I’m not joking when I say this has to be one of the worse hotels Iv stayed in ! What an experience honestly, first of all £300 deposits on the rooms is a joke because they will do whatever they can to keep that room checks “spot checks” , be warned. No balls in pool, no floats or n pool either includes the noodles, what ever you do don’t take food or drink because the security will make you either eat it there or your not coming in… the night time security is a scary little man who absolutely doesn’t believe you stay in the hotel had to basically fight to get to our room then he said was calling police because we was lying!! Don’t expect much from the pool bar either staff are rude and the security round pool is jobs worth ! No chips 🤣! Kids meal is literally chicken nuggets (alone) good luck hell hole don’t have fun it’s not aloud !!

Super 5 day stay in November. Only slight issue was the hard, lumpy mattress. But being on my own I could mitigate by sleeping in the middle of a double bed.

hotel itself is nice. good location as only a 5 minute walk to new town and 25 minutes to old town or less than 5 euros for an uber. pool staff and food is lovely. however would definitely not recommend especially if travelling in groups as young adults or teenagers the hotel will charge you a 300 euro deposit on arrival which is only given back on the basis of following certain rules however the security guard is miserable and will find any possible reason to ensure you do receive your deposit back. we spoke to many people staying at the hotel who also were having the same issue of the security guard banging on doors and constantly threatening them of not receiving their deposit back as well as an older couple who were completely shocked that we had to pay a deposit as they did not have to so. we stayed in july and had similar experience as other reviews whereby the security guard accused my friend of lying about staying in the hotel as she accidentally said the wrong room number and spoke rudely towards her in which the following day we received a warning based on apparently being rude to staff which i don't believe was the case but regardless in a previous response from the hotel isnt it acceptable for rude behaviour to be reciprocated? this hotels aim seems to be to ruin holidays and take money.

Pretty good rooms obviously not anything too fancy but enough for our short stay. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were pretty good and pool facilities were decent.

Had a lovely stay here in April 24 with my 4 year old. The hotel is in a great location, the staff are very friendly and accommodating to any needs or requests. Helped us looks for his lost toy too, and were very interactive with him. The rooms were actually fine, they maybe need a fresh coat of paint, some tiles and handles but actually overall it didn't matter. All kitchen appliances worked, views were nice and away from the noise, and I would highly recommend this place for anybody. Reception is always kept pristine as is the pool. Great location with shops on every corner and a beautiful beach just 10 mins walk away. Will go back again!
