Adriana Beach Club Hotel Resort Review - November Visit I recently visited the Adriana Beach Club Hotel Resort in November, during the off-season, and was pleasantly surprised by the level of care and service provided, despite the quieter period. The staff at the hotel really go above and beyond, working tirelessly to maintain the grounds and ensure everything is in top condition. The resort is well-kept, and you can tell a lot of effort goes into the upkeep, even when things are slower in the off-season. The views of the Atlantic Ocean from various points around the resort are absolutely stunning. The expansive coastline and the sound of the waves crashing make for a serene and relaxing atmosphere. If you enjoy scenic views, you’ll definitely appreciate the beauty of the location. Access to the beach is via a set of stairs, which can be a bit challenging, especially for those with mobility issues, but the walk down to the sand is well worth it. The beach itself is peaceful and relatively quiet during the off-season, perfect for a relaxing day by the sea. The restaurant facilities were also impressive. The buffet was the only option open during our visit, but it offered a great variety of food, all of which was fresh and tasty. Despite being out of season, the quality and selection of food were still excellent, and the staff were more than willing to accommodate special dietary requests or food preferences if you ask. One downside of visiting during the off-season is that only the main bar and buffet restaurant are open, which means that guests at the far end of the resort (like we were) can find it a bit of a trek. It took us about 10 minutes to walk to the main area for food or drinks, which might be a consideration for those with mobility issues or those who prefer more immediate access. Overall, though, the Adriana Beach Club is a lovely place to stay, and despite the quiet time of year, the staff’s dedication to quality service and maintaining a high standard made our stay enjoyable. I’d recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful, well-maintained resort with breathtaking views, but perhaps be prepared for a bit of walking if you’re situated at the furthest points of the property.

A few problems on arrival but sorted fairly swiftly by Sophia, hotel manager and holiday company. Buffet food could be hotter. Good selection but dining areas were exceptionally busy. Nice to eat in 'The Grill' a small restaurant on the complex. This is ideal for families as there appeared to be a variety of activities on offer. I would commend 90% of the staff for their helpfulness. Sadly there is always one that let's things down. The shuttle bus would be more user friendly if it ran so that a morning or afternoon could be spent off resort, rather than all day. There is an additional charge for the bus. Better if included as part of all inclusive offering.

Well it changed a lot. From free drinks to difference between premium and non-premium all inclusive drinks. Rooms are big, but if you have a room near the restaurant than it smells a lot and they are loud. How can you charge a deluxe room price in such condition? A big disgrace. Rooms are very clean and cleaning service is excellent. People in overall are very friendly and child-friendly. Food buffet is great, but it also changed a lot. I miss at the Portuguese buffet. Everyday almost the same. I also noticed the hotel is missing a Portuguese touch in overall. Half of the bar people doesn‘t understand Portuguese and we have to tell them 2-5 the same order. It's kinda annoying. Big plus: Very awesome to be near the beach. Max 5 minute walk.

AP Adriana has fantastic sprawling (accessible by golf buggies, if needed) grounds. The villa type rooms (none more than 2 stories high) nestled in the curated gardens and proximity to the cliffs and beaches is unparalleled, at least in the Algarve region we were looking into. Where it falls short is describing the room as 'Superior'. Ours was an ordinary room, which the dark blue walls make more depressing. Don't get me wrong, the room has all the necessities (comfy beds and pillows, good lighting, large balcony, plug sockets by the bed), but it's not superior, which is indicative of some manner of luxury. I do want to commend the shower area. It's not a bath tub (a relief to not climb in and out of), nor is it one of those tiny shower cubicles. The shower itself is responsive to temperature and has good water pressure. Unfortunately, there is no ventilator in the bathroom and neither is the mirror anti-fog. The food and drink in the various bars and restaurants are okay. The chef switches up the food menu for each meal, but the interesting drinks at the bar (the ones not from a vending machine) usually form part of the 'All-inclusive Premium', which is €20 extra per day. Otherwise, AP Adriana has great sport and fitness facilities, although it's incredibly difficult to get a booking at the spa - I sent two emails, left a message with the receptionist and still had to go in person to book treatments.

Really nice Resort. I 100% recommend this place. I had a great holiday here. The place is clean and tidy, the food is amazing, the entertainment is great, the customer service from reception, to catering, and cleaners are all 100% exceptional. Nice and big swimming pool, near to the beach. Also thank you for the birthday cake surprise. it made my day more exciting. Great for family breaks.
