Beautiful resort, excellent service. Very mindful of gluten free and attentive. I felt spoiled and pampered instead of an inconvenience because of gluten allergy.
Room was beautiful, food and drinks are delicious. Coco cafe is a must for coffee and snacks!!

From the second we walked into the hotel we were welcomed with warm smiles from all the friendly staff. The staff did an amazing job at making us feel at home. The first night I accidentally missed a step and sprang both of my ankles. They saw I was having trouble and immediately helped me and from then on they continued to check on me to make sure I was comfortable. Everyone was so helpful throughout our whole stay. From helping us find activities to do, to renting golf carts and just simply having good conversations. During our stay we experienced hurricane beryl and I will say they did an astronomical job at keeping their guests safe. They also were very quick at cleaning up after the storm so guests could get back to enjoying the pools and the hotel grounds. The hotel also had different activities going on through the stay so there is plenty of things to do. I recommend renting a golf cart to drive around the community. Room service was amazing and pretty quick every single time. There are different restaurants and places to eat in the hotel and around the property. Dolphin experience was a must do! Overall I would be happy to come back at stay!! It was such a positive experience! Thank you Dreams for making this a vacation we will always remember.

So far, the food has been yummy enough, and the water experiences have been good enough to warrant a higher review. Also, the spa has some good deals, and those experiences have been wonderful!
Unfortunately, they suffer from what many humid environments suffer from: mildew smell everywhere!
Fortunately, this is very resolvable. They simply need to get dehumidifiers into every single room and laundry room. The rooms and the linens will stop smelling mildewy. Some of the hallways may still smell mildewy because it’s unavoidable in humid areas like this. Nevertheless, the pervasive smell in the rooms and linens would be resolved. Also, while it may be more expensive to have HVAC with dehumidification, it will save on overall energy eventually. Many people keep lowering the temperature just to get the humidity under control in their rooms. We would all be very satisfied with 72°F but we’re keeping the rooms at 66° to bring the balmy feeling down.
P. S. The elevators have been a real problem the entire time we have been here. One was out of service completely, another started glitching and becoming immobile on different floors, and the third is a service elevator that doesn’t seem to be servicing the different floors.

This resort was peaceful and a perfect getaway for a week. The staff is especially nice and welcoming. The rooms were clean and maintained twice a day which was great. Although this resort seems small, there were plenty of great food options to choose from and nightly activities/entertainment. Absolutely worth the price!
