My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the resort. To our complete surprise, we also discovered that our package included three delectable square meals through their buffet service.
We had an amazing time at this resort. The ambiance was fantastic, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The resort is a great destination for family getaways, with a variety of activities to keep everyone entertained. I highly recommend it.

We travelled as a family. Kids club and entertainment fantastic… something for everyone. Buffet in the main restaurant can be very busy however lots of variation. Large resort and they have their own way and systems of wiring with the all inclusive.

I had the pleasure of staying at Aqua Mirage and it was an unforgettable experience! The resort is stunning, with a perfect blend of relaxation and entertainment. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped.
The staff at hotel and entertainment staff were incredibly friendly and always went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The food was diverse and delicious, with plenty of options for all tastes.
I especially loved the water park, which was a great hit with the kids. The beach access was also amazing, with crystal-clear waters. Highly recommend Aqua Mirage for anyone looking for a luxurious and family-friendly getaway. Will definitely return!"

We booked this hotel for a last minute trip with our children and got a bit of a bargain with EasyJet.
The hotel is well maintained (the gardens are stunning) and the hotel rooms and nice and spacious for 4 people apart from wardrobe space!
The food is good, lots of Moroccan options which we loved.
The kids club and the two ladies that work there are amazing and did a great kids disco as well.
I would recommend for those looking for a great winter escape.

Pros:
• The hotel is large, offering a variety of activities, and the outdoor facilities are well-maintained.
• The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making the stay more enjoyable.
• The food was diverse and of excellent quality, with special mention to the New Year’s Eve gala dinner, which was truly exceptional and unforgettable.
Cons:
• The rooms were not clean upon arrival. The bed sheets were dirty, with hair found on the bedding, which was unacceptable. Proper cleaning was evidently not done.
• The heating system in our room was not functional, forcing us to change rooms late at night, which was inconvenient.
• The shuttle bus service, while free for three trips daily, had poorly scheduled times (e.g., 12:30 PM and 7:00 PM clashing with meal times, and return trips at 10:30 AM and 11:30 PM). This made it challenging to use the free service, and we had to pay 30 MAD per person most of the time. Compared to other hotels offering free shuttles throughout the day, this was disappointing and needs improvement.
In conclusion, while the hotel offers great facilities, activities, and excellent staff service, the cleanliness of the rooms and the inconvenient shuttle service schedule need urgent attention to enhance the guest experience. With these improvements, it could become an even more appealing destination.
