Staff at the front desk were very nice. They let you store your luggage if you arrive early but the room is old. It seems like it’s been renovated. There’s rust in the bathrooms and there was bugs in the room. Wouldn’t book again esp for the price we paid.

Fantastic location, 5 minute walk to icon park if that. Lots of restaurants and bars around. I - drive trolley just outside. Rooms clean, has everything you need.
Can be a bit noisy especially if families shout instead of talking to each other, but thats no fault of the hotel by any means as they do have a policy to be respectful after a certain time at night.
Would stay here again.

If you just need a bed this place is fine. But the bed was stained, towel will never get replaced unless you ask every day, and the room was not very clean upon our arrival. Thankfully the shuttles are reliable and when it was not they paid for our uber. The front desk manager is also very kind and understanding!

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD! Wow this place is so misrepresented on the website! I stayed 2 days for a volleyball tournament, so there was no time to get out of this disgusting place. 1st the rooms ac/heat did not work. The sent a guy to replace batteries-still did not work, they took the whole system out while I was gone, never connected it. Luckily it was cold outside and time in the dirty room was limited. I pulled back the covers, sheets were dirty, the 1 blanket on the bed is paper thin. With little time I found a maid cart and got my own clean sheets and 5 blankets, all were disgusting. The bed was like sleeping on springs, made noices every time you moved. Beware, this hotel is outside entrance only, the elevators are filthy. There were no luggage carts available AT ALL, so we had to carry our luggage up to the 4th floor in several trips. Coffee and food bar as advertised do not exist, not open. Refrigerator that I really needed was not working either, and no ice in the ice machine, needless to say this place is a nightmare. I'm booked next month and will definitely cancel, never staying here again. Beware before you book, a little more money for somewhere else will be way worth it!!

Great place for great price! Right across from like 5 bars so prime real estate for young partiers! Staff is really nice, funny and respectful. We requested a refresh midway thru our stay and they were very communicative and made sure our stay was perfect. Expect a $100 deposit that is refunded if you don’t smoke, steal or trash the room. Could be a great spot for families as there are buses to the parks but it is definitely fun for single people who drink, party and smoke in parking lots. There’s designated parking areas with ash trays outside. Great stay
