The location of the hotel is genuinely fantastic – within walking distance to all three nearby beaches and plenty of restaurants and shops. That’s definitely the biggest advantage.
Unfortunately, when it comes to the standard of the hotel, I would rate it as a low 3 stars, maybe even slightly below that.
The apartments themselves are quite spacious and family-friendly, with a small kitchen area – which is convenient. However, I was really surprised to find no soap in the bathroom, let alone any shampoo or shower gel. Towels weren’t available for hire either, which was quite unexpected for a holiday hotel.
As for the pool area – the typical “towel on sunbed at 7am” scenario definitely applies here, and getting a spot by the pool wasn’t easy.
The food in the restaurant was very repetitive and uninspired. You could tell that what was served at breakfast often reappeared for lunch or dinner. Each evening there was only one meat dish and one fish option, lots of vegetables (all seemingly chopped on the same board and smelling strongly of onions), plenty of fruit, and thawed cakes for dessert.
By the pool, there was only one “drink of the day” included in the all-inclusive package. Beer, soft drinks and wine were available, but anything else came at an extra charge. Ice cream and slushies weren’t included either, and even basic snacks like pizza required a surcharge.
The all-inclusive evening bar was technically open until 12:30am, but for all-inclusive guests drinks were only free until 10:30pm – after that, you had to pay. In fact, there were a lot of hidden extras, including €30 for late checkout, and even a €10 deposit for the TV remote.
There were no real activities for children. In the evenings, the bar downstairs played loud YouTube music with a couple of hula hoops thrown on the stage – that was about it. The atmosphere was very loud and the bar area was so hot and stuffy that it was hard to stay inside for long. There were two pool tables, but overall not much to keep kids entertained.
Wi-Fi was only available in one specific spot near the glass table by the reception – not ideal.
To be honest, 11 days felt like way too much. If I had to do it again, I’d say a 4–5 day stay would have been more than enough.
We leave with mixed feelings – the location really saved the experience, but overall, it didn’t meet our expectations.

Just got home from Laguna park 1. The rooms are of good size, beds a little hard and no air con but pleasant with a kitchenette and nice bathroom and balcony with sea view. The pool was lovely with a nice pool bar and staff were fantastic especially Maria antonieta the pool bar lady very friendly and helpful always polite and smiling. The food was delicious 😋 always something tasty to eat and snack bar was good too all cooked to order. Drinks were of good variety on the all inclusive with a different cocktail every day. The hotel was in the perfect lovation ten months walk to the beach, marina and other bars and shops etc. would definitely come back thank you for a lovely stay

Fabulous stay!!
We were really nervous reading the reviews before going and couldn't have been more relieved when we arrived. Fast and simple check in. Spacious room and balcony with beautiful views of the mountains.
Both the adults and kids pool was larger than expected
We didn't use the kids club or bar for the entertainment so I can't comment on these areas. Snack bar had burger chips and other fast foods. The main dinner area had a good variety so even picky eaters myself and my son were able to find foods we enjoyed
Spotless throughout the hotel with cleaners constantly busy at work. Someone wrote a really negative review about cracked tiles etc which is all general upkeep which I imagine is difficult to do during peak season. The same people are just going to complain if any work is going on during their stay.
If you want 5* service on 3* budget you won't be happy.
If you're happy in 3* like friendly service good location, comfy nights sleep, good food and a bargain! This place is for you. 1 week was NOT long enough.

We stayed at Laguna Park 1 in Costa Adeje for our honeymoon, and it was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Every aspect of the hotel exceeded our expectations – the rooms were clean and comfortable, the facilities were excellent, the food was great, and the atmosphere throughout was so welcoming and relaxed.
A special mention has to go to Marie Antoinette at the pool bar – she was amazing! Not only was she friendly and attentive, but she also suggested new drinks for us to try, which made our time by the pool even more enjoyable. Her service and personality really stood out and made a big difference to our stay.
We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend such a special occasion, and we’re already looking forward to coming back next year. Thank you, Laguna Park 1, for helping make our honeymoon unforgettable!

Room was nice and more modern then some of the apartments we stayed in before good pool view from balcony. The pool great for kids and is looked after and treated well its a shame the little water feature was not working apparently they not been working for a a while now.so to the rooms they did not clean the room correctly there was dust every where never got moped until 2days before we was leaving after we had been there almost 2weeks we had cockroches we had people kicking there doors in at silly o'clock in morning this happened more then 5times we had people arguing because they was drunk. We complained to jet2 while been there and they said they have security we did not once see any and spoke to multiple people and they said the same its not a nice place to stay if you have kids foods horrible and tasteless. The locations is okay if you like to drink all time plenty of pubs close by and in general the food places are not nice either. Foods most of time not cooked my partner had a bad belly for around a 5 days she lived on pizza from over the road called Bella pizzas
