Huge bed. The staff are all welcoming. The pool was nice and the garden very pretty. The food was mainly good. For a 5 star hotel however is didn't have what we expect. Some things seem a bit old and could be replaced. We only had one dressing gown and one cup in the room. The toilet floor was not clean and there was a lot of debris around window.

A stunning hotel just a short walk from the Medina. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and well-maintained. The food was exceptional—we dined multiple times at the Italian restaurant and enjoyed both the lunch and breakfast buffets, which offered a fantastic variety of fresh, flavorful dishes. The heated pool was perfect, with plenty of loungers available around all three pools. The gardens are beautifully maintained, creating a peaceful atmosphere. I indulged in a spa treatment on our last day, and it was hands down the best massage I’ve ever had, with very reasonable pricing. Every staff member we encountered was warm, courteous, and eager to assist. We can't wait to return in October!

Disappointing experience overall and far from what I’d expect from a 5-star hotel.
No luggage assistance offered at check-in.
Repeated delays for basic requests—iron, toilet paper, towels—each requiring multiple calls and hours of waiting.
Housekeeping was inconsistent: beds made but no fresh towels, gowns, or refreshments provided.
Room service failed to deliver requested items like salt, yet we were disturbed early morning with unrequested water.
Noise at night from furniture being moved disrupted sleep.
Poor customer service at reception—especially when discussing late checkout. Staff were dismissive, unhelpful, and at one point, downright rude.
Pool staff were slow to respond, and I ended up setting up umbrellas myself.
Only highlight was the spa—staff there were friendly and professional.
Despite raising issues during the stay, nothing improved. I remained polite throughout, but sadly, I can’t recommend this hotel.

Pretty weird how this is considered a five star hotel. First, the rooms look old and dirty. There were incomplete amenities. I had to call just to borrow a clothing iron - and they took it after 15 minutes. I guess someone else needed it. My room was on the 4th floor (but it’s all weird, not really fourth floor) and it takes me 5-7 minutes to get to the elevator where it would lead me to the floor of my room in which I had to walk again on a ramp. The carpets on all floors look disgusting like someone died on them. No cooling system on the rooms. The restaurant staff couldn’t be bothered to help me with a glass of water when I had to take my meds. And the girl at the front desk (Safaa, I think was her name) was so bitchy like she was unhappy at her job — didn’t even bother to help me with the cooling in my room. She kept saying she’ll send someone in but never did, even when I followed up twice. Good thing the guy from the reception found a quick solution. Pretty questionable thing to say this is a five star hotel when the staff seemed unprofessional and untrained.
The most commendable part of my stay was your attendant, Mustapha, I loved the energy and his enthusiasm. He was very kind and willing to help all the time and smiled all throughout our LONG WALKS to my room. He stayed professional the whole time. I honestly wish more of your staff would follow his example, they should!! 🤍
I thought this place would be nice based on the photos but they were deceiving. Not recommending to my peers and def not going back to this haunted, stinking, 2-star hotel. And stop putting your mean employees at the reception, they’re ruining the experience for everyone. And make your rooms more accessible.
Additional: Not to mention you can hear every footstep and doors from the outside. 🥲

I quite enjoyed my stay here, if not for a few things which could be easily improved. The friendliness among staff was quite inconsistent. The reception, restaurant, and housekeeping staff were all very friendly, but the security and spa staff were quite unpleasant. We were a group of Asian people eating in the tables near the lobby lifts, and we were told by a security officer to move downstairs and eat near the bar. Once we got down, another officer told us we couldn't eat there at all despite another group of white people beside us also eating and not being told to leave. The receptionist at the spa was also curt and seemed to be in a rush. The rooms were not very soundproofed, and I could easily hear the people upstairs and outside walking and talking. The room service and restaurant food could definitely be improved. The hotel is well-located outside the chaos of the medina area and is still walkable from there. Overall I wouldn't say it's a 5-star hotel on the same level as established Western or Asian hotel chains, but it can easily be a 4-star hotel if they improved a bit.
