We loved this hotel. Rooms are huge, amenities included, great garden and super friendly staff. It is a bit far from the medina but there are always taxis available (40-50 dinars) or you can ask them to get you a car(we heard it was about 300 dinars for 2/3 places).

Hotel is 4 stars comparatively to Europe and offers good value. Rooms are spacious- beds though are way too soft and lacks support. Breakfast is good- omelette station and big variety. Dinner was also good and service great. Wi-Fi was spotty- if you can, select the 5G option( password is the same). There is a mall just up the road and a number of restaurants and stores across the road which was convenient.

Actually it’s a 3 stars hotel not a 5
Negative:
- the rooms are dirty
- thay gave us the worst room and when we complained they told us that the hotel is fully booked and gave us the last rooms ( they knew the rooms were bad and gave them to us ether way without even lowering the price) . Even the other rooms were bad the furniture id old and the bathroom had insects .
- what 5 stars hotel doesn’t have at least coffee packets in the room ( the breakfast at the buffet is payed for and when I wanted to take my coffee with me to the room they said Im not allowed, And I have to order coffee for room service and pay for it )
- there were no electricity outlets next to the bed there was only the one for the kettle
-the breakfast was poor ( only to types of cheese )
Positive :
- they gave us a free Morrocan shower
- the service was good
After all the hotel is good but not worth the price and not a five star hotel maybe a 3

This hotel is maybe a 3-star establishment. Although the website claims there are four restaurants, only the buffet is open, and the food selection is very limited and repetitive. The bar service is poor; after ordering a cocktail, the bartender ignored me and served two other people who came after me, one being a man and the other a local. Our ground floor room had a chair missing from the terrace this morning. When we requested an iron, we received a defective, leaking one. The hotel is much smaller than the pictures suggest, with just one pool, and almost everything, including water, comes at an extra cost. The room is a decent size, but everything looks old and desperately needs renovation. Also massive cockroaches roam around the room. There's a kettle in the room, but only two sachets of tea (one green and one black) with no coffee or other options. During my shower, a cleaning lady knocked and entered my room despite my repeated refusals, just to hand me a towel at 6 PM, which seemed unnecessary. State of the tables and loungers is similar to that of a local pool, dirty and mediocre. Dinner times very messed up, starting at 19:30 until 23:00 and today we’re forced to wait past that time as the restaurant is not ready. So people who have half board have gone without food since lunch time and now forced to either go out and eat or wait until God knows when. Very dissapointing. I would not recommend this place if you expect a true 5-star experience, as you will be very disappointed. I've already counted 24 planes flying overhead today, and I'm only on day 3 of 7.
