I am already a regular visitor at this hotel on and off season. I love it for the location, the pools and the spa. The rooms need a refresh and and either warm heater for drying swim suits and balconies need hangers for clothes. Other than this this is a great experience.

Lovely hotel, wasn't too busy at the pool either. Very close to shops and food, not too far from the beach. We were there for my partners 30th birthday, and room service had left us a bottle of wine and some cake as a birthday gift! Very sweet. Only reason we've given 4* for service is there were one or two interactions with a slightly rude receptionist, but for the most part staff were great!!

UK half term Oct break. Pool fab but like an ice bath. Wrong time of year to enjoy it, good indoor pool, apart from the charge to buy hats. Great location. Room very dated including bathroom with a shower that doesn’t drain well (Didn’t tell the staff, probably should have) Staff lovely. Good breakfast.

Excellent hotel within walking distance of the beaches and the Old Town. The staff are the main reason we stay, always friendly and efficient at whatever is asked of them. Anna at reception is always most helpful as are all of the other staff. The hotel features a top class spa with a steam room and sauna plus excellent restaurant facilities. If you’re bringing children the Club Nep team will look after them like princes and princesses! We hope to come back soon!

Lots of good points but also some not so good. Just come back from a 5 night stay. Staff were efficent and friendly especially Douglas and I didn't get his name but a tall thin guy with tattoos from the breakfast/dinner area. We enjoyed all the food we had there. Nice area for kids! Location is fab! The pool is great BUT too noisy and loads of wild groups! Do not agree with the whole leaving your towel on the sunlounger at 9am but not using it till 5 hours later. Rooms are ok, need an upgrade. 1 out of our 3 single beds was comfortable. We didn't know until we asked but they allow upto 5pm to clean your room which I feel is too late. We were out for over 6 hours and it still hadn't been cleaned. The English pub they have is lovely again nice staff but the service is too slow. Overall we did enjoy our stay and hope to return.
