My 1st time to this hotel, it's a big hotel, all bedrooms have a pool view, 3 glass elevators to all floors, Large restaurant with buffet style food, which is OK nothing special.
Large outdoor space 3 pools, tennis courts ect. Rooms are fine if a little dated, fridge but No kettle, can be gotten for a fee from reception.
Shuttle bus available 3 times daily into town or easily walked about 20 minutes, All in all a good hotel for a smaller budget.

Hotel is very impressive. Everywhere you look is a wow. Yes on closer inspection you see faults, ie worn carpets in places and furniture too. Cleanliness is pretty good standard. Pools are amazing, with one heated. Food is of good variation and quality. All the staff are lovely and helpful. Not sure of his name, but the tall black guy in the restaurant is so helpful and funny too. Main question, would we return.... hell yes 👍

I visited here for a relaxing all-inclusive holiday and it was my first time exploring Lanzarote. I enjoyed my stay! The breakfast buffet was definitely a highlight, offering a wonderful variety of choices. I appreciated the free daily coaches that conveniently took us to the nearby beach, making outing easy and enjoyable.
The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming. Be aware that while the rooms were quite spacious, they did feel a bit outdated.
The nightly entertainment was a lot of fun! Sometimes, there were long queues at the bar, but that didn’t take away from the good times. Also, in the outdoor swimming area, glass isn't allowed, so the outdoor bar provides plastic glasses for a €1 deposit, which keeps everything safe and enjoyable.

Lovely hotel. Nice staff. Good adult entertainment, great kids entertainment. Food superb. I really had a great time at this hotel. The room was spacious and maintained well. The pools and grounds were great too. The beach is a ten minute walk. Lots of things to do locally. You will enjoy.

This is an honest review.
Have just spent a week at this hotel which when driving up is spectacular looking, the pools are also spectacular looking and the atrium in the reception is spectacular looking! But looks can be deceiving! On closer inspection this is a very very tired looking hotel. The bedrooms are huge with a decent balcony all facing the pool or the sea, but they are very dated and well worn the wardrobe doors broken as well as the chair and curtains, stains on the ceiling and the carpet! On the plus side the bed was very comfortable and I slept like a log. The food well you can't go wrong with breakfast which to be fair was good but the evening meal was awful! Let's just leave it there! The bar area and the entertainment area again so tired looking the gym was closed and the spa only half of the things in there was working so not good. No quiet place or lounge to read a book or to play cards this is desperately needed! The staff were lovely and always happy. I had heard that the hotel has new owners so this hotel now needs to close down, it badly needs a re haul and needs re decorating from the bottom up because it could be a fantastic 5 star ⭐ hotel, and just my opinion but an adult only hotel. Overall despite my negative comments I really hope this happens sooner rather than later as I would come back but only when everything has been done.
