Currently on day six of our stay room F at this resort. Positives: Daily cleaning service is reliable (trash removed, fresh towels, and tidy bedding). The pool is spacious and enjoyable. On-site kiosk and small restaurant are convenient. The garden has great barbecue facilities for grilling. Parking is directly connected to the resort room, making it very convenient. Negatives: Strong sewage smell from the ground-floor bathroom spreads into the living room, making it unpleasant. Cockroach problem in the upstairs bathroom; we’ve killed six so far. Especially at night, when turning on the light, there’s always one, which makes using the bathroom scary. Ants also appear, but they’re less surprising compared to the cockroaches. The dishwasher is outdated and difficult to use. The washing machine is extremely loud with heavy vibrations. Although we still have three days left, we already want to leave due to the cockroach issue. Albufeira is lovely, but even if I return to Albufeira, I do not wish to stay at this property again.

Great place to stay. Exceptionally clean and fully equipped. Rooms cleaned daily The pool bar offers excellent food and the evening menu is really good Very reasonably priced The staff are lovely and were always friendly and happy Lots of sunbeds and nice pool area Closest beach around 30 mins walk away, the strip around 20. Taxis to the old town were quick to arrive and cheap Great place to stay either as friends or families

While the villas are beautiful, they are a bit out of the way, and a car would be essential for shopping and site-seeing. As someone with walking difficulties, I found the exterior and interior steps and stairs difficulties to negotiate. However the staff were really helpful and friendly. Villas cleaned every day except the day before we left.

2 Manager screamed at us when we asked our deposit back. We didn’t get all our money back. They didn’t help us. Lied about deposit. And they basically stole from us. Don’t trust these people. Ac was also broken twice, we didn’t have enough pillows and the dishwasher was broken. The walls in the villa were disgusting. And we are also 5 girls of 18 so it’s not like we can miss the money.
