We ended up at this hotel by chance due to a sudden change of destination, and this place happened to have availability. After reading the reviews, I thought everything would be terrible, but our family was pleasantly surprised. The hotel fully matches its 3-star rating.
The buildings with the rooms are arranged in a triangle, and there are pools inside. As for the pools, it's hard to say much since we didn’t swim there even once—we walked to the nearest beach, which takes about 10 minutes on foot. The hotel is clean; the staff mops the floors a few times a day, and the room is cleaned every two days. We had no issues with cleanliness.
Regarding the food, many people write that it’s inedible, but I will say this: if you are going to a 3-star hotel expecting lobsters and a 2-kilometer-long buffet, then no, this is not the place for you. The selection is not huge, but there are always vegetables, three types of salad, paella, soup, chicken, meat, and potatoes. There were also shrimp and mussels a couple of times. The beer is good, the cocktails are a bit diluted, but we often bought something from the store, where prices are low, so there were no issues.
The staff is very pleasant and friendly. We had a problem with noisy neighbors once, and after notifying reception, there was a quick response, and everything was resolved immediately—thank you very much. The waitstaff clears tables quickly, sets them up efficiently, and always with a smile.
The rooms are actually quite spacious, with a mini-kitchen and a refrigerator. There is no air conditioning, but since we're visiting in October, there are ceiling fans, which is sufficient. I can't say how they handle it in the summer :)
Overall, we were satisfied—thank you very much :)

We were a group of 8 adults 2 children the rooms were spacious not really geared for self catering. Don't bother hiring a remote as telly won't really work .the maids came in every 2 days changed towels however we had to go to reception and request that they cleaned the floors .the pool area is run down lots of tiles missing ect easy to get a sun bed any time .the pool itself was ice cold and most of us didn't go in all holiday .2 of our group were all inclusive and said the food was OK. The main issue in 2 of our rooms were cockroaches on 3 occasions again I went to reception and they sent someone to put some stuff down that seemed to sort it along with cans of spray which we bought to be sure .would we come again no we wouldn't it's cheap for a reason .that said location wise spot on

Rating this as two star mainly due to the condition of the hotel. It has been left in disrepair, and maintenance seems to be no -existent for many years based on the condition. Things like loose paving, missing tiles all around the pool, paintwork falling off, shading missing etc etc. Only place for WiFI is a small spot in reception. Also no air con in rooms but you can request a plug in floor fan. Location was fine, with a short walk to the beach down the hill. We were on the westerly side of the hotel so had a good view and not overlooking the main road. Food was average but the staff were friendly. Not much for the kids to do but it’s a case of get what you pay for really. Shops close by, and e scooters are located about 3mins walk away. To be fair, we were on a lads trip so didn’t matter for us.

As a solo traveller I wouldn’t recommend, I should have done more research when booking. This hotel caters to families so if you’re wanting peace and quiet, don’t book here. The rooms were clean and the balcony was sun facing from 1pm which meant I could avoid the pool and get some sun without going near the pool. Good location, in the busier part of Costa Adeje. Staff were lovely!!

absolutely do NOT recommend this hotel to anyone we had two separate families walk into our room with there own key cards and all the hotel had to say was sorry. while out all day at siam park we came back to find our room door wide open from the cleaners leaving hundreds of pound worth of valuables out for anyone to steal upon speaking to the hotel we were told to talk to the manager the next day, after this all he could offer for compensation was a free boat trip. the food was all cold and not labels correctly making people unknowing of what there is there is also a very small selection so i don’t recommend as a fussy eater. the staff are rude and the hotel isn’t in a good condition
