My friend & I stayed 4 nights here & I can’t speak highly enough. Even before we got there the correspondence, support and help was amazing. They collected us from the airport, they were waiting with a sign for €15 which saves so much hassle. The rooms were immaculate and the building was Perfection. The morning breakfast on the rooftop was something we looked forward to as it was delicious. The customer service was second to none. I’ve stayed all over the world but could honestly say 10 out of 10 all day long! We will definitely return and recommend to everyone who goes to Marrakesh. The location couldn’t be more perfect.

Staying at Riad Marraplace in Marrakesh was truly the highlight of our trip. From the moment we arrived, we were transported to a magical world. The Riad is perfectly located, just a stone's throw away from the bustling Jamaa Al Fna square, yet once you step inside, it feels like a peaceful sanctuary away from the city's hustle and bustle.
Every detail of the Riad was thoughtfully designed and beautifully executed, making it feel like a hidden gem. The room was spacious, stylish and impeccably clean, comfortable in every sense, with a welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home.
One of the best parts of our stay was the breakfast. Each morning felt like a feast, with a different spread served on the rooftop, where we could enjoy the fresh air and the view. The variety of sweet delicacies, breads, spreads, fruits, yogurt and coffee was impressive and it made each morning something to look forward to.
What truly stood out, though, was the incredible service. The staff was always attentive, warm and went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and cared for. From offering recommendations to helping with every need, they made our stay even more special.
We felt incredibly lucky to have discovered this place, and we can't wait to return. Riad Marratplace is a true treasure in Marrakesh, and we will be recommending it to all of our loved ones. It’s a place we’ll always cherish, and it made our trip unforgettable.

My boyfriend and I had the best stay here and cannot recommend Hotel Riad Marraplace enough! The people working here are the kindest people we have ever met. We stayed here for one night before our 3-day desert tour. We checked out early in the morning, and they arranged for breakfast to be ready for us to take away. What’s more is that we booked a different hotel for the night after the tour (because Hotel Riad Marraplace was full), and we had a lot of trouble finding the second hotel. We went back to Hotel Riad Marraplace, as we were lost, and they helped us call the hotel, find transportation, and hold our luggage. They even had someone walk us to the pickup point. We have never felt so grateful and at home at a hotel. If you are visiting Marrakesh, you must stay here!

Excellent hotel. The staff were super helpful. It's down an alley way near the Medina so is not accessible by car but there are people with carts who will help you with luggage from the taxi drop off for a small donation. Although the Medina is nearby, the hotel is quiet and you only hear noise when up on the top terrace where breakfast is held.
The hotel is secure. The front door is locked and you ring the buzzer to get in. The person on reception opens the door (reception is manned 24/7).

Our days staying at Riad Marraplace will be remembered as one of the best experiences of our lifes. To begin with, the staff always greets you with a smile; they are incredibly helpful and friendly, which makes communication and the service undoubtedly excellent and much easier. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are always spotless and equipped with everything you need. The breakfast was unforgettable! The best meals of our trip were from our breakfast; we enjoyed the terrace with the typical sounds of the square while having our food, and it has become one of our most cherished memories. Karim made our trip, especially our stay, even more memorable with a thoughtful gesture that made us feel very special. I must not forget to mention that they serve the best mint tea in all of Morocco. We will definitely return because everything at this riad has been magical.
