We chose this hotel because it was supposed to be a room with a bath. All rooms available on booking were supposed to be with a bath.
However we got a shower. They told us that we cannot get a room with a bath if we stay for just one night. The bath was the only reason why we chose this hotel. Opening hours of the swimming pool were disappointing- it was open 11-18 which is very short time comparing to other places. The food on the lunch was very bad, there was very small choice and the food was cold. Also when you go for lunch on the buffet you cannot get anything to drink for free - even water. It was not possible to order coffee even if we wanted to pay for this. There was noise from construction workers during the day and during the evening. Comparing other hotels that we stayed in it was the worst price to quality ratio.

Arrived at the hotel to be shown to one of the newer rooms in the hotel, champion. Was a nice room but considerably small. Until the next morning when we woke to the sound of drilling and banging from the floor below and the sound of a crane being constructed outside our window, this was a bit of a surprise since we were told the crane would be gone on the 30th Sept and the work wouldn’t be on the floor below or above! I mean they were right at some point because the next day the work was getting carried out on our floor! Breakfast options were decent, evening meal options are a bit limited and I think children may struggle for things they may like. Sunbeds aren’t meant to be reserved but typical British etiquette means you can’t get one as they don’t have enough and don’t enforce the no reserve sun bed rule. After removing a towel and sitting down one of the owners returned and complained which led to us being shifted, yet the second owners of the towel didn’t arrive for another 2 hours, instead we were given a broken sun bed that had a snapped leg which I didn’t realise until I caught the back of my heel on the sharp edge. Also don’t expect to be in a rush as there is only 1 working loft, and you best believe that every time you need it so will every other floor in the building. Avoid this hotel at all costs unless you prefer to walk to the beach everyday or fight at 9am for a bed.

Me and my boyfriend thoroughly enjoyed our time here at the hotel.
The breakfast buffet is amazing, so many options and staff are always attentive and helpful.
The dinner is more of a hit or miss with the food, some of it seems to be dry under the hot lamps but not a major issue.
The pool is lovely. However, the one particular old ish life guard is pretty aggressive. His tone towards some guests can come across as rude. He shouts at kids with balls in the pools, however other life guards let this happen, so it can be confusing which rules to go by and which to not.
The room was lovely. Very spacious and nice bathroom, with a lovely mini fridge. Only problem with the room was that there was only one plug socket which made it very annoying to charge our multiple gadgets. However it wasn’t a major problem for us.
The cleaners always make sure the room is perfect every day and make the beds to perfection.
The entertainment is okay, it’s more aimed at young children and I think it goes on a bit too late. Sometimes the entertainment goes on past 12am and it kept us up for a while, however we knew this before coming so can’t really blame hotel, just maybe turn down music the later it gets?

I recently stayed at this hotel for a week with my family, and unfortunately, our experience was significantly impacted by the behavior of the neighboring guests. They were disruptive throughout the night, playing loud music and creating a considerable amount of noise, which disturbed our family, especially the children.
On one occasion, I was startled awake at 2 AM due to their activities, which included the misuse of a fire extinguisher and damage to hotel property. This led to a very unpleasant end to our vacation, as we lost two nights of sleep.
While I commend the hotel staff for their friendliness, I found their response to our situation lacking. Despite raising our concerns with management, there was no offer of compensation or resolution, which was disappointing.
As someone who travels frequently, I understand that not every accommodation can be a five-star experience. However, I would advise families with children to consider alternative options, as our stay was marred by the behavior of those next door.
In closing, I hope the hotel can address these issues for future guests. Thank you for considering my feedback.

Amazing hotel! Genuinely unsure as to the experience of other guests with the poor reviews, our experience has been nothing short of amazing. We arrived late on the Saturday night, checked straight in and gone to the rooms. We paid for a deluxe room, 2 of the rooms were renovated and one wasn’t, however this wasn’t an issue. I enquired the next morning about upgrading our room as we were the only couple in the group, the hotel did this for a small fee and without any fuss! Breakfast is good, cooked breakfasts, cereal, omelete station and pancake station, can’t ask for much more! Staff are so friendly, rooms are clean (I think the ‘dirt’ refered to in other reviews is actually worn silicone around the baths etc, definitely a point for the hotel to fix but the rooms were clean).
Overall would recommend 100% and will stay again!
