Had a wonderful stay here! Staff are lovely and helpful, Riad is beautiful and calm, plenty of areas to discover and relax in the Moroccan heat. Food is very tasty and cooked well. The rooms are traditional, nicely decorated and very clean, furthermore the staff are always on hand and will tidy your room when you're out. The only slight improvement would've been a window in the bathroom, especially when it's hot, but the rooms have AC and windows so not really an issue. Would definitely stay here again in the heart of Medina!

We had a wonderful 5 days at Riad Karmela. We could not have wished for a better Riad nor service. Staff were so attentive and catered for our every need. We were 4 females and one child and they made us feel so welcome and reassured. I would give them 10 stars if it was possible for service.

Service was absolutely amazing! All of the staff was kind and helpful. The first thing they did was sit down with us and show us a map and tell us about some common tourist traps in the city. They were also very helpful with booking activities. The food was delicious and the rooms were lovely. In addition there are a lot of seating areas where you can relax with a book and some complementary tea or order drinks. The spa treatments were ok. I ordered the traditional Hammam, full body massage and facial treatment. I would definitely go back here in the future.

The most beautiful Riad located in the heart of the Medina; we stayed here from 5th-9th June 2024. The Riad is located a short walk from the taxi drop off, as the roads are too narrow for cars to drive down. We were greeted at the drop off by hotel staff who helped take our luggage’s. Upon arrival, we were offered complementary Moroccan biscuits and tea. Fatima was lovely and accommodating, taking the time to sit with us to explain the map of the area, how to navigate around the Medina, entering and exiting the Old town, popular tourist locations, booking taxis, exchanging money and booking excursions. Sayeed was equally as accommodating and made us feel very welcome, allowing us to extend our original checkout of 11am to 8pm so we could enjoy the day and freshen up before our flight. We were given complementary drinks, mocktails and shisha on the balcony throughout our stay. The rooms were very spacious and clean with traditional decor. The cleaning staff left different fresh fruits inside our room each day. It was very easy to navigate around the area using Google maps. This is the only Riad I’d want to come back to for future visits to Marrakesh!!

We were on a girls (8 of us) getaway for a week in Marrakesh and stayed at the Riad Petit Karmela. From the moment we walked in we got excellent service. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They welcomed us with cookies and a nice drink.We got to use the entire Riad Petit Karmela. Charming rooms well decorated clean and with clean ensuite bathrooms. Every day they would leave treats in the rooms- dried fruit and nut and a large bottle of water. The courtyard was very nice to sit, relax and chat after a full day of activities. The staff was kind enough to serve breakfast early in our courtyard on 2 mornings as we had to leave early . for day trips. The breakfast was unbelievable and delicious with so many options - fruits, cereal, bread with spreads, omeletts and different pastries juice and coffee. Was served on the roof top and it was so relaxing. They staff was so amazing. We had dinner one night on the rooftop restaurant and had the best Tajine - chicken, beef and vegetarian with bread. All was so delicious that not a morsel left. We had pizza one night too - seafood and vegetarian. They were both delicious and just the right portions. Of course the orange juice was so fresh. I have to say I drink only instant coffee but the brewed coffee was so good at the Riad. Sayeed on nites and Fatima on days were very friendly kind and helpful and helped us plan day trips. They even sent security to get us when we 8 ladies were dropped off after our tours at night. Thank you for a memorable stay in Marrakesh at the Riad. It was above our expectations. Will certainly come back with family.
