Since we rented a car, we were so glad that they offered free parking. With a car, it was so convenient to drive everywhere. The location is very central.
We used the heated pool and hot tub everyday, and it was a game changer with the dropping temperatures.
We really appreciated that they offered all these special amenities like the simple but free continental breakfast and the Dove toiletries.
The front desk staff were very nice, especially Deborah! Check in and out were easy.
We had room 624, with a nice view of the lake. Very spacious and quiet. We could barely hear our neighbours.
Would be nice with more vegetables and fruit at breakfast. It’s very carb-heavy.
We could smell smoke in our room, so I think the ventilation had some issues.

Stayed for 11 days recently, lovely hotel and staff are lovely + very helpful 😌
Hotel is excellent location, breakfast is included nothing magical but it's within the price so it's good value, pools are lovely. We stayed on club level it's worth checking out ;) the rooms are lovely only thing we found them quiet stuffy at times would be handy if they had windows for natural air to the room. But other than that fabulous hotel 🏨

[Restaurant service (breakfast)]
° Breakfast has a limited variety of foods. Only about 3 - 4 types of bread and few accompaniments.
° The number of tables in the restaurant is not enough for all guests. Long waiting lines form without any hotel employees regulating the flow of the line.
° The hygiene (cleanliness of the place) is not the best, since there is garbage everywhere.
[Accommodation rooms]
°Especially those found on the highest floors of buildings are highly humid. The rooms are old, the finishes of their structure isnt elegant or fine.
°There are insects such as cockroaches in the bathroom (the hotel management does not allow spraying any poison).
°The floor carpet is old and dirty.
The A/C (Air conditioning) is very old, it is not easy to use and it makes a lot of noise. This takes up a lot of space.
° The lobby staff is friendly but sometimes forgets to provide essential information, for example: which tower your room is located in (north or south). They simply give their room number, knowing that both towers are the same, causing some guests to take twice as long to find their accommodation.
* Most of the lobby staff do not speak Spanish.
°In the lobby there is no person in charge of helping guests transport their suitcases to their room.
°To use the elevator you need to insert your room card (or key). Sometimes the card does not work, not allowing it to be used and it is difficult to open the room doors.
(There is no problem with the mechanism of inserting the card, but some of them glitch a lot)
° The furniture in the room is old and has very visible damage to its material.
° There is no ample lighting (there is no light in the center of the room). They only provide two lamps (one in the middle, of two beds). Another one on the far left (it illuminates little) and another in the hall near the door. It should be noted that all the lights are yellow.
° The cleaning service in the rooms (room service) is every 3 days.
* The Internet network is not the best (especially on the top levels of the buildings), the connection is terrible.
* In the lobby and in most areas downstairs there are mosquitoes

Stayed for 7 days, the staff were very helpful. Free parking. Close to Universal parks- there is not only a shuttle bus back and forth, but also public transportation to the the universal parks.
For anyone concerned about kosher food, you need to check the packages, but there was cereal, oatmeal, english muffins, spreads, fresh fruit, hot and cold drinks.
Business center with computer and printer- I needed to be on a zoom call at a strange hour, and the staff were very accommodating

Hotel and rooms are beautiful, however the breakfast is really really bad (basically a lot of different breads and artificial juices). Housekeeping service is done only every 3 days! It means that you often will need to ask for toilet paper, towels or soap. Housekeeping does not have a precise time to be done. Some days it will be done early in the morning, some days at 3pm. However, on checkout day they will precisely knock your door at checkout time. The hotel is well localized and has free parking, which is good. Wouldn't stay here again.
