We had a lovely one night stay in October - would definitely return. Friendly front of house staff. Delicious breakfast with many options. My children loved the pancakes and Nutella. Be aware that you need to wear a swim hat in the indoor pool. Outdoor pool not heated but that didn’t stop my kids going in. The one thing I missed was not having black tea in the room - only coffee pods.

We had a wonderful 3 days at this hotel. The location is perfect. The receptionists were attentive. Our room was well equipped and had a beautiful view of the sea. The breakfast only had high quality products and the staff were friendly and very well prepared. Veronica in particular was always smiling and attentive. We are already planning our return.
Thanks to all the staff.

A lovely stay at a great hotel. We decided on booking last minute to escape the poor weather in the Uk. The hotel is stunning, rooms excellent and staff pleasant. We decided on half board to make it easier for us and we enjoyed the breakfast very much. We wouldn’t do half board again as the evening meal buffet whilst fine just didn’t get us excited and most night left disappointed. If we can give feedback it’s to maybe offer more than potatoes, rice, pasta and one fish and one meat.
Free parking is excellent and the location is incredible. Lunch is also adequate and whilst not included wasn’t to expensive.
Overall we would definitely return and truly enjoyed our stay.

Stayed for 2 weeks last summer. Downside was the live cockroach in our bathroom 👀 staff cleaned and fumigated (?) the room the next day. Also, the front of the hotel was great with the view of the ocean and the marina, but the back was like a torn war country. At night you could hear homeless people living on a vacant lot arguing about and shouting and sometimes police were even called. Breakfast is always the same with little or no variety. If planning a long term stay in the area, it's better to stay at the apartments of Real Marina because seafood is quite affordable and the markets are just a walking distance. And if you're not up to cooking, there's a bunch of restaurants around the area. Be sure to make advance reservations if planning on dining out. Hotel personnel are cordial but sometimes one feels like they're avoiding eye contact to avoid greeting you. A simple good day or hello would be nice especially if you're manning the reception. Overall, we still enjoyed our stay exploring the nearby islands and cities.

Was there for 3nights and I must say I was happy with the customer service from all staff
They were readily available to assist. The food was great, fresh and loved their fresh fruits & juices. I was delighted there were mini fridges in the rooms.
The down side is that the carpets need a change. I will definately come back & recommend to my family and friends
