Each detail of this place is very friendly to everyone spending time on vacation.
Also service unbelievable helpful, smiling and nice. One of them is Irene, working at the pool bar. Always smiling, very fast preparing unbelievable tasty drinks.
Don’t think twice if you’re choosing the place for relax. I just came back and ready to go there even tomorrow.

My family had a great time each morning at breakfast thanks to Guillermo H and Antonio. Every morning they come with good energy and a smile. We made sure we came back every morning and sat where they were servicing. They made our mornings even better

We stayed at the Maya Beach and had a wonderful time. Traveled with 7 year old and my parents and all of us had a fantastic time. The property and rooms and very clean and well maintained. People are always cleaning and willing to help you with whatever you need. The food at the a la cartes restaurant was amazing. We went to Italian, Mexican, Spanish and Japanese. Left feeling very full at all restaurants. The beach is beautiful. Had seaweed some days, but was cleaned up very quickly and did not deter us from going into the water. We cannot thank Sixto Herrera for his amazing service each morning. He greeted us with a smile and had “our table” always saved for us. He remembered our drinks and had them ready for us promptly. We enjoyed going to the piano bar every night and having the lovely Rocio Puc serve us. She was very sweet, kind and hardworking. Luis at the pool swim up bar was my man! Amazing spicy margarita were enjoyed each and everyday! The buffet food was so-so. Like many other reviews stated the food at the buffets was just okay. Much of the same food. For my child, that was okay as lots of pasta and chicken nuggets to be had.. but the adults got a bit bored with the options. Strikers was a great alternative as they had amazing chicken wings here! Would certainly return to this resort!

Guillermo Hernandez provided A1 service to my family and I at the Buffet Beach. He was always smiling, very people friendly and professional while doing his job. He was caring... he treated us like family.
Antonio also provided great service to us while at the Buffet Beach.
This was one of the best vacations I have had in a while. I will definitely be returning in the future.
