Stayed here at the end of September and would 1000% return ! 3 big pools all which got cleaned every single night. Plenty of sun loungers too always guaranteed a sun lounger at least one of the pools. Food was great freshly prepared every day, couldn’t get enough of their margarita pizza. Staff were friendly and very helpful with very good English. Animation team where fantastic always had a massive smile on their faces and very interactive. Room was massive with a big seating area/ balcony over looking the pool. Right beside plenty of shops and supermarket is only a couple minute walk. Beach is also only 5 minute walk. Taxi to Siam park was only like €15 too which was good. Close to everything to be honest and so much to do round about.

We went here for 10 nights as a family of 4 I was very nervous as when I have read recent reviews they was not all good. The hotel rooms could do with an update but it is clean. A big variety of food always something to eat and is nice. The only fault with the food is the pool bar which is poor. The hotel is in a good location and the entertainment was also enjoyable. The WiFi is not very good only in reception and the all inclusive finishes at half past 10 so you have to pay for your drinks after this time. This did not bother us as we always went into town at this time. The hotel is good for families and will definitely come back again.

We had an absolutely wonderful 7-night stay at Labranda Bahía Fañabé & Villas! From the moment we arrived, the staff at reception were incredibly helpful, assisting us with everything we needed throughout our stay. The rooms were very spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a lovely outside seating area that was perfect for relaxing. The food was amazing, with a great selection of freshly cooked meals, and the drinks selection was decent too. The restaurant and pool staff were always friendly and accommodating, making us feel very welcome. The hotel itself is very peaceful, providing a relaxing atmosphere, and we loved the fact that it’s so close to local shops and just a 5-minute walk to the beach. Our kids had a fantastic time enjoying the pools, which had different depths suitable for all ages. A special mention goes to Marta, who provided excellent entertainment in the evenings, always making everyone smile. Overall, Labranda Bahía Fañabé & Villas exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing family-friendly holiday!

We had a lovely 9 nights at your hotel, so lovely that we will be returning one day. Your staff were so accommodating, from the front receptionist to the meal time supervisor and our lovely cleaner who was the star of the show. We have never felt so well looked after.

Came here with partner and son for a week's holiday. Location is brilliant and close to town and beach. On arrival we were told we could not have our booked room due to water damage. We got given a completely different room but did get upgraded to the premium all inclusive bands, which were pretty useless as my partner does not drink, son is 15 so couldn't take advantage on it. I did not use it much as the bar was useless and didn't know what drinks were included. Food is basic but well prepared. Lobby bar always had a really long line and only 1 staff member on. So by the time you get to the bar to get told something isn't included in the band it was quite frustrating. We generally sat by the middle pool during the day. One day we did find a mouse in the pool even though they had just cleaned. It took me going to get a cup and my partner fishing it out as the lifeguard had no idea what we were saying. On the other days all we could hear was building work which wasn't very relaxing considering one of the reasons we came away was to get away from the noise of drills and building. Our room definitely was big enough but had some fabrication issues, shower never drained. Broken tiles and bits all around, Rust, air conditioning in room was just randomly loud, we were right by the strip of path down to the beach and all you could hear all day was the shop opposite asking if people wanted a massage. On the last day I felt pushed out of our room early as the trolley was waiting outside from 8am even though checkout was at 12. A couple of times they did knock to see if we were going. On checkout they were very helpful and asked if we wanted lunch and said we can have drinks up until we left. I don't think I would stay here again. Staff were very polite as friendly, we just had a bad experience.
