We had a couple of problems with the hotel. First the room assigned to us was not as the description when we booked it. On the second day we managed to get a suitable room.
On the last day of our stay, I noticed I was missing a book and a shirt. Once my things were laying on the bed, I thought maybe the cleaning staff took it together the bedsheets by mistake. Went to the reception and they turned to be very useless for this case. Apparently, there is one manager that has access to these things, and the manager arrives late at the hotel. So I actually left without an answer if somebody has found my belongings.
Other than that, the rooms needs more cleaning, its full of stains on the floor and walls, which gives a dirty look.
The rooms are also not isolated, so you hear everything all the time from outside the room. The doors can only be closed by outside by slamming, so you sleep with the sound of slamming doors all the time.
I think its very overrating to consider it a 5 star hotel.

We like it enough to come back. The pool staff are fun and the pool is pleasant with large fluffy towels. BUT the reception is always chaotic and or rude. They have so many forms to fill in. And 100% of our visits the door key cards don’t work so you have to traipse all the way back to reception again and wait in another long queue to get them to activate properly.
The bathrooms only have two thin bath towels in. No floor towels for the shower. No hand towels (this was rectified the second day to be fair)
The breakfast is ok but lacks any real content. Needs more imagination
Can and should do better for its claimed 5 star status

I had the absolute best stay at my hotel in Morocco. From the moment I arrived, I felt incredibly welcome, thanks to the wonderful hospitality of the local people and the hotel staff. Every member of the team was friendly and polite, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Special recognition goes to a young man (whose name I unfortunately forgot to note) and a remarkable young lady named Alkhalese. Both were consummate professionals, embodying the spirit of the hotel with their enthusiasm and dedication. It’s clear they are thriving in their roles, and they truly made my stay memorable.
The amenities provided were excellent and met all my needs. The on-site restaurant was exceptional, offering a superb breakfast that was a delightful way to start each day. The poolside staff were always on hand with kind smiles and attentive service, making my time by the water especially enjoyable.
Housekeeping did a fantastic job as well—trustworthy and proactive, they ensured my room was always in perfect condition. The gym was well-equipped, though I’d suggest updating a few weights to keep the fitness facilities as excellent as the rest of the hotel.
One of the highlights was the ideal location. The hotel is perfectly positioned between the old and new town, making it easy to explore both sides of Moro. Plus, being only a 5-minute walk from Menara Mall was incredibly convenient for quick shopping trips.
Overall, my experience was so incredible that I’m already planning to return in a few weeks. From the friendly staff to the wonderful amenities and unbeatable location, I couldn’t recommend this hotel more highly!

The location is good and near where the actions are. The staffs are professional and nice, the ground is laid-out beautifully. Our room, 2302, looks over the pool work a glimpse of the mosque's minaret. In our room the bed and pillows are comfortable, very good lighting. However, the hotel's management needs to pay more attention to the little details: tea kettle and fridge don't work, our laundry got delivered to a wrong room the wifi got bogged down during prime hours. This hotel serves well for a large group of travelers.

Not a 5 star hotel.
Arrived to find out that there weren’t enough rooms so was given a suite for the first night. It was lovely, however when asked to move in the morning there still wasn’t a room ready for us and we said we needed to keep things in the safe. They kept us waiting in the room on the first day of our holiday.
There are not enough sun loungers for the amount of guests. Never towels ready for people to use the pool. Staff at pool bar are not organised.
Air con in room works but doesn’t go cool enough in 40 degree heat. Temperature in room was never below 25 degrees.
After looking at the reviews since our stay, there seem to be the issue in lots of reviews. All responded to that the hotel will take these things into consideration, yet to be done.
