The resort itself is beautiful. We were offered a welcome drink but not the cool towel. I’ll chalk that up to replenishing and missed us. Rooms and service were excellent however, the food was edible at best. They should have a buffet restaurant dedicated for breakfast, lunch and dinner at one location as Spice is only open for breakfast and lunch and the selections were limited. Spice food area needs to be larger. Barefoot should be open from like 11am to 6/7pm EVERY DAY! I was not pleased with the other restaurants food nor selection. Asiana was by far My favorite restaurant and could have eaten there everyday! Loved aromas and room service was a life saver. When renting a cabana make sure you know what’s included such as food and wait service. Hilton also needs to improve on their night time activities and entertainment as it was repetitive at best. Not a bad resort but wasn’t what I was looking for. My rating 3.5 / 4 at best.

My wife and I just returned home from a wonderful 7-night anniversary getaway at the resort. We were married there five years ago, and we are very pleased we chose to return. The resort and the staff were exceptional!
The entire staff was great, but two individuals truly made our stay unforgettable. First, Paul Avendano, the E-Concierge, provided timely and helpful communication before our arrival—thank you, Paul! The other was Jose G. from the Spice restaurant. He welcomed us every day and ensured we had everything we needed, and more. Thanks, Jose!
The resort itself is beautiful and well-maintained. Despite a couple of rainy days, we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

Such a wonderful property! Stayed here for 5 days and was blown away by the top notch level of service and hospitality I received throughout my trip. They pay such great attention to detail from the moment you step onto the resort until the time you leave. Housekeeping is fantastic and does a thorough job, the beds were so comfy, restaurant servers are superb and welcoming, and the entertainment staff are phenomenal! I enjoyed the several different restaurants on the resort which offered different cuisine options to choose from. Also, room service was fantastic and always extremely quick. If you’re looking for a relaxing experience, the spa was great! Although not included in the all inclusive package, it is definitely worth it. Another splurge that was well worth every penny was the pool cabana rental… definitely pay for this premium experience. You get a bottle of champagne or liquor, a special food menu to order from, and your own butler that replenishes your ice buckets, brings towels, food, and made to order drinks from the bar. The foam party at the main pool was a blast! There is always something to do from early morning yoga on the beach, salsa dancing classes, nightly concerts in the lobby, and more! The resort offers so much that there is truly no need to step foot outside of the property. Definitely check out this resort for an adults only, all inclusive getaway. I’m already planning my return!

Beautiful facility and plenty of amenities. Great atmosphere, awesome pool parties (with foam), excellent variety of drinks and food included with the all-inclusive option. Some restaurants weren't open on certain days, so call to make sure. Always make dinner reservations a day ahead of time, especially on the weekend. Otherwise, you'll be eating at 10pm, if at all. Staff and shows were fabulous. Did not disappoint whatsoever. The spa was nice, great massages and also has a hot tub, cold plunge, sauna and steam room available. Overall a fantastic experience for me and my wife for our anniversary. Highly recommend and will probably come back here in the future.

I've stayed at this property 2 years in a row now and I just absolutely love it. The service is nothing short of spectacular every time, and the property is gorgeous. All the restaurants and bars are great, with the craft cocktail bar being our favorite and the bartender I forget his name but he also does music on the side. Alejandro is always so very helpful at the front desk. Location is also perfect right next to 5th Avenue and a short walk to the ferry to Cozumel. Highly recommend
