Great location, awesome staff, modern and renovated rooms and walk in showers. The rooftop pool has a great view. We stayed at the loft apartment for 3 nights. Breakfast was good with lots of choice. It was quiet at night time on our side of the hotel😎👍

A top hotel with a perfect location nothing to complain about Everything is close by, just 1 minute walk from the beach. The pool is amazing, and the service is impeccable. We went there for my friend’s birthday, and she had a surprise every single day. Honestly, it was perfect. I own a travel agency, and this is the only hotel I’ll be recommending to my clients from now on. Even the staff were incredibly warm, always smiling, and the service quality was outstanding.

After the chess festival in Mallorca, I stayed at INNSiDE by Meliá Calviá Beach and had a fantastic experience. The hotel has a modern and stylish vibe — rooms are bright, comfortable, and well designed. The rooftop glass-bottom pool was definitely a highlight, offering stunning views and a unique visual experience.
The location is excellent — just steps from the beach and shopping areas. Breakfast was varied and tasty, and the staff were friendly and efficient. Highly recommended for travelers looking to relax in style after a busy event.

My experience at this hotel can be described as “a shit hotel disguised as a nice hotel” – from unhelpful staff to incomplete accommodations, I will not be returning to Innside at Calvia Beach, nor any other Melia hotels. The rude staff member at the front desk upon our arrival immediately began yelling at my third guest, saying that there is a “two person per room” policy that was NOT disclosed with my Chase travel agent. Rudely, this front desk attendant seemed completely fine abandoning three young women in a country they are unfamiliar with, demanding the only way we were allowed to stay was by booking an additional room. Fearful of splitting up my group of travelers among separate hotels, we were forced into purchasing another hotel room. An additional charge for an extra guest/extra wristband would have been appropriate here, however your hotel chose to endanger my group and I, milking us for hundreds of Euros up front.
After purchasing this extra room – your hotel staff should have been absolutely doting on us, making sure our standards were met, however this was not the case at all. When we were finally able to check in (to our two separate rooms), the new attendant they had on the front desk was all over the place – confused about why there were two rooms under one name, who was staying in which room, the number of guests per room… even though it was all right there on his computer screen. When we eventually are checked in, we are sent to the elevators only to find that the front desk attendant forgot to activate our wristbands for elevator use, so we had to go back over and wait for help yet again.
Once we are finally able to access our rooms, we notice that the AC and refrigerator in the room originally booked were NOT functioning. We brought this to the attention of the front desk who said someone would be up to make the necessary repairs, however two days went by before the AC began to work. The refrigerator at no point during our stay worked & did not keep our food cold.
We were able to have one day of no issues until it was time to check out. As I was leaving Mallorca a day before the rest of my group, the second room reservation we were forced to book at arrival was set to check out one day earlier than the originally booked room. When I went to check out of one of the two rooms we had booked, the front desk attendant began claiming that this reservation was once again incorrect & upon further inspection, we realized that the person checking us in messed up the check-out date for each room – meaning that they put on file that the room my friends were staying in needed to be checked out of, not mine. When I brought up how ridiculous this was, considering we each had identical rooms with no differences, I was told that my friends would have to move into my old room that I was checking out of. This seemed absolutely ridiculous to us as the error was made on the hotel’s end, so after speaking to a supervisor, they stated the only reason my friends needed to switch rooms was because “it was easier for them.” As we have been nothing but inconvenienced throughout our stay, the only demand we made was to allow my friends to stay in their original room. The supervisor on duty could not come up with a logical reason they could not stay in their original room, so this was eventually worked out.
I chose this hotel thinking that I would be given the luxurious experience I was paying for, however this could not have been farther from the truth. I felt as though the employees working at Innside at Calvia Beach were treating us poorly, assuming we were not smart individuals, and trying to gauge us for money every which way. This entire hotel experience felt like an absolute joke, and I will be making this review public on all platforms. If there is anything Melia can do to remedy this poorly handled situation, I would be willing to discuss, however as of right now, I will be letting everyone and the internet know not to stay at any location within your chain.

I am leaving a review because the experience in this hotel shocked me, we booked a suite for 4 days from the 30th to the 2nd for my boyfriend's birthday, the first evenings we returned around 11:00 p.m. after a restaurant the receptionists looked at us very badly but we didn't say anything, last evening of our stay we returned to the hotel at 3:00 a.m. because my boyfriend and I went out to have fun in a pub nearby, we were stopped by the security guard and a young man who works at the reception looked at me very badly and asked me for my ID and if I was part of the hotel without a filter they clearly made me think that I was an escort who accompanied someone to a room that was not mine I felt humiliated! I'm 23 years old, it's my boyfriend's birthday, so I dressed up in a little black dress that came to my knees!! This is unacceptable, I won't be returning to this hotel and I don't recommend it, no hospitality.
