enough for them, but occasionally had crisps round the pool.
Drinks, stuck with local as they were in the all-inclusive, the sangria was really nice (but boy what a concoction), I liked the red wine, but I like Spanish red wine. The wines, beer and soft drinks were on tap. On an evening I had the odd cocktail that was made fresh, Pina Colada and a Blue Lagoon, I also usually finished the evening with a 'Baileys' equivalent. I had no issues with the drinks on offer.
There wasn't much in the way of entertainment, but that didn't bother us.
Caleta itself is about 15 mins from the airport, lots of shops, bars and restaurants. Plenty of 2€ beers if that's your thing. We had a few drinks out and about, but not too many.
No complaints, would stay again.

While the hotel is nice in general, it is astonishing that children (2+4) pay the same price for the breakfast buffet as adults and there is no flexibility to provide an extra lunch box or anything to take away as a compensation for how little they eat compared to adults. The manager's solution was just to go again, but any parents can probably relate to the "every hour snack" and that it is anything but fun to pack everyone again for a little snack in the restaurant. There is a reason why most hotels have free or reduced rates for children on breakfast buffets.

This hotel is great, the rooms are cleaned every day and that includes the bedding and towels. Staff are very friendly. The food is delicious and you can have as much as you want.
The only problem I did have is that the 3 pools ate very very cold.
And the pool bar music is very loud. And the staff at the pool bar aren't that friendly and a bit unhelpful.
But apart from that I really enjoyed my holiday and booking again for next year.
The hotel is right next to the beach and we tended to go into the sea instead of using the pools.
The staff work very hard.

My husband and I came here for his 30th for 4 nights and it was fantastic! We didn’t have a great start to the holiday with our flight being delayed and our case being missing. As soon as we arrived at the hotel the staff (Flor and Betty) were very welcoming and friendly and gave us a free room upgrade.
My husband was gifted a lovely bottle of champagne and a nice letter from the hotel staff for his birthday, this was such a lovely touch!
Our room was lovely and clean, food was nice but above all the staff were fantastic. So attentive and couldn’t do anymore for you. 10/10
We found the location was ideal, right on the beach with a sea view and a 15/20min walk to main bars and restaurants.
We would definitely come back.
Thank you for a lovely stay!
