Beautifully designed hotel which was immaculate with helpful staff. Unfortunately there were coach parties of lads some of whom forgot how to conduct themselves in a pro social manner at the poolside and in the evening. Staff tried to intervene but I'm surprised a hotel like this accepts "stag parties" for the sake of the staff and guests.
Also my review about the cold food (and much more) has been censored so I'll no longer be reviewing or trusting Google reviews moving forward.

I stayed here for five days and had a good experience with the food. The room was clean and elegantly decorated in cream and brown tones. The hotel itself isn’t very big, but the layout creates a spacious and comfortable feel. There’s a swimming pool, but I didn’t use it due to the rain.
The hotel claims to have a private beach, but it’s not actually private. I went there for sunset, and it was quite beautiful. Parking is available, and there’s a supermarket nearby. You can walk to the Old Town in just over 30 minutes or take a bus or the mini train for convenience.
Since I visited during the low season, many shops were closed, but I imagine it gets lively during peak season. The breakfast options were excellent—I was very satisfied.

Myself and my partner stayed here in October for just over a week and it was incredible!! We were on the room and breakfast rate with jet2 holidays and everything was wonderful! The hotel is very clean and smells amazing always. The rooms were very spacious with a nice sized balcony. Breakfast always had plenty of options (get down early to get the food stuff). There's a private beach not far (5mins walk) away which was also incredible. Myself and my partner got engaged on this trip and the staff made it possible to have balloons, cake and champagne in the room on arrival, it was really lovely. It was my birthday later in our stay and we also managed to get a birthday cake and champagne to the room for this also. Overall fantastic!! Honestly one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. I have stayed in multiple 5 star hotels in similar destinations and this was by far the best place we have stayed at service wise. Nothing was too much to ask for and everything was very reasonably priced. We will be back on our next trip to Portugal ❤️❤️❤️

We have just returned from our spring holiday at this hotel and found that the hotel was beautiful, the staff are very nice and particularly efficient.
The rooms were of the same style modern and pleasant as the rest of the hotel. The shower was over a bath (we requested for a walk in shower were were told that none was available), and since my husband has physical difficulties we asked for a slipmat, this was supplied immediately, much appreciated.
The standard of cleanliness was the best I have come across, this was throughout the hotel. The pool was a nice area with towels supplied.
Although we found so many positives with our experience there were sadly a few negatives, the main problem being the food.
On the first evening we were impressed entering the dining room and with the attentive staff. It all looked very nice and the meal was well, fine at best. But it seemed to go downhill after that. I read reviews about the food being cold and I thought that was pretty normal for food on the Mediterranean but the food was stone cold. In other hotels that offer buffet style meals there is usually a 'show chef' cooking the hot food on demand and it would have helped if there were warm plates, they too were stone cold. But I have to say the cleanliness was impeccable and used plates at our table were removed right away.
Another negative for us was the large groups of lads at the pool, I can't blame them as they were enjoying themselves as that is what they were there for. When choosing this hotel we were mistaken for the type of hotel this was, we thought it was a quiet, boutique hotel for adults.
Again we thought the beach was near but, not the hotels fault, the access to the beach was in the process of being rebuilt so found this too, disappointing.
We would have made use of the roof terrace if there were sunbeds up there.
We made the most of using Uber taxis that gave us inexpensive choices of places to go.
I would return to the hotel if the food situation was better and have walk-in showers but not if the hotel continues to take bookings of large groups that is really sad as it was a beautiful hotel.

We stayed on a half-board basis.
The hotel was clean and quiet. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the strip, and there’s a beach nearby, though it’s a bit tricky to access. We didn’t use the pool as it didn’t seem to be heated (we visited in April).
You have the option to skip room cleaning in exchange for a voucher (I believe it was €5) to use in the hotel’s restaurants. The receptionist didn’t explain this well—we just saw it on the welcome paper they gave us. We chose not to opt in since we preferred having our room cleaned daily. Besides, there are plenty of places to eat outside during lunchtime.
Room:
The room was okay. It had air conditioning and a balcony. We couldn’t hear any road noise from inside, which was great. There was a Nespresso capsule coffee machine, and they provided two capsules per day. If you run out, you can easily buy more at Aldi or Intermarché nearby. There was also a Smeg kettle—maybe that’s part of the “designer” touch.
There was a minibar, but the items weren’t complimentary, so be cautious. The bathroom had a high bathtub, which might be difficult to get in and out of, especially for those with mobility issues. The sink wasn’t very practical due to its round design. The shower pressure was also a bit weak compared to other hotels we’ve stayed in.
Entertainment:
There was only one form of entertainment during our stay: a man singing while playing the piano. Aside from that, the hotel was very quiet. They had a TV in the entertainment area showing some sports, but that was it. If you’re looking for a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, this hotel fits the bill. However, we were expecting more entertainment, perhaps nightly live music. It might have been quiet because it wasn’t peak season.
Food:
Breakfast was okay. There were two coffee machines, both working well, and they served pastel de nata every morning, which we enjoyed. You could get water, juice, and even sparkling wine. Dinner, however, was underwhelming. The selection was very limited, and there seemed to be more vegetarian dishes than meat options—honestly, it was one of the oddest dinner selections we’ve seen.
Desserts were limited but surprisingly delicious. Be aware that you’re not allowed to bring your own drinks to dinner. A bottle of water costs €3, and a soda is about €4. Overall, you’d probably have a better dining experience outside the hotel than paying for the half-board option. There were a lot of empty tables at dinner, which felt unusual compared to other hotels where dining areas are typically busy.
Overall Rating: 3 out of 5
This hotel is best suited for people who want a very quiet and relaxing stay. While the place is clean and modern, it felt a bit soulless due to the lack of atmosphere. The staff didn’t come across as particularly warm or welcoming, especially compared to other hotels we’ve stayed at. I wasn’t expecting a party hotel, but I was hoping for more entertainment and amenities to enjoy within the hotel itself. If you’re after lively evenings, a variety of food, or a more engaging vibe, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.
Pros:
• Modern and clean
• Close to the strip
Cons:
• Limited food options
• Minimal entertainment
• Staff not very welcoming
• Small pool
• Few amenities
