Had one of my best holidays here. * Food is spectacular * The staff are amazing who really do go out of their way to help * The rooms are clean, comfy, and relaxed * The entertainment was good * The drinks are insane (very generous) 😉 Overall, I will definitely be going back. The whole experience was sensational. Even having a shuttle bus from and to the hotel taking us into the Medina/town was lovely. Most days were spent by the glorious pool drinking rum and soaking up the sun.

Just to clarify, these are my own opinions and are subjective based on my experience. We arrived at shortly after 10.30pm and were greeted by professional and courteous staff. We had 3 rooms booked, and requested that these be as close to each other as possible. The hotel receptionists ensured we had all 3 rooms next to each other. We were then transported to our room by buggy, with our luggage arriving with the porter. We were also provided with some food in the room due to arriving late. The door card holder provided a map of the hotel and the timings for meals. We were thoroughly pleased with the service we had been provided so far. Our stay was for 7 days and i can honestly say that this was one of the best hotels i have stayed at for staff friendliness and hotel aesthetics. The meals were excellent despite some reviews mentioning repetitiveness. It's a buffet, mix it up each day! My children didnt wish to leave as they had an absolute blast. The atmosphere around the pool was loud and fun, and the animation team kept us entertained. I found that the staff went out of their way to help us at every opportunity. The hotel has a cash point if you do not have money to exchange at reception. I will add more to this but i have added a selection of photos.

Initially, we were quite disappointed with our stay. When we arrived, the room had a strong, dusty smell, and it was clear it hadn’t been properly cleaned. We informed the reception, and although they offered to switch rooms, we asked them to clean it while we were out. Unfortunately, when we returned five hours later, our key cards didn’t work, and we ended up waiting 30 minutes while the staff resolved the issue. When we checked on the room, they were only just beginning to clean it. However, the manager quickly stepped in to address the situation. They came to personally apologize for the inconvenience and upgraded us to a suite. They also graciously offered us dinner, which was a thoughtful gesture. From that point forward, the rest of our stay was excellent. We especially enjoyed the Sky Lounge, where the service provided by Jallal and Ismail was outstanding. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality truly made a difference in our experience. Although our stay started off rough, the manager’s actions and the wonderful service at the Sky Lounge turned things around. We ended up having a great time and would definitely recommend this hotel, thanks to how the situation was handled.

Brilliant staff who looked after us very well. Mediocre food often luke warm and kept so for all of the restaurant opening hours. We were a party of 12 golfers and apart from a beer after golf at various golf clubs we ate and drank at Kenzi. 7 out of 12 had, have tummy trouble. In my own case I am still unsure if my bowel movement will be solid or liquid. I believe food hygiene standards need to be reviewed and improved significantly. On the positive side there was entertainment primarily focused on families especially children. Not so good for a group of mainly older men. It's a sprawling site and our rooms were furthest from dining, bar and pool areas. Not an experience I will repeat. Mind you the delays at the airport 2 hours to get through passport control in a massive queue didn't get our holiday off to a good start.

From the moment we arrived, the staff at the front desk were amazing. We arrived early before check in at 2:30pm but were allowed to use all facilities and have lunch before our room was ready. The room is cleaned every day with fresh towels. Such entertainment and good atmosphere. Pedro “The Magician” gave a wonderful magic show! Pedro and all the entertainment team were fantastic this week. We really liked the water polo and the "white party". Food was amazing not bored once. Pool was great and so busy and the kids loved the slides. My teenager had a fab time - says it’s our best holiday yet. We will be back. Thanks Kenzi Club! 🇲🇦♥️🙏🏽
