My stay at the hotel was very pleasant. The room was beautifully furnished, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the blackout curtains worked perfectly. We stayed in an Extra Space room and it was wonderful to have a large terrace and a small private pool at our disposal.
Overall, the hotel staff was very kind, although I believe the reception team could improve in terms of guest interaction: simply greeting guests in the morning when they pass by would make a big difference, especially when they are busy chatting among themselves. Apart from that, the restaurant staff was super friendly and attentive, especially the younger team members.
We experienced a small issue with dinner on our first night, but I truly appreciated how the manager and his assistant personally called our room every day to check on our satisfaction. This level of care and attention completely erased the inconvenience of the first evening and made us feel truly looked after – thank you for that!
The housekeeping ladies were all very kind, and we were very satisfied with their service. The rooftop pool staff was also very polite and welcoming. I’d also like to clarify something I had read in other reviews before our stay: both rooftop pools are available for hotel guests. The sunbeds on the left side are free of charge, while those on the right side are managed by a private company and require a fee. The cost (€60 per person) includes a large daybed with pool-and-sea view, one bottle of water, a plate of fruit, one alcoholic cocktail, and a large bottle of cava. In my opinion, this price is absolutely fair for what you get. The atmosphere was great, with music and a DJ playing all day.
Just two small suggestions:
• the water in both pools was far too cold,
• and it would be nice if children’s diving into the pool could be restricted, as it can disturb those who are there to relax.
The position of the Hotel it's 10/10!
All in all, it was a truly enjoyable stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Hmmmmmm so this is our second time here and we are regular users of melia hotels as we know and trust the base of standard of service expected. So I booked a larger room with sea view and balcony. It was on the 2nd floor so not a great view which was dissapointing. The hotel could not move us as it was fully booked until the following day which was ok. We were moved to the 4th floor with better views. I did want to use my birthday melia voucher to upgrade but again this is subject to availability etc. I asked if I could have a late checkout instead and was told they were not interchangeable. So as we are leaving late we shall have to pay a late checkout charge although at the time of writing I have been told the room we are in it may not be possible. I guess I have to take the birthday voucher up with melia rewards scheme as its not the individual hotels fault per say but what use is a reward that cannot be redeemed ever?
Location
The location is superb handy to beaches, shops and public transport and eateries.
Cleanliness
Exceptional as always the room cleaners clean very well and change bedding and towels even if not asked.
Swim up loft
Not swim up at all see picture it is knee high and used by birds but it's still nice for a cool down we had this room last time but I wouldn't sit in it as birds defecate in in daily, they can't help it and it's cleaned daily but it cannot be helped.
Pool on roof
So the staff were rude to us up there it was nearly empty, we are here end of the season and we didn't know you had to use certain sun beds again even though place had 6 people up there. We were ushered quickly away from Seaview beds to the beds that look to the street only, the man said they were for paying clients only. Funny as I thought that's what we were. I should explain the hotel sold or rented out the rooftop terrace and pool to an outside company. We were made to feel so unwelcome we never used it again. No need we can use the beach 3 min walk away but it's worth noting if you really use a hotel pool. You can use the beach and buy drinks from the local shops to support them instead and the sea is somehow warmer than this pool hence why no one was in it. We saw another of our fellow hotel guests trying to only take photos on the big Bali beds also being ushered away due to the hundreds of people (joke) waiting to use them. Very strange behaviour by the staff up there it's like they do not want any business.
Breakfast
Exceptional the range is immense but cold but there is a handy microwave that you can use to heat it up so no issues. Great freshly made omlettes although you need to specify well done otherwise the male chef will not cook the inside but again if you get this just use the microwave.
Appalling crockery that needs to go in bin as dangerous shards of crockery end up in yr food see pics. I hear you say get ones without chips but tbh nearly every cup and bowl have chips so that's not as easy as you think. The range of food is amazing and coffee is great.
Beds
Very comfortable which is rare, aircon not noisy.
Facilities in room
Would prefer bed in middle of room and sofa near patio doors as privacy from other guests is hard to get otherwise. We had no kettle for tea as nesspresdo machines in rooms. This was no problem as you can request extras anytime through the app. Double tvs both turn on which is frustrating but you just have to cover signal with yr hand when changing channels of streaming.
Love the free daily refreshments of beer water and apple juice.
Birthday gift of drink in room was nice touch.
Photos below self explanatory for each item mentioned.
This hotel is more a serviced apartment feel which a 24 hour secure desk. We like this as hate claustrophobic hotels. It is missing a bar area to chill in for sure but there are many bars surrounding.

My friend and I stayed here for 3 nights which was highly recommended by a friend. We went in September, not too busy, a walk away from the beach and Starbucks. Close to the main party street but far enough to not be so noisy. Nice pool area with plenty of sunbeds available. The staff allowed us to take a shower in their gym amenities on check day as we spent the day by the pool once check out of our room. I would definitely choose this hotel again if I go back to La Palma.

The hotel is centrally located in Magaluf, yet pleasantly quiet thanks to the well-insulated windows. The rooms are modern, clean, and very comfortable – definitely a highlight of our stay. Housekeeping was excellent, and most of the staff at reception and around the pool were genuinely friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, there was one particular dark-haired woman who worked mainly at breakfast and around the pool who left quite a different impression: her attitude was often unfriendly, which stood out against the otherwise welcoming atmosphere.
Nice pool area but the pool water was much too cold, it was unfortunately unenjoyable due to this cold temperature
Breakfast was decent, though nothing special. Dinner, however, was a real disappointment. The selection was repetitive, most dishes were lukewarm at best, and the flavor was almost nonexistent. On our penultimate evening the restaurant was even closed altogether. We were told that the catering company responsible had ended its service from October 1st onwards. As a replacement we were sent to another Meliá hotel nearby – and the difference was striking. There, the food was hot, fresh, and genuinely enjoyable, which only highlighted how poor the quality had been at our own hotel.

The INNSIDE is more of a complex of multiple buildings.
The rooms are super spacious and clean. Beds are amazing and the minibar is stocked with a few freebies. That's an unexpected but welcoming surprise. Love it!
The breakfast buffet is European style with a wide variety and more than sufficient seating even when its getting busy.
I would highly recommend this hotel.
(Also a shout out to the friendly lady at the check-in who recommend free parking locations nearby).
