Excellent hotel. The staff were super helpful. It's down an alley way near the Medina so is not accessible by car but there are people with carts who will help you with luggage from the taxi drop off for a small donation. Although the Medina is nearby, the hotel is quiet and you only hear noise when up on the top terrace where breakfast is held.
The hotel is secure. The front door is locked and you ring the buzzer to get in. The person on reception opens the door (reception is manned 24/7).

Our days staying at Riad Marraplace will be remembered as one of the best experiences of our lifes. To begin with, the staff always greets you with a smile; they are incredibly helpful and friendly, which makes communication and the service undoubtedly excellent and much easier. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are always spotless and equipped with everything you need. The breakfast was unforgettable! The best meals of our trip were from our breakfast; we enjoyed the terrace with the typical sounds of the square while having our food, and it has become one of our most cherished memories. Karim made our trip, especially our stay, even more memorable with a thoughtful gesture that made us feel very special. I must not forget to mention that they serve the best mint tea in all of Morocco. We will definitely return because everything at this riad has been magical.

We had a great stay at Riad Marraplace at the end of November. 1 minute walk away from Place Jemaa El Fnaa in the heart of the medina. The hotel were really prompt in getting in touch when we booked to offer hotel transfers at any time, and as we arrived mid-morning we were given early check-in when we arrived. The rooms were beautifully decorated and immaculately clean and there was great wifi throughout. The staff were all super friendly and welcoming and able to give advice and make reservations. Breakfast is served on the roof terrace and changes every day, so you get to try a range of fresh Moroccan delicacies. We had a great time here and would definitely recommend.

Choosing to stay here is what made our trip to Marrakech so wonderful. The staff are so friendly, and they were always happy to answer all our questions and give recommendations. The hotel itself is beautiful, and our room had so many details we loved. The breakfast is authentic and the rooftop has wonderful views. The hotel also always had bottled water available for purchase at a cheap price, which was very convenient. They also arranged pickup from and drop off at the airport and allowed us to have a late checkout which made our whole stay go smoothly. The location was perfect for all our exploring and it was very quiet despite its proximity to the market. Thank you for everything!

Comfortable and peaceful riad 1 minute's walk from the Jemaa el-Fnaa. Only stayed one night as we were touring around but staff were incredible — welcoming and helpful. As with most places in Morocco the outside doesn't give much away but once through the door we stepped into an oasis of calm. The communal areas of the riad are beautiful and the bedroom cosy.
The bed was VERY firm — but it would be unfair to single out Hotel Riad Marraplace for this as it applies to every other place we stayed in Morocco too. The beds here were possibly soft by Morocco standards, but probably off the scale hard by UK standards.
