Very quick and easy to get to from airport.
Concierge was really friendly.
Reception staff helpful and check in was very quick.
Having read reviews I was a bit apprehensive about condition of room and quality of food.
My room was very clean and tidy. Ample storage, flat screen TV, fridge, kettle etc. Bed was firm and very comfortable. Bathroom was adequate, slightly dated but spotlessly clean. Room tidied and restocked every day with toiletries and clean towels. Balcony was small but had 2 chair and table with view of pool and gardens. Very nice to sit and catch the morning/ evening sun. Hotel was very well maintained, immaculate gardens/ pool and communal areas. Gym was just about passable, a few pieces of equipment and weights. One of the running machines was broken.
I really enjoyed the food, although very French orientated.
Breakfast I had omelette with Moroccan sausage and some Moroccan pastry, mint tea/ coffee and some citrus fruit but there was a huge selection of other food. For me breakfast was a big thumbs up.
Evening meals had the usual euro slop of pizza and pasta offered with theme nights with Mexican/ Japanese etc which I always avoid. The Moroccan food was delicious, something different every night of the week I was there. The food and service was never anything other than superb.
Location was fine for me, just the right distance from the centre for me to walk in and out every day (about 30mins or so). I never got a taxi but I'd imagine they would be fairly cheap. I enjoyed the walks, helped burn off the calories of all that delicious food I was devouring.
I wouldn't hesitate in going back here. First time Marrakesh for me and it was an amazing trip. The Moroccan people are just fantastic, so friendly. Of course at times it's tranquil bliss and at others absolutely bonkers. Cant wait to get back.
Thanks to all at the Palm Plaza for helping make it a very special trip. Clearly a lot of hard working and dedicated staff involved in reaching and maintaining these high standards.

I had fabulous stay at Marrakesh and this brilliant hotel is the best part. Giant rooms, super clean, wonderful service and super friendly staff who are very helpful and multilingual, special thanks to the amazing Abdul for his great customer service and smile.
Hotel includes everything that you need, breakfast is great, the pool and SPA are top notch. Located in a nice quiet area close to the airport, near Al-Mazar Mall and not very far from Al-Medina.
I highly regard and recommend this hotel. Thanks to the lovely people of Morocco.

We loved the property, such a charming place. We didn’t get to use the pool but it looked so good. Food was the best among all the hotels we stayed at Morocco. Staff has trouble with English but we managed. They didn’t have body lotion in the room and we asked them 3 times and they kept sending shower gel. I would expect a hotel like this should have body lotion for travellers.

I really enjoyed my stay in Palm Plaza!
I think the best running part of this hotel is a restaurant. Food is delicious, great selection of moroccan dishes but not only. Morning we used to order eggs from the nice and smiling young man
who was always preparing it perfectly!
Rooms are enough big and bed is super comfy but... Inside the room you can't find iron, coffee machine, mini bar and good hairdryer....
We visited this place with a kid so we were sble to use indoor pool only 9-11am, which is very pitty....
In front of the hotel there's a big shopping mall where you can enjoy time with your kids playing bowling and other games.
Going to old city (5km) takes 10mins by taxi, around 50 dihrams.
The only thing I didn't really like was manicure and pedicure - it was very well fone but there's no professional chair and sitting on standart chair while keeping feet on beautician's keens is not vomfortable at all... it supposed to be relaxation not gymnastic.

We loved this hotel. Rooms are huge, amenities included, great garden and super friendly staff. It is a bit far from the medina but there are always taxis available (40-50 dinars) or you can ask them to get you a car(we heard it was about 300 dinars for 2/3 places).
