This hotel was really good. The stuff they were really friendly and the rooms that are so fancy and so good the pool is clean and the lifeguards are very active so don’t worry you won’t drown and there is good food and they changed up the food options every day and every meal and their nutritious lots of options And staff cleanup quickly and sanitary. When I was waiting to check in it did take a while there is a line but that’s in every hotel, good community and good view.

Please only book here if you want a budget hotel, basic on all levels - not child friendly at all and if you are happy with the same food all week then go for it. The children's pool is awful with tiles being falling off and left on bottom of pool, our boiler burst at 6am on the morning we arrived, so made a great start to the holiday.
Will admit, it is situated in an ideal place to access different places but remember you are a fair way up the hill for the walk to come back.

We recently returned from a 7 night stay here & we’re terrified given some of the reviews are horrendous, however we were very pleasantly surprised. Arrived at the hotel at 11am despite being told check in wasn’t until 2pm, they already had our room ready and waiting which was a bonus!
The staff were very friendly and welcoming from the minute we got there, I will say though treat others and you would like to be treated as manners do go along way.
Rooms were all clean and very spacious and modern (no cockroaches seen our entire stay)
Food is basic but we ate breakfast and lunch there as the kids could find something to eat, dinners we ate our which suited us fine. You get what you pay for with this side of things but the churros were loveeeeely.
Location is on point close enough to everything you need, but of a hill down to the beach but a pleasant stroll, plenty of restaurants and bars nearby for those who wish to go out.
Entertainment wasn’t great but didn’t affect our stay in any way. Needs updating a bit I think but the team were still friendly.
Pool big and nice kids pool for little ones however was very cold but we did stay in November so that’s our fault, still went swimming and the kids loved every minute of it.
I will also say, we left a baby blanket in our hotel room not expensive but sentimental value & the hotel receptionist Alicia has been kind enough to go out of her way & send it back to us so they really do go above and beyond if you treat them with respect and be kind!
Thanks for a lovely stay 🫶

We ended up at this hotel by chance due to a sudden change of destination, and this place happened to have availability. After reading the reviews, I thought everything would be terrible, but our family was pleasantly surprised. The hotel fully matches its 3-star rating.
The buildings with the rooms are arranged in a triangle, and there are pools inside. As for the pools, it's hard to say much since we didn’t swim there even once—we walked to the nearest beach, which takes about 10 minutes on foot. The hotel is clean; the staff mops the floors a few times a day, and the room is cleaned every two days. We had no issues with cleanliness.
Regarding the food, many people write that it’s inedible, but I will say this: if you are going to a 3-star hotel expecting lobsters and a 2-kilometer-long buffet, then no, this is not the place for you. The selection is not huge, but there are always vegetables, three types of salad, paella, soup, chicken, meat, and potatoes. There were also shrimp and mussels a couple of times. The beer is good, the cocktails are a bit diluted, but we often bought something from the store, where prices are low, so there were no issues.
The staff is very pleasant and friendly. We had a problem with noisy neighbors once, and after notifying reception, there was a quick response, and everything was resolved immediately—thank you very much. The waitstaff clears tables quickly, sets them up efficiently, and always with a smile.
The rooms are actually quite spacious, with a mini-kitchen and a refrigerator. There is no air conditioning, but since we're visiting in October, there are ceiling fans, which is sufficient. I can't say how they handle it in the summer :)
Overall, we were satisfied—thank you very much :)

Just been here and got back yesterday. This is ideal if you want a budget holiday, however after being recently refurbished I was hoping for far better.
Location
Good with a variety of bars like the Rumpot, and then clubs down the hill not too far. Also, the Umbrellas cafe is quite nice about a 5 min walk away in the centre of the local shopping centre. However, the walk back up the hill after a few is less than ideal and need a taxi if you’re going to Los Cristianos or Las Americas. Close to Aquapark and Siam Park too.
Rooms
In general quite good but such a large space in the lounge where a coffee table would’ve been handy. Also, breakfast bar with stalls? Quite minimalistic.
Service
Ok, speak quite good English. However, when they gave us a fan in the room with all inclusive we had to pay 23€ and a to remote was 10€…
Food and Drinks
Quite limited, same most days. Pretty poor, as I say it’s a budget stay but wish I’d gone half board instead of all inclusive. I’m convinced they don’t clean the lines that well and the bacon and sausages on the breakfast for example were like pedigree chum. Chips were also always cold and sometimes green…
Pool
Wanted to sunbathe this holiday and cool off in the pool but I didn’t want a freezer… Was upset it wasn’t heated.
Overall, very dated and in need of tlc like in the club room, but it’s ok if you want a budget friendly holiday. If you like the finer things in life like me, look elsewhere. I don’t think I’ll be coming here again.
