Just spent a week here with my wife and 2 children and we’ve had an absolutely fantastic time. The reviews are overwhelmingly good for a reason, and I think the bad reviewers probably needed to manage their expectations a bit. The hotel is major bang-for-buck and I highly recommend it for families with younger children. The hotel and grounds look beautiful and the staff who look after it do an incredible job. All the pools are fantastic - one was heated which was very useful as it’s been only 20 degrees this week. Loads of great activities to do on site and a never-ending list of entertainment for all ages. It’s a huge site with a lot of guests, so when it comes to the food again, expectations must be managed. We really enjoyed the food, especially at this price point. Lots of variation and again something for everyone. No, it’s not Michelin starred, but you have to pay for that level of cuisine.
The really lovely thing about this place though is the staff. Everyone makes you feel incredibly welcome and they make so much effort, particularly the entertainment team. Huge shout out to all of them!
The rooms were absolutely fine, incredible shower and huge bed! Nice and big and although we were at the far end of the site, it was never a big deal.
I could nit-pick about some negatives, but the positives far out-weight them so there’s no point. Genuinely, we’ve had a fantastic trip and for the money and time of year (Easter) I’d say you’d be hard-pushed to find better value so close to the UK.
Thanks for having us and we’ll be seeing you all again I’m sure :)

Advertised as a 5 star hotel but we have found that it is lacking basic amenities and comforts. For starters, the rooms smell of poor sewage as a result of the piping and drainage in the bathrooms and the general decor is tired and dated. Little things like the lack of toiletries missing and having to ask for an iron.
The food is abysmal, supposed to be a different cuisine each night but pretty much the same bland foods rolled out night after night. Cannot get a hot drink other than at breakfast but even then the coffee machines are broken or only serve a weak cappuccino.
The service from reception staff when we called from our room was atrocious, as we were told to ‘wait I will call you back I have guests here’ on more than one occasion. Also housekeeping are incredibly slow with getting round to stuff like bringing towels or refreshing the room.
The staff at the restaurant were fantastic however. The waiters and service staff were welcoming, accommodating and would regularly go the extra mile to make sure we had a comfortable meal.
And lastly, the spa was also great, very welcoming and made us feel comfortable. The treatments they provided were also great.
All in all, don’t think we will be back again due to the lack of basic comforts expected in a 5 star stay. Would probably look for a more comfortable stay.

We have just returned from a fantastic 6 night stay at the hotel.
Food and drinks
The food was beautiful, there were lots of different options and different themed nights like Morrocan, Asian, etc. We also experienced the Morrocan restaurant 1 night, the service was great, alcohol is great, and food is lovely, but the food in the main buffet restaurant is just as nice. Bonus here was the live music player and decor. It feels like a night out away from a buffet restaurant.
The Alcohol was good and strong. They had nice wines, cocktails, beers, Gin, etc.
The restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful, always smiling.
The hotel grounds are well maintained and offer beautiful scenery. The hotel rooms are very comfortable, clean and nice decor.
The swimming pools all look lovely, we used the heated swimming pool during our stay.
The animation team was friendly and provided a good atmosphere to the hotel. Obama is lovely and always made an effort to chat with us.
Entertainment at night was good. A dance show by professional dancers most nights, they were fantastic.
There was also a kareoke night, wine tasting night, white party night, games, music, and opportunities to dance the night away.
Weather
Perfect week of sunshine and warmth
There is a free shuttle bus that you can pre-book with reception to go to the local medina in Marrakech.
Overall, we had a wonderful week in this hotel, and we will definitely look at returning in the future.

My stay at Kenzi was nothing short of exceptional.
From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a level of service that made me feel truly valued. Every aspect of my stay was thoughtfully curated to ensure comfort and luxury.
The dining options were outstanding. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate.
Every team member I encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. Special mention to Obama/Ali.
The amenities were also top-notch.
Kenzi offered an experience that I will cherish for a long time. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious, memorable, and special getaway.
Thank you, Kenzi, for making my stay unforgettable!
