The hotel is a bit dated and the breakfast is kind of repetitive if you stay more than 3 days. Other than that I think it is a good choice for this area. The best thing is the location: the hotel is very close to a great beach and if you go in the evening or in the morning there is almost no one there. It is very serene and peaceful. There is also free parking provided by the hotel but also lots of free parking spaces on the street

Stephan and the team looked after us beautifully for our brief and enjoyable stay. The location of the resort is super with direct beach access. The rooms are large and spacious. - and the gardens are world class. You start the day with an extensive breakfast buffet. Thank you again, we’ll be back !!

Overall a bad experience that we were not expecting from a 5 star hotel and the online recommendations we read before booking. It felt that the hotel was shutting down and was under strict financial austerity. 1. Coffee capsules were not topped up in the 6 out of 7 nights we stayed there after the cleaning of the room. No option for decaffeinated coffee (they run out). 2. One day room towels were taken away and not given clean ones. It seems like standard cleaning room check list is not followed, which is unacceptable. 3. Pool towles. When we went to ask we were told that they run out of them. Hotel was not busy. 4. We booked a Sea view room by paying several hundred pounds more, but instead were given a room with a pool view (the sea couldn't be seen). 5. Booking email received stated that there will be entertainment for adults. There was nothing. 6. During breakfast in the hotel the coffee machines were breaking down all the time causing chaos and long waiting times and queues just to get some coffee. Again, unacceptable for a 5 star hotel that we paid a significant amount of money to have that peace of mind. 7. Pool bar was shut in most of the days while we were there, even though many people were using the pool. All the above caused frustration and long waiting which affected our experience. I do not recommend this hotel.

We stayed at this hotel with a group of friends. Thoroughly impressed overall. Spacious, clean, comfortable room with pleasant balcony looking over the gardens and hotel. Service generally, couldn’t be faulted. Some of the pool staff were not particularly attentive but the food and drinks menu were exceptional. We used to spa on the last day whilst we got ready to depart which was also really nice. Superb experience. Thanks!

Nice hotel big space and clean, my partner and I loved the spa and our room was big and modern The only issue is that when there was a check in only one person was at the desk while which created a huge queue which lead to many guests being frustrated. I would advise there be at least two people at reception always so this doesn’t happen again as it doesn’t give a good first impression. We also didn’t get a tour of the hotel which was disappointing as all the five star hotels we have been to had always given a tour. Also the cleaner would leave our door open sometimes forgetting to close the door behind her and even left her key card in our hotel card holder.
