Amazing hotel, clean rooms, very well furnished. We had a 1 bedroom apartment and it was basically a flat with separate bedroom and living room/kitchen with another king size bed and a sofa + terrace. There's a lot of toys for kids in the room, the playground is just amazing, really fun activities for kids all day long. We saw an acrobatic show in the evening and it was better than most circus acrobatics we saw so far in our home country, so really good. One pool is heated, so fine to swim in in November. Lots of free parking outside. Breakfast was the same every day, but with lots of options and a lot of fresh/canned fruits. Staff was also very friendly. I don't know how Eco they actually are, but toys were wooden, they have a drinking water station and few plastics.

We came here as a family and have had a wonderful time so far as the hotel is absolutely stunning. Our villa is located right next to the pool , meaning that we only have to walk very little distance to the shop, pool and bar - however , even if situated in the further villas everything seems very close in proximity and very convenient. The resort has an overall cozy feel for this reason, it’s definitely on the smaller side compared with others but this is one of the things we found very appealing about it. The staff are so friendly and very attentive. The location is good, only 6 euros or so to get into the town and the Siam mall not far at all.
One thing we have noticed , however, are several families helping themselves to the all inclusive snacks and drinks and lunch when they don’t have an all inclusive band on their wrist. This is very frustrating because we have paid all inclusive prices , and yet others seem to have the same access to things anyway when they’ve not paid for this. I feel this should be monitored more closely to make it fair for the guests who are actually paying for all inclusive .
We booked the two bedroom villa with private pool and have found the accommodation to be spotless and well-equipped. A very little thing that I believe to be missing is a floor-length mirror in the bedrooms as well as more plug points. The lack of mirror in the bedroom makes getting ready pretty difficult, and meant we could only really use the bathroom mirror for makeup which was quite inconvenient. The wifi is quite bad and only works in the upstairs living room of our villa - again, a minor inconvenience but one worth mentioning.
The evening entertainment has been good and the atmosphere pleasant, though daytime entertainment definitely seems more catered towards families with children and not as many activities that adults can enjoy , such as boules or darts. One thing we were a little taken back by was being asked to move to different sun loungers to accommodate an activity for children. I feel this was slightly unprofessional and could have been marked earlier in the day to prevent having to move people when they’ve been settled, but the girl was apologetic.
The reason I knocked a star off was because of the food , which unfortunately was a big letdown. The actual buffet area is tiny, probably around a quarter of the size that it would be at any other hotel and this really surprised us. This wouldn’t be as much of a problem if the food was really high quality to account for less options available, but unfortunately this wasn’t the case. The dinner menu has different themes each night, but breakfast remains the same every day- and with such little selection anyway , this can become a little boring. Like everything else though , the dining area itself is gorgeous and the staff very helpful so we still enjoyed our experience despite this.
It is the perfect place both for families with kids and those who just want to relax , which is a difficult balance to achieve.
Overall , we have loved our time here and will definitely be returning in the future!

I stay at green garden and while the accommodations were decent, the food was a total letdown. The quality was shockingly poor – everything seemed either stale, overcooked, or underseasoned. The buffet options were repetitive, with little variety, and even the supposedly “fresh” dishes tasted like they’d been sitting out for hours.
If you’re someone who enjoys good meals during your stay, this is NOT the place for you. The dining experience seriously overshadowed what could have been a pleasant stay. I hope the management takes food quality more seriously because right now, it’s simply unacceptable.

Hotel and staff where amazing the place was very clean, entertainment was on every night. Different food menu each evening too. Smallish hotel which provided for an overall better atmosphere. Location for Golf was perfect. Location for town not great but only a short taxi to town of 20-30 minute walk. Also only 20 minute walk to Siam park and Mall. Although transport to the beach and siam park is provided to and from. Highly recommend. Definitely family friendly.

The resort is very nice and private, well connected to the promenade area and also allows you a quick get away by car to the neighboring towns.
If your goal is to walk to the beach from the hotel, then have in mind the fact you are looking at minimum 30 minutes walk each time.
The room was very big and accomodating and the staff was nice and attentive.
As the prices are high, you expect more cleanliness - our toilet was dirty upon check in and coffee cups in the kitched still remembered the lipstik of the previous occupant. Also, the pool area is not clean, i do not recomend sitting on the sunbeds directly as they are quite dirty.
Breakfast is mediocre and limited, they offer almost the same thing everyday, so if you are into english or german breakfast, you might be happy, but vegetables and more variation would be much appreciated.
When booking this resort please bear in mind the fact that its more family orriented and decide accordingly.
We had a nice stay but wouldnt say I would book again.
