What's a beauty of place.
This hotel is lovely. The staff as a whole couldn't do enough for you, yes you have a few walking around not saying much but the others make up for that.
Food is nice especially if you eat their food.
For the price we paid I think this hotel can only be described as hidden gem.

The hotel looked lovely they really got into the festivities.
We had some issues with our room having to be moved twice, but they really did sort it out, and the room we were given was great. Any issues we had were sorted out.
Food is a little repetitive and traditional. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
A nice place. At the time of the year, the nights were cold, and the days were hot.
They catered for the children putting on lost of entertainment.

Very very good hotel absolutely wonderful, staff at reception are very friendly, people need to stop having such high expectations, the standard here at this is hotel is very high we all enjoyed our stay here. in Marrakech when we arrived we had a nice meal fries chicken nuggets at the snack bar, I in particular was really fond of the coffee machine in the bar in the evenings, also while we stayed there we requested for our towels to be changed to which they did also all staff spoke English French Standard Arabic which was a huge bonus , thank you to all staff at the Marrakech Ryads hotel and parc, we definitely recommend this hotel to everyone we know, we in particular really enjoyed the coffee machine in the mornings and afternoon, also a breakfast favorite of ours was the pancakes that they made freshly every morning and was very fresh and hot!!so to all staff here thank you so so much. Highly highly recommend it!!!!

I traveled in December 2024 and had an outstanding experience overall. The staff and crew were exceptional, making the trip truly memorable. A special mention goes to Fatima Zahra at the shop near reception—she’s an absolute gem! Her customer service skills are top-notch, and her warm personality makes her a delight to interact with. Our agent was also fantastic, ensuring everything went smoothly. This experience is one you won’t regret—10/10, highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Ryad Parc and Spa and the highlight of our experience was undoubtedly the incredible animation team. They were beyond excellent! Our daughter absolutely loved the kids’ disco every night—it was the highlight of her day. Even during the low season when the evenings were cold they never skipped the disco, not even on the night when she was the only child interested in dancing. Their dedication and energy were truly impressive.
The hotel itself is beautiful, with a stunning interior in the lounge that creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. Our double room was huge, beautifully decorated and cleaned perfectly every day.
While the food was somewhat repetitive, everything we tried was delicious. Their wine selection is limited to just one local brand but it was very tasty.
Overall, Ryad Parc and Spa is a great place to stay for a reasonable price, especially if you’re looking for a family-friendly hotel with a fantastic animation team. Highly recommended!
