We have been busting the place with a small baby. It has been outside the season, however the staff have been very friendly and supportive. The accommodation is well equipped for daily life and close to the beach (3 min). It’s a beautiful place, care taken and invites for a revisit. Nice hotel nearby with great buffet for breakfast or dinner if once you are lazy to use your own kitchen.

I visited friends who were staying in a villa long term. While very spacious, the space was wasted. Only two bedrooms, it could have accommodated at least one more. Huge open areas with no apparent use, but a smallish kitchen. Includes a washing machine and dishwasher, but with no hot water to either of them. This was particularly a problem with the washing machine.
My friends told me the staff were very helpful and pleasant.
The very nearby beach was beautiful, but in February I can only tell you that the walk along it was wonderful. Far too cold to swim.
There are a surprising number of good places to eat nearby, but many were closed in the offseason.

I would advise anyone with 5 star expectations to run from this place.
Good: spacious, great pool, good location, parking
I’m still here and I regret this choice a lot: staff in not educated at all; coffee machine works with company pods, and you need to pay 1€ per pod; walls needing to be painted; mattress is hard; living room tv not working; kitchen missed some key elements
They forgot to clean the villas (something I find ridiculous)

Issues:
1. No service to assist with luggage
2. Phone system in room didn’t work
2. Rooms were cold. Heaters for the living area didn’t work. We complained a few times before action was taken.
3. Kitchen fridge was not cleaned. Smell of fish gone bad when opening the door.
To their credit, they fixed #3 and attempted to fix #2. Will update review if staff move us to another room at the main hotel. Not a fan of the villas here.

What was great about this hotel is food, clean and spacious rooms with adorable sea view and friendly staff.
Other things were not that satisfactory as for a 5 star hotel:
- there were too many families with little kids. It would be nice, if the hotel mentions it in description. There are 3 swimming pools at the property: 2 for kids and one for adults, but almost all families with kids were spending time at the adult one which made lots of noice and discomfort.
- there are few bars at the property (lobby bar and bar next to the swimming pool) and the prices are just too high considering the fact that you are already paying for your stay a good money. At least "Happy hours" would be nice.
- no activities for adults, but a lot for kids.
- we got a bottle of water in our room few times a week... If you provide rooms with a bottle of water - do it each day or don't do it at all, otherwise it's weird. As for a 5 star hotel, I would expect it each day.
In general, good for families with kids, but it doesn't cost that money.
