We just got back home after spending eight days at this hotel. The staff is very friendly, and the hotel is cleaned thoroughly every day, including the rooms. We traveled with a baby, and everyone was so sweet to him. The food is what you’d expect from an all-inclusive hotel, with the only real disappointment being the afternoon snack—leftovers from breakfast and lunch that were very dry. Other than that, we enjoyed the meals.
The rooms are noisy so make sure to bring your earplugs.
The hotel is about a 30-minute drive from the center of Marrakech, and a shuttle service is available for a fee.
However, what we found really frustrating was the extremely loud music, played multiple times a day but especially in the evening between 7 PM and 11 PM. Our windows were literally shaking, even though our room was quite far from the main area. We reported this twice to the reception, but nothing was really done about it. We’ve never experienced such loud entertainment at a hotel before. Had we known this in advance, we wouldn’t have booked here. The music around the pool is also very loud, so if you decide to stay here, make sure to book a room far from the main building.
What we don’t understand is why a family-oriented hotel would have music at such an extreme volume. It really took away from the relaxing atmosphere we were expecting.

Nice hotel and the staff were great. But the food wasn’t the best for all inclusive we seen the same food a lot were only there 7 days. And because of location you were looking at 30mins to the nearest restaurant in the city. Rooms were very clean though. Reception staff were great and their own spa was amazing too!

We stayed for a week, some positives:
- Food was much nicer than expected for an all inclusive. The tagines were particularly flavoursome and there were always lots of options.
- The staff were friendly and helpful.
- The pool area was spacious, lots of options to swim in different pools and sun-beds were always available.
- The room was clean.
- The valentines days special food and entertainment made the day feel fun and special - even handing out roses to everyone!
- There is a shuttle into the town.
Some negatives:
- My spa massage was over 20 mins late, didn’t last the full hour I paid for and was not the standard I would have expected as it was a full body but the masseuse largely massaged my head…
- The shower in the room was broken but was usable.
- The evening entertainment was sometimes a bit loud, with children’s songs being played up until 9pm when we would have wanted a quieter dinner.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return again - it was good value for money!

Upon arrival, remember to have your service charge of 100 DA in cash.
Something I feel should have been told to us beforehand.
The hotel looked lovely they really got into the festivities.
We had some issues with our room having to be moved twice, but they really did sort it out, and the room we were given was great. Any issues we had were sorted out.
Food is a little repetitive and traditional. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
A nice place. At the time of the year, the nights were cold, and the days were hot.
They catered for the children putting on lost of entertainment.

What's a beauty of place.
This hotel is lovely. The staff as a whole couldn't do enough for you, yes you have a few walking around not saying much but the others make up for that.
Food is nice especially if you eat their food.
For the price we paid I think this hotel can only be described as hidden gem.
