Loved staying here. The staff were fantastic. Had so much help with my stay and when I lost my phone. The room was lovely. The only small issue was the bedside table lamp. The wires were hanging out slightly. Never used it but it was worrying. Food was outstanding! No complaints what's so ever

How this hotel can claim it’s a 4**** hotel is beyond me! Very disappointed! This „hotel“ which is more like a hostel deserves maybe a 2** rating! The whole hotel is in a very out dated state! No towels for their pool provided as a Covid measure (supposedly) - how that makes sense is a mystery to me! I have not seen any animation program at all! Alcoholic drinks are close to poison - have you ever had wine from the tap or even cocktails? This country is rich on homegrown wine yet they serve the worst wine I have ever tasted - from the tap! The food being served has been very repetitive, every morning same breakfast! Fruits from the tin like pineapple and peaches! The food has been displayed without any decorations you would expect in a 4**** hotel! The hallways in the hotel are carpeted and very dirty - I don’t know how long they haven’t seen a vacuum cleaner leave alone a professional carpet cleaning. I repeatedly asked to speak to the manager but he always seemed to be unavailable - until one day I managed to get his email address. We are checking out earlier from this hotel in order to recover from this bad experience!

Overall hotel is very nice, very calm and chilled out. The staff are all lovely and very helpful when needed. The hotel is very clean and tidy. The entertainment is scarce and could be more variety it good for a chilled night in but the village is a 15 minute walk away so not bad. The food was not to my liking could have been better in my opinion but there is a lot to choose from. I would come back here again and I would recommend it to couples looking for a chilled Holiday.

Stayed here all inclusive in July 2022. Friendly and helpful staff, notably Senhora Grade. Food mixed: some nights there were great selections; other nights very 'grey' and hotch potch. Drinks good, something for everyone more or less. Nice bar lounge area. Rooms clean with balconys and air conditioning. Grounds well maintained and a good amount of loungers and pools. However, slightly out of the way of Alvor main town (about a 25 minute walk, mostly downhill, so uphill on return). Room had thin walls, could hear TV and people moving beside and above. Live entertainment very 'one note' and could be better/more varied. The safe in the room was broken and so unusable. Majority of guests Portuguese, not as touristic an area or hotel as places like Albufeira and Lagos. Overall a three out of five.

This place was value for money, we went to music festival & this was a great base, the food was better than I thought it would be, all local drinks included, a ten minute walk to center or a 3 minute taxi ride. The staff were all very well mannered. My only complaint was the food could of been hotter but they had a microwave nr by.
