We had a great vacation! The staff is so kind and they go out of their way to make you feel welcome! There were so many activities for the kids all day and evening! The kids were able to order their own snacks and drinks from the bars, they loved it!
The pools are heated!!
The community outside of Dreams is very walkable and SAFE! There are many shops and restaurants. We love this area!

Me and My wife had a wonderful experience. It was our 1st time at an All Inclusive. The food was pretty decent, we actually loved the breakfast buffet a whole lot! 😋. We loved our room, we preferred the marina view alot better, the hot tub in the balcony was a plus!!! The service was excellent in all levels. We did the couples spa for the 1st time and it was amazing!. I would recommend this place and we would come back!

This was my first stay at an all inclusive resort in Mexico and it was an overall lackluster experience. While the overall service was mediocre, there were a couple of standout staff members who were wonderful from day one to the end of our trip. The facilities were in poor condition. As many other have said, there was an inescapable mildew scent in our room and we kept the AC running the entire time to mitigate the smell and humidity in the room. It was a decently clean resort, but there were definitely areas of disrepair with holes in the ceilings from water damage (in one instance there was a hole with water actively dripping). The food was mostly disappointing, although there were some decent options at a few of the restaurants. The buffet was very disappointing. The resort photographs beautifully, but in person it is apparent that it has not been well maintained. Fortunately, we were upgraded to preferred status so had access to everything. But if this had not been the case, we would have been much more limited to areas in the resort including access to restaurants and the preferred pool (important for those days when the other pool was fully occupied). Overall, would not recommend this particular resort. For the price, I expected better.

By far one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The room was unbearable due to a horrible smell that lingered everywhere, like everywhere. The odor was so strong that even my bag and clean clothes ended up smelling awful. The air conditioning barely worked, constantly turning on and off. One night, I was forced to sleep on the balcony because I couldn’t stop coughing from the terrible air quality in the room. It was absolutely disgusting.
The activities were okay, volleyball was fun, beach is below average . The food was average at best—not particularly flavorful, but I wasn’t there for the food. I was there for the weather and the location, which were nice. However, sleep is crucial, and you need to stay somewhere that feels comfortable and clean. Unfortunately, this place was anything but. Avoid at all costs.
