Excellent hotel. The staff were super helpful. It's down an alley way near the Medina so is not accessible by car but there are people with carts who will help you with luggage from the taxi drop off for a small donation. Although the Medina is nearby, the hotel is quiet and you only hear noise when up on the top terrace where breakfast is held.
The hotel is secure. The front door is locked and you ring the buzzer to get in. The person on reception opens the door (reception is manned 24/7).

Stunning, quiet and peaceful hotel nearby busy medina. Hosts are helpful and friendly. They even provided packed breakfast on an early morning when we had to go away on an excursion. Room was tided and cleaned everyday and breakfast was different every day. Highly recommend staying here.

The lobby, rooms, and terrace are beautiful. The location is perfect. Right down the alley from the hustle and bustle of the Medina and Souk and perfectly quiet and serene.
I was blown away by the beauty of my room. The service was fantastic and can’t say enough great things about Abess (spelling?) at the front desk. He provided great customer and concierge service
The main front door was always locked. You rang the bell to enter. They had several security cameras in the common areas as well as outside the…all providing extra safety.
This was the only Hotel I stayed at on my two week travels in several countries that contacted me a couple days before to provide me with airport shuttle service.
My brother and his wife were staying in the hotel Atlas next-door and they even provided airport shuttle service for them (as we were traveling together ) to and from the airport

Choosing to stay here is what made our trip to Marrakech so wonderful. The staff are so friendly, and they were always happy to answer all our questions and give recommendations. The hotel itself is beautiful, and our room had so many details we loved. The breakfast is authentic and the rooftop has wonderful views. The hotel also always had bottled water available for purchase at a cheap price, which was very convenient. They also arranged pickup from and drop off at the airport and allowed us to have a late checkout which made our whole stay go smoothly. The location was perfect for all our exploring and it was very quiet despite its proximity to the market. Thank you for everything!

We absolutely loved everything about this hotel. It's down a tiny side lane, but inside the hotel is gorgeous and much larger than you would think. The staff are so kind and helpful and made us very welcome. The hotel has been renovated to a high standard, with many artisanal features. The location is just off the main square, called Jamaa El Fna, and so is close to many of the major attractions. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace is included and varied each day. We feel incredibly fortunate to have discovered this beautiful Riad hotel and cannot recommend it highly enough.
