After reading some reviews of this hotel before coming here I was very nervous and it put me off, however after arriving I was put at ease as we had no major problems whatsoever. You get what you pay for, it’s basic and has everything you need in the rooms, we were lucky to have a balcony and the view was amazing especially the sunsets in the evening. The rooms were clean, cleaners came every two days to clean our room gave us fresh towels, bedding and cleaned the floors. The staff were very friendly throughout the hotel, reception were helpful at calling taxis for us. The food is basic, but we only went half board so ended up eating out most the time. The location is very convenient as it’s close to lots of nearby attractions and has a shop right next door. The hotel is on a big hill which was probably the biggest negative it can be hard to walk back up the steep hill in the heat but there are scooters available if anyone would prefer that.

Don't listen to reviews about how dirty it is, how rude the staff are, how poor the food is etc.. we experienced none of that. We visited in July this year and actually don't have a bad thing to say about the resort. Pool was great, nice and clean. Food was fine, no issues. You pay for what you get. Rooms were basic but clean and the amount of time you spend in the room anyway, it makes no difference. Staff were extremely helpful and nice. The entertainment at night is a bit 'dated', bingo and karaoke every night but lots to do down in adeje.

Food. Timing is everything if you go early for breakfast it’s cold. Variety is pretty good and quality isn’t too bad. Rooms. Average a few cockroaches and sofa bed uncomfortable but clean. The site itself is ok but could do with some TLC pool was good, lots of stairs as on a hill, evening entertainment is poor and games room only had a pool table and air hockey that didn’t work, 20 minutes to the beach all down hill, would recommend a taxi back up from town as all up hill.

Cockroaches in the room!! But I liked the room and exactly what you pay for - decent for a cheaper holiday! The rooms were cleaned every two days which was nice, and the swimming pool was big and not too busy.

This saddens me to leave a bad review because the place was lovely it was clean , the views were beautiful and should have been a great time ! But on our first full day our youngest child stepped onto the pool step whilst trying to get out of the pool , this pool step was badly damaged and this resulted in it slicing his foot open and us having to rush him to the hospital for treatment and stitches ! There was no help from anyone in the hotel at this time staff were no where to be seen and when we did get him to reception the lady who was working was to busy trying to check customers in even when asked where is a doctor and a taxi she didn’t even look up and just said outside , there was no one to go to at all for first aid ! we asked for days about how to fill in a complaint form and got told there’s no point completing it as nothing will happen , also when asked for a manager kept getting told not one in ! When we did finally speak to a manager (the day before we were leaving ) she was actually quite lovely but the damage was done as his holiday was ruined and no one was there to help ! What makes this worse is we complained about the pool step in order for others not to get injured and it took days for them to even look at it and on the last day they finally changed it ! Since returning to the uk we have tried to contact the hotel and have left emails and answerphone messages and have had no reply
