We stayed here for 4 nights had a room on 4th floor overlooking the road. Noisy is an understatement this is a busy main road so balcony in our opinion was a no go due to stink of traffic and the noise.
Room was very tired and dated and although the bed was comfy it was wobbly and would collapse on its legs at any moment.
Bathroom although dated worked, shower was good with loads of pressure and loads of hot water.
Main communal areas in the hotel were again very dated but served there purpose.
Restaurant was average for a 3 star hotel with food being generally ok most of the time we were here, dress code states no flip flops in the evening (which makes sense) but this caused massive issues with one couple as they were refused entry to the dining room despite there already being people in there in flip flops.
Getting a sun lounger was a no go as people wait like vultures around the pool for the loungers to be placed out then take them straight away. Lifeguards were very grumpy and insisted on throwing the already damaged loungers around the pool area.
In summary this hotel does not offer value for money due to the above and the location. Pricing structure for this hotel needs to be reviewed to reflect the overall standard of the property .

We were hesitant after reading some of the reviews however we could not fault this hotel. Our room was fabulous, the location is brilliant. Breakfast was amazing with so many options and such fresh food. Most of the staff were helpful and overall we had the best experience and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel: the reception staff were very friendly and helpful, assisting us with absolutely all our questions. We were lucky to be upgraded to a Junior Suite instead of a standard room upon check-in, with a magnificent view of the ocean—almost a full 360 degrees. The room was clean, had a pleasant scent, and appeared to have been recently renovated. It was convenient to connect to the smart TV. Breakfasts offered a good selection of food. It hardly felt like a three-star hotel. Thank you; we will definitely return 🤍

Stayed here 4 now times in November and January, great location but each stay is getting worse. The food is great some days but can be a little “beige” on others. Always plenty of choice though. It’s not clean anymore, in fact it’s filthy in some areas, we had to ask the waiter in the dining room to ensure it was cleaned where our table was, food swept into the corner and had been there days🤮however the pool area is always well cared for. For approximately 600 guests there’s only 100 sun beds, chaotic every morning 😡this morning topped it with the pool guy choosing to slam every sun-bed to the ground waking us and many others , guests were coming to the balconies to see what the noise was all about. He was rude, waving his arms around at everyone to move while they were waiting for a bed, moving them out of the way 😡 Will definitely not stay here again 😡 Very disappointed 😫

If I could give zero stars I would. Don’t know where to start. When we first arrived there was somebody at reception complaining that her sheets hadn’t been changed for five days and the cleaners hadn’t been in. We heard this a lot throughout our stay. We were given a room on the main road, which was more like a motorway. The balcony was not only extremely noisy but it smelt of drains and bins (there was a whole row of bins to the right of the balcony). I asked to be moved and we were moved the next day to a room with a pool view. The second night my daughter got food poisoning (we hadn’t eaten anywhere else other than the hotel). She was really unwell throughout the night. She barely ate anything else for the rest of the holiday. The next morning I photographed mould on the bread in the restaurant. I also barely ate anything as I’m vegetarian and choice was pretty non existent (chips, salad and vegetables). Whatever vegetables had been served in the evening were put back out for breakfast the next day. Sprouts, cauliflower, etc on the breakfast buffet?? Lights hanging out of the ceiling in restaurant, no hand gel. Drinks included with breakfast but not evening meal and very poor choice of drinks. Water pouring from ceiling in one of the corridors. Pool supposed to be heated but was freezing cold to the point where it actually took your breath away. Barely anybody went in the pool it was that cold. Woke up at 3am one morning to find cockroaches in the bathroom. Went down to reception and maintenance were sent to the room. The maintenance guy asked me for my shoe to hit the cockroaches, which I refused to give him. He took his own shoe off and hit them with that. I asked him if that was all he was going to do as that would not solve the problem going forward and did the hotel not have a spray? The guy said “no spray” and left. I eventually persuaded the hotel to spray the room. The next morning at 10.15am I was told the pest control were on their way. They eventually turned up at around 4pm and sprayed the room. We were given no advice as to when we could return to the room so we showered at the pool area (freezing cold shower). Sunbeds supposed to be put away at 6pm but the (rude and arrogant) lifeguard starts putting them away around 3.30pm, throwing them into pile so if you’re trying to relax forget it. The hotel is very shabby and dirty. Lots of Spanish guests in the hotel, who are favoured over the British guests. Lots of people complaining every day about various issues, usually the lack of maid service. AVOID THIS HOTEL.
