Great size apartments. Excellent view from apartment. Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Pool was not very clean on the bottom and never saw anyone monitoring water quality hence not used. May benefit from a little background music around pool area but this is my preference. Cleaning could have been better. We had an issue with cockroaches in our kitchen area however reported twice and both times received prompt response and action.

Loved our stay here. Great location, fantastic customer service from the front desk team and super friendly team in the cafe bar. Delicious fresh cooked breakfast as well. Can't fault them really. Would 100% stay there again.

Been coming back here for 12 years, 3-4times a year, absolutely love it! Central to everything, lovely quiet family run complex, apartments full equipped for SC holiday. The pool can be cold! Sunbeds can be an issue, towels for many hours with no bodies on them!

We had a fantastic week at El Guarapo. The location is fantastic, a quiet street, but 5 minutes walk from shops, a great bakery, restaurants and a brilliant beach. The apartments are well equipped, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The pool area and gardens are also kept beautifully. Staff are lovely and very helpful. We had an evening flight and took advantage of a late check out which is very reasonably priced. There is also an area with showers and luggage lockers for bags and cases which can be used for this purpose, again really well thought out and very useful. The place has a very calm relaxed feel to it, even though they were fully booked it didn't feel busy and there was none of this queueing for sunbeds nonsense I've seen elsewhere. If travelling Jet2, the road is too small for the transfer bus, so they drop off about a 4 minute walk away on the main road but please don't let that put you off as El Guarapo is a fantastic place to stay and an excellent base to explore the area. I highly recommend and would not hesitate to return.

Lovely apartments in our favourite resort in Lanzarote. Great staff - all helpful and friendly. Laid back, relaxing vibe. Nice pool. Close to centre of town for bars and restaurants, and 10 mins walk to beach and coastal path. Accessible for wheelchair users. Highly recommended.
