Good value family resort. Staff were friendly and helpful (more if you were French than English). Good choice of food for an all inclusive. Definitely not Michelin Stars but good most meals. Pools were good but only one heated so a chilly start before you warmed up. No problem with sunbeds around the pool as long as you were there before 11. Several people put towels down and then don't show up which is a shame. Rooms basic but comfortable. This is a good value hotel and I would say better than equivalent ones we have stayed in in Spain. Make sure you check the dates for the water park as we were disappointed it was closed when we were there in February.

Very shabby, could do with a total refurbishment.
Plenty of outdoor space, but in bad order.
The buffet is a shambles, with no flow, with people coming from all directions.
Mango Zen restaurant was very good, but still very rundown.
Excellent food, but at £30 extra, could work out very expensive if used often.
Massive queues every night, 10 or 12 deep, for the only bar serving alcohol.
Broken remote for telly, no toilet roll, all little things that chip away at your enjoyment.

When we arrived the receptionist was very friendly and so were the others we spoke to through duration of the holiday.
The first room we were given wasn't great, it was outdated, not clean and was was very dark. We didn't feel safe in the room either because it had a connecting door to another room which couldn't be locked.
After explaining this to the receptionist he happily moved us to another room and he was very helpful.
Food is bland and the same everyday. No salt and pepper to be found. The best part is breakfast with fresh omelette and morrocon flat bread. I recommend eating in Marrakech for lunch and dinner.
The shuttle into Marrakech costs 40 MAD per person round trip. Which is far less than a taxi.
The rest of the hotel is immaculate and the poolside is clean and the entertainment staff are all brilliant.
French is the primary language at this resort so please take this into consideration. The staff will still try to communicate with you positively.
Overall for what we paid it was a positive stay and the friends we made definitely made the trip a great experience.

Very good hotel, rooms are nice not perfect but good, 7 swimming pools that’s a lot, you can easily find a sun bead any time through the day, food amazing, meat, vegetarian whatever you like, bar and drinks are not perfect, in business time should be more bartenders, not everyone knows the drinks ingredients, or because they are busy they mixing easy way.
It’s quite far from the city but there is a shuttle bus few times a day every day, suddenly you have to pay for it 20 dirhames per person one way.
For me and my partner big minus was, all animators speaking French ald all the shows was in French, but wasn’t boring we have a very good time. Also good trips from the hotel to the desert or mountains.
5 stars in total but not for everything

What I liked: price to value ratio. Christmas dinner food selection was FANTASTIC. Some staff very helpful and professional. Entertaining crew very nice and welcoming. What could be improved: room cleanliness (too many spider webs), snack bar staff attitude (the younger gentleman) behaved like he was being punished every time I asked for coffee and gave me attitude. The gym is a joke, it doesn't exist and absolutely needs new equipment! Common, for a 4 star hotel - this is a must!
