Since we rented a car, we were so glad that they offered free parking. With a car, it was so convenient to drive everywhere. The location is very central.
We used the heated pool and hot tub everyday, and it was a game changer with the dropping temperatures.
We really appreciated that they offered all these special amenities like the simple but free continental breakfast and the Dove toiletries.
The front desk staff were very nice, especially Deborah! Check in and out were easy.
We had room 624, with a nice view of the lake. Very spacious and quiet. We could barely hear our neighbours.
Would be nice with more vegetables and fruit at breakfast. It’s very carb-heavy.
We could smell smoke in our room, so I think the ventilation had some issues.

Hotel i in a fabulous location close to the Universal attractions, hotel is very clean and tidy with very friendly staff throughout. Vehicle parking is free but a car park pass must be obtained or you may find a ticket on your window. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable i was in the south tower room 705 fabulous views over the lake.
Pool is small on the back of the hotel by the lake sadly it sits in shade all day so no tanning possibilities I'm afraid.
Breakfast wasn't great to be honest only hot food available is hard boiled eggs, there is bread for toast, three types of cereal and a pancake machine, there was no meats, cheeses etc no pasteries and no bacon, Sausage, Scrambled Eggs etc it was sadly a let down.
Once you've checked out there is a facility for leaving your luggage if your not leaving till late.
All in all was impressed with the hotel and will definitely stay there again.

We stayed on the 10th floor club level suite. This place is not club level by all means. The club level all access food and drink was bad. The food offered is Domino's Pizza and only allowed 2 slices with all you can eat chips the drinks are draft beer and 3 selections of basic wine. The rooftop seats were wet from the rain with no low seating for handicap. The club level breakfast was closed. We went to ground level breakfast. The breakfast was pathetic. Toaster ovens for heating up breakfast. A machine dropping pancake mix no bacon or sausage just powdered eggs thrown in bowl on heat warmer. The club level rooms were out dated with old mattress with stains. The Internet was lagging. The TV's were blurry with popping noise from bad service provider. You have to leave a key in watts control unit or your power goes out. The staffing is horrible they seem to avoid problems addressed to supervisor or manager on duty. The main door entrance to lobby is locked to keep homeless people out. You have use your key for entry. I would highly not recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself a headache.

Stayed for 11 days recently, lovely hotel and staff are lovely + very helpful 😌
Hotel is excellent location, breakfast is included nothing magical but it's within the price so it's good value, pools are lovely. We stayed on club level it's worth checking out ;) the rooms are lovely only thing we found them quiet stuffy at times would be handy if they had windows for natural air to the room. But other than that fabulous hotel 🏨

We stayed at the end of October for 10 nights. A family holiday with a 12 year old and a 14 year old.
On arrival we enquired about upgrading our room to a suite and the lady couldn't have been more helpful.
The rooms and carpets are a bit outdated, but thus hotel was perfect for our holiday needs. The room was clean, and the towels / beds were charged every 3 days. Internet connection was great and we were all connected throughout our stay. The air con was a tad noisy but worked extremely well.
The breakfast was ok for what we wanted.
The hotel is in a great location, with no added resort fees and ample parking.
The staff were all extremely friendly and very helpful.
The only reason we have given 4 stars for the room was because it was quite outdated and the carpet had some holes in it. Otherwise it was great.
Would definitely stay here again!
