Lovely rooms here and the staff were very friendly and available 24/7 to help with any query you have. Breakfast is great with loads of options. The pool area is usually pretty busy and they play loud music throughout the day but if you don't fancy that the beach is 10 mins down the road. Only thing is the hotel is right across from a nightclub which opens midnight and closes at 6am so if your room is on that side it will be noisy in the early hours. Also, if you choose to not have your room cleaned you get a €5 voucher to spend at their bar (for that day only).

The staff here are amazing! They went above and beyond and were always willing to assist in any way they could. I wasn't aware of the location of this hotel and if you are after an easy walk to lots of bars and clubs, this is a great spot.
I was hoping for more quiet, but saying that, the double glazing blocked the noise and the curtains blocked the flashing billboard.
Great breakfast options and good restaurants and beaches within Ealing distance.
The highlight of this hotel is definitely the staff though! Thank you Topazio stay. What a lovely stay.

Very happy with my stay at the hotel. Great location, walking distance to the beach, strip, Kiss club and supermarkets. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Really liked that the air conditioning worked perfectly and the room got cold in no time. Everyday the room was nicely cleaned. The staff at the hotel is polite, friendly and helpful; shoutout to Edson at the reception he’s great. The breakfast was good but would have been nicer if there was some variation in the food instead of the same thing every day.
The water pressure in the shower was very weak which was a bit annoying. Also, the hair dryer in the bathroom was not working and was giving a burning smell when you try to turn it on. One of the evenings the fire alarm kept going on and off several times on the third floor. When asked reception said someone on the floor was smoking in their room but it was a bit annoying since the alarm was going off constantly and waking people up in the middle of the night.

If you enjoy 0 sleep, rude staff who burst into your room at any given moment (multiple times I was unclothed this happened) and upon one occasion my friend woke up to a member of cleaning staff touching his leg. This is the hotel for you. The staff are rude and treated us unfairly with noise complaints despite the fact the hotel is located across the loudest nightclub in albufeira that shuts at 7am. They also threatened to ring the police on us after this to add insult to injury . The only saving grace were the pool staff who were friendly. Overall I would avoid this establishment

The hotel is very clean, with nice little garden, pool, terrace for eating breakfast in the morning etc. Also the continental breakfast buffet was for my liking, varied, fresh. Coffee was amazing! The only thing to mention is that their standard rooms (maybe not all of them though) are facing a night club. The hotel has 2 sets of double glazing, however, having the room just facing the night club entrance, we could hear all the noise and bass. We were in Albufeira for our babymoon so of course, wanted quite a quiet and chilled time. But the man at reception the next day was just amazing, he swapped our room on the other side of the hotel where was just quiet and nice. All the staff at reception actually was smiling and accommodating actually. We booked though loveholidays and it was no mention on their website, notifications etc about where the room is facing. Maybe if you book through the hotel directly, you can ask for a quiet room in advance. Altogether, I would recommend the stay.
Hotel is 1 min walk to store for water and bits to eat, has a few restaurants (we didn't eat there though) and has a beach maybe 10 min or less walk. The beach, however, was full of algae to the point where you couldn't go in the water, not sure if it's a seasonal thing though. We stayed end of june.
