. Overall, the service, activities, and food were fantastic, but the room condition and cleanliness require significant improvement.
Pros:
• The hotel is large, offering a variety of activities, and the outdoor facilities are well-maintained.
• The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making the stay more enjoyable.
• The food was diverse and of excellent quality, with special mention to the New Year’s Eve gala dinner, which was truly exceptional and unforgettable.
Cons:
• The rooms were not clean upon arrival. The bed sheets were dirty, with hair found on the bedding, which was unacceptable. Proper cleaning was evidently not done.
• The heating system in our room was not functional, forcing us to change rooms late at night, which was inconvenient.
• The shuttle bus service, while free for three trips daily, had poorly scheduled times (e.g., 12:30 PM and 7:00 PM clashing with meal times, and return trips at 10:30 AM and 11:30 PM). This made it challenging to use the free service, and we had to pay 30 MAD per person most of the time. Compared to other hotels offering free shuttles throughout the day, this was disappointing and needs improvement.
In conclusion, while the hotel offers great facilities, activities, and excellent staff service, the cleanliness of the rooms and the inconvenient shuttle service schedule need urgent attention to enhance the guest experience. With these improvements, it could become an even more appealing destination.

I had the pleasure of staying at Aqua Mirage and it was an unforgettable experience! The resort is stunning, with a perfect blend of relaxation and entertainment. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped.
The staff at hotel and entertainment staff were incredibly friendly and always went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The food was diverse and delicious, with plenty of options for all tastes.
I especially loved the water park, which was a great hit with the kids. The beach access was also amazing, with crystal-clear waters. Highly recommend Aqua Mirage for anyone looking for a luxurious and family-friendly getaway. Will definitely return!"

We had an absolutely amazing week! Room was clean and had everything we needed, the food was amazing with loads of different choice everyday. The entertainment were the highlight of our week. Extremely friendly team that always made sure we had everything we needed and endless amount of fun. We had an amazing stay and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The rooms were cleaned to perfection by Nadia, who clearly takes great pride in her work – everything was spotless and tidy. The staff throughout the hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with a smile. Shout out to the entertainment team, who were absolutely fantastic! The kids had an incredible time! We truly felt welcomed and well taken care of. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay!

A fantastic place to stay , the staff are amazing always happy to help .
The food has plenty of variety and is very healthy .There are many sunbeds and never had any delays in getting drinks .
The barmen and pool staff are amazing.
The entertainment staff are the best Iv come across ,Yo-Yo so friendly and helpful ,the evening entertainment was something special.
I was so impressed about how clean the hotel is kept ,new towels every day and a spotless room from the cleaner . The only downside to this hotel would have to be the big main pool as it has a few broken tiles at the bottom.
For relaxation it is perfect as it is peaceful and a good size for walks.
