I really enjoyed my recent stay. I experienced mainly positives and a few notable negatives. Overall, the hotel offers a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Positives: The hotel boasts plenty of sun loungers. The pool bar is fairly priced. The food quality at the hotel's poolside bar is impressive. The location of the hotel is great, providing easy access to local attractions and amenities. The staff are very friendly and attentive, with someone available to assist guests 24/7. The rooms are modern, featuring plenty of storage and a fridge, which is convenient. Moreover, the hotel offers great facilities for late check-outs, making it easier for guests with late flights or travel plans. Negatives: Unfortunately, there are no tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms, which would have been a welcome addition. The hotel's location on a hill might be challenging for those with mobility issues. During my stay, I noticed some ants in the room, which was not a major concern but still notable. this, I believe is a big concern as it happened on 2 separate occasions during our stay. Despite displaying the "Do Not Disturb" sign on my door, the cleaning staff still entered our room This invasion of privacy is highly problematic, especially considering previous reviews that mention theft by cleaning staff. Such actions not only violate guests' privacy but also compromise the sense of security that guests expect when staying at a hotel. I believe it is crucial for hotel management to address and resolve this issue as a matter of urgency. Ensuring that staff strictly adhere to the "Do Not Disturb" signs and reinforcing the importance of respecting guests' privacy. In conclusion, the hotel offers a pleasant stay with many amenities and a friendly atmosphere. However, addressing the issues mentioned would enhance the overall guest experience.

The hotel itself was nice rooms clean and nice pool. However I’m disgusted with how rude the staff were towards us when we showed them nothing but respect and will not be returning for this reason. Very disappointed with how we were spoken to and treated especially by staff member Armourella who was very nasty to us for no reason which ruined our stay. As well as, in the room there is hanging metal lights very low down which we kept on constantly hitting our heads on. Very Bad design! Very let down will not be returning ever. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with.

Very disappointed with they way the staff was . Don't leave anything in room as the cleaners like to take things without asking, also had the cheek to leave a note saying they have taken an item and left something in its place. This was reported staff didn't care ,so they came back and stole more items from the room. Reported this also . I emailed them and they ignored me . Reported again when leaving they wasn't interested at all. Even gave them the cleaners cloth with the cleaners name on that she left behind and still wasn't interested. Room was full of ants they did sort that out . Very disappointing knowing you can't leave your things in the room as cleaners are taking them . They stole full expensive tan lotion ,bottle of perfume and €80 .my daughter shouldn't of left money out . I'm writing a review on behalf of my daughter as I'm so annoyed

Such a lovely hotel. Walking distance from the beach (though the hotel is up a bit of a hill) and plenty of nice bars and restaurants around.The food is absolutely amazing!! Every meal we had was wonderful and freshly made. The breakfast buffet is loaded with different options so there's something for everyone. Choice of two pools and plenty of sun beds. All the staff were lovely, especially the manager who was so helpful and kind when we accidentally missed our bus to the airport! Would love to stay here again and would definitely try the other Cook's Club locations.

Had a couple of issues including an item being removed from my room before I was done with it and housekeeping entering to clean the room before 9am and while I was still asleep (despite obvious signs not to disturb). Ian, one of the managers did try to resolve these issues to my satisfaction but sadly housekeeping continued to ignore the instructions and sign on the door. Many of the staff here, do work very hard to give a great experience but sadly the housekeep ping team left me feeling uncomfortable and unsafe they way they continued coming into my room. The hotel does need to do more though to prevent such issues and as a solo traveller even having a chain on the door so cleaners can’t just walk in, would have made me feel much safer staying after these incidents. On brighter notes the food is very good and most things I tried, I really enjoyed and were comparable or better to the food in nearby restaurants. The pool does need to have some background music playing as otherwise there is just the street noise and conversations of other guests. The bar prices are also a little steep, given you’re not permitted to bring your own drinks into public areas. I wouldn’t return to this hotel as a solo traveller and if the genders were the opposite way round in the issues I had, it would have been treated more seriously.

The trip was amazing in all aspects. The staff at the hotel were excellent from the moment we arrived to the last day. From front desk staff, cleaners and kitchen staff, including manager IAN, keep it up. The Biggest shout out is to LAFF and VICTOR; you guys were amazing.

We have just come to the end of our weeks holiday here. All I can say is it is outstanding the staff are so welcoming, helpful and do everything to make you have such a wonderful time. The hotel is amazing, so many sunbed so no need to get up early in the morning, the rooms are great to very comfortable bed and a lovely view from the balcony. I was worried about food but there was no need to be it was great, so many options and nice to see the chefs cooking the food. I would highly recommend and will definitely be back again.

Would 100% recommend Cooks Club to friends and family. Breakfast was amazing, lots of choice. Lots of sunbeds to choose from throughout the day and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The manager would walk round throughout the day and night speaking to customers which we really liked. The views from the hotel were fab and location was perfect too. Cannot fault this hotel and will definitely be returning! Thank you again!

Very pleasant staff, really tasty food for a good price, a nice view of the sea. However, there's a disco bar under the hotel which plays loudly until 6am. Air-conditioning don't work so you need to have a window open at night.

So, the rooms are in average condition, although at the time of our stay, the hotel was undergoing renovation, which is a separate issue. I'll start by saying that we were informed in advance, but only after making the booking. I asked if we could at least get a discount on breakfast, but we were refused. The response was that it wouldn’t disturb us, as the noise would only affect those with rooms that don’t have a sea view. If it bothers us, they would figure something out together with us. Well, it did bother us, and we are currently trying to resolve this issue. Next, a woman at the reception told us that we could leave our car in the courtyard in front of the entrance, as there was a white line there. After that, we went for a walk for an hour. When we returned, we found a lock on our wheel and a notification of a fine of 25 euros. Any arguments from the receptionist, who replaced the previous staff member, didn’t concern him; he simply pocketed the money but gave us a 5 euro discount on the fine. It felt like a scam. There was no receipt or sign indicating that it was private parking, which should have been posted at the parking spot. The humidity here is high, and the accommodation isn’t properly ventilated. The air conditioner works from 3 PM to 11 PM and only with the windows closed. If you decide to open the windows at night, you hear noise from the street, like disco music or people having fun. According to the rules, noise is prohibited after 11 PM. In general, the price is normal and reasonable, but the attitude towards guests is quite dismissive.

Room poor quality, only using as somewhere to sleep so we were fine with it. Utilities were great! All staff very pleasant. Gym and personal trainer 9-1. Pool is very good.

The hotel is really modern and the rooms are really spacious and clean. It is in a good location right off the strip so easy to get anywhere. The pool is really big and there are plenty of sun beds. Cocktails are lush and the alcohol slushes are even better!

Great island. Very close to Kusadasi and Athens. You can find the island very relaxing. I recommend visit by the tour agency. I choose that way, because they are arranging everything. You can combined this island with your Turkey and Greece sightseeing tour.

I visit the island every year! It is a big island with lovely places full of restaurants and coffee! The beaches are lovely and you can still find beaches that don't charge the umbrella and the sunbeds on top of your order! Pythagoreio, Marathokabos, Kokkari, and psili Ammos are a few of the places you can visit!

What a stay! every element of this hotel was amazing. The sea view apartment was spacious and the views are INCREDIBLE. The pool and bar area is so relaxing, the food is great too! The staff at HSM are friendly, welcoming and a delight! Special mention for Vladimir who is absolutely lovely. Nothing bad to say about this hotel at all! fantastic and made our holiday just that little bit extra special.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is perfect—within walking distance to the sea, restaurants, and shops, yet tucked away enough to be quiet and relaxing. Fantastic views, lovely rooms but the downside of the lovely views is the location of the hotel is at the top of a steep hill which can be problematic if you have walking issues. But impeccably clean with a boutique feel.

Just got back from here (Sept 2024) and it is a very good hotel considering the money paid. THE GOOD: • A mostly quiet relaxing atmosphere with a mixture of couples, families, and small groups of friends. • Amazing view of the sea and beach from the balcony or pool area • Food and drink served all day until 7pm (food was very nice and not too expensive) • Pool isn't huge but it does have a 2 metre deep end so it is ideal for adults wanting to swim some lengths • Every single member of staff was extremely helpful and friendly, particularly on reception. • Rooms were a good size with a huge walk in shower that worked very well, a spacious fridge, small freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, 3 single beds that can be adjusted or moved around, aircon, and a hair dryer. Iron was an extra €4 for the week. • The rooms were cleaned 5 out of 6 days. Didn't need to ask for anything. • Loads of supermarkets nearby • Nearest bar was a nice quiet English pub called Sue's Place, less than 2 mins walk away. Shows the sports and €3.50 a pint or €6 for cocktails. • Location - despite it being on top of a hill, you are practically in between the magaluf strip and Palma nova. I would highly recommend heading towards Palma Nova if you want a quiet experience. It's literally the same bars and restaurants with no young groups and it also has a beach. THE BAD: • There seems to be a bit of an ant problem. On our balcony and in certain areas of the pool area there were ants everywhere. Would it kill to put some poison down? • This hotel is at the top of a very steep hill. The beach is only a 5 mins walk but trust me do NOT stay here if you are disabled. ------------------------------ These are my only petty complaints and the only reason I cannot leave a 5 star review. I would return here. The hotels opposite and next door are 4 star where your expectations would probably be higher. For a 3 star hotel this one really did exceed my expectations and overall we had a lovely time.

I can only say wow! We just got here about an hour ago. We were greeted by Monika. She has to be one of the nicest people I have meet. So friendly and open arms. We went all out and got the suite. Just for our first hour or so here we are completely overwhelmed. They will bring you breakfast to your room everyday. Definitely wasn't expecting that! We will be here for 8 days. If it keeps going like the first 2 hours then we probably won't want to leave. I will post more in the next days. So day 3..nothing negative about this hotel. We met Vladimir. Again..super friendly and nice and always smiling.The staff are so wonderful here! The manager is also very friendly and always helpful if we needed something ( Sorry I forgot her name) but thank you for recommending the coca de patata to try in Valdemossa. :-) Anyways great great great!!

Situated a short walk to the beach, lovely light and airy hotel. Enough space for all. No scrambling over pool chairs in the morning! The rooms have a safe and fridge but they need a kettle, TV had quite a few English channels and clean towels provided everyday. Just wish we had a sign on the door to ask the cleaning team to change bedsheets. Lots of choice for breakfast and dinner including soft drinks. Alcohol had to be bought at the bar but you do need to spend a Euro for a cup when by the pool area. Lots of friendly staff and happy attitude every day. Really lovely stay x

This hotel has great staff and is in a good location. Sadly that is all the positives. The food at lunch and dinner is dire. No salad dressing and all meat except pork served on the bone and fatty! Very little flavour to the dishes and the chicken noodle soup tasted of pasta water. Limited choice and did not see any vegan options at all! The breakfast is the better meal but some of this is served cold and burnt. The rooms are spacious but shabby and the cleaning team do not clean! The beds are rock hard and for some reason our third bed was not even made when we arrived at 2am! The pool does not open until 10am so you are not even allowed out there to enjoy the morning sun before this time. Many of the sun beds are in the shade so if you want a sun bed in the sun at 10am, you have to do an Olympic sprint to secure one. We booked before the law changed on the 1st June so we were not privy to the full all inclusive (no one thought to mention this) and we were not even asked if we wanted to upgrade when we arrived (we wouldn’t have bothered and preferred to spend our money in the resort). Frankly this is a three star hotel at best and the price should reflect this. Would not recommend and will not be returning!

Really enjoyed my stay here. I did not have the same experience as all the negative reviews Excellent location, not too far from the strip. Being close to the strip, there was a few drunk people but this was barely an issue and only really on Friday night. Food was decent for an all inclusive, but don't expect crazy high quality (I really enjoyed the Mexican night and Chinese night). Rooms were nice, although the pillows were a bit weird and uncomfortable. All the staff were lovely (shout out to Santi who remembered my vodka diet coke order!) Pool was nice and not crazy busy (in September), although the life guards were very strict with music even though other guests wanted music. Overall I do recommend.

I had the worst experience of my life at this hotel! It's a 4-star hotel, which deserves 1 star! Cold in the room,it was warmer outside than in the hotel, I asked the reception to turn off the air conditioning and they said they couldn't, offering me another blanket,after 3 days of complaining, they turned off the air conditioning from the electrical panel in the room and brought an electric heater . The staff is unfriendly and poorly trained in the hotel field! Poor cleanliness, in the first 2 days I didn't have shower gel in the shower, so I had to buy it ( after 2 days the shower gel appeared), I know that in a hotel you must have, shower gel, soap at the sink and towels! And in my last day ,they had a bad incident witch involved the police and ambulance,and the staff was not able to redirect the customers to another exit, being witnesses to scenes that are hard to imagine!

Rooms were nice and clean. The food is a hit or miss but most of the time it's nice. I would recommend it to people who like to party but definitely not families as there are a lot of rude people who are extremely loud at night. You can forget having a good night's sleep for excursions... The night staff are sometimes helpful but most of the time, they won't be. Had to call reception to get them to let our "neighbors" know it's 4am, said they've sent someone when they honestly haven't. Had to call them multiple times to get them to do something and they sounded annoyed. Won't ever come back here. Extremely disappointed.

We went with 10 adults. We could check in early and receive our bands early which was a bonus. And even though check out was 12 we could stay in the hotel until 6. One room requested laye check out for 40 euro. Most of the staff were amazing. Really friendly and helpful. We only had one issue with a man an reception at night time. Very rude. The drinks were plentiful. Cocktails are premixed. Everything was clean. My only complaint is the food. We aren't fussy eaters but everyone in our group commented on it. Pizzas were always undercooked. Food was quite cold. The snacks seemed to be left overs from breakfast and lunch.

Ignore all the poor reviews! My wife's been fretting for weeks about our stay because of the bad reviews lately - from our experience they're unwarranted. Is this a 4 star hotel like that in the UK? No. Is there anything bad about this hotel? Not so far. Rooms are a big enough size, clean, semi modern. Communal areas are clean and tidy, easy enough to get your way around. Beach is a 3 minute walk away with pedalos, loungers etc for hire. Food has been amazing for every meal we've had - far more choice than any hotel we've ever stayed in before. Drink measures are insane and plenty to keep the kids going in between main meals. Staff have all been pleasant and accommodating. That's about all you need from a holiday! Ignore all the Karen's leaving poor reviews - they're the same people who would complain if you paid off their mortgage for them. If you're in any doubt - book! For what we have paid for flights and accomodation this is our best value holiday of all time.

Great family hotel. Entertainment staff were amazing. The kids loved the water slides and inflatables. Great variety of food on all inclusive, loved the help yourself soft drinks during the day, why close it at night though? Clean rooms however slightly cramped with 2 adults and 11 Yr old and 13yr old.

The pools, the kids club,the bar with the cocktails, the cheese quality in the buffet were very good.. Unfortunately the negative things about this hotel are more than enough.. The room was not good cleaned every day. The door in the bathroom was destroyed because of the mold. The floor in the balcony was dirty and they wouldn't cleaned it as long we were there.. The food in the buffet was not good enough for the prize of the staying, many things were frozen or used the previous days. The only fresh foods was where the chefs were cooking(fish, meat) The kid's food (chicken nuggets, potato nuggets, spinat nuggets etc were fried, burned almost every time,and really cheap quality)We can buy those stuff from the market.. The juices (orange pineapple) were too sweet and bad quality too.Not drinkable.. When you stay in a huge hotel with 12 floors it is normal that the quality will not be so good but we didn't know that it was so big and full of people. Too noisy in all dinners and dinners show.. It's not our style,and we will not go back. There are plenty of hotels with good activities for kids more quiet and with better quality of food.. We have been in many and that was the worst..Sorry..

First family holiday with my 4 year old daughter. Had the perfect time and I’m sure my daughter has come away with memories for a lifetime. Hotel was lovely, the pools and slides were so much fun for both kids and adults, staff were fantastic and very welcoming, food options were great. Room was perfect for the 3 of us with daily cleaning. Location is great, 5 minutes walk from the beach which was beautiful with plenty of great bars and restaurants.

For the Halloween holiday, we went to Majorca and booked this hotel due to the outstanding reviews. But the main thing I was disappointed about was the catering. The hotel's catering is dedicated to British and American dishes, like hot dogs, burgers, fries, and so on. Since that is more of an everyday food here in the UK for convenience, on holiday I was hoping to have a change from that, and to try Spanish dishes, which they did not serve much of. If you are desperate to get out of the resort and explore the island as well as eat out, you can hire cars, and the hotel will recommend you car rental companies in the area.

I thought the rooms were ideal. There was everything we needed and a good view of the bay and Palma Nova from our balcony. The food was always displayed beautifully and everything I tried I liked, you can't be a fussy eater when it's buffet. The food was so varied even the children tried something new most meal times. The staff are fantastic, from reception, bar, house keeping, but especially entertainment (a big shout out to Andres and Sally), they had so much energy and trying to engage the guests as much as possible. Would definitely go there again. The beach is less than five minutes walk. It is a bit of a steep hill, but by day three it wasn't an issue, it is that close to everything, but still so peaceful. There was the of door being closed which you could hear, but we weren't really disturbed through the night.

I stayed in this hotel with my family (2 adults 1 5yo and 3yo) from July 20th to August 1st. we had a really great time. the food is fantastic, never eaten so well in a hotel. there is always a variety of meat and fish and themed evenings. The staff are very friendly and you can tell they work hard. the all inclusive does not include alcoholic drinks at the bar (only wine with meals) but the prices are very accessible. the poolside buffet isn't bad either. the best thing, the kebab. really good. Unfortunately my daughter had a small accident outside the hotel and the staff were very kind and supportive. the evening shows are very beautiful and the entertainment very engaging. the only "negative" thing is the size of the rooms and the cleanliness. unfortunately we were left three days without soap which we then bought and two days without towels. I understand that the work is intense, in fact I overlooked it. Anyway I would really love to come back again next year :)

Really nice hotel. All inclusive food was nice. Enjoyed the pool. Rooms were clean and staff friendly. My only complaint is the NOISE. This hotel is quite noisy. Our next door neighbour had their TV on all the time which you could hear every word through the walls, I barely slept. And the doors all SLAM whenever someone opens the door.

In the restaurant, meals were mostly cold to berly warm for breakfast, and eggs were under cooked bacon, which was small rashers, evening meal, there was very little variation, and we was charged 2 euros for a bottle of water the evening meal time was 16.30 - 21.30 as soon as the hotel became full of Spanish Pensioners things changed meal time became 19.00 - 22.00, meals were slightly warmer, bacon was now full rashers but no change in the eggs and now water was free as water coolers were installed and now wine became free At the bar, I was next to be served no one else was waiting, but the lady walked the full length of the bar before returning to serve me same lady on Friday night at 22.50 she comes out and says the bar is closed but the young man told her he would serve me, after checking my information sheet it states the bar was open until 01.00. The other poor thing is the table. All I would say is a 4 star hotel with a 2 star restaurant the table and chairs would look better in a cafe or school canteen.

Following previous good stays,we decided to go back. Nothing special. No evening meals aloud on the last day,and the staff were no help to resolve the situation.we had to go out and pay for our meals. No shower, washing or WC facilities for most of one of the days due to a technical situation flooded reception and foyer. I understand that this was beyond their control,but to a paying customer there were no offers of recompense,i.e.an evening meal or something. Very poor.

I stayed in the family suite of this hotel. Room was good however our stuff ( kids shirts , thermometer etc went missing from the room that we noticed after returning in the evening. I raised this with the front desk informing the missing bag also has medicines for my kid. I was told that to go to tmthe local pharmacy to get the medication.. Never had such an experience in any hotel :(

We stayed here for 2 weeks 20/08/2024-03/09/2924. My opinion is the staff are very helpful and service overall extremely good. Location is good , pool is big but not very deep so adults can't dive in. Of course kid friendly but then what's the point of the 2 kids pools? My opinion biggest problem with this hotel is the food quality. Cold beans and eggs for breakfast and evening meal many choices but either cold or under cooked. Needs sorting

We are very pleased with the hotel. Delicious and fresh food, rooms always clean and airy. The hotel provides attractions such as dance shows every evening. We will remember Nina and Charlie very fondly.We have no complaints.

The rooms are old, even minimal repairs (new baseboards, tiles, mold on the ceiling) are not fixed. At night you can hear poop being washed down the drain pipe from the upper floors (room 102). Most likely there was an accident at some point and they were only smart enough to cover this place with a wooden panel. The price does not match the level of the rooms. There is a hair dryer in the room. You can take an iron at the reception. There is air conditioning in the room. There is animation. Polite staff. Towels were changed every day, the floors were swept only when asked. Delicious and varied breakfasts and dinners.

We can really recommend this hotel. Everybody from the staff, from the receptionists to the cleaning ladies, from the chefs at the restaurant to the waiters were exceptionally nice. Also the room WE had was very nice with views over the pool and a recently renovated bathroom. I wrote “we” because we did see that other rooms still have the old not yet renovated bathrooms. The hotel is located perfectly. Not too near to the busy party area but still walking distance while a little south to this location, the most beautiful beaches/calas with super clear water can be found. The food at the restaurant also was very nice with lots of flavour (our compliments to the chefs). If we ever decide to come back to Mallorca we’ll be back at this hotel.

We stayed for five days. The lonely star is only for the lobby and the gentleness of the workers. The rooms are small and dirty and their illumination is very bad and there is the smell of old moldy wood in the rooms. And the hotel is full of teenagers and is very suitable for them. Not suitable for couples The hotel is more than 10 minutes away from the sea and from everything. We were moving by car, but sometimes we went on foot and it was suffering. I only recommend it for teenagers and maybe families but for sure not for couples

Easily gone over we pay for all. Exclusive but was told they don't do it we had to eat not. That I'm bothered the food looked awful 😞 family of 10 will never return we bought passes for the dolphins they said if you book with us you get free bus only there was no bus on a Thurs Charlie an Nina were the only ones flustered put polite no way would I recommend this hotel

We booked this via on the beach and it had 4 pictures of another hotel, this was very disappointing. It is in a very loud location if you want an easy quite night to choose one away from the centre. Room it self needed work doing repair and repainting a few bits and bobs. Overall it was good and great food, food was amazing! Also staff were very helpful! I would suggest they replace doors on the balcony more sound proof and do a bit of redecorating and there would be nothing to complain about!

The hotel is located in a nice location near the beach, surrounded by markets, fast food and bars. The staff is friendly, always in a good mood and ready to help in any way. The internet covers the room, the whole hotel and we had no problems with that. The food is varied on a buffet basis. Disadvantages - For a married couple, double beds are a bad solution! Sleeping in the middle is mission impossible! Every other day we had to pour water into the cauldrons for physiological needs, the ventilation air conditioner works occasionally. Those are some of the shortcomings of the hotel. The complaint can be because order and peace are not respected in the middle of the night when mostly British tourists return and they are very noisy and inarticulate. British women will be recognized by their weight and false eyelashes, and they are usually the loudest! If we respect home order and peace, we at least deserve the same in return! Thank you!

Great location within easy reach of the beach, shops, bars and nightclubs. Rooms adequate and clean with a small balcony. Breakfast buffet has lots of choice. Lobby and bar area are good with reasonably priced drinks. Bottle of decent wine €15. Noisy at night so if you want a good sleep at night forget it but otherwise a great place to stay in the heart of Maga.

It was a bit of a bad experience. You can't sleep comfortably, screaming everywhere and no one cares about them The elevator was out of order for two days and you had to wait in line to get up and we were forced to use the stairs. There is no closet with doors in the room. The bed is not comfortable at all, it makes noise and the mattress is hard. The air conditioning blades cannot be controlled. You have to climb to change their path. I do not recommend it

We've stayed here for 2 nights and everything was very nice. The rooms are spacious and clean. They clean them once a day. The food is good and they have some interesting varieties of local cuisine. The view is amazing. Magaluf Beach is for the people who stay up until late and party. If you want to go early to bed, this is not the right place for you. They have paid private parking if you come by car. I can't stress this enough; the view is spectacular.

This is a 3 Star hotel claiming to be 4 star due to its location. If you book here you must have a room with a sea view, it's a terrific view with sun on the balcony from around 10.00am till 18.30 depending on the time of year. Big rooms but basic, very small t.v that has English channels, no tea/coffee making facilities but does have a fridge. Room cleaned every day, new towels every day probably because they are soaking from the shower flooding the bathroom floor, slip hazard if you're elderly, paddling pool if you're young. Food is ok more like school dinners rather than a 4 Star hotel. Swimming pool is small given the amount of folk staying, however the sea is a 2 minute walk.At the quieter end of Magaluf almost at Torrenova so much quieter at night. The hotel has an entirely different view of All Inclusive than any other hotel we have stayed in. A bus stop is 10 mins away with buses to Palma every 30 mins.

Overall, it was a good experience at this hotel. Just a few minor issues. We had to ask for 2 days for a duvet because the room was provided only with a sheet at the beginning of our stay. Housekeeping takes our used towels and forgot to live the clean ones in the room for 2 times in our stay, which was 7 days. The water in the big pool and on the spash park was too cold during our stay, and we spent most of our days on the beach because apparently the water in the sea was much warmer.Overall the room was clean but small. Our children enjoyed all the activities. The entertainment was great with a lot of activities for children which was lovely. Soft play was very good for our children as well. They had a lot of fun there. All the attractions from the resort were lovely as well.

Generally excellent, especially for kids. Pool and splash park were great. Other activities also good. Staff really 'on it', and helpful / proactive. Only negative would be in relation to the smoking / vaping. There are designated areas for smoking, but one of those is literally at the main entrance, so that's a pretty horrific first impression, and something you need to walk through each time you arrive/leave. Also staff seem not to care about people smoking around the pool.

A fantastic family oriented hotel with water park, cinema, soft play and 'fun house' (albeit that it can be pretty scary for younger children. Our 6yr old loved it, our 4yr old was absolutely petrified :(). It should absolutely be top of your list if you have a young family. There is a main swimming pool and a shallow 50cm pool for little ones. There are several lifeguards at any one time. You're not allowed to reserve the sunbeds, so you always have a choice of where to be - in the sun or shade, whatever is your preference. There is a special chair for those less able, to lower them into the water. Many families had SEND children and they all seemed to be having a fantastic time, with no issues. If there are any issues regarding the pool and its hygiene being compromised, staff will close it immediately and clean it. This can mean it's closed for about 4hrs at a time - this happened twice during our 4 day stay but, luckily, we could still use the shallow pool and water park, or pop down to the beach. There is the on site water park, which is fantastic for kids who are able to walk independently and take themselves around, albeit that adult supervision is required. There are deck chairs available and lockers. There is an on-site cinema which shows 15-20min films daily from about 10.45am-9.45pm. There is also an on-site soft play, wonderfully air-conditioned!! Kids get 1.5hrs to play, sometimes 1hr if it's really busy. There is a wide variety of food served in the dinner hall for the breakfast and dinner buffets. Lunch is served from a help yourself snack bar outside. Specified drinks are included, as is vanilla/chocolate ice cream. Ice lollies have to be paid for separately. There is a lovely pond at the entrance which keeps fish, terrapins and frogs, very captivating for youngsters. There is a daily Kids Club. Activities run from 11-12/11-12.50/12-12.50 and from 3-4/4.30pm. There are different indoor activities every day, as well as some pool based activities. Staff are really good at giving out the timetables and speaking to families to encourage the children to join in. Staff are so helpful, especially at Reception. The cleaning staff work tirelessly all day to keep every part of the hotel clean. They deserve a special mention for this because it was absolutely spotless. Overall, it's a fantastic family hotel with the best amenities, brilliant location, the all inclusive package offers the best deal for families and it's only a 25min drive from the airport (about €50 taxi fare each way and you can pay by cash or card).

Great location if you want the night life but just far away enough to be quiet at night also. Food good and pool area food also most of the afternoon. All in all, great place. Normally I never spend so much time in leaving a review, but this time I want to do it the right way. The worst vacation I ever had. Entrance looks ok but on a busy street and inpatient drivers beeping and screaming at you while you are looking for on street parking space. Hotel staff does zero to help in any question you might have. The room is very basic for the cost of €600 per day on half board basis. Check in was passable, but not impressive with 2 PCs operational for the 1500 guest capacity. Showers leak and towel structure with giving you a piece of paper for your deposit is more than ridiculous - hold on to it as you will not get your money back even if you return them via tiny plastic barrier at the reception area. This hotel has no idea how to deal with simple things like that - listen carefully - towels should be handled at the separate area so the customer doesn’t have to carry them around up and down the lifts. Return them at the designated pool area - get it ?? Sun loungers are impossible to get and are most uncomfortable, low key. I haven’t seen a life guard around doing any safety checks or addressing any to customers, although “No diving” sign is glued onto the pool in some areas and tiles around it seems quite sharp, what a mess. Floating poo in the pool. Please keep your child 5 cm close to you or someone will jump on you, guaranteed! Make sure you don’t fall out of the balcony as the glass looks and feels more like dummy - not safe or tall enough and flimsy for a building or this type. “Splash park” - half off the time non operational and even when it was - I had two members of staff almost attacking and telling me to take the sun glasses off - unheard! The refrigerator in the rooms closet is almost non-functional and too small to store anything. Staff punched in a few cans into it - to make it impossible to cool your own drinks in case your experience in the bar queue was too much for you to take in. They give you 1 token for each guest for the drinks and make sure you don’t loose any, as the member of staff will insult you that you will have to pay extra €1 for a token replacement. Make sure you hold your plate tight when eating in the dining area as you are about to get knocked by people attacking you from north and south, east and west. ABSOLUTELY NO soundproofing in the room and if you get two to three hours off sleep you are about as lucky as you can get. IMPOSSIBLE to fall asleep due to the noise from the corridor or the street. Absolutely no one respects the evening silence and there are no rules here whatsoever. Guests have no idea how to act and show zero tolerance to others. The food is totally tasteless, uncooked and upon entering the dining room is already stressful and overwhelming with no structure or management whatsoever. This hotel is for people who don't care where their children are or what they are doing because their parent’s are ill-mannered. We managed to spend 3 horrible days out of 4 paid and left before checking out time as couldn’t take this place anymore. Absolute nightmare! Whoever leaves a 5 star review must have been made to do it or probably needs a professional therapist. Do not waste your time, money or energy coming here.

Nice enough hotel, located in a good spot, not too far away from all the Magaluf nightlife. Breakfast did the job, rooms were comfy enough. Swimming pool was mostly clean and good temperature. Price wise not too bad either. Staff weren't always the friendliest, however with some of the people they have to deal with at times, it's to be understood. Overall no real issues or complaints, and if needing a hotel with a pool, free WiFi, a safe to store away valuables and with comfy rooms, also not too far from Magaluf nightlife then this hotel is a great option.

Maybe the hotel is not the newest as the majority in touristic destinations like that, but it's still decent and clean. Hotel staff is super friendly and helpful. Variety of food, everyday something new, they make an effort to satisfy any preference. Good location, just a few minutes walk from the beach, plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Don't forget to give some tips in the hotel, you will be certainly rewarded for it 😉

For those seeking tranquility in summer you’re not in the right place. The hotel is very noisy because of disrespectful guests who make too much noise and let their children run in the corridors. Plus, the sheets of my bed have never been changed during 9 days. The mopping has never been done during my whole stay. The is ok. We spent a holidays here as a family with children. Personnel was polite. Room service cleaned our room every day. There wasn’t a problem with noisy drunk youngsters or any noise from the center of Magaluf. Evening program for adults and music stoped at 23:00. Every evening was a program for the children and after it program for adults. Quality of food was for me quite disaponment. Quantity won against a quality. Wide sandy beach is 5 minutes by the main street. There is many small shops by the way to beach. As a summary i could recomend this hotel as a adequate for a family with children.

The room matched the presentation exactly. While it could have been a bit cleaner, we understand that it’s challenging to thoroughly clean a room in 30 minutes during peak season. We chose the half-board option for our 7-day trip. Breakfast was impeccable with many tasty options. However, dinner was basic compared to other Innside hotels we’ve stayed at. It wasn’t bad, but we would have been better off dining at nearby restaurants. The staff was always nice and friendly. The pool area was clean, had a beautiful view, and featured a DJ to set the right mood.

I stayed at here for a week and found it to be a charming and relaxing property. The highlight was definitely the rooftop restaurant with its stunning views and a long transparent pool. I particularly enjoyed sheltered area of the restaurant. The breakfast menu was just fine. There's room for improvement in some areas. The front office often had long wait times, especially during peak hours. Having more staff or implementing self-check-in and out's kiosks would be helpful. Additionally, the rooms, though clean, lacked the polish expected from a 4-star hotel. There were minor maintenance issues like visible access opening on the bathroom ceiling and dirty debris on the corner walls. However, the biggest drawback was the lack of soundproofing. I could hear everything from neighboring rooms and hallway noise, significantly impacting my sleep quality. This is a major concern for a 4-star establishment! Despite these shortcomings, I appreciated the unique nature of the property with its beautiful outdoor spaces and convenient shops. With some improvements, this hotel could be a truly exceptional stay.

Unfortunately the hotel looks good from the outside but you can not expect much. Try breakfast is really bad. I never had such a terrible breakfast in a 4 star resort. The coffe comes from a old Automat. No option for vegan people. The rest of the food is old and not fresh. The breakfast room is always very dirty. Kids running and touching the breakfast with their hands. We always ate breakfast outside. The rooms are clean and nice. The service is friendly. Half of the pool is not allowed to used because it belongs to a private fitness club. So it’s not enough space for the hotel guests. I wish I would note this before. The location is in a party area, during the night you hear other tourists shouting and beeing drunk on the hotel corridor. If you want to go party it’s okay but if you want to relax I would not recommend. The hotel stuff is really friendly

I went with a friend in late September (so not peak season). The hotel was amazing. The rooms were clean and looked quite luxurious to us (only minus: no toilet brush). We had a terrace which was great to hang out. Sometimes at night you would be able to hear other guests when they walked past our room, but in those cases they were nearly yelling so cannot really blame the rooms for that (only happened twice in the week we stayed there). We had breakfast included and absolutely loved it, massive selection including vegetarian and gluten free stuff (gluten free even had its own little corner). The choices changed a little every day, we found something we liked every day. I took a video as well but google does not let me upload it, so sumarised they had: many different kinds of bread, buns, crossaints, donuts, pain au chocolates, scrambled egg, pancakes, hash browns, beans, different cheese and sausages, fruits, veggies etc etc etc. The staff was really nice, I twisted my ankle one day and the staff did everything they could to make sure I was okay (got me ice packs, asked if I needed a doctor etc). It takes barely 2 minutes to walk to the beach and the beach was really clean. There are lots of shops and restaurants close by so good for window shopping as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitvely come back if the chance arises. Would recommend 10/10. Just please put a toilet brush in the rooms :D

Never again in my life! They cheated us out of money - the deposit, which should have been returned to us upon departure! They should have given us a signed receipt that was needed at return but we didn't get anything! I asked the old lady if she gave us everything we needed to check-in and she said yes with a big smile! We knew that we have to pay a deposit of €30 for each person in cash, so we went to withdraw money at the ATM upon arrival! They will convince you that you are all wrong and you didn't give them anything! Horrible attitude! I really regret that I didn’t ask for the camera footage. If you don't plan to spend your vacation partying - all day and all night, definitely don't come here! Guests (mostly "children" 20-25) will not let you sleep from the first day until your last day! Even if you kindly ask them to lower the volume of their music or to stop shouting and banging on all the things and doors, and I'm not talking about what they were doing in the corridors! Silent hours mean nothing to them! The apartments looked prettier in the photos than in reality, for that price I expected much much more. I'm not even talking about how we got used towels with makeup on them instead of clean ones! We specifically asked them to have rooms close to each other (we were group of family members - no kids), it was possible to choose, however they were on the same floor but far from each other. I wanted to give max of 3 stars because of a good variety of food and gym and maybe pools, but after this deposit lost because of their fault I totally lost my patience!!

These apartments are absolutely appalling. Mould on the ceilings & walls, rusty radiators, broken furniture, cracked tiles. The place was filthy with hair all over the place which certainly was not ours. I complained to reception and we were moved to a refurbished room. Whilst the room had a fresh coat of paint and a new bathroom. The cleaning standards were still in question. The floor was filthy again with hair around the place that wasn’t ours and there was snot stuck to the tiles in the bathroom. The towels provide were washed out grey in colour instead of white. Not soft, I would use better at home cleaning my floors. If you are looking for clean and comfort this is not the place. You’ll find better at a holiday camp.

Stayed in September 2019. The room was clean. The food was good. However the cleaning staff do not take no for an answer, so if you want a chilled day in your room with no interruptions.....its not going to happen. They force you to get out. Also on the bed was a sheet. No blankets or extra sheets, and although it was warm through the day it was freezing on a night. They definitely need to provide blankets. The bar in the apartments was also charging for food and drinks which is a total rip off when your paying for all inclusive. Not a long walk to the inclusive hotel but still not good. Wouldn't stay again.

Rooms do not match description and aren't clean. When we first got here the women was so rude and she tried to make us pay more money due to the Spanish laws changing. We were not notified by this and lucky did not have to pay. Couldn’t get water throughout day had to have a token for cup and if u lost it or it got taken for any reason you have to pay 1 euro. Definitely not worth the money and do not pay all inclusive because it really isn’t. Over all false advertisement.

Amazing hotel, went for a short getaway with my partner. Very clean, even the hallways smelt lovely on the way to our room! Service was good. All inclusive was more than expected with multiple places to eat included. Great drinks and food and also wasn't too busy when we went beginning of September. Just a short walk down to the beach from one of the 3 pools. One day we walked to the water park and there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby.

Hotel was amazing, we had a room with my family at the front of the hotel on the top floor, not a bad view of the city and well clean beds, comfortable for those with an aching back. Food was delicious with breakfast, lunch and dinner served in many different restaurants - including two buffets and smaller bars with more options to choose from. Location was also good since it is not far from town but also has a nearby convenience store to grab snacks. There are some problems when the pools are very cold, unable to warm up the water which I decided to sun bathe in the deck chairs instead, quite overcrowded with the amount of people in a single hotel. Another problem was with the conditioner that I used was not effective at all, my hair was still greasy after a day from a shower. Hotel staff were also very polite and helpful in a friendly manner which my family bought a necklace from the jewellery stand in the lobby. Mostly recommend this hotel for travellers to stay in during the holidays for a week or two!

The hotel overall is very nice, food and drinks are amazing, rooms are spacious and nicely decorated, you get everything you need. Staff is incredibly helpful and kind, rooms are being looked after every day. View is amazing, it is quiet despite kids being in the hotel, beach is near and so is everything you want and need. I do recommend it, it is amazing. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5: I would wish that they would change the sheets at least about 2 times in a week of staying, but we didn't mind nonetheless. We also got a bit dirty towels one time, so I ask the staff to be careful about that. We asked the staff to give us a new set and they did - it was completely clean this time. We will gladly return.

This hotel seems to be confused about which is its target market. It caters for children, full of rambunctious kids clubs, while simultaneously playing aggressive loud adult ‘club’ music by the pool starting early in the morning (from, say, 11am). Overall, would not recommend if you are hoping for a relaxing and quiet time. While the buffet breakfast is large, it would do better by reducing the scope of its offering and letting people relax a bit longer in the morning.

There is not enough good words to say how wonderful this hotel and it's stuff it is. Decorated in some kind of boho style, you have impression that you are in a great resort. It is clean, with excellent maintenance, fresh bathroom towels every day. Hotel stuff is very kind, polite and helpful and they do everything they can to help and serve their guests. Food choice is large, with lots of varieties every day, anything that you can imagine is there from fresh salads, ham, sausages and cheese, freshly made eggs and omelets with whatever you want, variety of meat, fish and sea food for dinner, lots of fresh fruits, 5 types of milk and 3 of yogurt, large variety of bread, pastry and juices. During summer season there is live music on outdoor terrace, very good bands. The only downside of this hotel is that there is not enough sunbeds on terrace with 2 pools so people get up very early to take place by pool. Also if you want to swim in a sea, so called LEVEL guests have free beach sunbeds on one side, but on the other side the other guests of this hotel must pay on the beach where are sunbeds for hotel guests and this year price was 40€ for 2 sunbeds and umbrella (normal price on public beaches was 16 to max. 20€ for 2 sunbeds and umbrella).

We just got back from staying here with our 3 year old and had the best time! The hotel has such a relaxing vibe to it I love the boho style! The breakfast was amazing and to sit outside overlooking the sea and beach was amazing! Staff were helpful and helped us hire a pushchair and we got to check in early. Can’t wait to come back

Great service provided by the entire staff and crew including concierge,pool and restaurant staff. The breakfast is quite decent and has a wide variety of food. Multiple pools that fit no matter family or couples. The location is right on beachfront so the access to beach is 5*. Just the parking is a bit clumsy i got fined €100 of illegal parking. Room is not too noise proof but it’s okay for younger travelers.

We loved our stay and are considering this hotel for our next visit. It is well located and definitely family-oriented. We booked a room with Level Club access. If you’re spending time close to the hotel, it makes sense to include Level access. They serve a good breakfast with à la carte options, offer a canapé and cocktail hour from 5-6 PM, and throughout the day you can get soft drinks and small snacks, and either enjoy time at a private pool or by the sea. For Level members, sunbeds by the sea are free of charge. The rooms are nice. Our little one found a small present there, which made her really happy. The hotel also has a very cool kids club with very friendly and caring staff. Our daughter, who is usually shy with new people, loved playing with them in the evening. Parents have the option to leave their kids there from 8-10 PM. During the day, they offer different activities. I think the hotel managed to find amazing people working there who are entertaining kids. The hotel also has activities for adults, such as yoga, aqua aerobics, meditation, etc. We also had dinner included, and it was good. There wasn’t a huge variety, but the quality of the food was really good, and I think everyone could find something for themselves. However, I can’t say the same about breakfast. It seemed big but somehow average. Still, it had a standard selection. We preferred the breakfast in the Level Club. I can only recommend this hotel, especially if you have kids. They won’t be bored! :)

One of the best view you will get if you book sea view side. Everything was wonderful. We had a half board. For the breakfast as usual 4 star quality. But for the dinner, for my baby i asked for grilled fish once, who made the grilled he was putting to much salt because i asked him for 2nd time. Again the next day same. So i understand that was restaurant policy (may be). Overall experience nice other that dinner.

We had a bad experience at this hotel . The room wasn’t that we was expected… I took some pictures , light at the entrance was broken, the curtains very old whit holes , we had problems in the bath whit the drain , we had 3 singles beds in the room , like in the hospital 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️. The breakfast? Every morning eggs , milk, croissants… dinner was better but not like was expected … is not a 4stars hotel . The view is wonderful and the advantage that they have a lift that takes you to the beach. The internet is not working as well , we’ve been travelling whit a baby and a toddler, we arrived late at the hotel , we asked for some dinner and they just told us that we can’t eat there and we have to go out ,to find a restaurant around the hotel whit two kids at 11-12 o’clock? but we paid for dinner as well , we didn’t had kettle , was very important to clean the baby bottles and prepare milk … thanks but we will NEVER visit this hotel again. Is not a family hotel, no pool for kids , a play area , but missing toys … The staff was friendly, just a bad experience at the pool , my husband ask for a strong mojito and told him that will cost double money… for what ? Sure , was expected to pay more but not double…. Avoid this hotel!!!!

The place is clean the location is perfect and the views too . The rooms are spacious but very plain for a 4 star rating …the mattress is very hard the room has only 2 plugs to charge what you need air condition barely worked . The parking is very small so need to book in advance and it’s 20€ per night be aware .

We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights, in September '24. Everything was ok, the hotel is big and has many facilities (+ bonus for the elevator that takes you directly to the beach). We had half-board meals included and seaview room, at 9th floor. The dinner is not "wow", but you get used to it from the 2nd-3rd day. Very varied and good breakfast. Drinks at dinner are not included in the price, they must be paid separately. Any extra facility is paid for (safe box 3 euros/day, parking in front of the hotel 20 euros/day, minibar in the room - they had several packages). I didn't stay at the hotel pool, it looked nice... but the water wasn't heated. (although the pool was on the South side, the sun only came around 10-11 o'clock, and you stayed in a cone of shade until then). There are no free parking lots around the hotel, and the area is a bit on the "hill". Be prepared to climb a bit to the hotel, if you are on foot. Overall it was ok, we were not bothered by the noise of the Magaluf area or the other guests, it was perhaps a more chill period, being September. We were scared due to other reviews where they said that the hotel/area is noisy. Good thing I still booked here.

The location of this resort is perfect, it’s right on the beach and close to lots of restaurants, bars, and nightlife, but also far enough way you don’t get woken up by noise. Rooms were clean and a good size with a nice view. The patio, the pool and cabanas were nice. Only downside was there was lots of smokers next to us, so the hallways smelt like smoke and if I left my patio door open the smell would come in. Overall I’d recommend this resort,

I wholeheartedly recommend this holiday destination! The staff is nice and helpful. Breakfasts are delicious with a very large selection of food.Spacious rooms, well-maintained and clean. A big plus for the cleaning ladies who took care of the cleanliness of the room every day and the contents of the fridge with drinks :) For me, a personal plus was the beautiful and cozy smell throughout the hotel. Ideal location, not far from the capital. Supermarkets, restaurants and other attractions are nearby, in addition, the proximity of the beach is a huge plus I really recommend it!

Great modern hotel, cozy beds, great view, cleaning service every morning. Food great, breakfast and diner buffet type. For dinner always some cooked meals, specialties, soup and desert. Pools are amazing. Renting of sun beds on 1st floor pool is too expensive.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 days, in the beachhouse suite. Rooms were always clean. Air conditioning worked great when sliding door was closed. Breakfast great, with the fastest staff. They always clear up immediately. Pool was clean but sunbeds always occupied all day. Please dear Innside, clear away the towels when the loungers are not occupied. Beach was great, 2 sunbeds on the beach cost 20 euros We recommend the hotel to others and we would love to come back. Thank you for the lovely staff!

Excellent location, especially very practical from pools to sea 😊 Pools great, sun bed credit system from 15 to 100 eur (Bali beds) Rooms, although with sea view, when more on the side, you only see a “glimpse of the sea” and mostly the parking/other hotel(s). Our second stay at the hotel wasn’t as great as the first. The reception team was friendly and nice, but unfortunately, I can't say the same for the breakfast staff. There was a young lady with brown hair—when I kindly asked her for oat milk (by the way, she didn’t know what oat milk was and had to ask her colleague), she began laughing with her colleagues, talking ironically, and repeatedly saying ‘oat milk’ in a mocking tone. I found this completely disrespectful; I wasn’t asking for anything complicated, just a simple milk alternative. After 5-10 minutes, she brought me hot milk, which was regular dairy milk, not oat milk, and left without saying a word. This kind of attitude is unacceptable. As for breakfast, the food at the buffet was good, but the hygiene was lacking. I constantly saw flies on the food, which is unacceptable for a 4-star hotel. Thankfully, I had level access and was able to order food, which was fresh and delicious. Pancakes were puffy and tasty and eggs Benedict were unforgettably good. The chefs were really amazing. Apart from that, the rooms were clean, the location was great, and the beach was just a 2-minute walk away.

Checking in went good. The pools are very nice and drinks at pool are reasonable. Breakfast was good, however do not try to drink the coffee from the machines!!! I love coffee, I drink a lot of coffee (not fussy with type or flavour etc) however I couldn’t drink half a cup! However there is brewed coffee inside. I didn’t try it though. I was quite disappointed with reception and room service. I phone 6 times one night, once they picked up and put me through to room service, and again - no answer. This was around 10:30pm at night. I had to go outside to find some snacks.

It is a good hotel located next to bus stops 104-105, providing easy access to Palma. The atmosphere is nice, and the place is clean. The staff offers excellent service. You can store your luggage there. A single sunbed on the hotel beach costs €20, while a double sunbed costs €100, and comes with towels and a free bottle of drink—I can't remember if it was sparkling wine or champagne. You can order food, and the prices are reasonable. Breakfast also taste good.

Probably the worst check in ever! Worst Service ever! We booked our stay at the end of July. When we booked through expedia it defaulted our guest from 3 to 2. We have a teenager who travelled with us. When we checked in and notice this they would not allow my daughter to stay with us and insisted it was only 2 guests allowed and the third would have to get a second room as by law anyone over 13 cannot stay with there parents. This was the most ridiculous thing I ever heard as hotels will charge for a third person per night. This room had a king bed and a sofa. So we had to pay almost 2500 extra for a second room as there was nothing available in the area. (by the way we went to Ibiza and they never heard of this rule before and were disgusted that they woudl do this to us.) They literally stole from us. Breakfast was a distaster every morning. We would have to wait 20 minutes just for someone to take our order and this lady was miserable and rude everyday. Buffet was nothing special-pretty sad to say. I used to work in the hotel industry and this was completing shocking to me, how employees are so rude and not willing to help but to take advange of people. Rooms are nice and the beach is beatiful but there a nicer places to go and staty than here. I do not recommand this place at all.

We are a family of four and we have just finished a ten night stay at the hotel. We had a great time and didn't want to leave. The hotel it self has just transitioned to a family hotel. Over the ten days you could see constant improvements to the facilities. So much to do and the animation club is great for the kids. Gabriel and his team keep the kids entertained while the adults can take part in other entertainment or just relax. Three different pools mean that you don't have to listen to the kids going crazy all the time. The rooms were cleaned daily and the air conditioning in the rooms are excellent, I had to turn it off at times. The dinning facility was busy but you could get a good variety of food and we never had to queue. I will be booking again next year. Expectations? I suppose it depends on what kind of person you are. A family holiday for me it is to have a good time and expect a few problems along the way.

The hotel was great. Bar staff very good. me and one of my boys didn’t like food but maybe down to taste. But was plenty on offer. To be fair the animation team made our 10 day holiday. Me the wife and the boys had a great time. We don’t usually do activities but the animation team got us into darts pool and other activities so thank you everyone especially the animation team great work thank you guys. Trust me we will be back hopefully see some regular faces. Thank you all

Family of 3, just finished a 5 night stay. Great hotel in a great location. Lots of food avaliable at different times, something for everyone. Drinks are unlimited from 10.30am until 11pm including alcohol, had to queue a bit in the evening but that's understandable. the slides were on at particular times but that is due to it being off season, our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels. All staff were nice and friendly. The beach is a few minutes away, with lots of restaurants, fast food places & little shops for drinks/snacks. The entertainment was fine, the sound system was a bit quiet so couldn't really hear the singers, but it's what you make of it.

have enjoyed one week family holiday. the rooms are modern & very clean, fresh towels daily. the food was good quality for all inclusive, always a variety of dishes to choose from. we haven't experienced any sun lounger wars as I had read in other reviews. 3 pools to choose from, we prefer the more relaxed breeze pool. location very central 5 mins walk to beach, plenty shops/bars. only negative is the cues at the bar are too long & entertainment is aimed at much younger children. staff are helpful & polite. jet2 rep on site most days.

Gabriel the entertainment manager was brilliant with the whole family. He is creative and great with the children and adults, encouraging them to take part in activities. Evening entertainment was good, some nights brilliant. The whole events and entertainment team are wonderful and make all the difference to this hotel. Most of the staff are really helpful and friendly. Cleaning staff are great! Room was cleaned daily and the cleaning staff were helpful when we had an issue on our room. Food was plentiful, some of it lacking in seasoning, but on the whole good. The only issue we had was a leaking ceiling in the suite bathroom, it took quite a few days to fix and the bathroom was like a river, luckily we used to waste bin to collect the water until it was fixed, around 5 days later. I would come to the resort again with smaller children and younger teens. If you have a later flight you will need to leave your luggage in the hotel luggage room. There are lockers that cost €2 each time you open them. If you don’t have a €2 coin you may be in trouble. The hotel reception staff were not that helpful and it took a bit of a stressful conversation to finally get a token in exchange for 2 x €1. It shouldn’t be like that and definitely made for a slightly stressful time for my daughter who was trying to exchange the Money for a token.

I was there 5 nights in which I could not sleep. The hotel is full of only 20-30 year olds, and maybe even younger people who drink all day long while the bar closes and then go back to the rooms and start screaming in the hotel's corridors until the morning. The story is then repeated. The beach was quietly than the hotel. I recommend all hotels around but not this one. If you are, of course, not 20-30 years old and you are not looking for that

This is the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I have been traveling all over the world, throughout many years. And I find this sh**hole of a hotel the absolute worst place I have ever stayed. Let's start with the bathroom. Toilet is dirty. Shower is dirty, towels are dirty, floor has broken tiles, light is poor, and walls have broken tiles. 4 small bags of shower soap and no changing of the towels during the stay. Hall: safe cost 20 euro extra pr week, and I can't lock the balcony door. The closets have no doors. Looks like they have been ripped of as there are big marks/scars in the cabinet. Air conditioner is actually working, but sounds like it's gonna die any day soon. Room. One mirror on the wall and two lamps. That's it. Nothing else. Not a cheep poster no prints from e-bay.... nothing. Except the occasional ant. Cleaning is very bad. Dirt along the walls. Bed linings are extremely thin and the mattress does not fit the bed properly so it needs to be put back in place from time to time. No telephone to call the reception (and if you wanna sleep you really need it. I'll come back to it) The TV... well my 14 inch laptop is bigger. No ceiling light. Balcony got a ok size but there is no table. Only two really cheep plastic chairs. And of course; Dirty! Neighbors are ONLY 16-25 year old, and just here to party 24/7, witch the hotel obviously think is fine. I booked a all inclusive adults only hotel and got this. Neighbors are extremely loud from 11am - 5/6am All inclusive: if you like fried soggy food it's allmost fine. The rest of the buffet is very dry and uninviting, and taste like something my dog would turn away from. Limited sorts of drinks. Beer, 4 sodas and red and white wine on tap. Pool: the pool area is right out sad. Filled with ants and bugs, sun beds are mostly broken and once again, only youths between 16-25 who all have their own speeker and everyone is playing different music at full volume. Staff: not friendly. Just doing what they have to. Had cleaning coming into my room when I was naked just out of the shower. No knocking on the door, just right in. Told her to leave but she refused. Picked up som trash, looked around and left after 2 minutes. Review: 0 stars!!! DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!! Guest form Norway, traveling alone

Hotel facilities are not the best but could be worst. Rooms are mostly clean and fresh towels are provided. Food was edible but there is a lack of options and variety. Staff were friendly and helpful and bar staff were lovely. Guest and general experiences weren't the best, hotel was constantly loud and some guests were disruptive. ( however this is not totally the hotels fault) overall it was an alright hotel for a messy holiday in Magaluf.
