I had an amazing experience at Kenzi Club Agdal Medina! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated in a modern Moroccan style. The beds were very comfortable, and I loved having a private terrace to relax on. Housekeeping kept everything immaculate throughout my stay, and the little touches like fresh towels and bottled water each day made a big difference. The restaurant offered a fantastic variety of dishes for every taste. The buffet had something new every day—fresh salads, grilled meats, local Moroccan specialties, and delicious desserts. The chefs clearly put effort into both the quality and presentation. The staff in the restaurant were friendly and attentive, always making sure guests were happy and well looked after. The animation team truly made the stay unforgettable! They were energetic, friendly, and always made sure everyone was having fun. From pool games and fitness classes during the day to live shows and entertainment in the evening, they created a great atmosphere for guests of all ages. A special thank-you to the team for their warmth and enthusiasm—they really brought the resort to life! Leona especially was very kind to our family! Overall, Kenzi Club Agdal Medina is a perfect choice for anyone looking for a mix of relaxation, great food, and lively entertainment.

I cannot fault a single thing about this hotel and its staff. The animation team, Yousra, Mario, Wafa, Loco and everyone else made this trip so special for my mum, me and my little boy. The animation team were so friendly and always had a smile on their faces. The animation team make this hotel so so special, I have never experienced customer service like it! The chefs and staff in the restaurant were so amazing with my little boy who can be fussy at the best of times. They always made sure he had something he wanted, nothing was too much. And lastly Muhammed and his team in the gnawa bar. The staff in his bar played toys with my little boy between serving drinks, they really made him and his happiness a priority. I have never been on a trip quite like my trip to this hotel. So much so that during my holiday I have already booked to come back next year. Thank you for the holiday of a lifetime! I am so sad to be leaving in the morning but cannot wait to be entertained by all of the animation team next year!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an absolutely amazing stay at Kenzi Club in Morocco! The entertainment team was fantastic — full of energy, always engaging, and really made our experience extra special. There was always something fun going on, day and night! The food was truly 5-star — delicious, varied, and always fresh. From Moroccan specialties to international dishes, there was something for everyone. We looked forward to every meal! The hotel itself was spotless. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the entire property was beautifully maintained. You can tell the staff really take pride in keeping everything in top shape. Highly recommended — we can’t wait to come back!

Overall had the best holiday at Kenzi Club Agdal! The hotel was overbooked the first night so we had to stay at sister hotel down the road. Luckily we just wanted a relaxing evening after travelling and this done the job. Once we came back the next day the staff made sure we were looked after and offered free massage and room upgrade. The suite we were upgraded to was amazing! Very clean and beautifully decorated. The grounds of the hotel are well looked after and so clean, as were all the facilities we found. The food was 4/5 for me personally I got quite bored but to be expected with most all inclusive resorts. They change some items every day so there is some variation and I’m sure even picky eaters can find something. Drinks were good and service in restaurants and bars was amazing! Pools and spa were fabulous we had such a nice relaxing time!! Would recommend to anyone for resort stay in Marrakesh and just a quick 10 min journey to the medina madness!

Enjoying an amazing holiday at this beautiful hotel. All the animation staff have been so lovely and welcoming. There are plenty of activities through the day to keep us entertained. There are always plenty options of food available at the restaurant to suit everyone’s needs. A huge big shout out to Yousra who has looked after us so well and has made sure we have everything we need. Her smile always brightened our day!
