Great hotel about 20 minutes outside Marrakech centre. It’s lovely and quiet and our room was clean and spacious. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly. The food was great and very traditional, never had a bad meal. The drinks were also decent, beer is definitely the best! Recommend this hotel for families or friends holidaying together.
You can also exchange money at the hotel reception desk. There is a little shop in the hotel that sells gifts but also any toiletries you may have forgotten. Tours are also available to book, we had a private tour into Marrakech which cost about £40 each, as two women we felt safe with our guide.

So I visited in September 24 and it was hot, hot, hot. The hotel was great, food excellent, pools excellent, plenty of sunbeds so no need to reserve, animation team providing activities (as well as entertainment every night) and all inclusive so plenty of drinks available to keep you hydrated. The rooms are a little basic but that's fine when all inclusive. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. You really need to be all inclusive as there's nothing nearby at all. That really wasn't a problem though as there's a (nominal fee) shuttle to the Medina (market - haggle hard) but it's really lovely to just stay at the hotel and relax.
I plan to go again as it was so good.

I had an incredible four nights here. Great food, large clean rooms and super friendly staff. There is nothing to do or see in the surrounding area, but the resort itself has more than enough and they run a daily shuttle into Marrakech.

Both my partner and I spent 12 nights at this hotel earlier this month and had an incredible stay.
Despite a couple of issues with our accommodation, the reception staff sorted this problem and moved us room.
There was plenty of room around the pool to sunbathe and we didn’t have to wake up super early to get hold of a sun lounger. The hotel entertainment team were super friendly and approachable with lots of activities to get stuck into.
Our rep at the hotel was extremely helpful, assisting us with booking different excursions within Marrakech. This was a reasonable price too.
The shop on site was very helpful and the all inclusive food was good.
We both treated ourselves to the Spa, which was a really reasonable price and was very relaxing.
Overall a really great experience & would recommend this hotel!

Run, don't walk! This hotel and holiday was absolutely amazing. I personally, just skim reviews, but the friend I went on holiday with, does more thorough research. She said that the reviews were good, but some of the negative reviews were that there was too much Moroccan food, which is absolutely ridiculous. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the food was delicious and there was so much variety, and I genuinely don't have anything negative to say. It was a really enjoyable hotel and experience and I can't wait to come back!
