We were in an apparment room, very spacious for 2 adults and 2 children. Great selection of food all day long. Brilliant location with shops, restaurants and pubs walking distance and only about 10 minutes walk from the beach. The pool is massive too! We managed to get the bus to a local market on Saturday and to another town too so that was easy to do. The only thing I disliked was the fact there are signs around the pool saying no smoking or vaping yet its not adhered to all the time by other guests but also not policed by the security staff of life guards.

Honestly, ignore all the negative reviews. This hotel is exactly what you need for a budget friendly holiday. We came as a couple for 4 days. It's got everything you need. Basic. But decent. The food is ok, only being here 4 days we were all inclusive (mainly for the drinks) so did eat out on a night. There's enough choice, especially at breakfast. The staff were very friendly. Had our room cleaned once while we were here but able to request towels as needed. All round I would say, for how much it costs, it is absolutely brilliant value for money. Thank you Laguna Park 1. You've made our stay lovely.

This hotel was really good. The stuff they were really friendly and the rooms that are so fancy and so good the pool is clean and the lifeguards are very active so don’t worry you won’t drown and there is good food and they changed up the food options every day and every meal and their nutritious lots of options And staff cleanup quickly and sanitary. When I was waiting to check in it did take a while there is a line but that’s in every hotel, good community and good view.

We spent 4 nights. When we received the apartment it looked like they didn’t clean at all. The living room and the bathroom was full of hair. On the third night starting after dinner and until next morning after 10 am when we left for the day there was no running water. This repeated the last morning when it was on and off until we checked out. The food was good and also the location but it doesn’t compensate the other problems. Personally I wouldn’t return.

We ended up at this hotel by chance due to a sudden change of destination, and this place happened to have availability. After reading the reviews, I thought everything would be terrible, but our family was pleasantly surprised. The hotel fully matches its 3-star rating.
The buildings with the rooms are arranged in a triangle, and there are pools inside. As for the pools, it's hard to say much since we didn’t swim there even once—we walked to the nearest beach, which takes about 10 minutes on foot. The hotel is clean; the staff mops the floors a few times a day, and the room is cleaned every two days. We had no issues with cleanliness.
Regarding the food, many people write that it’s inedible, but I will say this: if you are going to a 3-star hotel expecting lobsters and a 2-kilometer-long buffet, then no, this is not the place for you. The selection is not huge, but there are always vegetables, three types of salad, paella, soup, chicken, meat, and potatoes. There were also shrimp and mussels a couple of times. The beer is good, the cocktails are a bit diluted, but we often bought something from the store, where prices are low, so there were no issues.
The staff is very pleasant and friendly. We had a problem with noisy neighbors once, and after notifying reception, there was a quick response, and everything was resolved immediately—thank you very much. The waitstaff clears tables quickly, sets them up efficiently, and always with a smile.
The rooms are actually quite spacious, with a mini-kitchen and a refrigerator. There is no air conditioning, but since we're visiting in October, there are ceiling fans, which is sufficient. I can't say how they handle it in the summer :)
Overall, we were satisfied—thank you very much :)
