Our family holiday to was truly unforgettable! The combination of great accommodation, fun activities, and delicious food made for an incredible experience. On first impression, the location of hotel is good-not too far from the airport and the souks. You can book the free shuttle 24 hrs in advance to go to and from the souks which is very handy. Rooms are nice and big and serviced every day. Entertainment is great! The foam party is fab and so are the pool parties. Entertainment staff work really hard to engage everyone. The Aquapark really is a nice addition to the resort and the slides are fun. You can also book spa treatments if required. Best of all, the staff everywhere are brilliant! They are attentive, friendly, helpful and go out of their way to make you comfortable and looked after. Yes the hotel is dated and needs redecorating but the staff are what made our experience memorable :)

Amazing stay at Eden Andalou I recently stayed at the Eden Andalou hotel, and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. The hotel grounds are beautifully maintained, and the atmosphere is both peaceful and luxurious. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed, offering everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The facilities, including the pool and restaurants, were excellent. A special thanks to Mr. Talib at reception, who made our experience even more enjoyable. His kindness, efficiency, and attention to detail ensured that our check-in and stay went smoothly. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and his assistance was truly appreciated. I highly recommend Eden Andalou for anyone seeking a comfortable and memorable stay. We’ll definitely be back.

**Eden Andalou Review** While Eden Andalou presents itself as a 5-star resort, in my opinion, it falls short of this rating. **Pros:** - The general staff, including cleaners, lifeguards, and restaurant personnel, are hardworking and dedicated. - The entertainment team puts in a lot of effort, with the Saturday night pool foam party being a highlight. **Cons:** - The hotel is isolated, with no nearby attractions or amenities. - The food quality is disappointing. I completely agree with other reviews that criticize the monotonous and repetitive menu. - Booking a room on the "poolside" is misleading; it simply means the room faces the pool area, not that it has a direct pool view. Our view was obstructed by a large tree for the entirety of our 10-day stay. - Despite multiple requests to change rooms, the reception team continuously deferred our request, citing full occupancy during peak season. - My experience with the manager, Adnan, was particularly unpleasant. When I raised concerns about our room's obstructed view, he was dismissive and rude, lacking basic customer service skills. His response to my complaint was unprofessional and condescending. Given my experience, I strongly recommend considering other options where paying guests are treated with the respect and consideration they deserve.

Just returned home from this resort. Absolutely incredible resort with amazing staff all round. We had our 2 year old with us & the staff were amazing & so loving towards him. Never had any hotel staff treat our child so well before. Special mention to waiter Taha- he was amazing & did everything he could to make our entire stay remarkable! Food was great, entertainment was very good too, there was always something to do! The room itself wasn’t any room, it was a huge suite! Loved it!
