Location (if you are there for disney/universal) is excellent. Rooms (at least in the newly renovated part of the hotel) are really good. Clean, confortable, spacious and well equipped.
Pros:
Free and very large parking lot.
If you get a lake side room, the view is really nice.
Cons:
Breakfast could be improved. Too many people and not enough food if you go after 8am. Food offer at breakfast could also be wider.
The pool area is ok but after 11am it stops getting any sunlight.
Some of the hotel staff members can be rude or unwilling.
The overall experience was really good but consider we were mostly out of the room all day and did not use hotel hospitalities at all.

My team and I stayed here during the AAO conference and I don't need to wait for it to end to give my rating. Wayne & Brian are great! Best part of our stay, it's hard to find personalities like theirs.
They are personable, helpful and have exceptional customer service. The hotel is clean, rooms are comfortable. Also, the staff in the breakfast were extremely nice! Breakfast station was nice and clean.
The two ladies who came from house keeping were so nice and did a great job on my room.
I would definitely return and recommend this hotel.
My only complaint is breakfast choices, hut the coffee was good.

This place was a mess from the beginning... The parking situation was terrible, and we waited over an hour to check in. We finally got to our room and found a good amount of bugs inside, so I went back down and let them know there was bugs in the room and were met with "Well we can change your room but you're going to have to wait" 15 minutes later I went back and asked if I could get some help with my room and they assigned me another room. Great, except when we got to that room, also a few bugs. But nothing compared to the first room, or so we thought. We showered (bugs in the shower) and went to sleep. When we woke up, there were hundreds of bugs on the floor, on our shoes, bags the counters. Absolutely disgusting. I called the front desk and the guy I spoke to literally said, "Well you're checking out today, what do you want me to do?" Really? I dont know, Fumigate the place? It's disgusting. 10/10 Do not reccomend this place and I'll be sending all the videos and photos of the bugs to the health department now.
Avoid this place at all cost.

Staff and location is fantastic . Nice lobby. Breakfast not great but it did the job. I would highly recommend getting the new update rooms. We asked to move from original suite as it was very dated felt like I was in the 70s and not overly clean. But refurbished room was great

Pool hours? Pool / Hot Tub closes when it's dark. So Fall / Winter hours = 6PM closing? In Florida??? 6pm? Most hotels by the theme parks keep the pool open until 11PM!!!
This hotel has a small fitness center- unfortunately if you don't book a suite, you are not allowed to use it!
I won't be booking this hotel again even though the ARCADE TIME next door is open 24 hours and amazing!
