Going home today after a 12 night stay here and overall we’ve had a great time. The reception staff upon arrival are friendly but note that you cannot get access to your room until 4pm but they have a luggage locker and you can get AI drinks and food immediately. The rooms themselves are basic but comfortable and spacious though there’s not much wardrobe space and only one drawer for clothes etc. there is a free safety deposit box which is straightforward to use. The shower in the bathroom is run from the rooms hot water heater so one to bear in mind if there are more than 2 people in the room as the hot water doesn’t last very long. Lots of plug sockets to charge devices but the wi-fi is only available in the reception area. Room cleaning is done every other day.
The food is good but repetitive and the breakfasts have something for everyone. Salads are good and there is usually an international menu each evening which might not look great but try it, it’s tasty.
The pool is large and quite deep at the bar side but it’s also cold but probably quite refreshing in summer.
The bars have a good selection of drinks and the beer is Amstel which is nice and cold. All drinks are served in paper cups though, whether round the pool or in the entertainment room.
The hotel is in a great location with plenty of shops within walking distance and the beach is just a five/ten minute walk but it’s downhill just so you know.
Not sure if I’d return here but we’ve had a lovely time and I would recommend it to anyone.

Food is average at best, avoid booking all inclusive as it’s not entirely worth the price. Alcohol is not the best, and a lot of drinks and ice creams etc are not included in the all inclusive package. Rooms are clean and modern, and staff are all friendly and very helpful. Location is great and very central to a lot of things, especially the Siam park bus stop, beach and restaurants. We had trouble with the shower getting hot water, and the wifi is very bad and only connects in reception. The pool is clean but very cold in the winter months as it isn’t heated. Safe included in the rooms and the terrace was clean and spacious. Housekeeping were great and kept the room stocked and clean. Good for the price you pay so long as you don’t expect 5* service

We had a wonderful stay at Laguna Park 1 in Tenerife. The hotel is in a great location, close to the beach, shops, and restaurants, which made getting around very easy. The apartments were clean, spacious, and well-equipped, perfect for a comfortable and relaxing holiday.
The staff were friendly, helpful, and always welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The pool area was lovely, with plenty of sunbeds and a great atmosphere to relax and unwind. Everything was well maintained and organised.
Overall, it was excellent value for money and a great choice for a Tenerife holiday. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend Laguna Park 1 to anyone looking for a pleasant, stress-free break. 🌴☀️

Perfect location, nice lady at the reception. Food is fine but not the best. I’ve seen a lot of reviews about cockroaches, haven’t seen any in the past 2 weeks. It’s really worth ur money. amazing view from the balcony aswell.

The location of the hotel is genuinely fantastic – within walking distance to all three nearby beaches and plenty of restaurants and shops. That’s definitely the biggest advantage.
Unfortunately, when it comes to the standard of the hotel, I would rate it as a low 3 stars, maybe even slightly below that.
The apartments themselves are quite spacious and family-friendly, with a small kitchen area – which is convenient. However, I was really surprised to find no soap in the bathroom, let alone any shampoo or shower gel. Towels weren’t available for hire either, which was quite unexpected for a holiday hotel.
As for the pool area – the typical “towel on sunbed at 7am” scenario definitely applies here, and getting a spot by the pool wasn’t easy.
The food in the restaurant was very repetitive and uninspired. You could tell that what was served at breakfast often reappeared for lunch or dinner. Each evening there was only one meat dish and one fish option, lots of vegetables (all seemingly chopped on the same board and smelling strongly of onions), plenty of fruit, and thawed cakes for dessert.
By the pool, there was only one “drink of the day” included in the all-inclusive package. Beer, soft drinks and wine were available, but anything else came at an extra charge. Ice cream and slushies weren’t included either, and even basic snacks like pizza required a surcharge.
The all-inclusive evening bar was technically open until 12:30am, but for all-inclusive guests drinks were only free until 10:30pm – after that, you had to pay. In fact, there were a lot of hidden extras, including €30 for late checkout, and even a €10 deposit for the TV remote.
There were no real activities for children. In the evenings, the bar downstairs played loud YouTube music with a couple of hula hoops thrown on the stage – that was about it. The atmosphere was very loud and the bar area was so hot and stuffy that it was hard to stay inside for long. There were two pool tables, but overall not much to keep kids entertained.
Wi-Fi was only available in one specific spot near the glass table by the reception – not ideal.
To be honest, 11 days felt like way too much. If I had to do it again, I’d say a 4–5 day stay would have been more than enough.
We leave with mixed feelings – the location really saved the experience, but overall, it didn’t meet our expectations.
