As a resident of the Island, I was seeking a relaxing experience for the day. A friend of mine recommended the Vista Sol Spa. As I arrived, I was welcomed by a very warm and friendly lifeguard, who Introduced himself as Pablo. Pablo then went on to inform me he would be keeping me safe today. I thought it was a really lovely gesture.
I arrived at the spa around 12 pm, and i left at 2pm and I was the only one there. I made full use of the amenities available. Everything was great, the temperature of the pools and the sauna was perfect. There was a lovely ambiance throughout the spa with relaxing music. It was clean and tidy and is well maintained.
The changing area was clean and spacious, with safety lockers available for personal belongings. I was also given a shower cap and towel at the hotel reception when I paid for my spa experience.
Overall I had a very relaxing, stress free time in the spa. I will definitely return and also recommend to my family and friends.

So, the rooms are in average condition, although at the time of our stay, the hotel was undergoing renovation, which is a separate issue.
I'll start by saying that we were informed in advance, but only after making the booking. I asked if we could at least get a discount on breakfast, but we were refused. The response was that it wouldn’t disturb us, as the noise would only affect those with rooms that don’t have a sea view. If it bothers us, they would figure something out together with us. Well, it did bother us, and we are currently trying to resolve this issue.
Next, a woman at the reception told us that we could leave our car in the courtyard in front of the entrance, as there was a white line there. After that, we went for a walk for an hour. When we returned, we found a lock on our wheel and a notification of a fine of 25 euros. Any arguments from the receptionist, who replaced the previous staff member, didn’t concern him; he simply pocketed the money but gave us a 5 euro discount on the fine. It felt like a scam. There was no receipt or sign indicating that it was private parking, which should have been posted at the parking spot.
The humidity here is high, and the accommodation isn’t properly ventilated. The air conditioner works from 3 PM to 11 PM and only with the windows closed. If you decide to open the windows at night, you hear noise from the street, like disco music or people having fun. According to the rules, noise is prohibited after 11 PM.
In general, the price is normal and reasonable, but the attitude towards guests is quite dismissive.

Well, overall the experience was alright. The people, the view of the room all great but the food… sorry but in Spain u expect at least to have the vegetables tasty but no.. we have tried all the food - breakfast and dinner in each time the food was not satisfying.
Anyway, I can say overall, stay in this hotel for that price. Location and the view is nice but the food is not worth to try
Thanks

For the price we had to pay (1week = 300€ for 2 pax) it’s a Nice stay. And the reception was always nice and welcoming to help. Would recommend.

I booked on the hotel website and paid extra for a room called PARTIAL VISTA MAR, but I got PREMIUM only, which was cheaper. I spent an hour at the reception desk to have the receptionist from India tell me that I wouldn't get the room I booked and that she didn't know WHY the hotel website had different photos when both rooms had a side sea view? what? She wasn't interested in the explanation that I had paid extra! She called somewhere and only gave me a room on a higher floor due to construction work, which I had checked in advance that was going on at the hotel, so I chose the room based on the photo, on the other side of hotel than i got! Catastrophic attitude, never again, unfortunately in December the hotel offer is limited. The room was cleand and avarege.
