An excellent hotel, largely thanks to the quality of its staff. They go above and beyond to ensure a convenient and enjoyable stay.
There’s a wide range of activities to choose from—we tried swimming, ping pong, golf, and archery, all of which were great fun. A special mention goes to the Brazilian dance group and the hotel staff for their fantastic efforts in engaging travelers. It truly added to the overall experience!
As vegetarians, we managed well with the food options, and the staff went out of their way to make things even more convenient for us. Although the hotel is located a bit away from the main market, they offer a free shuttle service, which made transportation easy. Plus, for activities, they provide hotel pick-up, so location wasn’t much of an issue.
We also tried the spa and hammam, which were of excellent quality. While slightly more expensive than outside options, the experience was well worth it.
Overall, it was an amazing stay, and I look forward to returning in the future!

If you want to escape from everyday life with year round sun, away from the city centre, then this is an excellent choice.
Each member of staff are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them.
The chefs cater for all tastes.
There are activities for all ages.
You can get water 24/7 from water fountains in each corridor close to your room, the rooms are very comfortable with hot powerful showers and you have various seating areas to enjoy the evening with heaters, or you can be indoors relaxing, either watching a show or in the bar.
There are also quiet areas for anyone who wishes to have alone time, the hotel is very secure with 24 hour reception who are very welcoming and the entertainment team put on daily shows with different themes.
The hotel is kept very clean. You can have a fantastic holiday in a beautiful setting, the choice is yours if you want to partake in any activities or just totally relax by the adult only pool.
Either way I totally recommend staying here.

Our second visit, and we're planning a third. Love this place. Good, honest, clean hotel with excellent staff, lovely food and a good atmosphere. There's plenty to do if you're a busy person. We come here in January as we prefer it a bit quieter but the activities are all still on. We just come here to relax and unwind and enjoy a bit of winter sun.

I had a fantastic time the staffs were very nice, helpful, friendly and amazing and always smiling.To talk of the food it was excellent. The entertainment was to die for . The costume were out of this world. I will make sure I out more of my colleagues to come here and I don’t want to leave but I need to get money for my next trip. Excellent service. BRAVO

Hotel was amazing. Service was amazing. Food was always perfect and so much to choose from. All staff were so friendly. Especially Khalil in the restaurant he always made sure we had everything we needed and made sure we were always okay with everything. Will 100% be going back at some point! Best holiday I’ve had for a while
