The previous reviews baffle me. The hotel is so cheap and worth the money. It’s not luxury but it’s not going to be for the price. I was so worried to stay after seeing the reviews. I was put in one of the newer rooms and I brought antibacterial wipes due to the reviews, but they were wasted as the room was clean! We had issues with our safe and maintenance came to help but they won’t enter your room unless you’re there for their own liability. So reviews saying that they don’t turn up isn’t true. They just won’t go in unless you are in there with them. Which I like. The staff were lovely and they have security walking round the whole hotel so felt safe. I’m from the uk and wonder if we just have different standards as previous reviews worried me beyond belief. Free shuttle to the parks however they weren’t that often in October so we got Ubers some days. The pool was huge and loved the hot tub after a long day at the parks. Overall I would recommend this hotel for someone who wants a safe but budget hotel close to restaurants and the parks. Thank you!

Rooms needed to cleaned better . My 4 the day here rooms service was poor. All that was done was bed and new towels was very surprised with that because there is a sticker on the mirror stating that you get full service that meant cleaning sweeping mopping. None of that was done. Front desk service was great. Anything that I needed they took care of. Pool area is never sanitized tables and chairs are never sanitized. Public restrooms are not sanitized properly.

My experience went from amazing to awful very quickly.
Firstly, its a great location and the amenities are awesome. The room I booked was a King with the Jacuzzi tub within the room for a very reasonable price per night. In my room specifically the tub is right in the corner of the room without any obstructions to view the tv. Importantly- there is no obstructions between the tub and the door. That said, I enjoyed my stay so I extended it another night by booking the room and adding a note requesting the same room and specifying i was extending my stay. Then it went downhill from there.
We did not get much sleep that night as we were having car troubles trying to get back to the hotel and locating oil/antifreeze for the car. We finally fell asleep at 6am. Check out was noted to be at 11am. This is why we decided to book another night.
At 9am housekeeping knocked once on the door then opened it, scaring the crap out of me and my partner. They then stood there asking if we were checking out. I explained I extended my stay and that we were staying. They left. I went back to sleep and then again same person came and knocked once and opened the door and was surprised to see me there. This happened 4 MORE times before 2:30pm.
There were also times people were standing OUTSIDE my door on the phone talking about my room. My partner had already went to the lobby to refresh the keys at about 10 or 11am. I hadnt been able to get any sleep because I kept getting scared awake. Not to mention the room didnt have a DO NOT DISTURB sign and he found one out on the floor outside while walking back and put it on our door and they STILL kept coming into the room!
Again, there is a jacuzzi tub right by the bed completely visible to the entrance. What if one of us had decided to utilize it? So I called the front desk and explained everything and the gentleman I was speaking to didnt seem to find it concerning at all. He was very flat about the situation and didnt offer any kind of apology or urgency in getting the issue resolved. I would describe it as indifferent. He just said he would send an EMAIL saying that my room was occupied.
*already explained i extended my stay and people kept coming into my room*
"Should I wait an hour before using the jacuzzi tub just to be safe and sure that everyone read it?"
"Do you want service today?"
"What? No Im asking if I should wait to use the tub because so far 5 people have come into my room after I extended my stay." "No its okay, Ill be sending an email."
Sending an email...that screams urgency.
The fact that people kept entering my room since 9am when check out is 11am is unacceptable. By 2:30 pm 5 different people had entered my room. The lack of concern by the staff was insulting. Especially when I explained I was nervous to even use the tub within the room. I had paid for an extra night TO SLEEP but kept getting startled awake. For that I should have just went home rather than stay. The lack of urgency, the lack of apology, the lack of reassurance - is unacceptable.

Great Location, easy check-in; all employees very friendly.
Walking distance to I-Con Park and great restaurants around. The only issue that we had was the water pressure in the shower and no stopper to take a bath.
I chose this resort due to the location is not far from Sea World.
I made my reservations months in advance and got a great deal.
We will be returning to this hotel!

I really wanted to like this place, but the lack of cleanliness made my stay uncomfortable from the start.
Floors: Within just 2–3 minutes of walking barefoot, my socks were visibly dirty. I ended up wearing flip-flops around the room the entire time.
Headboard: The headboard was covered in greasy spots, which was both unpleasant and unhygienic.
Beds: The mattresses were completely broken in, dipped in the middle as if they had been used for years without replacement. It felt like sleeping in a crater.
Bathroom: The bathroom was shocking. The shower head barely reached my shoulder—and I’m 5'9"—making showers awkward and uncomfortable.
Dehumidifier: The worst part was the dehumidifier in my room. It filled up every night, and when I went to empty it, I discovered it was filthy, full of hair and grime.
The only saving grace here was the staff. The employees were some of the nicest I’ve encountered in Orlando—respectful, kind, and genuinely helpful. Unfortunately, their warmth couldn’t make up for the state of the hotel itself.
If you’re considering staying here, I’d recommend looking at the photos and judging for yourself. For me, the cleanliness issues outweighed everything else.
