I recently embarked on a solo trip and was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's location and the exceptional service provided by the staff. They consistently displayed a positive and welcoming attitude, always willing to engage in friendly conversations. The rooms were meticulously cleaned throughout the night, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic environment. Moreover, the culinary offerings were remarkable, with a diverse range of delectable dishes available at all times. Overall, it was an exceptional experience at a truly remarkable hotel.

I took my best friend here for her birthday and we the most AMAZING stay!! I have no idea why would anyone give them a bad review, maybe we got much I don’t know but I can highly recommend this hotel. It’s gorgeous and great value for money! Perfect destination we will be back

Fantastic stay. I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. The staff here are friendly and helpful. The rooms are kept clean to a good standard. The food choice is the best that I have seen at an all-inclusive hotel so far - there are 2 buffet restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner alongside 5 snack and drink locations which are all included in the all-inclusive package. You will also have access to the other sister hotels for food drink and use of the pool (they are all within a short walking distance). Apart from this, the location of the hotel is amazing. It is a 5-minute walk to the beach via a private access through the hotel gardens. The beach is lovely and spacious! The pools are also kept clean and are kept at a good temperature. The staff ensure that no one reserves sun-beds unless they are at the pool which is helpful! In conclusion, I slept well, I ate well and I had an amazing holiday!

Great location near beach. Staff friendly and helpful Downside-small pool area disgusting!! It looks like it hasn't been cleaned for a long time, beds and floor very dirty. Food and drinks spilled on floor and not cleaned up. Small baby pool also dirty. Rooms are ok but my bathroom and kitchen very dated, not maintained very well. Random fridge in the middle of the room. We are a group of 4 and all have our own rooms, all very different. 1st day inundated with ants in kitchen. So many steps up and down to our room, like a maze. Garden area and grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Main pool clean and tidy. Undicided if I would stay here again? Better hotels, but this was cheap.

A fantastic hotel, the rooms are dated. However, they have all you need and are clean. Two pools and acess to the beach. Selected restaurants need to be booked when you arrive, I can recommend the Italian and Aqua restaurants, there is a good buffet restaurant, and you will always find something to eat. Entertainment is a bit hit and miss, but only 5 minutes to the strip and a 30-minute walk to the old town for a more sedate evening.
