It much going on around this area. Hotel is huge, checking in was smooth and they served us great tea and sweets. Pool is tempting but too cold to swim now.
Room is a little old and some lights are not working, water pressure is not strong amongst others aging property issues lacking proper maintenance.

**Hotel Review: Disappointing Experience at a "5-Star" Establishment**
I recently stayed at what was advertised as a 5-star hotel, but my experience was far from luxurious. The property appears to have been stuck in a time warp, with little to no updates in over two decades.
Upon arrival, I was greeted by dark, uninviting corridors that immediately set a disappointing tone. The rooms, while spacious, were poorly maintained, featuring outdated furnishings and cleanliness that left much to be desired. It was clear that regular upkeep was not a priority, with dust and grime evident in several areas.
The staff interactions were equally disheartening. On multiple occasions, I witnessed employees arguing with each other in front of guests, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere. It’s hard to enjoy a stay when the staff seems more interested in their disputes than providing quality service.
The buffet options were another letdown. The selection was limited and lacked freshness, making it difficult to find anything enjoyable to eat. Overall, the dining experience felt more akin to a budget hotel than a 5-star establishment.
In summary, this hotel does not live up to its rating. With its aging facilities, unprofessional staff interactions, and subpar dining, I cannot recommend it to anyone seeking a true luxury experience. Save your money and look elsewhere for accommodations that genuinely deliver on their promises.

This hotel is overrated. It is not 5 stars, but 3 stars hotel. First of all the rooms were very cold. The restaurant and corridors also were very cold. The water was also cold and with low flow, combined with cold bathrooms leads to getting sick. Now I am sick.
The food in the buffet during breakfast and dinner lacks variety. Not enough vegetables and fruits.
They don’t put new bottles of water in the rooms, even if we want to pay for them.
The onliest positives were spacious rooms and everyday change of the towels.

Absolutely Disgusting! This Place Should Be Shut Down!
This was, without a doubt, the most revolting experience of my life. Hair. Everywhere. I’m not talking about a stray hair or two – I’m talking about full-on clumps of hair scattered around the bathroom, tangled in the sheets, and even on the pillows. It was as if the cleaning staff collected hair from the drains and decided to “decorate” the room with it.
It gets worse. There was a dried, crusty booger on the sink. Yes, a mucous-covered remnant from a previous guest just sitting there, mocking any notion of hygiene. Absolutely vile.
The sheets were putrid. They reeked of unwashed bodies and had stains that I don’t even want to imagine the origins of. It was like they hadn’t been changed in months. We were so disgusted that we had to sleep with our faces buried in our own t-shirts because the thought of touching those pillows was unbearable.
Honestly, I’ve seen cleaner dumpsters. This place is a biohazard and should be condemned. Do yourself a favor and avoid this health hazard at all costs. If you value your health, sanity, and basic human dignity, stay far, far away!

Thanks, EasyJet, for stranding me in the most revolting hotel on the planet. The sheets were filthy, reeking of sweat and grime - it was like they hadn't been washed since the place opened. Hair was everywhere - in the bathroom, on the pillows, even tangled in the sheets. As if that wasn't enough, there was a crusty booger on the sink. The entire hotel stank of cigarettes, seeping into every corner and making it impossible to breathe. The staff was absolutely useless - I asked for water three times and never got any. This place is a health hazard. Avoid at all costs.
