The service at this hotel is fantastic. Animators, reception staff, restaurant staff, bar staff and cleaning service are smiling, friendly, helpful and caring people. The animation guy always greeted us nicely (also in Polish), which was lovely. We thank you very much for this and send you warm regards. The waiters and waitresses also always greeted us friendly and asked if we were okay. You can see that the hotel employees are very nice. That's why we felt at home there. We spent a wonderful 2 weeks and we already miss it, even though we just got back. The hotel is located in a beautiful, romantic area, right next to the Atlantic Ocean. We highly recommend staying here. Portugal is a wonderful country with wonderful people. Thank you for everything, we send greetings from Poland and wish you all the best!

I have waited a little while to write this post, as I wanted to reflect and not write this post in haste. AP Victoria is a lovely hotel with great family rooms, the staff are polite and helpful and the food is great. Where the hotel lets itself down is, it feels overcrowded, this is evident at meals times when you have to queue for meals and for drinks, it's OK at a Macdonalds drive through, but not at a four star hotel. To finish on a positive, the kids' entertainment was fantastic and if you like lively this is the place to go.

My partner and I stayed for 6 nights last month and had the best time. The hotel staff were so helpful and polite. The food was lovely, very fresh and tasted amazing. Our room was very comfortable and got cleaned daily. The hotel is beautiful and very close to the beach which is ideal. Thank you for a wonderful stay. I would 100% recommend this hotel if you are staying in Albufeira.

Hi we are currently staying at the resort as booked through you at the moment. We have not had a great stay at the moment. We arrived on Sunday 9th September the receptionist was brilliant very easy check in. However we went to have a meal at teatime. Most of the puddings had labels on them telling us allergiens on them. However one didn't I asked to confirm the server didn't know and went to get the chef they confirmed that it didn't have nuts in. I had taken a mouthful and had to spit it out as it had nuts. My tongue instantly swelled up and I knew it was wrong. I spent most the night on the toilet throwing up and also other end which is all part of the reaction to this. My husband spent thr whole night staying awake to check I was OK I was that exhausted after it I fell asleep but he wasn't comfortable sleeping incase anything happened. My husband spoke to the manager last night and we heard nothing back. He went back down and they said that the manager wasn't available until 9am next day. He then went down next day at 8.45 and spoke to the manager he came back up and we sat in room. Still having heard nothing by 1pm he went back down and spoke to the receptionist again. They said to us that we had 2 offers and that was that the chef would cook specifically only for us or take us down to b and b. We opted for b and b as I don't wish to chance this again. However I will not even chance the breakfast. We have been promised a refund for this but then told we had to contact you to get this. I feel paying for breakfast is unfair as I will.not chance this either. I have been unable to leave the room the whole day as I really don't feel well enough to go out and tomorrow we will go out and eat out if I feel better. This is costing us more money than it should and how ill I have been has not been nice. I understand that there may be a language barrier but surely they should have allergiens properly looked after. This holiday is now ruined and I will never want to come back here. Yesterday we couldn't fault Pedro on reception however today we have had to chase him. I wish we could afford to move hotels or fly home now as this is not nice. The room was not that nice either for a 4 ⭐️ hotel am starting to think that we are in a air b&b

We stayed for a week it was amazing. Hotel is quite small, quiet perfect for Holidays. I was here with a 6year old, and still there were animations and games Just for a kid. Amazing. Special thanks for Joao Paixao who made this stay wondeful for my kid, mini disco was a hit every Time! Thank you Joao! We will come back for sure, alredy miss you and yours games!!
