-cocktails included are very tasty!
-animation team are good and engaging
-free shuttle bus to the centre which you can book the day before
Negatives
- Food gets abit bland and a lot of it was undercooked such as potatoes and vegetables
- Bathroom always smelt of sewage, understand this might be hard to fix but it felt off putting
-You had to pay for tennis / badminton, other places this has been free to use for hotel guests

We have just returned from a fantastic 6 night stay at the hotel.
Food and drinks
The food was beautiful, there were lots of different options and different themed nights like Morrocan, Asian, etc. We also experienced the Morrocan restaurant 1 night, the service was great, alcohol is great, and food is lovely, but the food in the main buffet restaurant is just as nice. Bonus here was the live music player and decor. It feels like a night out away from a buffet restaurant.
The Alcohol was good and strong. They had nice wines, cocktails, beers, Gin, etc.
The restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful, always smiling.
The hotel grounds are well maintained and offer beautiful scenery. The hotel rooms are very comfortable, clean and nice decor.
The swimming pools all look lovely, we used the heated swimming pool during our stay.
The animation team was friendly and provided a good atmosphere to the hotel. Obama is lovely and always made an effort to chat with us.
Entertainment at night was good. A dance show by professional dancers most nights, they were fantastic.
There was also a kareoke night, wine tasting night, white party night, games, music, and opportunities to dance the night away.
Weather
Perfect week of sunshine and warmth
There is a free shuttle bus that you can pre-book with reception to go to the local medina in Marrakech.
Overall, we had a wonderful week in this hotel, and we will definitely look at returning in the future.

Advertised as a 5 star hotel but we have found that it is lacking basic amenities and comforts. For starters, the rooms smell of poor sewage as a result of the piping and drainage in the bathrooms and the general decor is tired and dated. Little things like the lack of toiletries missing and having to ask for an iron.
The food is abysmal, supposed to be a different cuisine each night but pretty much the same bland foods rolled out night after night. Cannot get a hot drink other than at breakfast but even then the coffee machines are broken or only serve a weak cappuccino.
The service from reception staff when we called from our room was atrocious, as we were told to ‘wait I will call you back I have guests here’ on more than one occasion. Also housekeeping are incredibly slow with getting round to stuff like bringing towels or refreshing the room.
The staff at the restaurant were fantastic however. The waiters and service staff were welcoming, accommodating and would regularly go the extra mile to make sure we had a comfortable meal.
And lastly, the spa was also great, very welcoming and made us feel comfortable. The treatments they provided were also great.
All in all, don’t think we will be back again due to the lack of basic comforts expected in a 5 star stay. Would probably look for a more comfortable stay.

My stay at Kenzi was nothing short of exceptional.
From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a level of service that made me feel truly valued. Every aspect of my stay was thoughtfully curated to ensure comfort and luxury.
The dining options were outstanding. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate.
Every team member I encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. Special mention to Obama/Ali.
The amenities were also top-notch.
Kenzi offered an experience that I will cherish for a long time. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious, memorable, and special getaway.
Thank you, Kenzi, for making my stay unforgettable!

Average hotel with average rooms and an average service. All inclusive but staff seems to be frustrated when you order again and again as if they are paying from their pockets. Check-in process quite cumbersome. There are better resorts around for the same price. We were here for 4 nights and 5 days. Food options are also average, we have been to other resorts and food on all inclusive basis and food options were really really good there. A lot of options was repetitive. Entertainment team makes an effort but everything is in french (kids disco, games) and can be a little frustrating for children. Our kids lost interest pretty quick as he didn't understand a word of what was going on. Even the songs they were playing in kids disco were french, you might as well declare this as french only resort. Some of other resorts we have stayed in Marrakech has better mix of staff and entertainment.
