My day one was a challenge and I started regretting but around 2hrs my issue was fixed. The stay there was actually amazing. My friend and I went for let’s say more of a fitness experience as we are both into fitness. The gym there was amazing as we we probably the only 2 people who used it. The equipment was spot on. Weights were in different levels for beginners or advance. For a hotel gym 🏋🏿‍♂️we were impressed. The area around the hotel was so beautiful too. Very unspoilt😇 if I may say so. I used my hover air x1 drone on my runs🏃🏿‍♂️. Scenery was out of this world. Spacious and welcoming. I ran everyday. Sorry I strayed a bit 🤣🤣🤣 the good at the hotel was awesome too. We went half board allowing us to eat breakfast and dinner. During lunchtime we rested but also ventured out. The sea 🌊 ventured walks were also on point too.

We stayed here for 6 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The room we had was lovely. It needed to be painted, but it wasn't a problem. We had a lovely balcony, with a table and chairs and somewhere to dry your clothes. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We didn't go in the pool, we preferred to venture to the beaches which there are 2 not far from the hotel - 25 minute stroll on the promenade. We did get some drinks by the pool, and you needed to pay a €1 deposit for a reusable cup. They give you a clean, fresh cup when you get a new drink, and you can just ask for your deposit back when you dont want to drink anymore. The food was plentiful and was definitely edible, a choice of salad, fresh food from the grill, and pizza occasionally. We ate there most nights and it was different hot food every night. The entertainment was a bit of a mixture. We enjoyed the karaoke and the comedy show. We didn't enjoy the quizzes so much as they just didn't give as much entertainment in our opinion. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay at Blue Sea Costa Bastian.

In general hotel is nice. Swimming pool very small for a big number of visitors. Can be very crowded and difficult to get place near the pool. Food is good. I liked our room a lot.)) Was very unusual with information about volcano Etna. Hotel very comfortable for families with kids.

The reviews left by some people have left me shocked but clearly they have unrealistic expectations. This hotel is exactly what it is advertised as if not better. It is a 4 star hotel, with a good selection of all inclusive food and drink and very friendly staff. The place is very clean and well kept. The rooms are slightly outdated but they are cleaned every single day, air con is working and there’s plenty of space for 2 people in the standard rooms. The selection of drinks of all inclusive was surprisingly large with something for everyone (many spirits, liquers and branded soft drinks) and the food was pretty standard all inclusive, but breakfast was always very very good with a perfect all round selection of hot and cold food, fruit and cereal and bakery items. The poolside snacks are always good, especially if you have young kids that want a hotdog and chips before dinner time. The entertainment team are absolutely fantastic, especially tine! They were all so friendly and run many activities during the day for everyone to get involved in and have fun. They run something during the day and during the evening, they barely stop! The pool is lovely and clean, and you can get a bed very easily if you’re not sleeping in until midday! People complaining about the coldness need to get over themselves as it’s not a heated pool but I don’t know what they expect in a holiday hotel and you acclimatise very quickly! The only slight downside to the whole place is the fact that you can’t have lilos in the pool and the lifeguard is quite strict even with throwing balls but it’s not the end of the world. My one and only comment for improvement would be getting some parasols or shade cover for by all the sunbeds as none of the beds have any shade which my dad struggled with slightly. Overall this hotel is lovely and well worth staying, myself and my boyfriend were very impressed with the price we paid and the quality of the hotel, definitely worth it for young couples or relaxed families to have a cheap, fun and comfortable holiday!

We stayed at this Hotel for a full week and it is the best experience I've had so far. The All Inclusive deal was 100% worth it! The food was also very interesting with all different types of food and even drinks on Tap!!!!! The Hotels pool was well designed with mix of shallow and deep areas as well as some islands to help create an obstacle for kids to swim through or around. The lifeguards were also very amazing, they prioritise safety and fun at the same time. I even spent ages talking to one of them. By far the best but of it all was the Entertainment, the entertainment crew were absolutely amazing! Not only were they hilarious but they were also incredibly friendly to us even calling us their favorite family at the time. If I had any regrets then they would be not tuning in to the entertainment for every second it was there!!!! Thank you so much to you and your lovely staff, I hope to see you all again :)

The apartments are rubbish. Don't bother staying there, well over priced for what it is. The pictures do not reflect the actual apartments either. There is no shop on site and the bar is not what appears on the photos. We paid for 2 adults and an 11yr old. When arrived we was told to pay another 25euros a night as an 11yr old actually counts as an adult. We received no extra bed and in the end I had to buy a camp bed for my daughter to sleep on. Very very disappointing place and will never promote a stay here or be staying here again.

Good size rooms , 2 pools to choose from and a pool bar open all day . A free bus at 11 and a pick up at 4 for the main beach. Great place to stay although be prepared to walk 25+ minutes to the centre outside of the bus times, but cabs are available from around 4 euros .

The apartment itself was quite nice and roomy. Decor abit outdated but will suffice. Beds were quite firm and not comfortable at all. The view we had was very nice overlooking the ocean. A 20-30 walk required into town centre/seafront but this means its relatively quiet around the area which we liked. Overall was nice and friendly service but the on site restaurant isnt the best and no convenience store at the complex. There seemeed to be a domestic issue with screams and bangs at 2am+ after the euro final which was a little unsettling. In summary I would recommend but would not necessarily come back.

BOOK ANY OTHER HOTEL!! Really pathetic place, the staff was absolutely unbothered by our demands about non existing WiFi, we had to told him what to do (call the technician, he didn't think in that) and he even followed us to the room to make sure. There is not even soap or shampoo. You have to pay for clean towels. (3-4€) There is no security, any, just the reception staff looking outside and that's it. No elevator 3 floors every time we had to do anything. The freezer didn't work. The sofas were dirty, the room was empty. Furniture of the 18th century Book any other Hotel please, you'll thank us.

Overall, good hotel for self catering - pool bar offers wide range of food and decently priced breakfast. Not too many selections for bars around the area - could only find 2 within 15 minute vicinity as do not want a far walk at god knows what hour🤣.

Large rooms, no air-conditioning, the small Television is dated. Refreshments on site were OK and not expensive. It is a good 20 minute walk into town. If your prepared for all of this it's a really good base .

Rooms contain the essentials for a stay, very basic but comfortable. Good bed, Staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Pool bar serves good food at a reasonable price. Points taken off location as it is a distance from the town centre - if you are looking for night life then it's about 15 minutes walk into town 4 euro in a taxi. If you are looking for a quiet stay the location is five stars.

Excellent hotel, large rooms that were regularly cleaned and with towels/bedding changed every other day. Windows rattled slightly but easily fixed with a bit of cardboard! Good bar providing reasonable food & drinks, with all staff being very friendly & efficient. Location meant a bit of a trek to beaches but perfectly manageable once you've got your bearings. Plenty of good eateries nearby & in town.

For just over £500 for a package self catering holiday, The room has a big open kitchen and living room, the bathroom looks to have recently been updated. The door did rattle in the wind and the rear door did make a noise when opened and closed. It is a 30mins walk to the front but there is a free coach at 11 and 2 to take you close to the front.

We stayed in Apartment 210 The apartment was refurbished and really nice and clean. Two good size bedrooms, walk in shower, good size lounge with plenty of power sockets. Good size patio that got the sun from about ten in the morning until four in the afternoon. The staff on reception were great, really professional and friendly, as were the maids. Plenty of bars and restaurants within a couple of minutes walk. So far so good, there was nothing to see from the patio, just four brick walls and there was an extractor pipe for the bars below, so we had the smell of cooking all day. The noise from the bars below was not excessive, but annoying and we got the sounds of delivery to the bars as well. The apartment was opposite the main car park where all the waste bins are, so we had the sounds of those been emptied at six in the morning. The Celeste isn't cheap and not worth the money with all the above

We have been to CT loads of times and always fancied staying here. Location is brilliant, 2 minutes to the square, 5 minutes to the beach and a couple of bars right outside. Its a no frills hotel, but thats exactly what we wanted. We booked a 1 bed apt, but to our surprise got a 2 bed (at least we could use the extra pillars). Apartment could do with new windows and doors, however it was spotless inside. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, close to beach front and shops/bars/restaurants. Reception and cleaning staff very friendly and nothing is too much. Swimming pool clean and checked regularly, there's also a nice seating area outside your apartment. Rooms are basic but have absolutely everything you need. Been before and will go again, There are renovated rooms but I did not stay in one.

The location is nice as it is close to everything. However, please be warned if you stay here. Me and my friend got here and the first day there was a socket coming out of the wall ( she could’ve got electrocuted) as it was sparking. In our first room ( before they moved us due to the infestation) , there were bugs crawling all over our counter tops, bathroom and in our rooms under our beds. I was even cleaning on my own holiday every single day, spraying to try and ensure that these bugs would stay out. Nothing worked even the bug spray didn’t work. It got worse as we found bugs in our towels, food, and even an insect crawled into a box of tampons which we had to discard.We had left washing out to dry and had to discard clothes and beach towels as they were ridden with them. We even woke up to find a cockroach squished under our bed sheets, meaning they were walking on us at night. This is super unhygienic as they carry diseases. I developed a rash which I had to go to the pharmacist for and when I told the receptionist about the bug infestation she laughed and claimed she even had them in her house. She denied having any room availability until I showed her how bad my rash was. She immediately called her manager and they gave us a room change. I’m in so much pain due to the rash. When wasting our whole day moving rooms, it got worse. They moved us to a room with bugs all over kitchen utensills, a window that opens fully from the outside on its own ( which is super dangerous as anyone can get in) and insects crawling all over the bathroom floor. After pleading with them to change our rooms again, they moved us to the new block. It is definitely visually appealing. However, we were greeted with a massive cockroach on the floor and even after ensuring we locked everything. We have broken out in rashes after being led on the beds and our skin is red and burning. Please be aware that as this location is good due to it being close to the beach. However, It is a very bug infested hotel. Due to all of this I would never reccomend anyone to stay here, not even in desperation.

Near alot of Resturants and beaches. Night life is good and the kids love it as well. The public buses are near by and about taxi costs 25 euros from the airport. The Hotel/ Apartement provides plates, cookware, knifes and any cookingware you might need (frying pan, 2 pots, ect). The pool is deep (1.84m to 1.4m). The reception staff and clean staff are always frendly and nice. The only downside is the floor gets sandy from the near by beach, Hairdryer is not provided but can be rented, the supermarkets near by are expensive, and the kettle has limescale.

We stayed here earlier this year and thought it was great! We stayed serenity side which was so relaxing. Breakfast was fabulous with everything you could think of to eat for breakfast time. Staff were always helpful and friendly and were there to help if needed. We had such a lovely time at the hotel we are back again in November! This time trying out the other side of the hotel! We travel a lot throughout the year and this hotel really does stand out, being adult only, peaceful and good food and lovely staff. Very clean, cleaners were always cleaning around the hotel it was spotless. Well done

Recently back from a 9 night stay at Sciroco, very impressed for the cost. Staff were great, the hotel was very clean and the pool areas clean. We upgraded to Serenity (highly recommended if available). Breakfast was good with a decent selection, we ate out in evening so can't comment on evening meal. Even in the peak season, we had no issues getting a sunbed, but we had our own on poolside terrace, the beds under the umbrellas (fixed in place) went fast, but we saw beds available throughout the day. The hotel has a strict rule on no towels on sunbeds before 10am unless your lying on them I guess. The main pool looked a lot busier with activities. Overall, we had a great break, and would recommend this hotel, but Serenity upgrade would be a must for us in high season.

For the money these are great apartments, very clean and reasonably modernised. Breakfast is excellent. Didn't have dinner. Chilled pool area being adult only. Only slight downside was a blanket ban on any late checkouts being granted, which is fair enough if it's really busy however there are no communal shower facilities to make use of, which if possible to add in future would be a nice addition to the Siroco. So a swimming pool dook had to make do before heading to the airport 🙈🤣

It is a beautiful place to stay. The rooms were spacious and reasonably well equipped, though a little lacking on storage in the bedroom. We were in the self-catering, Serenity, side of the hotel, which definitely lived up to its name. The room was situated facing the pool and came with its own terrace, complete with sun loungers. There is a hotel dining room, which the self-catering guests can use on a pay as you eat basis,and the all you can eat buffet style food is delicious. The hotel is slightly out of the main Costa Teguise centre, but it's an easy 10-minute walk up there, and there are plenty of little places on the way up there. If you don't want to do the longer walk,there is a smaller square, only 5 minutes away from the hotel, La Cucharas,which has plenty of places to eat and shop. The staff were lovely and really helpful ,nothing was too much trouble for them, and the place is immaculately clean. Definitely one of the nicest places I've ever stayed.

Hotel Siroco was amazing 🤩 I visited with a couple of my friends in 2022 and also visited in 2023 with my husband. On both occasions we had a fantastic time. I was also planning to go there a couple of weeks ago but my dates weren’t available to accommodate us. I can’t complain as all the experience I’ve had has been the best. The staff were all lovely.

Excellent holiday,staff are lovely nothing is a problem to help out. Adult only so quiet around the pool. Very Central to bars,restaurants and beach. Comfy beds nice balcony. Only issue no lifts so if you are staying on the top floor,you will have to heave suitcases up about 4 flights of stairs.

The location is fantastic, close to bars restaurants, and a 5-minute walk to the beach. Rooms are located on the ground floor, 1st floor, and 2nd floor, so if you have trouble doing stairs, you might struggle. There is no lift on site. Rooms clean and have everything you need for your stay. Debs Diner on site is fantastic for food and drinks with the Sunday carvery being delicious with large portions. It's now our go-to place to stay if available, tho it's getting harder to get as it's so popular now.

Great size apartments. Excellent view from apartment. Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Pool was not very clean on the bottom and never saw anyone monitoring water quality hence not used. May benefit from a little background music around pool area but this is my preference. Cleaning could have been better. We had an issue with cockroaches in our kitchen area however reported twice and both times received prompt response and action.

We had a fantastic week at El Guarapo. The location is fantastic, a quiet street, but 5 minutes walk from shops, a great bakery, restaurants and a brilliant beach. The apartments are well equipped, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The pool area and gardens are also kept beautifully. Staff are lovely and very helpful. We had an evening flight and took advantage of a late check out which is very reasonably priced. There is also an area with showers and luggage lockers for bags and cases which can be used for this purpose, again really well thought out and very useful. The place has a very calm relaxed feel to it, even though they were fully booked it didn't feel busy and there was none of this queueing for sunbeds nonsense I've seen elsewhere. If travelling Jet2, the road is too small for the transfer bus, so they drop off about a 4 minute walk away on the main road but please don't let that put you off as El Guarapo is a fantastic place to stay and an excellent base to explore the area. I highly recommend and would not hesitate to return.

Lovely apartments in our favourite resort in Lanzarote. Great staff - all helpful and friendly. Laid back, relaxing vibe. Nice pool. Close to centre of town for bars and restaurants, and 10 mins walk to beach and coastal path. Accessible for wheelchair users. Highly recommended.

We had a week stay here in Oct and the hotel itself was really lovely and immaculately clean. Rooms are a good size my only downside was no air con, you are given a fan but one fan for a kitchen, living area and bedroom would not touch the sides in the hotter months we just about found it okay an could sleep. The staff are amazing so friendly and amazing with children, my little boy took a real liking to Dora and he loved their nightly mini disco they also have a kids club but he was too young to leave this year. Location fabulous stone throw from a supermarket, beach, playground and lots of bars and restaurants. Overall really pleased

Staff were lovely and couldn't fault them ! So polite and happy to help. I only had bed and breakfast, which i was very happy with (wasn't too much) The location of the hotel is pretty perfect as well, right next to shops and the beach :) This would be a great hotel for kids as the entertainment looked pretty good for them Only downsides really were - The rooms shower leaked horrendously, you can't even angle it away to stop it (the pressure on the shower is incredible, though !) - The WiFi really is poor and it cuts you off constantly - Also randomly the pool seems to close at 7 and doesn't reopen till 10, I haven't had this at another hotel so thought it was a bit odd (as the hotel was so close to the beach this didn't really bother me to much personally) Overall, it was a nice hotel, basic but nice :) very clean as well

I am absolutely baffled by the 5 star reviews of this hotel! We arrived and our first room had a leaking shower, and a terrible smell in the main area which we had to report three times before they moved our room, the room we moved into had a condom wrapper next to the bed, not sure how it was missed but my 9 year old spotted it immediately, cue lots of questions. The mattresses are clearly very old as it's like sleeping in a hammock. The new room had broken fans, lack of balcony chairs for a family of four, old tatty chairs, a kettle that I wouldn't dare attempt to use. Everything is dated and damaged, cigarette burns in the sun loungers etc. My daughter scalded her arm on the shower handle from leaning against it, a week later it still hasn't healed fully. I spoke to reception as I was concerned other children of that height could have a similar or worse acident, but I was told it is logical for it to be hot. I think there should be protection or at least a warning sign. They were completely apathetic as she hadn't needed to go to hospital, luckily I had been able to give first aid myself! Breakfast is very basic, and although I found it hard to face each morning, I can't fault it for the kids as they loved the selection. We did buy some overpriced pizzas from the pool snack bar, do not recommend eating from here! The pools are absolutely freezing, from what I've read at least one of them should have been heated but this is not the case. The irony of it being too hot for the hotel to heat the pools but not hot enough to provide air con as standard is not lost on me! The best thing about the hotel is by far the entertainment team, they work really hard and the kids adore them. They are probably the reason the hotel gets great reviews. I also can't fault the location, very close to everything. My issues here are not with the staff, as most of them work really hard and are polite. I think management is the problem, it looks like they have left the day to day running of everything to the entertainment team. It is clear this hotel is not investing in updating the rooms or equipment quickly enough. They don't take health and safety seriously, as also saw lots of children slip over by the pools and it is ignored even when they are very obviously hurt. I understand this is an affordable hotel so expected it to be basic, but I have still spent a substantial amount to holiday here, and it is poor in contrast to other hotels we have stayed in for less money.

The entertainment team was fantastic! So friendly and great fun for both children and adults. All the staff at the hotel were helpful and welcoming. The hotel is in a great location, with a market opposite the reception and a short walk to plenty of restaurants. I would definitely come back here.

Rooms very dark, otherwise fit for purpose. It is not the biggest selection of food, but we have said that isn't a bad thing. Food is good for what is on offer. I'm not impressed that drinks ( tea and coffee) are extra at evening meal. Grounds tidy. Kids with huge inflatables should be banned from lower pool as there are two others. Otherwise, it's better than expected. Would we stay again? Yes, definitely.

Lovely large complexe, with 3 separate pool areas although we only used the one nearest to the block we were staying in. Lovely restaurant with buffet style so you can pick and choose what you want with the menu being in reception in the morning so you can plan accordingly. 10 min walk from 2 beaches, and a stones throw away from shops and restaurants. Whilst there is 2 wheel chair ramps at the entrance one to get up the main entrance steps and one to get into the reception, I didn't see any access in the mansion side of the complex, with stairs from the poolside up to the rooms, and access to the restaurant being by stairs.

Great location, close to the resort centre, rooms could do with a bit of a revamp and no aircon so can get a bit warm. Great shared facilities with the Nazaret apartamentos. Safes free in the rooms, which is handy. Large 10kg washing machine and dryer available for use in the tunnel area between the two apartment blocks for €4 as are lockable left luggage lockers. Showers are available in the tunnel too to use before heading home.

Glad we trusted the positive reviews. We arrived at about 12:30 and our room was ready. The pools are lovely, the rooms have all you need, and there's a laundry room too (you do have to pay which is fair). Staff were friendly and helpful, couldn't have been nicer. The location is great, near beaches, restaurants, and shops. Taxi rank and bus stop right outside. The location itself is surprisingly quiet but my only negative is the noise in the room. If you have noisy people next door like we did you'll want some earplugs. It's a clean place that's good value for money and would suit most people. Overall would definitely recommend.

The hotel is on the outskirts of the resort but just €4 taxi ride to the bars and restaurants. The food is ok at all the sittings the rooms are really ready for upgrading however they are spacious with tentative cleaning staff who will always try to accommodate your needs. Overall it's definitely a 3 star resort but could easily get to 4 or 5 stars with more attention to detail and less attention to charging for pool towels, coffee and tea availability in the room and looking to to make additional charges for services which are generally free in resort hotels. In My opinion they are try to recover from the COVID era to aggressively. Hence the 3 star rating.

We've just returned and had a lovely time. We were quite concerned given the mixed reviews but pleasantly surprised. The hotel is huge with incredible views across the landscape and sea. The pool is great and there was lots to do for our son (aside from arcade where getting change for the 1E slot machines was an issue). The rooms were clean and spacious. The service was generally good - particularly given how much the staff have to do. Reception staff always helpful and problems sorted out. I really enjoyed the food as I loved all the salads and veggie stuff. There was always food available. The drinks were ok and you generally find something that works for you. My only main issue was the time of the bus to the beach; they are only in the morning and after 5.30 coming back - a 2 or 3pm bus would have been better. Its not a 'shiny' hotel, but I felt it was very relaxed - particularly if you are coming in from the pool or letting children join in at night. Some hotels would have issue with this. It all depends what you want from a holiday.......

Hotel Beatriz costa and spa should not be considered a 4 star resort. It really needs a refurbishment urgently. It has loud entertainment for the kids which continues until 11pm each night in the main atrium and resonates around the accommodation. Meals samey and although reasonable are not high standard. Coffee machine queue can get ridiculous. Staff are 50/50 good & bad , some treat you like prison inmates some are fantastic. Rooms have the laundry changed, but the carpets are really filthy in places. Place is tired and is overpriced as all inclusive doesn't even get you some of the basics you would find back home. In a word: disappointed

I had the most amazing time in this beautiful hotel. Everyday there was animation and entertainment, for adults and kids. I met beautiful people and the staff was really nice. The rooms were really big and a gorgeous view. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank u for making this a wonderful vacation.

When you walk into the place you feel 'wowed' by The lobby and green inside. Away from the barran landscapes around. In it's day I think this hotel was amazing. Just the rooms and a few things are a little dated and need fixing or refreshing. The staff were all rather friendly and helpful as much as they could be. Perhaps they could provide another member of staff from 11 as a lot for 1 person to do. The view was amazing, and really nice to to be surrounded by places and have the baren landscape around as you feel you are part of the island. and can see it's true self. Just back from our first All Inclusive holiday as a family with a 2year old. We had a great stay ☺️ The hotel rooms are like apartments, really spacious and cleaned everyday. The complimentary toiletries are a bonus! The hotel provides guests with a towel for the pool which is really handy and the heated pool is amazing. The food selection is really good, lots on offer and a different theme each day. Gutted that we only discovered the freshly made omelettes on the last day! Plenty of drinks choices on offer too. All staff are really friendly, hard working and are more than happy to help. Not too far a walk to the local beaches with some really beautiful coastal paths to follow and plenty of bars and restaurants to visit.

Very good, pool was heated which helped. Staff were excellent. They have a taxi service into town, twice per day and free. About a mile out so cabs are around 5 euros. The staff were excellent and attentive. Rooms were large and very clean. I would highly recommend.

Just returned from our family holiday (15 of us) and everything was extremely good. Rooms ( apartments really) were spacious,comfortable and a high standard of cleaning took place every day. The children loved the pools and entertainment. The food was very good with a different theme every night and the restaurant staff were efficient and very friendly. Location a little out of town but a bus to the beach and local, plentiful taxis, made visiting town very easy. Would definitely return and would recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Vitalclass hotel in Teguise and I must say, everything was exceptional. The room was impeccably clean and tidy, thanks to the attentive and efficient cleaning service. The buffet for both breakfast and dinner was simply outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options. The Wifi connection was also excellent, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful and comfortable holiday experience.

Room itself was a lovely size although I don’t think they were cleaned properly each day & we was often left with the incorrect number of towels / or stained / dirty towels as the replacements. The hotel is out the way, it’s a good 20/25 minutes with children walk to the front or around €3/4 in a taxi wasn’t too bad. The hotel do provide a free shuttle twice a day. The food was fresh and plenty of variety at each meal, although found the timings a little late with children. No morning snacks, lunch doesn’t start until 1 and dinner is from 7pm. Overall it was a pleasant stay, and I would consider a future stay, but it wouldn’t be first choice. The cons : 1. The main pool is heated, which is probably lovely in the cooler months but in July it was too hot to swim in by the afternoons. 2. There are no rules on sunbed reservations,‘people were claiming beds from the evening before, so by 8am no beds were available and many would be lef unoccupied but with a towel each day. 3. No late check out was available.

Stayed here 19.10.24 for 7 nights and found the staff nice. The room was a junior suite with a lovely big super king-sized bed (not 2 singles put together). Nice view over the pool and plenty of storage space. Also, the safe was free and easy to use. There are plenty of lights and a smallfridge. The shower and toilet area was big with a walk-in shower and separated toilet. Both pools were lovely and warm. That are separated by rooms. The only negative was that there was only one pool bar. Breakfast was OK, with plenty of choice. There's some building work going on next to the hotel, but we never heard much. The entrance is down the side in the car park. East access to all bars ,restaurants, and beach.

We have just returned home from a 10 night stay. Our room was lovely plenty of room the bathroom was spacious. The bed was very comfy and big. The staff were so friendly on reception and were very helpfull. The building work didn't bother us at all just a little bit of noise nothing to complain about. The bar staff Sebastian was very helpful and friendly and the chef Yin made us a lovely tuna wrap with salad and chips. Cleaners did a great job the place is spotless. Exceeded expectations! An amazing hotel with friendly staff in a central (but still quiet) location. Having booked it through Booking.com our breakfast was included (we often always eat off location) but this was a brilliant bonus. The food options were plentiful and delicious and we ended up dining in the restaurant a few times in the evening. I also have a chronic stomach condition and can say there were many options for me which was great. Pool area was lovely and the pool bar was super convenient. Everything super clean, with teams of cleaners, gardeners and repair men present daily. Clientele seemed majority English, some German and Spanish (I don’t think we met another Irish couple while there). Majority are adults (which was what we were aiming for) but there is 2 children’s pools on site. Only minor drawbacks I can think of is while the rooms are lovely and modern, the glass screened bathroom wall and frosted glass separate toilet door may not be for everyone looking for a little more privacy. But only a minor thing for an overall great accommodation.

We had a great stay at this hotel, and appreciated the service and the location. The room was lovely and spacious (Junior suite) and the bed was the most comfortable bed ever! I gave the room a 4 as the sofa wasn't comfortable, and we found ourselves sitting on the cushions on the sofa. Really nice food with lovely staff in the restaurant, and on the grill every day. I recommend the omelette in the morning, very nice and fresh. If you are a cat lover, then you are in for a treat. There are two resident cats at this hotel (black cat is Sammy, we didn't find out the other cat's name but decided to call her Sunny! ), and it was so lovely to see how the staff cared for them. They would often be sitting in reception and would come over for a stroke, or walking around the grounds!🐱🐱 Overall a really nice break, and hope to return again.

We visited mid September with our 6-month old baby. The breakfast was excellent. All members of staff were friendly. Whenever we had asked reception for something, they would always called at the end of the day to ensure it was done. The heated pool was a bonus, especially for the baby. Located within convenient walking distance to restaurants and bars. There are some building works currently going on but they did not really affect our peaceful holiday. We would certainly consider coming back again.

Enjoyed ourselves, we are going to book again but in the apartments as less stairs to climb. We hope to come back in July of this year. We made lots of new friends and found your bar lady Carmen a delight as she couldn't do enough for us, what a lovely lady, hope the hotel thinks highly of her. Brilliant position the hotel is in as restaurants bars and beach just across the road, couldn't get much closer just great if you have difficult walking. Beds very very comfortable. Never have to worry about getting a sun bed, but still people put their towels on sunbeds early and never went on sunloungers for 4 hours, which should never happen. In all a lovely experience. We returned first two weeks in July, the apartments are great, dish washer, washing machine, cooker, micro oven. Aircon, safe and beech towels all in with the price. Apartments spotless will definitely be back, worth every penny, just love it. Oh just remembered dishwasher tablets and washing tabs all supplied. Great place.

Just spent an amazing week at Nazaret Apartments. Apartment very spacious, well equipped with full fridge freezer, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, walk in power shower - every little detail thought off. Breakfast amazing with great choice, so relaxing not frantic like other places I've been to. Although directly across from square very quiet, beautiful large pool area with plenty of beds - will definitely book again next year.

A few issues with it but overall a good place to stay. We booked a room with a Sea View. See picture below for what we got. Not much of a sea view when they plonk a big tree in front of your window. Whoever thought it would a good design choice to have a toilet door made of glass that doesn't actually close should be shot. I've never been on the toilet and thought to myself "I wish more people could share in this moment with me". Other than that, great food, friendly staff, good location. The spa is great too.

Absolutely amazing hotel. Felt so relaxed the whole time. Modern and well thought out spacious rooms and pool areas. Buffet restaurant delicious. We were half board and didn't feel the need to eat out once. Above all, the staff are brilliant and will do anything to make your stay special, so friendly and hardworking. Great welcome from Jon & Boussa when we arrived, lovely room with plenty of room to spread out and loads of storage space. Good balcony - two sunbeds, two chairs, table. Good shower. Plenty of room to soak some sun around several pools, plenty of towels - no deposit required! How trusting is that? Breakfast was incredible, so much choice, everything you could think of. We didn't really use the afternoon bar but had lunch one day - the choices were a little big for what we needed after the breakfast and before going out to dinner. We didn't have an evening meal in the hotel restaurant. Reception was great for booking taxis. A really relaxing stay - great location for walking into the bars/restaurant areas of Costa Teguise.

We’ve just come back after 7 nights away. The apartment was super clean, spacious and comfortable. They were cleaned every day and always lovely to come back to and chill before dinner. The resort is lovely with a very Lanzarote feel to it. Very well kept and clean. Pool was gorgeous, yes cold but as soon as we were in it was perfect. The kids and I enjoyed our swims. The sunbeds are great and plentiful, no real need to reserve any (for a change) The main eating area was well organised and we sat out in the balcony/terrace area every day. The food was great, always stuff for kids, not just chips and nuggets. They ate gorgeous salads, grilled chicken, lamb etc. breakfast was stunning with fruit, selections of breads and yes a good fresh cooked breakfast (English bacon if that’s your thing) We strolled through the shops (no hassle to buy) to the beach and had a fabulous time in the waves! Everyone is friendly and fabulous to walk the whole coast line .. gorgeous in the morning or at night. We did a boat trip and had a great day out at sea and on a remote volcanic beach. We swam, ate on the boat and enjoyed feeding/swimming with the fish. All in all it’s been the best family holiday we’ve had for a while. Both the kids and us feel chilled and relaxed with nice sun-kissed tan for October. We will definitely come back and would stay again at the same hotel, Los Zocos.

We are just leaving Los Zocos on our way home. The hotel was fine the staff were amazing and it was incredibly clean. My biggest problem with the hotel is that we booked here because of the free access to the water park sold by jet2. The issue is they don't tell you that all the rides have a height limit of 1.2m. which my youngest is under so we didn't go. The food is not so great, breakfast was what it is. Lunch and Dinner was not great. It's also like a school dinner hall, anyone with sensory issues would not cope. The great thing about Lanzarote is the restaurants are extremely cheap. We eat out every night and paid on average 60 euros for a family of 4. The rooms are functional and cleaned daily although we kept having to ask for more towels as we were only given 2 every day. The pool area is pleasant but the pool is not heated and even though the staff clean it. The 2 times I ventured in I had to pick people's hair off me. All in all we have had a great holiday my recommendation would be to use this hotel as a B&B.

We had a great experience at this hotel. It is nothing out of ordianry, with regular all inclusive food , theme nights, but you can find something for everybody. Have realistic expectations/price paid and you will enjoy it. It has 2 pool areas, one quiet and one with music, both have children pools. Thank you all for our great stay!

Just returned from 2 week holiday. Family of 4, was in a junior suite which consisted of living room and 1 bedroom, kids were on sofa bed, not really big enough for teenage kids. However, that aside, very clean and quite spacious. Helpful staff, friendly bar staff( special mention to Mary, always helpful, Angie and Leo). 1st time all inclusive, food good with themed nights and nice Chinese buffet option. Kids disco every night at 8.30pm and always a show on for all at 9.30pm. Three pools and plenty of varied activities throughout the day if you wanted to stay around the hotel. The animation (entertainment) team are excellent! Paddy, Flora, Kriztian, Ava, Chloe and new start Marina who replaced Leo who was brilliant and all very friendly, special mention to Yohan, brilliant with guests especially with the kids, mad as a hatter but made us all feel very welcome, those guys made a good holiday into a great holiday!!

I recently stayed at Los Zocos Lanzarote and had quite the experience! First off, hats off to the staff—absolutely brilliant! They were always friendly and willing to help with a smile. Now, the rooms… let's just say they are a little tired, but hey, it's all part of the adventure, right? The food was fantastic—plenty of variety and delicious enough to make me forget about my beach body goals. The gardens, though, deserve a special mention. They are beautifully maintained, and you can see how hard the gardeners work to keep them in tip-top shape. It’s like walking through a tropical postcard every day. My daughter absolutely loved Zoki! The entertainment kept her smiling and happy, which made our stay even more enjoyable. However, brace yourselves for the pool bar and toilets. The queues were longer than the list of my holiday mishaps, and cleanliness seemed to be more of a suggestion than a rule. On the bright side, the location is spot on. Close to everything you'd want to see or do, making it easy to explore. Overall, with a good sense of humor, it's an experience worth having!

Just back from a week's holiday here. Hotel is 4.5 out of 5 overall. Rooms basic but OK, not great bathroom and little low on drawers storage. Food good and so much choice at breakfast and dinner as buffet. Spa OK, we had a massage each and was pretty good. We had all inclusive but that didn't include the mini bar, even the coke etc so we went to local spar and brought some. Bit tight to charge extra for mini bar if booked all inclusive. Location good, only about 15 mins from airport, plenty of places to eat or drink outside the hotel and only a hundred meters from a decent beach.

Fantastic hotel with wonderful staff. Firstly, a big thank you to chef Goyo who made and hand delivered me wonderful vegan meals for dinner. He always had a lovely smile and clearly put a lot of thought and energy into each beautifully presented meal. It made my stay feel so special. Every other member of staff was also amazingly attentive and friendly, special thank you to David, Mohamed Adda and manager Yaslem. The reception and guest experience team were also very helpful and were happy to make any accommodations for me. The hotel itself was beautiful and always clean, as were the rooms which were serviced every day. I spent 2 weeks here but could have easily stayed another month! I am really looking forward to coming back some time. Thank you Barcelo!

The resort is really nice, the junior suite room is very spacious, the bed super comfy. The royal level heated pool is nice! The food isn't great, the food cooked at the grill is good but the rest could be improved, it gets dry after a while that is out, the quality should be better considering it's a 4 star resort.

This is the second time we stayed in Lanzarote at Barcelona Active Resort. The Hotel is a very good 4 star. Rooms are spacious clean and the staff work hard to make sure the guests are happy.

My boyfriend took me to this hotel for my 22nd and it was amazing! We upgraded to Royal and it’s so worth it, the room was incredible too and would be cleaned every day with fresh sheets and towels. There was one incident where my partner asked for either some room decor or something for my actual birthday and the hotel kindly provided us with a bottle of champagne and a note in an ice bucket but as we were driving that night we didn’t drink it and the cleaners took the bottle away the next day, when we went to reception to let them know they were surprised and sorted it out very quickly and by the time we came back to our room they had replaced it. You cannot fault this hotel we’ve had an unreal experience, we went from the 7th-14th of Oct and we managed to get lovely weather apart from the odd grey clouds on some, overall cannot wait to come back!

I stayed here for 7 nights. I had a deluxe double sea view room, which was well appointed and maintained well by housekeeping throughout my stay. The views over the pools to the ocean were a delight each morning! My room was overlooking the main public area of the hotel on the 6th floor of an open internal terrace. It was mega noisy during the live entertainment hours of 8-10pm each night, so if you expect tranquility during these hours, you should request a quiet room when booking. I asked to be moved on my first night, but reception staff were unhelpful and could only offer me a room one floor up but in the same area which would have made no difference at all. It may be worth paying extra for a junior suite to be sure you're in a different wing of the hotel away from all the activity. Food and drinks quality was excellent, with lots of local dishes and cheeses on offer which are delightful and well worth a try. Drinks service in Royal Level restaurant is not self-service and this part of the offering was slow and often had to be requested rather than offered. The staff are obviously tasked to clear plates and reset tables as their priority to ensure availability for guests as they arrive, but more thought needs to be given to guest service during their meal. The pools are great and service at the Goa pool bar was exceptional. Downsides were tables without cup holders in a breezy spot, so empties and nearly empties would often go flying. Guests "reserving" loungers with towels and personal items was not managed at all by staff throughout the hotel, leading to the usual situation where there is no lounger availability despite less than half actually being used. Senior managers were visible marching around the complex trying to look busy and important, but not stopping to observe pressure points on staff and service. The front line staff could not have been kinder or more helpful, but they were often under too much pressure to be able to be as attentive as they'd like to be. If you've hired a car, there is ample on road parking nearby which is free of charge. This was my second stay at this hotel and despite its flaws, primarily being understaffed, I would be content to stay here again.

We stayed at Villa Jaspe 11 the week of Christmas and couldn’t of been happier. You get the wow factor when you walk in and there were Christmas decorations waiting for us too! The Villa was also immaculately cleaned. The Villa has everything you need. We had a lovely BBQ when there, there is a supermarket within walking distance too for food supplies. The pool is a good size, but the water is very cold. We managed to brave it and spend Christmas Day in the pool as you soon warm up once in. Keys are left in a secure box outside the main gate, accessed via pin. The Villa has an easy to use alarm system too. We contacted the team via email to request a later checkout and they granted this quickly and without fuss. Replies to emails were always quick and everything just felt so professional. The taxi from the airport to the Villa was €20, with lots of taxis waiting outside. A taxi to The Square cost €4-5, or you could walk it in approximately 45 minutes. Cannot wait to visit again next year for Christmas, many thanks!

I really had a great time staying at this village. Nice beds to sleep on the only thing I didn't enjoying is How far was costa teguise it was 30 minutes an if you didn't want to rent a car an just to let any on if you are getting a taxi reminder the number of your village were your saying

Villa is lovely, although the pool is a bit cold as it's constantly in the shade and not heated. Would be five stars but a couple of bits need looking at: no markings on the oven/hob - pot luck what is going to happen on the dials, washing machine only works when it feels like it, WiFi only works in living room and TV in bedroom can't see any channels. Games room downstairs was a bonus we weren't expecting from booking. All rooms spacious and well equipped, everything you need to use equipment (washing machine, dishwasher) provided, toiletries in all bathrooms too.

We stayed at one of the Las Caletas villas at the beginning of January as a family. The villa’s are beautiful with a lot of space, especially if you have a large group of people. Only negative we have to mention is the lack of cooking equipment such as pots & pans, especially when you have 8 people staying you’d think there would be a suffice amount of cooking equipment to make your meals. There was only very small pans which proved a nightmare when making big meals. Other than that, fabulous stay :)

👍Really nice villas that a clean and tidy on arrival. 👎villas are packed together soo making noise can upset neighbours. The bin disposal areas and place outside the village which can be a bit of a walk if you're villa I'd on the other side. The pool is small and not deep at all. Also the pool was only maintained once on our stay and began to discolour by the end of our visit
