I chose this hotel because it was listed as a partnering hotel with Universal, but I did not receive any incentive or added benefit from that partnership.
Check-in took over an hour, which was frustrating after a long day of travel. I was also placed in a room that was far from the main building, adding to the inconvenience.
The room itself was nicely designed, but cleanliness was a major issue. I wiped down the surfaces and saw visible dirt on my cleaning cloths, the floorboards were grimy, and the freezer in the mini fridge was completely frozen over and unusable.
The pool area was nice and enjoyable, but overall, for the price, I believe you could get better quality, cleanliness, and service from a more reputable chain hotel.

Best location love how the pool is open late had a noisy room but that doesn't bother me much it actually helps me sleep most people won't like it there were people outside my door at 2:00 a.m. talking for 30 minutes I didn't like that too much. I wish the pizza was better. It would be nice if they could focus on a really really really good burger that would be great. Add a second hot tub they definitely need it. How about getting a DJ for two or three hours every Friday or Saturday night. If you're worried about the cost why not find some new DJs people that either will do it for free for practice or exposure or somebody who's fairly new that won't charge much. Somebody that would take requests that would make it super lively. I think it's a really good place it's got the best location. Let's make it better.

Good hotel for the location. There are a few attractions nearby, and it’s close to all the Universal and Disney parks. The staff was okay, but check-in took a long time.
The hallways and elevators were really dirty. The elevator in building two wasn’t working about half the time. We mentioned it to two staff members, but they didn’t seem bothered and were pretty nonchalant about it, like it was normal.
The pool is heated, which is really nice during the winter. The bedroom was okay, but the bathroom was kind of small. The water pressure wasn’t great. The room was dirty when we arrived the trash wasn’t taken out and there was a used soap bar left in the shower.
The restaurant is also really expensive.
We didn't haveanyc cleaning room service for all our stay so 3 nights.

Great location. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Pool and surrounding areas were clean. My son and I visited in February 2026 before the UK school half term which is a quiet season. Only downside for this hotel is I could hear trucks/coaches pulling in to the parking area from around 6am but I am a light sleeper. Good value for money.

This is easily one of the best budget-friendly options for anyone visiting Disney World, Universal Studios, or Epic Universe. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-maintained, and the reception area is impressively large. A huge plus is the in-house concierge service, which provides helpful guidance on park passes. The staff is consistently courteous, and the location is perfect—right on the main road near plenty of dining and shopping.
Additionally, their daily shuttle service makes getting to and from the theme parks incredibly convenient."
