This is an honest review.
Have just spent a week at this hotel which when driving up is spectacular looking, the pools are also spectacular looking and the atrium in the reception is spectacular looking! But looks can be deceiving! On closer inspection this is a very very tired looking hotel. The bedrooms are huge with a decent balcony all facing the pool or the sea, but they are very dated and well worn the wardrobe doors broken as well as the chair and curtains, stains on the ceiling and the carpet! On the plus side the bed was very comfortable and I slept like a log. The food well you can't go wrong with breakfast which to be fair was good but the evening meal was awful! Let's just leave it there! The bar area and the entertainment area again so tired looking the gym was closed and the spa only half of the things in there was working so not good. No quiet place or lounge to read a book or to play cards this is desperately needed! The staff were lovely and always happy. I had heard that the hotel has new owners so this hotel now needs to close down, it badly needs a re haul and needs re decorating from the bottom up because it could be a fantastic 5 star ⭐ hotel, and just my opinion but an adult only hotel. Overall despite my negative comments I really hope this happens sooner rather than later as I would come back but only when everything has been done.

I visited here for a relaxing all-inclusive holiday and it was my first time exploring Lanzarote. I enjoyed my stay! The breakfast buffet was definitely a highlight, offering a wonderful variety of choices. I appreciated the free daily coaches that conveniently took us to the nearby beach, making outing easy and enjoyable.
The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming. Be aware that while the rooms were quite spacious, they did feel a bit outdated.
The nightly entertainment was a lot of fun! Sometimes, there were long queues at the bar, but that didn’t take away from the good times. Also, in the outdoor swimming area, glass isn't allowed, so the outdoor bar provides plastic glasses for a €1 deposit, which keeps everything safe and enjoyable.

We booked a 5 day stay here for the three of us, 2 adults and 1 baby, all inclusive. Overall we had a pretty terrible time. Firstly, the food is dreadful. For such a big hotel, the options are very small and all very bad. Most of it is stale and has been sitting out for a while. All pretty tasteless. Can't say there was any day we enjoyed the food, we ended up eating out for the majority of meals.
They also charge you for "extras" that are pretty standard most places. If you want the safe in the room you have to pay 4 euros a day. You get given pool towels on your arrival but if you want to exchange them for fresh towels, you have to pay. You don't get a kettle with your room and have to pay for that. Even with all inclusive you have to pay extra if you want certain drinks like bottled beer or soft drinks, they have a standard beer on tap.
The room itself is very dated, lots of the paintwork is coming off and clearly hasn't been updated in years. We had a nail sticking out of the floor in the bathroom to stop the door from hitting the shower. Pretty dangerous if you don't see it. The Aircon is pretty terrible, you can't really control the temperature and it doesn't feel cool in the day. We had a mini fridge in the room and this wasn't working properly, would take 24 hours to get a drink cold. Reported this to the reception three times but they said mini bars arent meant to keep things cold. No idea what they are meant to do then. They didn't seem to care.
The main areas in the hotel don't have Aircon at all. The pool is a good size but lots of tiles are broken and exposed. There is also zero shade around the pool. They have these tiny umbrellas that you can't move and provide shade enough for one person at random positions throughout the day, which made it impossible for us to sit there with our baby.
Staff were fine on the whole.
Location is okay, short walk from the beach and the little town area.
I wouldn't recommend coming here at all and definitely don't go all inclusive if you do as you'll end up eating out anyway.

Would not recommend this hotel to anyone, it is absolutely shocking and not worth spending a penny on!
Firstly, the standards in the hotel are nonexistent, from the limited selection of low quality and tasteless food to the decor and the cleanliness of the rooms.
The staff are rude, blunt and unhelpful - particularly reception staff. When approaching them about an issue with another resident in the hotel who was causing disruption, by shouting, rolling around the corridor and using racists slurs, during the early hours of the morning they were extremely unbothered and had a complete lack of empathy & concern. The only thing they did was send up a security guard who didn’t speak a word of English, which was an impediment to resolving the disturbance as it continued for hours after.
Then, the following day when we went back down to reception to make a formal complaint about the way the situation was handled, we did not receive any reassurance that the person was going to be held accountable for their actions, just told that they were going to ‘get spoken to.’ After we had presented our frustrations to reception we were also told ‘you can move hotel if you’d like’ which is absolutely ridiculous to say to a resident who has paid money to stay at your hotel and shows a complete lack of professionalism.
Overall, I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. It is the worst run hotel I have ever been to. Book yourself somewhere else that is worth the money and time!

We stayed all inclusive for a week in October. The hotel is about a 20 minute downhill walk into the resort so not great on the walk back. The rooms are very tired but beds and room were clean. The restaurant is clean and food looked good (fussy eater) so only ate the basics. The entertainment boys were friendly & kept those that wanted to joy in entertained. All staff were nice and helpful. Would I return, I guess not!
