Can not recommend this resort enough. From the time we arrived they were so welcoming. The animation team made us feel so at home from day one, they really go out of their way to accommodate children and families. The security team and all the staff are so friendly and make sure it's a safe environment. The pools and aqua park are amazing for both adults and children. We made friends for life.
It's honestly the ideal resort for families. Five stars. It exceeded our expectations, from small kids to adults, it's perfect.

Absolutely awful experience – avoid this hotel at all costs.
We stayed at this so-called "all inclusive" hotel, and it was a complete disaster from start to finish. The staff is incredibly rude, unhelpful, and clearly not trained to provide even the most basic level of hospitality.
First, the "all inclusive" is a joke. If you want a decent coffee, you have to pay extra. Otherwise, you’re stuck with disgusting coffee from a cheap self-service machine. Same goes for pool towels – they’re not included. You either have to pay or leave a deposit, but to leave that deposit, they make you walk all the way back to the reception. No effort to make things convenient.
When we got to the room, it wasn’t even ready for guests. Sheets were missing, there were no covers, no towels, no pillows. And guess what? No instructions on how to call reception – so we had to walk all the way back again just to ask for the basics. They eventually brought the missing items, but only after a frustrating wait.
The restaurant is an absolute mess. The food might look like it has variety, but nothing tastes good – it's all bland or just badly cooked. On top of that, the staff there is just as rude as everywhere else. They talk to guests with zero respect or courtesy.
And the final cherry on top: after just 24 hours in this place, we ended up with diarrhea. That tells you all you need to know about the hygiene and food quality.
We left feeling disappointed, angry, and ripped off. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. We will never be coming back.

I recently stayed at Aqua Mirage Hotel in Marrakech and had a fantastic experience! The staff was incredibly attentive and made sure we were well taken care of throughout our stay. The hotel offers a variety of activities for kids, a fantastic water park, and a lovely swimming pool. The facilities are top-notch and really add to the overall experience. However, the food options were somewhat limited and could be improved. Overall, a great place for a family vacation!

We had an absolutely fantastic Easter holiday at Aqua Mirage Club in Marrakesh! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome – everyone was warm, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay.
The facilities were excellent, and the highlight for our children was undoubtedly the aqua park – they had an amazing time enjoying all the rides and water fun. The lifeguards were attentive, approachable, and created a safe and relaxed environment for both kids and adults.
The resort had a vibrant and family-friendly atmosphere, making our holiday all the more enjoyable. It’s a brilliant place for families looking to unwind and have some fun in the sun.
The only downside was the lack of privacy due to the glass window in the bathroom within our room, as well as the glass doors in the common toilets around the resort. Also, the bathroom accessories could definitely be improved – items like shampoo, body lotion, and moisturiser were either missing or of low quality, and the bath towels could be better.
That said, these were minor issues compared to the overall wonderful experience we had. We left with happy memories and would gladly return again. Highly recommend for a family-friendly, sun-soaked escape!

Amazing hotel!
Arrived just after midday and received our wristbands until our room was ready so we could go and enjoy the facilities. Luckily our room was ready just before 2pm and we were driven to our room with all our luggage :) Very clean spacious and comfortable room that was serviced daily. A bit loud overnight outside the rooms but that’s more a reflection on other guests returning to rooms loudly than the hotel.
Waterpark was a massive hit and eventhough not all slides were on at the same time there were plenty to enjoy. Heated pool a bonus in March as although it was hot it wasn’t enough to heat pools. Really lovely atmosphere around all areas in hotel and very clean. There is a photographer that captures plenty of memories and even offers family shoots. My daughter had her own little photo shoot and had a really fun time
Many food options changed for dinner times every evening with some items remaining the same. Lots of choices. The 16+ area was a great touch and the waiting staff were very friendly and attentive with cleanliness and drinks.
We didn’t make the most of the evening entertainment due to eating around 19-00 and it generally starting about 21-45 so it was a long wait for shows but that’s personal preference and we were tired due to long days exploring Marrakesh. We don’t have young children so don’t really like sitting through the kids entertainment but it’s perfect for young guests ! Chilly in the evenings so if you’re visiting be sure to pack something warm..
The hotels shuttle service in to Marrakesh markets is brilliant and a very good price.
Can’t fault the staff! Everyone was friendly and helpful.. can’t remember names but the lady at reception was especially helpful :) the entertainment staff/cleaners/security/bar and waiting staff all very good!
