This hotel was absolutely prefect great location for family's hotel is spotless I don't know how they keep it so clean it's massive and so many guest staying, not much around outside of the hotel very quite location but you don't need to leave they have everything you need within the hotel prefect for family vacation great value for money staff where so friendly. The only down fall i could see was the beds weren't very comfortable very hard but over all great experience. Me and partner went with our daughter in October prefect time I think still very hot but not overly busy just right. Loads to do within the resort it was our first family hotel and the bar has been set fairly high 😊

I was nervous about what to expect, I read reviews and they were reassuring. I had a really great time overall, room was as described, clean and located mindfully. Great service from staff and the buffet didn't disappoint. Cups could be bigger but they are generous. Location was pretty good, nice beaches nearby, close enough to albufeira but away from that louder scene.

Everything is epic! I'm still here - but I'll be leaving tomorrow :( - and have been here since Monday night. First, the rooms are perfectly sized for anyone, as they have enough beds for even a family of 5. Then you have the room service, which come in to tidy your room (thanks!), which often happens whilst you're out in the pool or eating or on the beach. The main buffet is excellent with a large range of food, and it should appeal to everyone. Not only that, but there are several themed restaurants in the leisure area (which I'll get to later.) There are four pools: two main, one kids pool and one 'zen' pool. The pools are great for chilling out in (but don't forget suncream, I did and got bad sunburn on my shoulders ;-;) and swimming in. The kids pool and one of the main pools are positioned just behind the leisure area, but are also the most popular. I'd advise going to the one in the centre of the resort. Lastly, I don't have much to say about the leisure area. I haven't really gone there much, but I imagine there's lots of stuff to see there (just read other reviews!) Today is our last day of 7 nights in this hotel, and it's a really nice place. If you have kids, the animation team keeps them busy all day when you are just relaxing by the pool. The food is good, and the dinner it's more of a choice of good food the rooms are big enough for a family and very, very clean ( good work, the cleaning team) and if you have late flight the staff will let you stay in the hotel and use all the facilities after the check-out. We really do recommend this place it's really worth it, and it's safe and fun for your kids . We would like to thank TIAGO from the reception team. You are a very nice person, and you made our stay in the hotel start in a good way and finish in the best way by all your help and kindness . Thanks for all the hard work there. You are all doing great work .

A lovely hotel which is exceptionally clean. We stayed here for a week and didn't encounter any problems. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The food was nice and of a decent quality. Yes it can be a little repetitive but most buffet restaurants are. There was enough choice to rotate around, some of the theme nights weren't great but some added some really nice additions to the choice. The pools are both great and enjoyed by the adults and the kids. It's in a good location with a short walk to the beach and easy enough to get bolts/Ubers to nearby towns, there also was a tourist land train which is nice. The hotel itself seems well maintained and in good condition. The air con wasn't amazing in our room but still made a difference. We enjoyed a lovely week here and would consider returning.
