I had an absolutely wonderful family stay at the beautiful Nau Salgados Palace hotel. The staff was incredibly pleasant and accommodating throughout our visit. In particular, Joanna at the reception stood out with her exceptional professionalism and attention to detail. Her warm demeanor and efficient service made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's ambiance, amenities, and the level of hospitality exceeded our expectations. We're already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you for providing such a memorable experience!

Rooms are very large and spacious. Very good price for a 5 star hotel. Good parking space for cars, very good breakfast options (not the same options every day). The staff was friendly at reception.
You have to pay for the indoor pool/spa. I wish it was open later than 8pm especially since we are paying for it per person. The “hot tub” was actually colder than the actual pool.
The beach is walkable, but it’s definitely more than 10 mins away which is what we were told by reception. We missed sunset because of the timing it took to walk there. Second day we drove there.
Overall I do recommend this hotel especially for the price. We didn’t eat dinner there (buffet was 32 euros per person). There are lots of other restaurants nearby.

Great for Family holidays, all inclusive, daily entertainment, and also a great golf course.
Little train runs regularly to the local beach too

Had a conference there and it was such a pleasure staying in one of the rooms. Clean, quiet, spaceous. Loved the top restaurant at the hotel with amazing view.

Don't get me wrong, the hotel was great, the food was actually very good and all the amenities, you'd fancy in your holidays were there. That all was unfortunately for nothing as the staff was the very very worst. Starting with the reception, where the ladies were either enormously arrogant or didn't speak English properly (!), to the staff in the main restaurant that made it constantly clear that it didn't want to be nor work there (smashing dishes and cutlery on their service wagon, not providing any sort of service, not fixing either one of the three broken coffee machines that needed to be emptied but sorting napkins into papers that were put on the tables later, and so on) and of course, no "good morning" and anything like a smile to the guests - nothing. We felt really bad every single time we were in contact with either the reception, were eating in the restaurants or accessed the spa (which was basically a rip off as they were offering an aroma therapy massage but provided a normal one, facial treatment was not as promised) or we met a housekeeping staff person in the hallways - there was never, and I sadly mean never at all a "good morning" or a "how are you today?" or anything else you'd imagine to receive as a guest in a wannabe 5-star resort.
