Me and my family were here for only 5 days, but these 5 days were one of the best ones of our lives. The hotel is beautiful and it has very nice and helpful service. The spa is comfortable and I also very recommend going for a massage there. We had the all inclusive package where we had breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food here tastes delicious and I think everyone should visit this hotel. Everyone there was really nice and helpful. The place is just perfect and I’d really like to come here with my family once again.

A Great Stay with Exceptional Service I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for two months, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. Located on 2nd December Street in Dubai, the hotel is in a bustling area, which can make taxi rides a bit challenging during peak hours. The metro station is about a 10-minute taxi or bus ride away, so keep that in mind for your transportation planning. What truly stood out during my stay was the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. The reception team was consistently impressive, with special mentions to Simran, Hassan, and Sulman. They were always quick to respond to any requests and made me feel very well taken care of. Dawda, Mohsin, and Sandini at the front desk were also incredibly helpful and contributed to making my stay as comfortable as possible. The housekeeping service was top-notch as well. Miss. Junu did a remarkable job organizing and cleaning the room, ensuring everything was in perfect order. The hotel offers a range of amenities that enhanced my stay, including a well-equipped gym, a pool open until 8 PM, and a soothing sauna bath. These facilities provided great opportunities to relax and unwind after a busy day. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and comfortable amenities. It’s a wonderful choice for anyone staying in Dubai.

Current long stay member here. Here’s what I wish I’d known before committing to a 3-month stay at Jumeira Rotana. Pros: 1. Location: Convenient if you want to dodge heavy traffic. 2. High Value for Money: The rooms are spacious, so you get good square footage for the price. 3. Friendly Staff: Mostly helpful, though there are occasional lapses. Cons: 1. A/C Nightmare: The A/C doesn’t cool below 22.5°C, which makes the rooms unbearably warm, especially at night. I’ve requested maintenance multiple times, even switched rooms, but it’s the same story everywhere. No portable A/C units are available (least you can do, it's not that expensive and I would've literally given you guys a 5 stars for thinking out of the box), so you’re left sweating it out. 2. Unreliable Wi-Fi: The Wi-Fi is consistently choppy, on average reaching 7 Mbps. It’s almost impossible to do anything that requires a stable connection, especially professional video calls. 3. Poor Gym and Pool Hours: The gym and pool are only open from 8 AM to 6 PM, which is inconvenient, especially in the summer when it’s too hot to use the pool during the day. The gym equipment is also lacking, with dumbbells topping out at a measly 12-14 kg. Frankly, I can overlook the Wi-Fi issues by using my hotspot, and the gym/pool hours aren’t a dealbreaker. However, if I’d known about the A/C situation, I would have avoided this place. Writing this review at 2:26 AM, sweaty and wide awake.

We stay here from 22nd-29th May this year. Just me and my son. And from the get go I am telling you we will 100% be going back to this hotel. Originally I booked a smoking room not realizing that this room does not come with a balacany. I told the staff that I wasn’t happy with the room and with no questions they moved us immediately. We had bed and breakfast stay only managed to wake for breakfast on the first day. That was due to us exploring Dubai till late hours 🤣 (beautiful place). Our towels were cleaned daily long side the complementary water tea/coffee. Daily. Bedding changed ever too days. Honestly this hotel and there staff could not do anymore for you if they tried. I had a little issue with the food I orderd at the pool side. Went back to my room the staff was at my door within 10mins putting the situation right for us. They even had cash in there hand to refund for both meals. We came to a mutual decision on that and they also gave my son a free icecream deliverd to our door later on that night. Honestly when I say there hospitality is 100/10. Mark my word. You get fresh towels at the pool on the 5th floor. Everytime you go up there. the stay here was amazing. And like I said previously we are definitely going back but for longer. The shops on the strip just Literally around down the side road. Has a little cat who lives in the air conditioning shop called “tuna”.. my son absolutely loved her probably not relevant to this review but was for our stay. The kios at the side of the air conditioning shop called “teaway” can get the most beautiful fresh Indian foods/fries ect...!! The best fresh cut fruit, and smoothies and milkshakes also for cheap as chips. Lovley people :) anyway I could be here allday talking about how beautiful this country is but one thing I will repeat we are definitely coming back. Thank you for having us jumeria. Worst beach and pool access experience! People have been queuing since the morning for towels, a basic thing that all hotels and beach clubs offer. We accessed the beach club around 10am and haven't got any towels until we left at 1pm due to the bad service and poor facilities. Never again For the price of the day access we could have gone to much better options and enjoyed a better time!

My family and I stayed at this hotel for three nights, and our experience was exceptional from start to finish. Upon checking in, I noticed it was a bit busy, so I had to wait in line for a few minutes. While standing there, a gentleman who works at the hotel noticed me and initiated a friendly conversation. His approach was genuine, not just a distraction from the wait, which, by the way, was no longer than seven minutes. When it was my turn, the lady at the counter greeted me warmly, apologized for the brief delay, and to my pleasant surprise, upgraded our room to a sea view. We were initially a bit disappointed to learn that the breakfast area was under renovation, and we had to eat in a temporary location. However, on our first day, a duty manager unexpectedly visited our room to check if everything was satisfactory. We assured him everything was perfect but casually mentioned the breakfast situation, without intending to complain. Just ten minutes later, he called to apologize for the inconvenience and offered us breakfast in a lovely restaurant within the hotel, to enjoy a delightful set menu in a beautiful setting. Throughout our stay, the staff were genuinely friendly and attentive. The room was amazing, and they cleaned it twice a day, ensuring everything was always in top condition. In my opinion, what truly defines excellent customer service in a hotel isn't the absence of issues, but how the hotel addresses and resolves them, turning potential problems into positive experiences. This hotel exemplified that perfectly. Exceptional customer service is expected in Dubai, but these guys took it to another level. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay memorable!

We recently stayed here for a couple of nights and found the service particularly to be flawless. We upgraded for Fairmont Gold for club lounge access and usage, the staff are the true asset to the hotel. We would like to particularly shout out the outstanding young lady Khai in the lounge who was constantly smiling, positive, attentive and gracious. We hope to see her succeed in the coming years and months. Allen is a gentleman who is another shining star, very diligent in his work and manner. We had such an amazing stay especially due to these two team members. Please do ask for them when you are staying with the lovely Fairmont!

As an Accor Platinum member, I've always appreciated the late checkout benefit across the chain. However, my recent stay at this hotel was disappointing. While the hotel itself is good and well-located with friendly staff, I encountered an issue with the front desk. Despite the hotel claiming to be fully booked, I found numerous rooms available on the website until 9 PM that same day. When I requested a half-day extension until 6 PM and offered to pay, it was initially approved, suggesting that the hotel wasn't fully booked after all. Unfortunately, this inconsistency and the subsequent denial of the late checkout have left me frustrated.

Let me start by saying that my family and I love this hotel and the pool but we were recently very disappointed that the service fell short of what we expected. We often go to the hotel to use the pool and have food and drink. We go very early. Last week at 9:50 we went to the pool bar to order the four smoothies we usually buy. A supervising manager called G*****t came over and told us that we could not have the smoothies because kids are not allowed in the area and that people complained. I pointed out that there were only 2 other people in the area and they were not complaining. The member of staff didn't seem to want to help and said only that he'll get in trouble if he lets us stay. This really disappointed my children who were hungry, thirsty and looking forward to their usual smoothies. The weekend before (and the weekend before that) there had been MANY families (with young kids) in this area in the morning, all buying smoothies etc. Right now the pool bar is empty. We would have been buying smoothies. Instead we will make alternative arrangements. Please resolve this issue. I understand that you may not want kids around during busy periods but you are losing custom when the area is empty and could have paying customers with empty stomachs in! Just a reminder that we do have money that we would be happy to spend. We also love this pool and hotel in general.

the worst hotel experience of my life!! The night manager gave us a very bad welcome, it took him more than an hour and a half to give us the room! He was very rude to us, I had young children with me. Room service is poor. The food is really very average for a 5 star. The worst experience I've had in my life. Never again this hotel.

I recently visited Al Habtoor Grand, and I must say, the area and the pool are absolutely stunning. The view is nothing short of breathtaking. The surroundings are well-kept and provide a perfect backdrop for relaxation and enjoyment. One of the standout features of this place is how kid-friendly it is. There are plenty of activities and amenities catered to children, making it an ideal spot for families. My kids had an absolute blast, and it was clearly designed with families in mind. However, I did encounter one significant issue during our stay. Both of my daughters developed eye infections after spending time in the pool. I suspect this might be due to the water not being properly maintained. It's crucial for the management to address this, as it detracts from an otherwise wonderful experience.

First of all the rooms are nice and clean but the whole hotel feels old because it is old, it should be a 4 star hotel not 5 star. The breakfast is good but there is a limited selection of food and it does not change everyday. However they have a chief that makes any type of egg you want. The hotel is undergoing maintenance which was very disturbing and loud. when you open the window the view is also disturbed by the construction. The most disappointing thing in the whole hotel is the valet service, they are very rude not all of them only two or three of them, I forgot to take their names and report them. They were very ignorant and rude. They only wanted to take the car and go, when I ask them about something they ignore me and got inside the car and drove away.

If you are expecting a 5* hotel then you will be disappointed. This is more a 3* or 4* hotel. The rooms are ok, clean and fairly spacious. Breakfast is a canteen style experience. Lots of stressed staff running around, clanging plates and knives. We didn’t enjoy the restaurants/breakfasts. Staff are not trained to deliver 5* service. Restaurant staff were rude on our first day, and it was poorly managed when we raised it. We ended up avoiding the breakfast as much as possible. There is construction going on but weren’t warned if this, and in addition the adult pool was closed for maintenance. We were assured it would open before we left but that didn’t happen. Staff training and communication is probably the biggest issue with this hotel. I don’t recommend booking here. There are other hotels we stayed in with the same price and rating that were exceptional. I wouldn’t go to this hotel again.

Very smooth check In process , we were given a tour of the resort in the buggy before being directed to our rooms. Very thankful to Ismail for giving such a wonderful room which made me extremely relaxed and energetic during our 2 day stay with the calm ocean views. Was a wonderful experience and a perfect break from the daily routine. Kids had a wonderful time at the pool. Breakfast could be improved

I visited the pool & beach for the day, the resort is amazing for families. Lots of pools ti choose from for adults, kids & babies. Saleem was the lifeguard at the pool we took our baby, he was very helpful and friendly! He is definitely an asset to the hotel. Also? Coming to an end of a 2 week holiday celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. Thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, the food was excellent in all the restaurants, housekeeping was excellent always went above and beyond. Finished off with a day at the spa and a 90 minute massage which was superb. Highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful relaxing break away. Can’t wait to come back.

Overall, we have had a very pleasant stay. All staff we have come across have been extremely kind and supportive, they always have a smile on their face which is lovely. The food in the restaurants were really tasty, staff were really hardworking all around the place to ensure guests were satisfied. We booked a luxury palm view room which was absolutely stunning, the room was absolutely massive and the view of the palm was incredible day and night. The rooms were cleaned to high standards when needed. My only fault would be that the baby cot we requested was extremely dirty and we had to clean it multiple times with antibacterial wipes we had brought to ensure it was clean enough for the baby - this is perhaps something the hotel could work on for future guests as this was our only negative. A staff member in particular, Sachin at the pool bar stood out particularly as he was so attentive and polite. He ensured we were very well looked after while we relaxed around the pool. His kindness went a long way. Thank you.

Stunningly beautiful hotel. We left belongings at our first hotel and ‘Danish’ was our hero - he went above and beyond to help us….. an absolute gentleman and a credit to the hotel. Breakfast was lovely. The private beach had plenty of loungers and was stunning - water sports on offer. Luxurious and I’d definitely return. Our room had cooking facilities and a large fridge freezer !!

Improvements would be bathroom layout. Taps were stuck to shower mode and the glass restricts reaching taps. I had to climb in and over the bath and fill the bath up with the shower head. Would not be ideal for older individuals. Khyber the Indian restaurant was STUNNING. Dukes bar cocktails on happy hour… delightful. The hotel was great, we really enjoyed our stay. We were celebrating my partners birthday and the hotel had made it truly special. The rooms were very clean and always took care with our belongings when we had left our valuables out. The room service was fantastic with outstanding customer care and politeness. Breakfast in the morning and dinner at the khyber restaurant was fantastic. Everything was perfect with our stay, the staff on the doors, at the reception, the pools, beach, and all other staff were so kind and welcoming. The only downside to the hotel is the fact it was so busy, which if anything, shows just how good of a hotel it is.

Just arrived home from a week here, we had such a great stay! The staff are really helpful and friendly and go out their way for you! The view from the hotel is incredible, the food was outstanding- not a French fry in sight! The rooms were lovely and cleaned daily. The swimming pool was lovely, there was always a sunbed available, and the staff always eager to ensure you have all you need. The beach is a two minute walk and the hotel give you a beach bag with everything you need including an umbrella. Great location too! We would definitely stay here again. 5 stars

Stayed at JA Ocean View for the first time this last visit to Dubai. I was with my family and everything about the experience was wonderful. All the staff were amazing from the communication before my visit regarding abnormal check in/check out times to the small details. It was my sons birthday during the visit and they upgraded our room, some of the staff wished him a happy birthday when they saw him and they left a cake for him whilst we were out. These small details make all the difference. Breakfast was great with a good variety. Location is perfect if you want to be in the heart of the bustling area of JBR on the beach and the walk. We didn't spend anytime at the pool and so cannot comment about that as we were always busy with the other attractions the city has to offer. I would definitely stay at JA Ocean view again.

Fantastic hotel and an outstanding location. A couple of minutes walk to the beach, amazing sea views, close to many restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. As well as within walking distance to the tram station. The service in this hotel is really phenomenal, staff are very friendly, helpful and always smiling. Rooms and common areas are very clean and well maintained. I was very impressed with how much they care about their guest experience. It is to the point that the management team will check with us on a daily basis to see if the room has been cleaned to our expectations and if we require any additional toiletries. I stayed there with my 16 year old son during a business trip and this hotel really is outstanding. Will definitely be coming back again.

What a fantastic holiday we’ve had staying at JA Ocean View. The hotel is excellent! Nothing is too much for the very professional and polite staff. The food is very good with enough choices to suit all ages and tastes. The facilities are also great. And to cap it off, you are only a short walk from a family friendly beach. Wow- what a great experience! We enjoyed every minute of our stay at Le Royal Meridien. Very friendly, welcoming and professional staff. Really everyone is always helpful and has a smile on their face. Food was so delicious and the rooms and facilities are luxurious. The beach and pools are excellent, the staff always arranged sunbeds for us- so enough sunbeds for everyone! Spa & fitness is also included and we really enjoyed using it. I really can‘t think of anything that could be done better during out stay. If we come to Dubai next time, we will stay at this hotel again for sure.

Just got back from a fantastic holiday at the Le Royal Meridien in Dubai and I'm already missing it! The whole place was just beautiful and my room had the most amazing view of the sea. It was so nice to just chill out on the balcony. Being vegetarian, I was a bit worried about the food, but I was seriously impressed. They had so many delicious veggie options across all the restaurants and every dish was full of flavour. There was a small mix-up at check-in because I booked through a website, but the staff were super helpful and even gave me an upgrade for the fuss! Talk about great service. Orlando, one of the staff members, was an absolute star. He made sure I had everything I needed and always went the extra mile to make me feel welcome. It's people like him that make a stay truly special. Honestly, if you're looking for a place to stay in Dubai, you can't go wrong with the Le Royal Meridien. I can't wait to go back!

I definitely have no complaints. The quality is exceptional. The staff is friendly, and cleanliness is at an incredible level everywhere. The view from the room of the palm tree is outstanding, and we were in the Imperial Club, which truly has everything you could need. It's also great because the dining experience is more serene; even though the selection may be slightly limited, there’s still plenty of options. The private beach with service is fantastic as well. The pools are nice, and there are security personnel and lifeguards at every turn. We will definitely come again.

The best hotel we have ever stayed at. I cannot fault a single thing, the staff from the receptionist right down to the security were welcoming and hospitable. They really made you feel at home. Thank you for the best stay. The room definitely lives up to its expectations, the bath was huge, the bed was huge. We booked a king room and they gave a separate cot for our child. I had the incredible experience of being part of an event held in the ballroom at Atlantis, The Palm, and it was nothing short of spectacular! It was my first time visiting the hotel, and I was blown away by the attention to detail. I visited twice on this visit. Once to a Gala and the other to brunch. Our group was approximately 450 people. The gala was very elegant, and there was a variety of food. I do wish the dance floor was bigger but I understand due to the size of our group. The brunch was a vibe! The other times I visited Dubai I skipped the brunch because I'm not a big drinker. However, it's more than just that. The atmosphere is electric! The only negative I have were the bathroom doors at the gala. The handle came off the door and left you stuck in the stall. I recently stayed at Hotel Atlantis in Dubai, it was absolutely incredible! The hotel is a masterpiece of architecture and design, easily the most beautiful I've ever seen. The level of service was exceptional. Room service was provided more than once a day, and the cleaning staff were always friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, served promptly, and offered a wide variety of options. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with everything you could need. The only minor drawback was the shower. The water pressure was quite low, and it took a while to get warm. Overall, my stay at Hotel Atlantis was unforgettable. If you're looking for a luxurious and luxurious experience, I highly recommend this hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sofitel Jumeirah Beach, and it was an incredible experience! From the stunning views to the fantastic location, everything was perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, especially Dinesh from housekeeping. He went above and beyond to ensure our room was comfortable and well-serviced, making our stay even more enjoyable. The room itself was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a luxurious ambiance that made us feel right at home. The amenities were top-notch, and the pool area was a great place to relax. The only minor issue was that the bathtub stopper wasn't working properly, but it didn't take away from the overall experience. I highly recommend Sofitel Jumeirah Beach for anyone looking for a fantastic getaway. It truly deserves a solid 10/10!

Hi 👋 I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be a nice place overall. The location is fantastic, and the facilities are quite good, making it a pleasant environment to relax in. However, I did encounter a couple of issues that affected my experience. I arrived at 3 PM, but unfortunately, my room wasn't ready yet. I had to wait for an hour before I could check in, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, I found the bathroom to be a tad smaller than I expected, and it felt cramped, especially when it came to drying off after a shower. While the hotel has its strengths, including a great location and good amenities, I feel that the value for money could be improved given the inconveniences I faced. Overall, it's a decent place to stay, but I would recommend considering these factors when booking.

Hotel grounds are kept so beautiful. We had a ocean front room that had a phenomenal view. The staff allowed us to check in early at 11am and did not charge us extra. All of the staff was very kind and helpful. I can wait to come back to Dubai and visit this hotel again. The stay was perfect from the time we arrived until we left.

Stayed in May 2024 and can’t think of a single thing I would fault with this hotel. The service was top notch, the food was incredible, and the facilities spotlessly clean. I highly recommend purchasing a sea view room as the views in the evening are great. We travelled with our 4 year old son who had his birthday while at the hotel. He was overwhelmed by the attention he got at dinner and the little touches like a birthday cake and a well orchestrated happy birthday song just blew him away. I have noticed that the location has often been mentioned as a sticking point but in my opinion, it is perfect. Close enough to travel into town cheaply but also far enough away from the busy delights of Dubai so you can have a relaxing holiday mixed with a city break. We payed a chauffeur to take us on a 6 hour tour of Dubai, where he waited for us at every attraction. This cost less than £180 for the whole family and made our holiday. I must mention the service again, just incredible. On day two I suffered from sinus pain, the hotel helped me get medication delivered to the hotel within an hour and the cost was minimal. I highly recommend this hotel for any young families wanting a base to explore Dubai. If you have young children, the splash parks will have them entertained for hours, alternatively the multiple pools will keep the adults entertained.

We had an amazing time. Stayed there 4 years ago and we decided to come back which I am glad we did. Definitely can notice a lot of upgrades like food wise and variety of drinks. The Staff are exceptional honestly! So friendly and always accommodating! Entertainment was really fun! And watersports were definitely a plus. We are definitely coming back.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was perfect, always ready to assist with a smile. The entertainment options were great too, with fun activities during the day and lively shows in the evening. I can't recommend Hotel Riu Dubai enough for anyone looking for a luxurious and enjoyable stay in Dubai. I will definitely be returning on my next trip! However, I would love to see some special discounts offered for returning guests like myself. A little extra incentive would make future visits even better! We stayed at this hotel a few months back and it really exceeded our expectations. There was such a large variety of food, the entertainment was well performed by animation team, and the location was good. I’d definitely recommend this resort if you are looking for a more affordable and all-inclusive service in Dubai. We had the best time!

We come to Dubai quite frequently this was our second visit of the year. However this is our first stay at this hotel. This hotel was amazing, from the rooms, beach, food and staff all were impeccable. Our special thanks to Md. Riaz, he kept our room clean and tidy everyday and if we needed anything he was always ready to help. Everyday he warmly greeted us both along with all the other staff. We sadly leave tomorrow morning after 13 nights and we feel we had a great time to be able to relax. We have already recommended this hotel to our friends in the UK and we will be returning again soon. :)

Good hotel. We enjoyed the lounge especially. Good food, tasty, different every evening, good choice of drinks, good quality wine. Very very friendly and customer oriented service, we want to praise Joy and Kamal the administrators of the lounge. Good swimming pool, gym facilities (you will not find any good photo of the gym while looking up the hotel, that was important for me and my son, so I had some doubts about it, but it turned out that the hotel has a well equipped gym, no worries). Also sauna and steam room.
