Its location is advantageous, being in close proximity to the beach, restaurants, and shopping establishments. The staff demonstrated remarkable friendliness and professionalism.
The breakfast and dinner were amazing! They had a huge selection of food.
The swimming pools were well-maintained, and the sunbeds were comfortable. The bar offered reasonably priced beverages, and the pool area was enlivened by pleasant music throughout the day. I am particularly grateful for the complimentary gesture from the hotel in acknowledging my birthday, which added a thoughtful touch to my stay.❤️ Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Sol House The Studio and intend to return next year.🙏😊

We booked this via on the beach and it had 4 pictures of another hotel, this was very disappointing. It is in a very loud location if you want an easy quite night to choose one away from the centre. Room it self needed work doing repair and repainting a few bits and bobs. Overall it was good and great food, food was amazing! Also staff were very helpful! I would suggest they replace doors on the balcony more sound proof and do a bit of redecorating and there would be nothing to complain about!

The hotel is located in a nice location near the beach, surrounded by markets, fast food and bars. The staff is friendly, always in a good mood and ready to help in any way. The internet covers the room, the whole hotel and we had no problems with that. The food is varied on a buffet basis. Disadvantages - For a married couple, double beds are a bad solution! Sleeping in the middle is mission impossible! Every other day we had to pour water into the cauldrons for physiological needs, the ventilation air conditioner works occasionally. Those are some of the shortcomings of the hotel. The complaint can be because order and peace are not respected in the middle of the night when mostly British tourists return and they are very noisy and inarticulate. British women will be recognized by their weight and false eyelashes, and they are usually the loudest! If we respect home order and peace, we at least deserve the same in return!

Polite staff, rooms was nice and cleaned everyday. We had a problem with the shower was fixed quickly.
Breakfast was a huge selection so plenty to choose from. Pool was clean and had dj playing music. We didn't use the pool so can't comment on them. Location brilliant we was in the middle of everything. Safes come with your room which is a bonus. Shower gel, hand wash, shampoo included. Cleaners very polite to. Didnt really hear much noise in rooms but if your staying in a asult hotel expect it.Thank you guys for a lovely time and we will definitely will be back!!!

My boyfriend and I played 1800 euro from 15 August to 22 August, we arrived there on the 15th around 9 pm. First of all, the hotel doesn’t look anything like the pictures on the booking. The exterior of the building looks like a dorm, the interior too. But that wasn’t necessary the problem. The reception was very dirty, the room too. Our first room was at the 3rd floor, the walls were dirty, with black shoes marks all over it. The chair was covered in white/invisible stains( I don’t want to think what was that, but probably sperm) and the bed linen was stained too with makeup (I think because it looked like foundation), red, and something black on it. Also, the mattress had a big blood stain on it. In the bathroom, there was mold everywhere. The balcony wasn’t clean at all also. I went to the reception to change the room, the guy told me it’s not possible because they don’t have any free rooms. He even came upstairs to check the room, and he saw by himself how dirty it was. But three hours later, a group of people came and checked in. The guy told me he will leave a message to the reception for those coming in on the morning shift to change our room. He could have gave us one of those rooms and ask the cleaning lady to clean up our room for those who came later. But I’ve put on some towels on the bed and I went to sleep like that. The next morning, I went down to the reception to change the room again. The lady there (with glasses on, with a little bit of extra weight), told me that she doesn’t know anything about it, and that she can’t change the room because they are fully booked, and if I already slept there, I can sleep like that for 6 more nights. Which wasn’t very professionally of her. I asked to speak to the manager and she told me he’s not there, and after I told her I’m going to call the consumer’s protection and the local police, she gave him a call and he came from the pool area. After a long conversation with him, he changed our room, but even on the new room, the bed linen was dirty and I had to call for a new set. Never going back there, I’m not recommending to anyone. Oh, and on the reception, after a few days, we saw a big bug on the floor, and at breakfast there were ants around the food.
