Might have been nice in the 80's but it has not been updated. The rooms were not cleaned properly and once green sofa was more brown nowadays. Pool water was full of chemicals, which coloured the swim suites green. Staff tried every now and then but you could have gotten much done with a bit effort e.g in the kids club. The guy at the pool did his best with the resources they had. With the same price you can get much nicer place too.

A great stay!!!
We have stayed in this hotel twice now and enjoyed both times we was a bit unsure the first time due to the reviews not been so great but we enjoyed it we returned.
The rooms are spacious and clean there are cleaners that come in on a Wednesday to do a refresh but they were dotted along our corridor all week so you can get fresh towels or toilet paper if needed.
The pool could be bigger to fit the size of the hotel but we have never had issues getting sunbeds and an umbrella. There is entertainment around the pool in the day which sometimes the music can be abit loud but if you ask the staff to turn it down they will.
The staff are friendly and helpful we arrived earlier than check in time but they were helpful and let us do the check in early and store our bags in the safe locker room which then meant 4:00pm we could avoid the queue and just grab our room key.
There are two supermarkets located in the hotel which was helpful to grab snacks and drinks and any essentials we needed you can get pastries for €1 if you wanted a quick breakfast.
Breakfast wasn’t the best the hot food was cold and we had a lot of queues for the coffee machine so wouldn’t book breakfast again.
The location is amazing right on the beach front with lots of bars, restaurants, shops close by there are English bars 2 minutes walking distance (The shamrock) was our favourite for a cheap English breakfast. It is about a 5 minute walk to the strip if you wanted abit of nightlife but enough distance to not be loud at the hotel.
Overall a great experience and would definitely return.

Hotel is generally tired and dated. Room had a lovely view over the sea. Perfect! Very loud music from the pubs around but personally I didn’t mind that. The pool is great but the entertainment was horrendous and extremely LOUD ALL DAY!! Decided that the beach was a better option for the rest of the week. (Unbelievably we could still hear the music and 18-30 style entertainment from the beach!) the management couldn’t really care less about my complaints. Our room was cleaned once in our whole week and bins emptied every other day at best. Maybe leave a mop and broom in the room so that we can clean up ourselves.

Excellent hotel, staff couldn't have been any more helpful. Rooms are clean albeit a little dated and if updated this would be a 4 star. A/C wasn't working the night I arrived, was fixed the next day, begun to leak the following day so was moved room. There's entertainment every day by the pool, the location is perfect for the main strip and Siam park, all walking distance. If you want a quiet holiday then avoid this as it's close to all the clubs but if you're looking for a hotel near the nightlife, this is the one. I'll definitely stay here again 😊

If you are looking for a small quiet hotel this is not the place for you. Basic and clean it is what yiu make of it. What makes this hotel are the staff. All so lovely. Currently staying here and writing this review mainly to say that Valentine a nember of the entertainment team is AMAZING. It is worth staying here just to watch him in action. He is HILARIOUS and so hard working. He gives 200% and is a credit to the hotel. He never runs out of energy when im sure hes exhausted. He deserves his own show. He would be spectacular on Broadway
